Reaping What You Sow, Misguided Priorities

Here's more evidence of dumbed down contemporary life in the US. Students have access to high tech communication devices. What are they used for? Sports. Young people get excited about a hockey game and express hatred toward the player who scored the winning goal. Sports is a pleasant escape from the dull events of ordinary life. But where is the passion about the rape of the taxpayer? What about the loss of human freedom? Free Americans can no longer go to an airport, buy a ticket, get on a plane without weeks of planning, showing a picture ID, taking off one's shoes and belt, and submitting to the personal animosity of untrained, uneducated bureaucrats who may want to touch your private parts. This is what journalists and politicians have led us to in this country. And the universities who trained the young people punish them for doing what they have been taught to do -- hate the winners. Isn't that what Obama's socialist brigades are doing and teaching them?
