Here's one more charming individual with a history violence. He was not being watched by any police organization or any crime family. Nonetheless local police, next door city police and Harvard campus cops continue surveillance, harassment, disturbing my sleep, provocations and character assassination, 24/7/365. Great priorities? Do police fear watching and harassing violent criminals who carry illegal weapons? Does that explain why they harass me every day?
