As the third most frequently taken medication in the U.S., researchers estimate that 8 to 10 percent of the population is taking an antidepressant. Scapegoat - Smartest Man in The Room

Ah, Sunday the Christian day of rest. But alas there is no rest for the weary older white male in Cambridge where police are driven to harass, to ridicule, to insult, to try to arrest, to humiliate, to provoke, to test, to character assassinate, and more. For 40 years nine crime families and Communists from six states took turns (sometimes they were falling over each other) attacking this one one white male.

In a recent comment I revealed that one Harvard University campus cop (a black racist homosexual) was particularly abusive for two years or more. University administrators were unable or unwilling to stop his criminal abuses. The next day more black police appeared with psychologists. As I explained previously, in Cambridge MA, Harvard and government officials (are they separate?) are in denial that black people are human. They say they are super humans, having had their genes cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. For two days these additional black racist psychologists ran psychological testing and evaluations looking for mental illness. They were violating state and US laws but likely were unaware of it. Few psychologists and fewer psychiatrists know the laws which regulate their actions. They believe they are "the smartest man in the room" and that laws are optional. Laws are for the little people. Not for superior omniscient beings.

Performing psychological testing and evaluations without consent is a violation of state privacy laws and the US HIPAA laws. What's a few law violations between black racists when their goal is to rid the world of white supremacist racists? How did they know I was the Grand Kleagle of Cambridge? In the name of good, they can do anything. They use the police power of the state and the FBI to do their holy labors attacking this white male.

They were unable to expose any racist acts (legal or illegal) and were unable to frame this white male for the misguided notions in their depraved paranoid brains. But that did not stop them. Once again on Sunday (February 26, 2012) they were active as I did errands. First the Cambridge police with several patrol cars kept me under strict surveillance as I walked along the streets. No shame, no fear of being exposed harassing a man that they say is disabled. No fear because they "know" what they do is "right." It does not matter to them if it is illegal, because, (drumroll please) in Cambridge laws are optional for the lawless government.

When I did not provide any reason for them to arrest me they went on their way and I mine. I took the bus into Boston then changed for the Green Line trolley to Coolidge Corner. The Brookline police were already on the job. There were dozens of young women as bait, which is the boring repeating pattern of police abuses. Crime families and Communists use the same tactics. Why? More later. When I did not go for the young women bait they tried a young man. These geniuses think (not knowing me although I've been in Cambridge on and off for 42 years), "He must be a homosexual like us." He did not go for the young women, and anyway the police files say he is a Communist homosexual.

Are these police and psychologists depraved? Do they need some behavior modification if not medication? In what circumstance would a 69-year-old man try to have a relationship with a 22-year-old woman picking her up on the street? Do they think I am Woody Allen? Do they think I am going to attack these women on the bus or the trolley? At least one of these charming paranoid smartest-man-in-the-room, and superior beings is a young black male with what is best described as a Mohawk hair do. It is the second time I noticed him as part of a black racist team conducting this kind of criminal surveillance and provocations. But alas these are superior humans we are dealing with here. They always do what's "right." They always know "best." This one wasn't even born when the FBI began its criminal abuses in 1968. So what? Harvard psychologist Daniel Kahneman, wrote Thinking, Fast and Slow. He says whatever is in a person's brain, is what the person thinks is all there is to know, whether consciously or not. They act on what knowledge they have and do not consider what Donald Rumsfeld called the "unknown unknowns."

There is no way to open a mind. Mohawk man and his team of black racist associates will think what they think no matter what. It is easier to open a rock than a mind. That is why Communists took control of the public schools so many years ago. They know that once they get their propaganda into young minds it is almost impossible to get rid of it. At least two generations of young minds have poor skills reading, writing, thinking, and doing math. But they are all caught up on being diverse and not hurting feelings.

Communist psychologists created a nation of mindless zombies with no history and no perspective on what they do and think. You can see the results in the daily news. Young people kill each other, parents kill their children, strangers kill young babies and young women, and women kill men. Recently police are shooting each other. Sometimes for as little as $5. Injured men and women lie in the streets while citizens walk by them and let them lay there in this age of cell phones. Two teen girls have a knockdown drag out fist fight. 20 of their peers watch and video tape it. Gangs attack individuals in the streets and others walk by and stay out of it. Police encourage this behavior by keeping the public uninformed about who is committing these crimes in order not to hurt the feelings of the suspects.

If you read the comments under the news articles you can see the anger of innocent taxpayers who urge killing the suspects as soon as they are arrested. They cheer for predators in prisons to take revenge for the victims. This is the result of what the public schools brought to the nation. It is only just beginning as the public becomes more dissatisfied and people begin to take justice into their own hands to protect themselves and their loved ones. Police are being trained not to fight crime but to control people. In Cambridge a US taxpayer grant was received to train police in military strategy. The US Congress repealed the Posse Comitatus Act.

For survival it is necessary to be aware of the depraved minds that are watching if you are ever in this situation where misguided minds are given power over you. You must not offend these bozos for they can arrest you and take your freedom due to their paranoia and depraved opinions of civilians. If I speak to any of these women they would arrest me for harassing women. So I remain silent and pretend I do not notice them. How else to remain free when there are so many misguided police and psychologists roaming the streets with the power to take your freedom and your dignity. There is no end to this abuse. They have anti social minds. If only they would look in the mirror they might see how sick they are.

Psychiatry, Anything You Want It To Be and More

The delightful characteristic of psychiatry is that if you don't like a diagnosis, you can always get another with a different or opposite finding. The awful thing about psychiatry is that it is used to avoid accountability for one's actions. What difference does it make if the man is paranoid schizophrenic whatever that means? If he knew what he did is illegal, wrong, criminal he must be held accountable for his egregious acts. How many more years will psychiatrists be allowed to thwart the values of western civilization because they believe they are morally and intellectually superior to ordinary humans? Have the genes of psychiatrists been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism?

Courts Continue Egregious Abuses of Rights of Disabled Persons

Without being convicted of a crime, this defendant is forced to submit to psychiatric treatment. Without explanation it appears that the state is committing felony battery doing this without consent. It is possible that the reporter has no clue about what he is writing, but this report indicates serious abuses of the man due to the institutional unlawful bias toward persons accused of mental illness. There are few if any lawyers who will resist psychiatric treatment. The psychiatrists may accuse the lawyer of having oppositional disorder if he challenges the psychiatrist. Radio reports reveal some of his treatment. Under what interpretation of the HIPAA laws have this man's medical records become public documents?

Journalists Lack Skepticism

Boston Herald publishes a "reported diagnosis" for what reason? To discredit the suspect? Because a housing administrator made the diagnosis? Or did he reveal medical records contrary to state and US law? Congratulations for noting the dangers of psychiatric drugs. Are potential drug company advertisements the reason this is not an issue for journalists to warn the public? Choosing Howard Trachtman to comment on psychiatric abuses is like asking John Edwards to discuss marriage loyalty. NAMI is not a civil rights organization. Each year drug companies give NAMI about $3 million to promote drug treatment.

Susan also has a disturbing story to tell. “While I was away from home for a brief errand, law enforcement personnel along with a county Department of Social Services (DSS) Caseworker, illegally forced their way into our home, physically seized my daughter Jennifer, and forced her to attend a psychiatric evaluation. Jennifer's own doctor, previously, had already provided an evaluation and recommendations for treatment. When I returned home, the phone was on the floor (Jennifer later told me she had been desperately trying to call me for help). Jennifer was gone. The DSS director refused to tell me where my daughter was.”

During the subsequent guardianship hearings, DSS slandered this mother. The court clerk granted control of Jennifer's life to DSS. DSS has severely limited her freedom: they forced her to live away from home among strangers, they have forbidden her to visit her home that she shares with her mother, they forced her to take psychotropic drugs, and they restricted Jennifer from seeing her own doctors. Jennifer wants to go home, she wants her freedom back, she would like her rights completely restored or her Mother granted guardianship.

Guardianship hearings are a trojan horse of the psycho-pharmaceutical industry!

Daniella 19, in New Hampshire, and Jennifer 32, in North Carolina, were taken from their families through state initiated guardianship hearings and placed under the control of state appointed guardians. Consequently, they were forced to live hours away from home among strangers and coerced to take psycho-pharmaceutical drugs.

Their mothers are fighting for the freedom and rights of their daughters, and they need your help!

Please read these two MOMS stories and then contact the governor in each state. Request in-depth investigations into the guardianship hearings that gave state agencies control over their adult children’s lives in unfair and unjust court proceedings.

In both cases, the guardians demanded psycho-pharmaceutical drug treatment, overriding the medical choices of the young women and their Mothers. Because of many slanderous statements presented against these two young women and their Mothers, and the court's unwillingness to look at sworn testimony about the dangers of psychotropic drugs, guardianship of their adult children has been repeatedly denied these MOMS.

Aleshanee has a very disturbing story to tell about how she lost her appeal for guardianship, and how Daniella, at age 18, was eventually committed for an unprecedented 5 years in the New Hampshire State Psychiatric Hospital (a hospital that has recently been under investigation for many abuses of human rights). This is a quote from Aleshanee’s Blog at Daniellawecare.blogspot.com: “After two years of mysterious allergic-type reactions, I took my daughter to a Boston hospital to have her evaluated. After 24 hours of separation and waiting, she was restrained and drugged against my consent. Two months later she suffered her first psychotic break, and was committed.”

Daniella did not have a mental health issue until she was given psychotropic drugs in the emergency room her mother had taken her to for a medical issue. This story does have a miracle: Daniella was recently released from the state psychiatric hospital after 12 horrific months of forced confinement, overcoming the doctor’s determination to keep her committed for 5 years. However, during those 12 months of confinement, she endured forced and coerced drugging and emotional abuse. She is still under the authority and control of the state-appointed guardian and ordered to continue psychotropic medication. Daniella wants her MOM to be her guardian and to challenge the legality of the entire abusive commitment process, so that others will not have to go through the nightmare she experienced. Misguided Opinion on Psychiatry

This essay is proof that persistent propaganda will come to be believed as truth. The unstated assumptions are where the errors begin. Conflating mental illness with crime is an egregious irrational assumption that is promoted by the psychiatric industry. It is difficult to admit that one's close relative is a criminal. That does not excuse obscene negligent police training in dealing with persons with disabilities. Police have one standard for shooting to kill suspects. It is their belief that they or someone else is in danger. Their irrational fear of persons they believe are mentally ill (have a disability) adds to their fear and justified many unnecessary killings.

Nonetheless, Pat Scimone who is described as an advocate for the mentally ill and their families advocates the position of the drug-company-funded front organization, NAMI. The idea of forced treatment is applied only to persons accused of mental illness, a disease that only psychiatrists can see. These illnesses are made up of constitutionally protected speech and behavior that psychiatrists do not like or do not understand.

Scimone laments legislators "listening to mental health service providers" and state officials, who are aware of the constitutional protections guaranteed to citizens. Why should persons accused of mental illness be denied the same rights? Treating all persons accused of mental illness as criminals shows extreme negative stereotyping. This applies to denying these persons access to self-protection by owning guns.

People convicted of crime belong in jail. If they are also accused of mental illness they need to be permitted access to treatment, not forced to take it. The problem with psychiatric drugs is that stopping taking them often makes people violent. If they never started they would not be violent. But the drug companies like the tobacco companies want patients to take their chemicals forever. It is a business model guaranteed to be profitable especially when the government forces these chemicals on civilians. Having forced taxpayer funded treatment guarantees high profits.

Unmentioned in this essay are the many deaths caused by vulnerable persons taking psychiatric drugs willingly. Almost all of the high school shooters were taking or had stopped taking psychiatric drugs. This fact is censored from major media outlets by high paid PR firms who protect the psychiatric industry. Keeping a pristine image for psychiatrists allows many abuses and serious harms to innocent civilians. When will the New York Post scrutinize the abusive drug and psychiatric industries and stop the murders caused by drug companies' greed?

Making Crime Into a Disability

The psychiatric industry successfully lobbied the state to allow mixing criminals with persons accused of mental illness. Forced treatment is punishment meted out by the courts, which increases the client base of the psychiatric boondoggle. Psychiatrists claim superior knowledge and morality. They are greedy charlatans masquerading as scientists. Some chemicals pushed as medicine by taxpayer funded human services providers are the cause of violence. Even the drug-company-controlled FDA requires warnings on these drugs. Intense scrutiny of the psychiatric industry is needed to stop the criminal abuses. The MA DMH is run by the drug industry promoting drug treatment. There is no benefit to the taxpayer. Only the drug companies and their pill-pusher psychiatrists benefit from the DMH. Time to close it down. Put criminals in jail and leave the accused persons with disabilities alone.

NAMI Propaganda Exploiting Arizona Tragedy

No business interests exploit tragedy as thoroughly and as shamelessly as the psychiatric industry and the drug companies. Quoting NAMI shows how biased this report is. 55 percent of NAMI's budget is from drug companies to promote drug treatment. Mental illnesses are created by consensus not science. Psychiatry defines illness as speech and behavior which psychiatrists do not like or do not understand. Most of the speech and behavior so defined is protected by the US Constitution. In the name of preventing violence psychiatry and this woman obsessed with the brain wants to criminalize if not medicalize legal speech and behavior. Concerned about irrational thought processes? Examine politicians. There's a group that needs supervision. NAMI promotes violating state and US privacy laws in order to reveal medical records to the media. TSA wants citizens to report suspicious packages and behavior. TSA arrested a teacher for having a suspicious bagel and keys in a bag. Reporting non conformist behavior and speech protected by the US Constitution, will lead to even more abuses. Think the film Idiocracy, with NAMI in charge. NAMI and the New York Times promote psychiatry as a way to control non conformists. Psychiatry as reported here demands unchanging conformity, else one is dangerous and needs treatment. Mother dead? Hit by a car? You are mentally ill if you are not as happy as before. This PR flack for NAMI says it is terrifying to deny one is mentally ill. For what real illness do police enforce diagnoses, and force treatment? Even if the professional caring community actually prevented violence they create more than they prevent. The greatest fear of the drug industry and their salesmen psychiatrists is that citizens will learn that dangerous chemicals can cause violence in humans. Expressing their personal opinions in the name of good with support from misguided journalists (many of whom love psychiatric chemicals), they are able to fool citizens. How often do lamestream media outlets quote critics of psychiatry? It is all one-sided reporting. It is not necessary to fool politicians; NAMI only needs to give them campaign contributions to write more laws wasting taxpayer funds for psychiatry and chemicals.

Police Take Gun From Civilian. Was it legal?

Here's one more distorted report which makes a citizen look evil or perhaps deranged. The most important fact was omitted, i.e., "Did he have a license to carry the weapon? Did he have the gun legally?" Journalists have been conditioned (and condition citizens) to oppose guns, even legal ones. Why don't they object to police carrying loaded guns? Others report drunk drivers who sometimes kill civilians. Sometimes the drunk drivers turn out to be police officers. How many of them carry loaded weapons while intoxicated? This report does not explain why psychiatrists were concerned about the weapon. The actions of the psychiatrists make them appear to be acting weird without the omitted facts. Under the US Constitution civilians have a right to carry weapons. Calling the police who arrested the man might be intimidation. It is a felony under MA state law to intimidate a person from the free exercise of a right guaranteed under the Constitution. There is no consistency regarding guns. There was no outrage when a private citizen carried a loaded weapon into a Boston psychiatric clinic and shot dead one patient in the name of protecting a psychiatrist. The prevailing misguided belief is that psychiatrists have had their genes cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. Their drug company funded PR flacks created a massive taxpayer funded boondoggle which denies freedom to civilians in the name of health. How charming!

This legal abuse sounds just like something a psychiatrist control freak would create. Through campaign contributions to the elected criminal class the drug industry working with the courtesan-psychiatric industry made laws like these to control their clients. Here's more technology which will likely be used by state police powers to punish humans and to deny them their humanity and dignity. Look for strong support for this new drug from the control freaks among police, the political class, the psychiatric industry. They will see this as a blessed form of treatment to stop sexual predators. Increased Mental Illness, Increased Profits

One observer noticed the connection between mental illnesses and business. It is pervasive, from creating the illnesses by consensus to the police power of the state being used to enforce diagnoses. Psychiatry is personal opinion masquerading as science. Psychiatry is a means of social control with no due process protections. Psychiatrty criminalizes constitutionally protected speech and behavior because psychiatrists do not like or do not understand the speech or behavior.

Drug Abuse of Foster Children

At the request of Congress, GAO is seeking information regarding cases in which state foster children have been prescribed psychotropic medication outside of federal regulations or accepted medical standards of practice. These may include very young foster children prescribed certain kinds of psychotropic drugs, children prescribed psychotropic drugs in dosages that exceed accepted standards, children prescribed psychotropic drugs for purposes other than a medically accepted indication, or children taking numerous psychotropic drugs concurrently. City Officials Abuse Body of Man Murdered by Psychiatrists

Here are two deadly offenses against a person with a disability. He died from "complications" from his psychiatric medications. How many others became ill from the psychiatric cocktails given to them by arrogant sadists who are licensed to prescribe them? Add to that the pervasive animosity toward persons accused of mental illness, and we see how public officials treat these vulnerable persons.
