New York City Knows How To Increase Homeless Population, While Providing Housing to Illegal Aliens

Elimination of blight, destroying flop houses increased homelessness. DeBlasio is Mayor of the US, no time for NYC. Taxpayers provide, housing, food, legal assistance, health care, college tuition, driver's licenses, for illegal aliens. Homeless veterans and American citizens,  live with none of the above. Why are so many taxpayers and voters silent and cooperative with the criminals who run the government and waste taxpayer funds?

But Mayor Bill De Blasio was up for the challenge and under his administration he has managed to attract recordbreaking numbers of homeless to the streets of New York. Here's how he did it:

Step 1: Discourage police from enforcing quality of life laws

Step 2: Let the liberal population continue to fund the drug habits of the homeless, and encourage them to stay on the streets

Step 3: Continue supporting rent control laws which shrink the pool of available housing and create disincentives to create more.
Step 4: Decriminalize drug use and release the insane from the mental hospitals.
