Discrimination Lawsuits, Princeton Decided By US Department of Education, Harvard's Still Pending

This was an administrative decision by an agency run by the White House? Can litigants appeal to the US courts in order to get an allegedly impartial review? The current US government is run by political extremist idealogues. Unlikely this decision was fairly decided. As Yogi said, "It ain't over until its over."
