History Professor Stephen Frank told UCLA officials "he was concerned about his student's mental health after the student sent him several e-mails accusing classmates of taunting him and disrupting his exams." October 11, 2009) Here is evidence that anyone can make psychiatric diagnoses and have them published in major media outlets.
He ignored complaints about bullying and accused the victim of mental illness. What a guy. That is what politicians, organized crime, the FBI and police do to vulnerable persons.
An immigrant from Belize, was the student a first generation college student? How do students and elitist professors treat immigrants from small countries?
Based on personal opinion Professor Frank demanded forced treatment for the student. Like psychiatrists he designated non conformist behavior and speech as mental illness. Happening at a major university indicates little tolerance for eccentric legal behavior and speech.

Dead Man and Dog walking
A man and his dog were walking along a road. The man was enjoying the scenery, when it suddenly occurred to him that he was dead.
He remembered dying, and that the dog walking beside him had been dead for years. He wondered where the road was leading them.
After a while, they came to a high, white stone wall along one side of the road. It looked like fine marble. At the top of a long hill, it was broken by a tall arch that glowed in the sunlight.
When he was standing before it he saw a magnificent gate in the arch that looked like mother-of-pearl, and the street that led to the gate looked like pure gold. He and the dog walked toward the gate, and as he got closer, he saw a man at a desk to one side.
When he was close enough, he called out, 'Excuse me, where are we?'
'This is Heaven, sir,' the man answered.
'Wow! Would you happen to have some water?' the man asked.
Of course, sir. Come right in, and I'll have some ice water brought right up..'The man gestured, and the gate began to open.
'Can my friend,' gesturing toward his dog, 'come in, too?' the traveler asked.
'I'm sorry, sir, but we don't accept pets.'
The man thought a moment and then turned back toward the road and continued the way he had been going with his dog.
After another long walk, and at the top of another long hill, he came to a dirt road leading through a farm gate that looked as if it had never been closed. There was no fence.
As he approached the gate, he saw a man inside, leaning against a tree and reading a book.
'Excuse me!' he called to the man. 'Do you have any water?'
'Yeah, sure, there's a pump over there, come on in.'
'How about my friend here?' the traveler gestured to the dog.
'There should be a bowl by the pump.'
They went through the gate, and sure enough, there was an old-fashioned hand pump with a bowl beside it. The traveler filled the water bowl and took
a long drink himself, then he gave some to the dog. When they were full, he and the dog walked back toward the man who was standing by the tree.
'What do you call this place?' the traveler asked.
'This is Heaven,' he answered.
'Well, that's confusing,' the traveler said.
'The man down the road said that was Heaven, too.'
'Oh, you mean the place with the gold street and pearly gates? Nope. That's hell.'
'Doesn't it make you mad for them to use your name like that?'
'No, we're just happy that they screen out the folks who would leave their best friends behind.'

HR 615 - Proposed Amendment
On Tuesday, the Senate health committee voted 12-11 in favor of a two-page amendment, courtesy of Republican Tom Coburn which would require all Members of Congress and their staff members to enroll in any new government-run health plan.
Congressman John Fleming has proposed an amendment that would require Congressmen and Senators to take the same health care plan that they would force on us. (Under proposed legislation they are exempt.)
Congressman Fleming is encouraging people to go to his Website and sign his petition. The process is very simple at:

Senator Coburn and Congressman Fleming are both physicians. Regardless of your political beliefs, it sure seems reasonable that Congress should have exactly the same medical coverage that they impose on the rest of us.

This psychologist evaluates Alex Rodriguez without having met him and without his consent. Of what value is this fantasy? How to Avoid The Flu
How to Avoid The Flu
Eat right!
Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.
Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.
Get plenty of exercise because exercise helps build your immune system.
Walk for at least an hour a day, go for a swim, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
Wash your hands often. If you can't wash them, keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.
Get lots of fresh air. Open doors & windows whenever possible.
Try to eliminate as much stress from your life as you can.
Get plenty of rest.
OR
Take the doctor's approach.
Think about it...
When you go for a shot,
what do they do first?
They Clean your arm with alcohol...
Why?
Because Alcohol KILLS GERMS.
So......
I walk to the liquor store. (exercise)
I put lime in my Corona ...(fruit)
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)
Drink outdoors on the bar patio..(fresh air)
Tell jokes, laugh....(eliminate stress)
Then pass out. (rest)
The way I see it...
If you keep your alcohol levels up, flu germs can't get you!
My grandmother always said, "A shot in the glass is better than one in the ass!"

According to this report hate crimes against persons with disabilities are not included in the law or the new bill. There are no statistics regarding what percentage of hate crimes are based on disability. The reason is that police seldom act on complaints of crime against persons with disabilities. Police often join in abusing persons accused of mental illness. The laws on unlawful discrimination are not even enforced when the victims have disabilities. The reason is that the government agencies who are paid to protect persons with disabilities ignore them. This indicates that laws are only passed to benefit and to protect wealthy and powerful interest groups. Bias crimes join earmarks as privileges for the rich and connected. When it comes to protecting persons with disabilities the human services industry has laws written for their benefit not for the benefit of their clients.

Paterson Should Stop Running and Be Governor
Paterson needs to stop running for office and just be Governor for a while. Helping Criminals Steal Your Stuff

A couple of weeks ago someone had their car
broken into while they were at a football game.
Their car was parked on the green which was adjacent to the football stadium
and specially allotted to football fans. Things stolen from the car
included a garage door remote control, some money and a GPS which had been
prominently mounted on the dashboard.
When the victims got home, they found that their house had been ransacked
and just about everything worth anything had been stolen.
The thieves had used the GPS to guide them to the house. They then used the
garage remote control to open the garage door and gain entry to the
house.
The thieves knew the owners were at the football game, they knew what time
the game was scheduled to finish and so they knew how much time they had to
clean out the house. It would appear that they had brought a truck to empty
the house of its contents.

One woman changed how she lists her names on her mobile
phone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag, which contained her cell
phone, credit card, wallet etc, was stolen.
20 minutes later when she called her husband from a pay phone telling him
what had happened, he said 'I received your text asking about
our pin number and I replied a little while ago.'
When they rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money

GPS:
A couple of weeks ago someone had their car
broken into while they were at a football game.
Their car was parked on the green which was adjacent to the football stadium
and specially allotted to football fans. Things stolen from the car
included a garage door remote control, some money and a GPS which had been
prominently mounted on the dashboard.
When the victims got home, they found that their house had been ransacked
and just about everything worth anything had been stolen.
The thieves had used the GPS to guide them to the house. They then used the
garage remote control to open the garage door and gain entry to the
house.
The thieves knew the owners were at the football game, they knew what time
the game was scheduled to finish and so they knew how much time they had to
clean out the house. It would appear that they had brought a truck to empty
the house of its contents.

CELL PHONES:
One woman changed how she lists her names on her mobile
phone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag, which contained her cell
phone, credit card, wallet etc, was stolen.
20 minutes later when she called her husband from a pay phone telling him
what had happened, he said 'I received your text asking about
our pin number and I replied a little while ago.'
When they rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money
was already withdrawn. The thief had actually used the stolen cell phone to
text 'hubby' in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within 20

Post editors say, "organized crime -- or bribery -- in the construction biz isn't exactly new." But they indicate they believe that having members and associates of organized crime in government offices is unusual. The editors add, "the inspectors themselves aren't bona fide mobsters, right?" In Boston the Irish crime family ran the FBI for many years. Why is that not a surprise? Why are politicians silent about those murderous abuses.

Journalist Bashes Person With a Disability
In the opening paragraph a Denver Post journalist says, "Rick Glen Strandlof, a former mental patient [. . .] is being prosecuted under the Stolen Valor Act for making claims he received a Purple Heart."
She adds, "In interviews with the FBI and local and national media outlets, Strandlof admitted making up the stories. He said he suffered from mental illness. He had previously been hospitalized in a mental institution in Nevada."
There are several outrages here. Why the emphasis (first paragraph) on being a "former mental patient?" Does that make him a desirable person for young women seeking marriage material? Why report this "fact" except to discredit the suspect? Why don't journalists report when suspects have a history of rashes or broken legs?
Is the suspect the source for his mental illness and hospitalization? If so why is he believed if having a history of mental illness is used to discredit him? What is the rational connection (not emotional or prejudicial) between a history of mental illness and crime or lying? What is the rational connection between being hospitalized in a mental institution and crime or lying? There is none.
If the FBI is the source of the hospitalization and history of mental illness what is their purpose of revealing this protected by privacy laws (US HIPAA laws) information? The FBI has a history of exploiting persons with disabilities and then denying them access to the courts to vindicate their rights.
Why do journalists join politicians, police and the FBI bashing persons with disabilities? Why do journalists remain indifferent to denial of civil and Constitutional Rights of persons with disabilities by police, courts, psychiatrists and FBI agents? What is the source of the pervasive prejudice against persons with disabilities among journalists?

The most disturbing part is that the head of the company making see through wall radar thinks the technology might become cheap enough for wide distribution. They already have facial recognition software and night vision on videocameras costing a couple of hundred dollars at Bestbuy. Please refer to my various petitions to US senators past and presidents and vice presidents regarding my ongoing abuse, various events of food poisoning and torture in the city of Boston since my arrival three years back,involving Homeless shelters,hospitals and police and other departments like Boston public Library that function under the mayors office besides religious groups (institutions).
In fact I was seriously poisoned on the very day you were visiting the Long island shelter, it took me more than two months to be able to just walk.
Here are the detailed petitions that I have forwarded in the past four years since my arrival to US to study my Maters in film making.

In the year 2004, I came to US as a student to study MFA in film, apart an attempt on my life by a car accident in India in 2002 and my arrival to US in 2004, since then, I was called Osama Bin Laden, Muslim and a terrorist.
I was poisoned and medically tortured affecting my reproductive organs ( prostate), beaten up and abused in various states across the nation, most of which has been going in the city of Boston unabated, since the last Two and half years, involving Hospitals and Department of Home and Health services and various law and order establishments, religious establishments and countless number of homeless people in the streets and shelters, now in the streets as I am put away from the last of the places( the homeless shelters).
Beginning that day when I had gone to submit my TV project, on a day where there was curfew on the few streets that lead to TV station besides there being no incident of violence or unrest and riot till today 2009, when I had found out that I was sent to US ( legally as a student) on an rendition program, ( while my parents being compromised of the facts and also of my present conditions, with no communication what so ever, besides some of my relatives being made partners in many ways) I have no answers and no responsible human has yet come forth to clarify as to why I am being singled out for torture, while everything that had belonged to me has been taken away methodically over a period of 25 years until I am left on the streets.).

The Human Rights Committee cannot examine petitions alleging violations of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) unless the State is also a party to the Optional Protocol (OP). The United States of America is not a State party to the Optional Protocol. Further, the Committee against Torture cannot examine petitions alleging violations of the Convention against Torture (CAT) unless the State has made the declaration under article 22 recognizing the Committee\'s competence to receive and consider petitions. Since then I have been under surveillance on a 24/7 basis and been Poisoned often in more than than three times a week and been subjected to sleep deprivation on an ongoing bases since that last two years, once I had shifted to Boston.MA.
The saddest part is I still do not know why I have been picked up this treatment.
At every stage of these ongoing torture and abuse, I had written to Congress men and Speaker Nancy Pelosi and several other senators of both Democrats and republican parties, in addition to past and present US presidents.

Dear Honorable president,
Please forgive me for seeking your attention regarding my ongoing problems and refer to my many petitions in the past about the ongoing abuse and torture since my arrival from India to US in 2004.
So far I have only received more threats and abuse instead of any relief.
As I was administered a FLU vaccine Dec 2007at Pine street Inn in Boston, which I believe is a powerful ANTIGEN, which has been killing me day by day and so far I have not received any medical help.
In addition, I hope that you are well aware the fact surrounding my situation in this country.
Unfortunately given my education and experience in life I fail to understand what is being achieved by torturing someone like me or even by murdering by means of Drugs or otherwise.
As I am quite incapable of dealing with my day today life due to these debilitating conditions, besides being regularly food poisoned, I can barely walk and I wonder as to what is the objective of unleashing such Inhumanity.
Since when human civilization has reached to such abysmally low levels of human dignity and self respect that people like me are handpicked and singled out for abuse and torture.
On the other hand I fail to understand what exactly is being achieved by these actions and how that is likely to benefit US. Why not kill instead and do away with the likes of me if that is of any help.
I have no words to describe the agony and suffering in addition to humiliation that I have been receiving since my arrival.
How would that make any person in this nation happy and the lives of their children better?
Even hardcore criminals by any known standards are spared of such treatment and who with a sane mind would believe that US, a nation known for upholding human values is wittingly or unwittingly is torturing and taking it up on innocent lives.
I have no problem if US as a nation and its people were to benefit from my death and I would gladly offer it but why torture and abuse and what exactly being upheld here and what is being proved to anyone.
Unfortunately I have run out of any hope of humanity that I can expect in this country and I am resigned to whatever fate that is likely to meet me until I can hold on and I am sorry to state I have no hesitation to end this life under the present ongoing conditions, if that be the wish of this nation and its people.
when it is of no more use even pleading to Noble souls like you, that fairness and justice have become mere words no one in today’s world would want to care, as I can see for myself that I am running out of time of and any possibility of recovering normal health fading, I believe that it is time that I should excuse myself.

The fifth amendment prevents individuals from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without "due process of law." Due process extends to all persons and corporate entities. Please refer to my various petitions to US senators past and presidents and vice presidents regarding my ongoing abuse, various events of food poisoning and torture in the city of Boston since my arrival three years back,involving Homeless shelters,hospitals and police and other departments like Boston public Library that function under the mayors office besides religious groups (institutions).
In fact I was seriously poisoned on the very day you were visiting the Long island shelter, it took me more than two months to be able to just walk.
Here are the detailed petitions that I have forwarded in the past four years since my arrival to US to study my Maters in film making.

In the year 2004, I came to US as a student to study MFA in film, apart an attempt on my life by a car accident in India in 2002 and my arrival to US in 2004, since then, I was called Osama Bin Laden, Muslim and a terrorist.
I was poisoned and medically tortured affecting my reproductive organs ( prostate), beaten up and abused in various states across the nation, most of which has been going in the city of Boston unabated, since the last Two and half years, involving Hospitals and Department of Home and Health services and various law and order establishments, religious establishments and countless number of homeless people in the streets and shelters, now in the streets as I am put away from the last of the places( the homeless shelters).
Beginning that day when I had gone to submit my TV project, on a day where there was curfew on the few streets that lead to TV station besides there being no incident of violence or unrest and riot till today 2009, when I had found out that I was sent to US ( legally as a student) on an rendition program, ( while my parents being compromised of the facts and also of my present conditions, with no communication what so ever, besides some of my relatives being made partners in many ways) I have no answers and no responsible human has yet come forth to clarify as to why I am being singled out for torture, while everything that had belonged to me has been taken away methodically over a period of 25 years until I am left on the streets.).
Many of my juniors and associates who had worked and studied either as class mates or students are now in US and working as professionals and some also as filmmakers.

On Wednesday, October 14, the International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse, IAACEA, is staging a worldwide protest against the use of electronic technologies to assault and harass members of the unwitting public. This coalition unites concerned professionals and victim groups, in Canada (British Columbia, Ontario, Toronto, Nanaimo), the U.S. (San Francisco, California, Washington, DC), England (London), China and other countries.
IAACEA claims that many people are being targeted by advanced technologies that remotely affect the human mind and body. Many conventional means of redress are expensive and in some cases, exhausted. Members have organized and will stage worldwide civil protests, in these cities, on this vital issue.
Through these protests, IAACEA intends to educate the public, gain media attention and mobilize national policy changes in the countries. Long-term goals include: creating laws to protect citizens from electromagnetic (EM) weapons and prosecuting offenders who commit the crimes of electronic harassment and organized stalking, (which can occur, when these crimes are committed).
IAACEA’s stated goal is, to ban the use of electromagnetic weapons that remotely interfere with the human body and mind and make it a criminal offense to possess and use such weapons. Electromagnetic frequencies powering these devices are microwave, infrared, extremely low frequency (elf) and others. All EM energy is radiation. Members explain that this form of harassment is invasive. They believe that long-term exposures to EM can destroy the health of those targeted, and has caused deaths to occur.
Electromagnetic weapons that remotely "tentanize muscles" are one form of these devices. The patent abstract language explains what occurs when this weapon is used on an unsuspecting target: "because the electrical current is a close replication of the physiological neuroelectric impulses which control striated muscle tissue, it tetanizes the subject's skeletal muscles without causing any perceptible sensation." Other devices can painfully target the human brain, send a microwave audio signal that only one person in a crowd can hear, vibrate internal organs, and send shocks to targeted areas of the body. All of these devices exist in miniaturized, cell phone like form. They can be activated remotely and covertly, relatively easily, according to private investigator reports and member accounts.
The military has defined these devices. Captain Paul Tyler writes: “The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide ranging .. In all of these cases the EM systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation.". City Manager's Fantasies About to Implode
Cambridge MA City Manager often played his trump card, i.e. the city's Triple A Bond rating. In this essay Peter Schweich exposes the negative aspects of this boast, which will soon be a large burden on the city's taxpayers. Not only are the three rating agencies under scrutiny of CA and NY Attorneys General, they are also being sued for fraud. But also the city has a large amount of unfunded obligations which will have to be paid by increased property taxes.
