Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Denied Sleep Seeks Transfer to U.S. Prison

EL Chapo wants to be extradited to the United States as soon as possible because guards at a Mexican maximum-security prison won't let him sleep, his lawyer has said.

Police in Cambridge, MA take turns with criminals disturbing my sleep every one or two hours every day. Do Cambridge psychopaths think I am the son of El Chapo? Are they prison guards masquerading as lawyers, police and psychologists?

[From article]
EL Chapo wants to be extradited to the United States as soon as possible because guards at a Mexican maximum-security prison won't let him sleep, his lawyer has said.
Lawyer Jose Refugio Rodriguez said the cartel leader, whose real name is Joaquin Guzman, told him to negotiate with U.S. authorities for a lighter sentence and confinement at a medium-security prison.
[. . .]
But Rodriguez suggested it could be done in two months, presumably if Guzman dropped an estimated nine appeals his lawyers have filed.
However, Rodriguez said 'we won't drop the (legal) defense in Mexico until we have an agreement with the United States.'
Officials have acknowledged that guards at the Altilplano prison wake Guzman every four hours for a head count. He escaped the same prison in July and was recaptured in January.
The harsher regime — Guzman also has fewer visits than during his last stint in prison — seems to have broken him.
'I saw a defeated, humiliated man,' Rodriguez said

Irregular Sleep Habits Damage Genes, May Have Link To Cancer

Researchers in Sweden have discovered that missing a single night of sleep can alter the genes that control our body's cellular biological clocks. Disrupted biological clocks can affect everything from changes in our body temperature, appetite and even brain activity.

[From article]
Researchers warn that though further testing on humans is needed, women with a family history of breast cancer should avoid working shifts that contribute to poor sleep patterns. The study also found that the mice with poor sleeping patterns were 20 percent heavier, despite consuming the same diet as the other mice.
Previous studies in people have indicated that shift workers and flight attendants have a higher risk of diseases like breast cancer.
[. . .]
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notes that insufficient sleep and sleep disruption is considered a public health epidemic. CDC recommends people go to bed around the same time each night and rise at the same time in the morning to help build healthy sleep hygiene.

You might think losing the odd night's sleep is harmless. Most of us simply up our caffeine intake and power through the next day.
But a new study has found that pulling an all-nighter may have more serious implications for our bodies that previously thought.
Researchers in Sweden have discovered that missing a single night of sleep can alter the genes that control our body's cellular biological clocks.
Disrupted biological clocks can affect everything from changes in our body temperature, appetite and even brain activity.
'Previous research has shown that our metabolism is negatively affected by sleep loss,' said Jonathan Cedernaes, lead author and a researcher at Uppsala University.
Sleep loss has also been linked to an increased risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Just ONE night of bad sleep can alter your genes: Pulling an all-nighter damages the DNA in our biological clocks, claims study
Disruption to biological clock genes can increase risk of disease
It can also impact our body temperature, appetite and brain activity
But researchers are unsure if the disruption to genes is permanent

Effects of Sleep Deprivation

There is no discussion in this article of the classification of intentional sleep deprivation as used during warfare and is recognized as a form of torture. In an episode of the television series Law & Order, one detective was questioning a suspect. He kept at him for 18 hours then let him sleep but woke him up every ten minutes. In my current living situation, a lesbian graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School conducts a brutal campaign of disturbing my sleep. She works with local police criminals, i.e.,  associates of organized crime who work for the police. Currently there are three crime families participating. Her goal is to destroy my mind and my spirit. After 40 years of such criminal abuse there is not much left to destroy. But that does not stop these sociopaths and sadists from continuing their criminal attacks. It is a third generation of criminals to conduct this campaign.

[From article]
Your central nervous system is the information highway of your body. Sleep is necessary to keep it functioning properly. During sleep, the brain rests busy neurons and forms new pathways so you’re ready to face the world in the morning. In children and young adults, the brain releases growth hormones during sleep. While you’re sleeping, your body is also producing proteins that help cells repair damage.
Sleep deprivation leaves the brain exhausted, so it can’t perform its duties well. The most obvious effect is sleepiness. You may find yourself yawning a lot and feeling sluggish. Lack of sleep interferes with your ability to concentrate and learn new things. It can negatively impact both short-term and long-term memory. It gets in the way of your decision-making process and stifles creativity. Your emotions are also affected, making you more likely to have a short temper and mood swings. Overall cognitive function is impaired.
If sleep deprivation continues long enough, you’re at increased risk of hallucinations, especially if you have narcolepsy or systemic lupus erythematosis. Lack of sleep can trigger mania in people who have manic depression. Other risks include impulsive behavior, depression, paranoia, and suicidal thoughts.

Angry Neighbors Bill Hotel for Sleep Deprivation at $1,000 Per Hour

If I was compensated for the hours of sleep I lost due to daily harassment at my residence owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College I would have most of Harvard's endowment in my bank account. Too bad for me the city and state is run by criminals who obey Harvard officials and allow Harvard employees to violate inconvenient laws and to harass unpopular elder tenants.

Disturbing Sleep Intentionally

Research and enforcement of state and US laws prohibiting use and possession of electrical weapons is one unexplored cause of waking up in the middle of sleep periods. The proliferation of these high tech experimental anti personnel weapons among organized crime, police and FBI informants, and Communists to harass American citizens needs to be addressed. In view of the cluelessness and corruption of journalists and elected officials it is highly unlikely these criminal abuses will ever end. See e.g., Mass General laws Chapter 140 Sec. 131 J; and United States Code

Chapter 113B

Radiological dispersal devices

Sleep Deprivation Causes Decline?

Nothing new here. It is well known that sleep deprivation and sleep interruption causes the mind to deteriorate faster than taking hallucinogens. Is that why organized crime and police use high tech weapons to harass political activists and unpopular American citizens? Getting over the false belief that psychiatrists only heal humans would be a great start to ending the criminal abuses of psychiatry and their police partners in crime.

Modern Parenting Abuses

[From article]

"Only 5 percent of high-school seniors get eight hours of sleep a night. Children get an hour less than they did 30 years ago, which subtracts IQ points and adds body weight.[. . .]

The school day starts too early because that is convenient for parents and teachers.[. . .]
sleep loss raises the hormone that stimulates hunger and decreases the one that suppresses appetite. Hence the correlation between less sleep and more obesity."

Destroying Humans Legally

By relentless harassment disturbing a person's sleep and depriving a person of regular sleep it is possible to create an atmosphere where the person will end his or her life to benefit the criminals who torment him or her. Using high tech electrical weapons that emit electromagnetic radiation and ultra sound it is possible to disturb and to deprive a person's sleep from outside of his or her home. These weapons are used by police, organized crime, socialists, psychiatrists and psychologists. It is a way to discredit a person who was abused by police or other government criminals. These days when the US government acts as if it is run by organized crime it is convenient to have such weapons that few people know about.
