Canadian Family Convicted of Triple Honor Homicides

[From article]
"The prosecution alleged it was a case of premeditated murder, staged to look like an accident after it was carried out. Prosecutors said the defendants drowned their victims elsewhere on the site, placed their bodies in the car and pushed it into the canal.
[. . .]
the oldest daughter, was forbidden to attend school for a year because she had a young Pakistani-Canadian boyfriend, and she fled to a shelter, terrified of her father, the court was told.
The prosecution said her parents found condoms in Sahar's room as well as photos of her wearing short skirts and hugging her Christian boyfriend, a relationship she had kept secret. Geeti was becoming almost impossible to control: skipping school, failing classes, being sent home for wearing revealing clothes and stealing, while declaring to authority figures that she wanted to be placed in foster care, according to the prosecution."

"In an administration filled with them, Holder is an especially unlovely character, a second-rate intellect wrapped inside a third-rate temperament. Whiny, petulant, accusatory, obfuscatory, unhelpful, and deceitful, he never convincingly defends himself but instead reflexively accuses his critics of racism – truly, the last refuge of a liberal scoundrel – and never should have been brought back to the Justice Department after his disgraceful service in the Clinton administration regarding the Marc Rich pardon.

Harvard Is Diverse But Intolerant of Conflicting Opinions

Dean Hammonds "lauded King’s message of establishing a 'beloved community' based on brotherhood, love, and justice." One problem with disagreements is the definition of words. What is meant by "justice" for example? Does it mean giving rewards to individuals who did not earn them? Does it mean punishing individuals who did no wrong? Why is MLK Jr.'s dream of judging people on the basis of their character not their skin color, ignored by black politicians and academics? Greedy Cambridge politicians demand that 30 percent of public school employees should be black. Hammonds had no comment. "Hammonds added that Harvard is one of the most diverse communities in the world." At the same time Harvard is the most intolerant of diverse opinions. Is Harvard more diverse than New York City? Last month the Harvard Faculty voted to delete courses of a professor whose opinions they disliked, calling it hate speech. Hammonds had no comment. "Hammonds said it is the College’s responsibility to teach students 'how to respectfully disagree.'" In that the College has failed miserably. Try suggesting on campus that Affirmative Action is a government abomination discriminating based on race. How tolerant are Harvard affiliates to Republicans or to critics of Obama and Holder? How long does it take for Harvard students to call those with whom they disagree, racists without defining the term?

Black Philadelphia Teens Attack White Cab Passenger

[From article]
"IN A HORRIFIC assault in Center City on Saturday night, three teenagers who were spouting racial slurs pulled a man out of a cab to beat him. And when the cabdriver intervened to stop the assault, the teens turned their rage on him, police said yesterday.
About 8:25 p.m., a cab was stopped at a red light at 15th and Chestnut streets when two 17-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy approached and started calling the male passenger in the back seat racially derogatory names, police said."

Billion Dollars Vaporized?

This article was written from other sources. Were the sources spin doctors or dumb journalists fooled by spin doctors? Saying "a 'significant amount' of the money could have 'vaporized'" is nonsense. Money was moved from one account to another. If the money was lost due to a bad investment that can be shown. But to say it vaporized is just a way to cover up theft. Who is lying? The journalists or the PR flack?

Mayor of NO Will Address High Murder Rate With Psychiatry. Huh?

Typically the Mayor of New Orleans is unaware that psychiatric drugs are the cause of violence. The relentless propaganda campaign by the drug industry remains effective 70 years after it began. Brainwashed elected officials and journalists refuse to recognize the source of many problems in this country.

The main issue of this article is releasing arrest records of crime victims. Not mentioned in the story is the fact that many police officers refer to suspects as "dirt bags," and "scum bags" dehumanizing them. Cities have policies against hate speech which is not applied to police. By dehumanizing suspects police suggest that they are lesser citizens and do not deserve the protections of the laws and the Constitution. Perhaps that is why they do that to justify their inablitiy to protect civilians who try to do good.

Another aspect of this is the fact that just because people break some laws does not mean they will break all laws. The case of Karen Silkwood who was a happy go lucky young woman is appropriate. She discovered that her employer utility in Oklahoma was exposing workers to radiation and killing them. She was murdered when she went to speak to a reporter from the New York Times. Do her minor law violations make her any less a victim, or deserving of corporate crime?

DMH Does Not Protect Vulnerable, Lobbies for Drug Corporations

This event is one example of the pervasive pattern of agency policy, contrary to the rights of persons with disabilities. The DMH is effectively a lobbyist for the drug industry and the psychiatric industry. Human services professionals speak for their clients. Seldom do courts allow the person with a disability to speak for him or herself. This can be seen every two years when the MA legislature has budget hearings. The human services industry brings persons with disabilities to the state house to lament any proposed cuts to their budgets. But the rest of the 23 months human services professionals remain silent about abuses of their clients. What is the rationale for the DMH? If it is to protect vulnerable persons they obviously fail to do that. It is more likely to promote drug treatment, as the lobbyists they are.

[From article]
"The agency [DMH] has defended its efforts to arrange the court-ordered abortion for the schizophrenic woman, 32, saying the request was made in the patient’s best interest and at the behest of her parents and doctors.

The Husband Store

A store that sells new husbands has opened in Manchester, just off
Deansgate, where a woman may go to choose a husband.
Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:
You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value
of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper
may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to
the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building!

So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the first
floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - ''These men Have Jobs''
She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign
Floor 2 - ''These men Have Jobs and Love Kids''

'That's nice,' she thinks, 'but I want more.'
So she continues upward.

The third floor sign reads:
Floor 3 - ''These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking''

'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:
Floor 4 - ''These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Looking and
Help With Housework''

Oh, mercy me!' she exclaims, 'I can hardly stand it!'

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads:
Floor 5 - ''These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Help
with Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak''

She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where the
sign reads:
Floor 6 - ''You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor. There are no men on> this floor.. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible
to please. Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store.''

To avoid gender bias charges, the store's owner opened a 'New Wives Store'
just across the street with the same rules.

The first floor has ''Wives that love sex''
The second floor has ''Wives that love sex and have money and like beer''
The third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors have never been visited.

Immigrants Today

[Received from a correspondent]

A Little History Reminder!

Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer. Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented.

Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.

They had waved goodbye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture. Nothing was handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.

Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan. None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from. They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan. They were defending the United States of America as one people.

When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French American, the German American or the Irish American. The people of France saw only Americans. And we carried one flag that represented one country. Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here. These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.

And here we are with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country. I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about. I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life. I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.

And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill. I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.

Greg Kelly is innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law. The public does not have all the facts but we all know that the Court of public opinion loves to pillory the accused. However, Commissioner Ray Kelly is another story. Here we have all the facts - Commissioner Kelly accepted free membership and free meals from the Harvard Club. If a rank and file officer would have done that he (or she) would have been bounced from the NYPD and criminally prosecuted. But that is not the biggest crime that Commissioner Kelly committed. Who remembers his first stint as the Commish? When he left in 1993, he put in for a full disability pension which was certified by his own and the NYPD medical unit. But shortly thereafter Mr. Kelly was appointed as Director of U.S. Customs and magically his "full disability" was gone. Then when Bed-Bug Bloomberg appoints him the Commish for as second go-around, magically no "full disability" that "forced" him to retire the first time. Does anyone know the term PENSION FRAUD? That is a Federal Offense. Why hasn't the Justice Department and the U.S. Attorney's Office looked into this? Its time to give former Commissioner Kehrig a new cell mate - one with a similar work background.

Sheriffs and Taxi Dispatchers

Do campaign finance laws provide an exemption from complying if the treasurer is not professional, or if the calculations are done at "a kitchen table?" If she loved her brother why did she violate laws on his behalf? Ah yes the impersonal "mistakes were made." How better to avoid accountability for humans, than if mistakes made themselves? Are these same principles of law permitted to criminal defendants who are not politicians? Your honor, "Mistakes were made."

When I was unable to pay rent after my last first-year law school exam, I drove a taxi in Cambridge, a prominent part of the former Middlesex County. One of the charming practices was for drivers to pay a fee to the dispatchers so that the dispatchers would favor them when a good job was received by the office. I discussed this issue with one of my teachers at law school. He explained that if you do pay them there is nothing to stop someone else from paying them more than you do, and getting better treatment than you even if you do pay. I did not pay.

One day another driver who did pay was given a job at a stand at a hotel where I was parked. I was discouraged and worked little that day. The next day when I went to get the cab for work the owner called me into the office. He asked me why I did so little work the previous day. I said I went home early. Then he asked why the meter cable was disconnected. I said I did not do that. One of the other drivers who was stealing from the owner by disconnecting the cable insisted on teaching me how to do it. The other drivers with many years of experience kept telling me to steal. I was embarrassing them by turning in all of the money I earned. I was a new driver. There was an indication of something very wrong.

The owner asked me who the dispatchers were feeding good jobs. The only one I knew was the guy from the previous night. I told him.

Soon that man disappeared. I learned years later he was sent to state prison for theft. I thought little of it. But the same man turned up ten years later as part of a team of FBI informants from Boston who were harassing me in another state. One of their favorite patterns was to have me thrown out of wherever I lived. They continued this for 22 years in three states.

When a supervising official is corrupt there are unintended consequences. Corrupt underlings go along with the corruption. Honest employees get harmed because they refuse to participate in the crimes. That FBI informant continued his abuses of power for 25 years. I have much to be grateful for. Unlike his colleague FBI informant in Boston, this cab driving thug did not kill me as James Bulger (now on trial in US court in Boston for 19 homicides) allegedly did to 19 civilians while he worked for the FBI. This is a ongoing problem with government in Massachusetts. There is little over sight of public officials. Why did so many of the deputies sheriffs go along with DiPaola? The cab driving FBI informant did help with a police frame up in 1990 after I complained to the chiefs of police in Cambridge and Somerville. But that is another story.

[From article]
"The investigation found that DiPaola’s sister, Patricia Covelle, 59, of Stoneham, who served as treasurer of his re-election committee, failed to report to the Office of Campaign and Political Finance $4,000 in cash contributions made to her brother between 2006 and 2010 above the individual $50 limit, Coakley said.
[. . .]
attorney Frances Robinson told the Herald, “She loved her brother.
[. . .]
Covelle, Robinson said, was not a professional campaign treasurer. “She was basically doing this at her kitchen table,” she said. “It’s not surprising that mistakes were made.”

Dancing Queen Lyrics

Planet Earth 1976... ABBA invade the world public collective consciousness
Thanks for all your fine comments

Their monster hit Dancing Queen from Australian TV as shown on Top of the Pops

You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the dancing queen

Friday night and the lights are low
Looking out for the place to go
Where they play the right music, getting in the swing
You come in to look for a king
Anybody could be that guy
Night is young and the music's high
With a bit of rock music, everything is fine
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

You are the dancing queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the dancing queen

You're a teaser, you turn 'em on
Leave them burning and then you're gone
Looking out for another, anyone will do
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

You are the dancing queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life

Where's The Birth Certificate? Jerome Corsi, Book Review

Where's the Birth certificate?
Jerome R. Corsi
WND Books
Washington DC
(c) 2011

Jerome Corsi's new book "Where's the Birth Certificate" includes 125 pages of exhibits, and detailed research. He states, "Obama has never made public his original long-form, hospital generated birth certificate. (page 62) "The issue is not whether Obama is a citizen, but whether he is a natural born citizen." (page 67) "U.S. citizenship under the 14th Amendment does not equate to natural-born citizenship as mandated for the presidency in Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution." (page 67) "Each baby born at a hospital in Hawaii in 1961 generated a long-form birth certificate signed by the attending physician that specified all relevant information about the birth, including the name of the baby and parents, the hospital where the baby was born, and the baby's weight, race, and time of birth." (page 113)

Chester Arthur became President after James Garfield was assassinated. He too was accused of not being "a natural born citizen." Others challenged on this ground include Senator Charles Curtis, Senator Barry Goldwater, Michigan Governor George Romney, Senator Lowell Weicker. (page 30-32) First challenge in 2008 election was by Obama supporters of John McCain's eligibility. The issue was pressed by Hillary Clinton supporters challenging Obama. (page 309)

Obama spent $1 million in lawyers fees to fight challenges in courts. (page 275) Democratic Party sent two different certification for ballot letters; one to 49 secretaries of states, and one to Hawaii. (page 278-279)

Convicted Sexual Predator Admits Murder While On Probation

If taking pictures of women from behind without their knowledge is causally connected to violence against women thousands of professional photographers whose photos can be seen online are dangerous and should be in custody. A related matter is that this gentleman son of a MTA Deputy Police Inspector was a convicted sexual predator who missed obligations with probation officials. Yet no one was watching him. Local police employees conduct 24/7 surveillance; harassment; provocations; and slander directed at me for personal and political purposes. Is there any wonder why such tragic events occur when the police priorities are misguided?

[From article]
"The nearly 70 photos [. . .] were of women “from behind, in parking lots and public places, [who] appear to have no idea their picture is being taken,” prosecutors wrote to an upstate judge in laying out their murder case against Mele."

Police Ignore Four Prior Drunk Driving Arrests, Focus on Controlling Other Man

Fifth time this man was arrested for driving drunk. Not known how many other times he drove while intoxicated but was not caught. No one was watching this gentleman. But police, and their psychopathic informants and employees watch me 24/7, harass me 24/7, slander me 24/7, and provoke me 24/7 for personal and political purposes. Great priorities for police and government officials. I'm told it is all about control. When you're spending other people's money who cares what the priorities are? It's not my money.

Disability Agency Works Against Disabled Persons

The below excerpt is from
February — March 2012
E-mail edition
News & Information for the Access-Minded
Cambridge [MA} Commission for Persons with Disabilities":

There are two notices from the National Alliance On Mental Illness, (NAMI). NAMI gets two to three million dollars each year to promote drug treatment to persons accused of mental illness. NAMI does not protect the rights or interests of persons with disabilities. Taxpayer funded agencies like the Cambridge Commission for Persons With Disabilities work for drug companies and their lobbyists to promote the business interests of the companies. Those interests are often in conflict with the rights of persons with disabilities.

This is clear from the description in the notice which is repeated by other organizations (e.g., M-POWER) which work with and for NAMI. The phrase is "The group is free and open to all who self-identify as having a mental illness." The Americans With Disabilites Act, The Rehabilitation Act, state and US laws that protect the rights of persons with disabilities has a directly opposite standard. The standard which creates discrimination based on disability is that the person is perceived as having a disability. It does not matter to the law what the person thinks of himself. What matters is what others think of him or her. The standard promoted by NAMI is the psychiatric standard for treatment. A person cannot be cured of mental illness if he does not recognize that he is mentally ill. It is a religious standard. Psychiatric illnesses can only be seen by psychiatrists.

If the illnesses were real it would not matter what the afflicted person thought. Compare if a person does not recognize that he has a rash. But the rash can be cured regardless.
Here is an example of a taxpayer funded city agency ignoring laws and promoting the standards created by the lobbyist for drug companies. It is one of several current standards among the alleged advocates for the rights of persons with disabilities that prevents them from enjoying their rights. Taxpayer funded agencies work against their interests. Shocking isn't it? Are journalists and elected officials clueless or what?

Government Lies on Inflation

The figures for ice cream are incomplete. The size of the containers were reduced to 48 ounces from 64 ounces (25 percent), with the raised prices remaining the same. Canned tuna fish is now 5 ounces down from 6 (16 percent) with the same prices. Coffee prices have doubled and tripled in some cases in the past two months with the reduced can sizes of 10.5 to 11.5 ounces down from 16 ounces. Containers of butter products are now 14 to 15 ounces down from 16 ounces. Many products sizes were reduced with the prices remaining the same. That was not included in the deceptive government figures on inflation. Yet with all of these price increases after two years of no increase the SSA gave an increase of 3.6 percent. Hello is anyone paying attention or do they ignore their lying eyes for what Obama says?

Boston Herald Continues to Insult Disabled Persons

Pervasive denial of humanity of persons with disabilities by journalists and professional Court employees is an abomination. There is no discussion of the fact that this woman is perceived to have a disability, whether she has one or not. Journalists freely publish her medical records when they would not dare do that about any other group of humans. There is no provision in the US or the MA Constitutions which allows denying a person with a disability the same rights and privileges enjoyed by the rest of the population. Yet here again the Boston Herald treats it as normal, that it should be done. Explain why the courts do not deny to Black Americans these rights? Why do the Courts not deny to homosexuals these rights? More importantly why do these members of the Victimhood Coalition remain silent when this one group is abused openly by the courts and encouraged by journalists?

Methamphetamine Abuses Widespread

Though I am not a drug expert or a scientist I suspect there are at least two errors of fact in this report. Granted methamphetamine use is dangerous. But the details do not make sense.

[From article]
"Once people who are on meth become psychotic, they are very dangerous," said Dr. Alex Stalcup, who treated Haight Ashbury heroin users in the 1960s, but now researches meth and works with addicts in the San Francisco Bay Area suburbs. "They're completely bonkers; they're nuts. We're talking about very extreme alterations of normal brain function. Once someone becomes triggered to violence, there aren't any limits or boundaries."

If the focus is on brain function, going without sleep for a long period of time creates irrational thoughts in humans. Drugs are not the primary cause of non logical thinking. Here's an example of a doctor who treats drug addicted humans who misleads journalists, who in turn mislead the public.

[From article]
"Chronic use of the harsh chemical compound known as speed or crank can lead to psychosis, which includes hearing voices and experiencing hallucinations. The stimulant effect of meth is up to 50 times longer than cocaine, experts say, so users stay awake for days on end, impairing cognitive function and contributing to extreme paranoia."

Here again the blame is put on the drugs as a cause of mental illness when it is lack of sleep. The same misguided experts say that mental illness causes homelessness, when it is the exact opposite.

[From article]
"Its [methamphetamine] use initially creates feelings of euphoria and invincibility, but experts say repeated abuse can alter brain chemistry and sometimes cause schizophrenia-like behavior."

Here is the same lame argument made by the psychiatric industry that mental illness is a chemical imbalance in the brain. Methamphetamine use makes people stay awake for many hours sometimes days. No sleep deteriorates brain function worse than drug use.

More Irrational Bias in Boston Herald

Just no shaking that negative bias from mindless Boston journalists. Again Mr. Stout uses the insulting phrase "a history of mental" issues (replacing illness). That is what demonizes, and encourages police to harass all persons ever accused of mental illness. It is like saying all homosexuals are pedpohiles. Well, aren't they? It shows that Mr. Stout and Herald editors believe mental illness causes crime. That is an irrational belief with no evidence in facts. The man is described as "controlling," which is what psychiatrists are -- control freaks. He is more likely to act as a psychiatrist would. They force drugs on their disobedient subjects. This man only beats them. It shows that young Boston reporters can still hold medieval thoughts and believe them in 2012. Some people never learn.

Cops: Worcester man killed by shove
By Matt Stout |
Friday, January 20, 2012 |

Local Coverage

A Worcester man is facing manslaughter charges after cops say he “violently” shoved another man to the sidewalk, leaving him to die from a head injury.

Albert Wheaton, 35, is due in Worcester District Court today to face charges he pushed 48-year-old Joseph Gubish to the ground around early Monday in front of 700 Main St., where officers found him lying unconscious from “extensive” head and neck injuries, police said.

Wheaton, also of Worcester, was rushed to UMass Medical Center, where he died two days later after he was removed from life support, police said.

Police said they were initially unsure if Gubish had a medical emergency before falling or if he was pushed to the ground. But officers identified Wheaton through witnesses and video, and arrested him yesterday on charges of manslaughter and aggravated assault and battery, police said.

Police said the two men “encountered” each other on the street around 12:30 a.m., and at one point, Wheaton shoved the victim to the ground, where Gubish hit his head.

Police did not say if the men knew each other or what may have prompted the attack. A Worcester police spokesman didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment.

Wheaton lives two blocks from where Gubish fell.

Elitist Eugenics In The Courts, and DMH

Journalists exacerbate this incident by emphasizing negative bias against persons with disabilities. They refer to the woman as a "[illness] woman." She is a human being, an American citizen with rights, who has a legal disability. Journalists show more compassion for illegal aliens who are repeatedly convicted of felonies. The courts deny persons with disabilities basic rights contrary to law. The Department of Mental Health advocated for the abuse using taxpayer money to deny rights to vulnerable citizens. The DMH is a taxpayer funded lobbyist for the drug industry and the psychiatric industry. They do not protect the rights of their vulnerable clients. Their human rights officer (a full time position) refers people to other taxpayer funded agencies which do little to prevent or to stop abuses.

The state says it "wasn’t advocating for anything other than the appropriate role of medical professionals and the patient’s family.” Lawyers, human services professionals and parents speak for persons with disabilities. Why are citizens denied the right to consent? Dissembling officials say the same people can consent to treatment and to be used as human subjects for experiments. But when it comes to procedures like abortion they say they not able to do so. What sane legal principle denies people the right to speak for themselves? This is a modern adaptation of the eugenics movement by contemporary elitists. The judge said it was a wrenching decision for her. Pity the poor judge. What about the individual woman whose basic rights were taken from her by the judge. Was it wrenching for her? Or doesn't she have any feelings or emotions? Professionals -- lawyers, judges, psychiatrists and DMH bureaucrats -- deny as a matter of convenience, the humanity of their clients. They believe they know better. They dehumanize humans in the name of treatment. How very National Socialist of them and their journalist enablers.

Economic Freedom a Myth

[From article]
"Every president in the 20th century, even Ronald Reagan, signed legislation raising income taxes. The theory behind the income tax is that the government's need for cash is so great, it can just take it from your employer after you earn it but before your employer pays you -- before you even see the cash -- and use it as it sees fit. This presumes that the federal government has a greater right to your income than you do. There really can be no rationale for income taxes without that belief.
Do you know anyone outside the government who believes this?"

Ethnic and Racial Animosity and Wealth Gap

[From article]
"Focusing attention and attacks on people who have greater wealth-generating capacity -- whether races, classes or whatever -- has had counterproductive consequences, including tragedies written in the blood of millions. Whole totalitarian governments have risen to dictatorial power on the wings of envy and resentment ideologies.
Intellectuals have all too often promoted these envy and resentment ideologies. There are both psychic and material rewards for the intelligentsia in doing so, even when the supposed beneficiaries of these ideologies end up worse off. When you want to help people, you tell them the truth. When you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear.
Both politicians and intellectuals have made their choice."

Stevie says, "I always find that when my swing goes wrong, I need to stop playing for a while and not think about it. Then, the next time I play, it seems to be all right."
Incredulous, Tiger says, "You play GOLF?"
Stevie says, "Yes, I've been playing for years."
Tiger says, "But -- you're blind! How can you play golf if you can't see?"
Stevie Wonder replies, "Well, I get my caddy to stand in the middle of the fairway and call to me. I listen for the sound of his voice and play the ball towards him. Then, when I get to where the ball lands, the caddy moves to the green or farther down the fairway and again I play the ball towards his voice."
But, "how do you putt" asks Tiger.
"Well", says Stevie, "I get my caddy to lean down in front of the hole and call to me with his head on the ground and I just play the ball toward his voice."
Tiger asks, "What's your handicap?"
Stevie says, "Well, actually -- I'm a scratch golfer."
Woods, incredulous, says to Stevie, "We've got to play a round sometime."
Stevie replies, "Well, people don't take me seriously, so I only play for money, and never play for less than $10,000 a hole. Is that a problem?"
Woods thinks about it and says, "I can afford that; OK, I'm game for that.. $10,000 a hole is fine with me. When would you like to play?"

Stevie Wonder says, "Pick a night."

Civilization is Fragile

[From article]
"In 1960 there were far fewer government officials, far fewer prisons, far fewer laws and far fewer lawyers -- and yet the state was a far safer place than it is a half-century later. Technological progress -- whether iPhones or Xboxes -- can often accompany moral regress. There are not yet weeds in our cities, but those too may be coming.
The average Californian, like the average Greek, forgot that civilization is fragile. Its continuance requires respect for the law, tough-minded education, collective thrift, private investment, individual self-reliance, and common codes of behavior and civility -- and exempts no one from those rules. Such knowledge and patterns of civilized behavior, slowly accrued over centuries, can be lost in a single generation."

Eugenics Popular on Campuses in USA

[From article]
"As often happens when a big idea seizes the imagination of the intelligentsia, their strongest argument is that there is no argument -- that "science" has already proved what they believe.
As Sir Francis Galton put it: "there exists a sentiment, for the most part quite unreasonable, against the gradual extinction of an inferior race."
The idea that those with different views had only "sentiment" on their side, while he had science, was common among intellectuals on both sides of the Atlantic.
Eugenics -- a term Galton coined -- became a crusading creed, and eugenics societies were set up by such stellar intellectuals as John Maynard Keynes, H.G. Wells and George Bernard Shaw in England. In the United States there were 376 college courses devoted to eugenics in American colleges and universities in 1928.
[. . .]
In our supposedly more enlightened time, it became dangerous even to express differing views on the subject on leading college and university campuses."

Promoting Credentials Over Skills

Obama worships credentials, i.e., having degrees. He is less focused on skills and abilities. That is apparent from the lack of successes he has other than staffing the bureaucracy with more people like himself with no marketable skills. Obama's stirring up animosity toward others with skills and wealth can have disastrous results.

[From article]
"When institutions of higher learning turn out highly qualified doctors, scientists, engineers and others with skills that can raise the standard of living of a whole society and make possible a better and longer life, the benefits are obvious.
What is not so obvious, but is painfully true nonetheless, is that colleges and universities can also turn out vast numbers of people with credentials, but with no marketable skills with which to fulfill their expectations. There is nothing magic about simply being in ivy-covered buildings for four years.
[. . .]
Such political movements cannot promote their agendas without demonizing others, thereby polarizing whole societies. Time and again, their targets have been those who have the skills and achievements that they lack. When they achieve their ultimate success, forcing such people out of the country, as in Uganda in the 1970s or Zimbabwe more recently, the whole economy can collapse.
Against this international background, the current class warfare rhetoric in American politics and ethnic grievance ideology in our schools and colleges, can be seen as the dangerous things they are."

MA Court Ordered Catholic Woman To Have Abortion, Overturned

This problem is worse than just abuses of state court Judges. Today and for many years doctors urge pregnant women whose child has a disability to abort the pregnancy. The doctors tell the parents they will be unhappy and that the child will only ruin the lives of the parents. Politicians, doctors and journalists have no shame. In the name of good, e.g., happiness, eliminating racism, multiculturalism, eliminating hate speech, even the Harvard University faculty destroys lives.

[Earlier version of this report stated that Judge Andrew R. Grainger was the offending judge. Judge Grainger is an appellate judge who participated in the ruling overturning the probate court judge's order. Sorry for any harm done.]

The fact that this petition was ever filed shows how pervasive unlawful bias against persons with disabilities is among government officials, including but not limited to judges who should know better. They would never think about forcing a woman to have an abortion because she was black or a lesbian. Based on fake illnesses the government runs amok. The same thinking allows police, medical professionals, and the superior beings at Harvard University to deny without shame, basic rights and privileges to persons with disabilities. One man from Pakistan told me that it is acceptable to discriminate based on disability but not race. He said, "At least we are whole persons." Once a person is accused of mental illness, police, courts, lawyers, politicians openly deny First Amendment Rights, Due Process Rights, Equal Protection of the Laws, and other rights, based solely on a nonsensical diagnosis, with no basis in science. Journalists mindlessly substantiate the fantasies of these officials publishing their misguided opinions.

UK Hospitals Saving Childrens' Brains In Jars

This is the same behavior by Nazi doctors in Austria. According to the article, it was legal until 2006 in the UK. Psychiatrists at McLean's Psychiatric Hospital in Belmont, MA outside of Boston have been doing this (not just children's brains) for many years.

Mass Lacks "Son of Sam" Law

Massachusetts does not have a "Son of Sam" law (revised) to prevent Bulger (MA criminals in general) from making money from his crimes. Boston newspapers and the Mass legislature remain unaware that the revised New York law withstands court challenges. A Texas "expert" counseled Boston print media that the laws cannot withstand scrutiny.

Diagnosing Dangers

[Comment on article]
Gottstein says he does not question the diagnoses. My question is why not question the illness? If as Paula Caplan states the DSM illnesses are not defined scientifically what makes them real? If only psychiatrists can see mental illnesses what does that say about the viewers or the objects they view? What role does advertisements (public relations, propaganda), campaign contributions to politicians play in creating the market for taxpayer funded psychiatry? David Rosenhan revealed that psychiatry cannot distinguish between sane and insane (see YouTube videos). What makes psychiatry anything more than personal opinion masquerading as science? When an "expert" makes a diagnosis in court why not challenge the "illness" then. Make them provide scientific evidence. They cannot do that.

[Reply to Paula Caplan]
If the method of naming illnesses in the DSM are not scientific why are they treated as if they are real? What is the pathology for mental illness? Psychiatrists declare speech and behavior that they do not like or do not understand as mental illness. What psychiatrists say and do is offensive to others. So, what psychiatrists say and do can be mental illness under their own system.

Obama Rejects Martin Luther King's Dream

[From article]
"President Obama is not practicing what Senator Obama preached. Instead of channeling the heroic Martin Luther King's dream that people be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin President Obama instead seems to be channeling the views of his moral compass, Jeremiah Wright, Jr."

Bulger Free Speech Expert Misinformed

The Massachusetts court system consistently rules in favor of connected criminals. Bulger is classically "connected," and will get a pass in any moral or legal issue. The expert cited may not be familiar with the revised "Son of Sam" law in New York State. The first one did not pass constitutional scrutiny. The revised one withstands court scrutiny. Here is a citation of the history of this kind of law in other states.

FInancial Scrutiny Needed of Police

An officer who stole drugs from police evidence rooms, may be a user. But he more than likely enjoys financial or other profits from stealing the drugs. Requiring police audits every six months would ensure that they are not making more money than they earn legally, or getting other consideration. Drug testing will not reveal selling drug evidence.

Man Admits Killing Ten People

This charming gentleman admitted killing four people in two days. While awaiting placement in state prison, he admitted killing six more. Police did not keep him under surveillance. Police did not harass him. Police and the FBI did not broadcast character assassination. FBI informants did not say he was their friend and tell others he was a retired drug dealer. After the FBI used me to fight organized crime without compensation for 15 years, the police still watch me 24/7, harass me 24/7 and still broadcast character assassination -- after 25 years. Does that explain why people are reluctant to help police; why they do not trust the government? Elected bozos and candidates ignore these egregious abuses and conduct business as usual. Police enjoy harassing people like me. They try to provoke violence, as lawyers stir up controversies to generate business. They use psychiatry to explain many years of abuses of power. It is called bullying.

Speaking for Human Rights is a Kennedy Cult Business

Using human suffering to show one's humanitarianism is a Kennedy Cult trait. It seems that they only speak against human rights abuses if they get paid to do so. How is this different from what the altruistic US Congress and US Senate do? Former US Rep. from Cambridge MA, Joe Kennedy earns a similar super sized salary as an executive of a non profit oil company while promoting the anti American Hugo Chavez. What a wonderful country where the upper class leadership gets rich bashing the nation that grants them a privileged position.

[From article]
"Kennedy was paid a flat $50,000 by lead attorney Steven Donziger on Feb. 22, 2010, bank statements made public in the case show.
She was set to pull down an additional $10,000 per month, according to a September 2010 draft budget by the law firm. And she was to get another $40,000 in expenses in June 2010, according to an invoice from Donziger.

Journalists May be Mentally Ill

Mike Barnicle laments the dumbing down of "the press corps." Isn't that a result of the dumbing down of schools? Recently the Harvard University faculty voted to remove course listings of a professor they accused of hate speech. Academic freedom died there and no one noticed? How many journalists have a history of mental illness? How many are taking psychiatric drugs? How many are FBI informants publishing propaganda for the feds? Could a corrupt government be the cause? When politicians deny access to reporters is it because of advocacy journalism which Barnicle practices?

If Men and Women Are Different, Science Threatens Feminism

[From article]
"research, conducted by Marco Del Giudice of Italy and Tom Booth and Paul Irwing, both of Manchester, England, involved interviewing 10,000 Americans. The researchers concluded that men and women are vastly different creatures, feeling and behaving in markedly different ways.
Such information is not the least bit shocking to those of us with common sense, or those of us who have both sons and daughters; but it’s “staggeringly different from the consensus view,” says Irwing. Indeed it is. That’s because it undermines the message feminists have been propagating for decades."

Disability Prevents Upward Mobility Gasp!

This essay uses some academic concepts, but at least the subject is discussed in major media. Few wealthy and influential political groups or officials have an idea that disabilty exists.

[From article]

As Robert Whitaker reports in a recent book (which we’ve discussed in the recent past), the number of Americans disabled by mental illness has increased considerably in recent decades. A review essay by Marcia Angell recounts the alarming facts:

The tally of those who are so disabled by mental disorders that they qualify for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) increased nearly two and a half times between 1987 and 2007—from one in 184 Americans to one in seventy-six. For children, the rise is even more startling—a thirty-five-fold increase in the same two decades. Mental illness is now the leading cause of disability in children, well ahead of physical disabilities like cerebral palsy or Down syndrome, for which the federal programs were created.

American Citizens Losing Freedoms

[From article]
"The government now routinely uses secret evidence to detain individuals and employs secret evidence in federal and military courts. It also forces the dismissal of cases against the United States by simply filing declarations that the cases would make the government reveal classified information that would harm national security — a claim made in a variety of privacy lawsuits and largely accepted by federal judges without question. Even legal opinions, cited as the basis for the government’s actions under the Bush and Obama administrations, have been classified. This allows the government to claim secret legal arguments to support secret proceedings using secret evidence."
