It made barely a ripple in the national last week when initially reported, but seven state workers in Delaware were indicted for Food Stamp fraud totaling nearly a million dollars, with five arrested and two others at large. An official statement from the Delaware state government reported on June 14:
Attorney General Matt Denn announced today the arrests and indictments of seven former state of Delaware employees for theft of federal money. All seven were employed by the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), and were responsible for issuing Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards, and three previous arrests were also related to the same investigation.
Two of the defendants were indicted and arrested last week, two others were indicted and remain at large, one was indicted and arrested previously and still faces charges, and two have already been convicted and sentenced.

It is all too easy to understand the temptation that free money dispensers face.
… investigators learned of fictitious and unauthorized EBT accounts created by Division of Social Services case workers responsible for case creation and maintenance, with each of the fraudulently created cases issued varying amounts of food benefits in the form of EBT cards. The investigation revealed that the fraudulent EBT cards were delivered to State Service Centers in New Castle and Kent County, and intercepted by the suspects working at those locations. Once intercepted, the cards were personally used or sold at a discount.

The Audit and Recovery Management Services unit found that seven employees created more than 100 fictitious SNAP cases to procure electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards that could be used to purchase food.
The cards were delivered to service centers, where they were picked up by the fraudsters, who either used them or sold them at a discount.

When Lois Lerner, the former IRS chief of the Exempt Organization unit and figure at the center of the targeting scandal, transferred 1.25 million IRS documents to the Justice Department in October of 2010, she almost certainly broke the law, according to new documents unearthed by the group Cause of Action in a FOIA suit.
The documents contained tax returns and other private tax information from non-profit groups. The transfer was done in advance of a meeting between IRS and Justice Department officials to discuss prosecuting non-profits for illegal political activity.
But federal law prohibits the transfer of tax returns to any agency without following set procedures. Lerner's transfer was thus highly illegal.

Documents suggest that Lerner’s massive document transfer to the DOJ didn’t meet any of those exceptions, including one that allows the agency to disclose returns for use in criminal investigations — if they’ve been requested in relation to “an actual investigation about a person to whom the investigation is related,” says O’Connor. Both Lerner and the DOJ were interested in figuring out how to prosecute non-profit groups they believed were engaging in improper political activity, and Lerner sent the documents over to the department days before an October 8 meeting with several of her IRS colleagues, an FBI agent, and attorneys from the DOJ’s public-integrity section.

A lawful transfer of the documents would have required a formal request from the DOJ to the IRS, but DOJ trial attorney Stephanie Sasarak told Cause of Action in a March 9, 2016, letter that the department did not make any requests to the IRS for the documents it received. Alternatively, the secretary of the Treasury could have turned the documents over to the DOJ. In either case, section 6103 requires the Treasury secretary to disclose the transfer to the bipartisan Joint Committee on Taxation, which releases publicly a list of disclosures each year. But the Joint Committee on Taxation’s 2010 disclosure report does not show a transfer to the Department of Justice that matches the one Lerner sent in October of that year.

Thousands of non-profit groups had their tax returns transferred illegally, while the IRS and Justice deliberately kept Congress in the dark.
The FBI closed its investigation of the Tea Party targeting scandal in October of 2015 without indicting anyone.
It doesn't get any clearer than this. Procedures set down by law on how taxpayer info can be disclosed were discarded, and a cover-up of the transfer to DoJ was initiated. What's worrisome is, if they are covering up disclosure violations like this, how many more taxpayers are in the cross hairs of the IRS and DoJ without knowing it, and is there any way to find out?

The Oakland police sex scandal is ricocheting across the East Bay as the woman at the center of it now says she had sex with two dozen current and former officers from five departments -- from Richmond to Livermore. And sources say that Oakland police's botched handling of the investigation is what precipitated Chief Sean Whent's sudden departure this week at the behest of the federal monitor overseeing the department.

Guap, whose real name this paper won't publish because she met the officers as an exploited minor caught up in sex work, said she didn't lie about her age to them.
"A lot knew I was underage because they nicknamed me 'juve,' which is short for juvenile," she said.
In perhaps the most surprising allegation -- one that might help explain Whent's sudden dismissal as chief -- Guap said she also talked via Facebook last June to his wife, Julia Whent.

Julia Whent, she said, knew "I was dating an officer" but never asked if she was underage. Those conversations occurred months before the department's federal overseer, Robert Warshaw, became aware of the allegations.
Multiple sources said Warshaw pressured Whent to resign on Thursday, furious over his handling of the case. No one answered the door at Whent's home in Brentwood on Saturday afternoon.

The scandal is a crippling blow to a department that has struggled for decades to win the trust of residents and has been under federal oversight for 13 years in part because of failures to adequately hold officers accountable for misdeeds.
"To think that officers were engaged in the sexual exploitation of a child: It's heartbreaking," City Council President Lynette Gibson McElhaney said. "And if it's true, it's criminal, and they should be prosecuted."
Mayor Libby Schaaf, whom council members are criticizing for not informing them of the allegations, first reported by the East Bay Express, did not return phone calls on Saturday. In a statement, Schaaf, who last month asked Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O'Malley to investigate the case, said she would not disclose details of an ongoing investigation, which could "impede our ability to reach the truth and secure the strongest judgments against those responsible." Oakland last month placed four officers on leave in connection with Guap's allegations, two of whom have since resigned.
Other departments now appear to be caught up in the scandal as well.

Guap said she slept with five Richmond police officers, including a lieutenant and two sergeants, four Alameda County Sheriff's deputies, one Livermore officer and a law enforcement worker based in Stockton.

"The big question is did they use their authority as police officers to get her to engage in sexual favors," he said. "Would they have had the same relationship if they were Joe the corner custodian?"
Guap, whose mother is an Oakland police dispatcher, said she began selling herself on the streets of Richmond at age 12. A pimp later moved her to Oakland's infamous sex trafficking hub on International Boulevard.
It was there that she met Officer Brendan O'Brien, whom she said protected her when she was running from her pimp. Guap said the two began a sexual relationship, and others soon followed.
"They were my protectors," she said. "I didn't have a pimp at the time. It did make me feel safer, having them."

John Burris, a civil rights attorney who negotiated the department's federal oversight regime after the infamous Riders police scandal in 2000, said Whent should have been more upfront with Warshaw from the beginning and questioned what role his wife's online conversations with Guap may have played in his departure.
"If his wife is involved in something like this, he should have disclosed it right up front and stepped away from the investigation immediately," Burris said. "If he had done that, I think he would have been fine."
Guap didn't provide many details about her conversations with Julia Whent other than that the chief's wife mentioned that one of her daughters was interested in becoming a dispatcher, like Guap's mother.
With the investigation still ongoing, Guap said she has been disappointed in the officers' statements to police officials. "They lied about knowing me or how much they were involved with me," she said. "I guess that's what you are going to do to protect your job."

Shocking new allegations reveal that not only did at least 24 police officers sleep with the same prostitute, they also tipped her off about undercover operations.
The woman, who goes by the name of 'Celeste Guap', said that she slept with three of the two dozen officers when she was just 17. She turned 18 last August.
Now, text messages from Guap shown to KPIX reveal exchanges with Oakland officers, who appear to warn her about undercover operations while she was working as a prostitute.

Out of the two dozen officers she had sex with, she says she slept with three of them when she was a minor and that all three of those worked at Oakland Police Department.
Guap also gave a break down to KPIX, where she revealed she had sex with 14 officers from Oakland Police Department, five from the Richmond Police Department, three from Alameda County Sheriff's deputies and one Livermore cop.

Oakland Police Chief Sean Whent resigned Thursday after a sex scandal that began in his department spread to four other cities.
She also said two Oakland officers provided her with confidential police information, including tips on scheduled anti-prostitution stings and arrest records, The Mercury News reported.
At the announcement of Whent's resignation on Friday, Mayor Libby Schaaf said: 'I'm extremely angry about the alleged misconduct in this department.'
Despite this, both Schaaf and city administrator Sabrina Landreth claimed Whent's departure was nothing to do with the scandal, the East Bay Express reported.
But sources told both The Mercury News and the East Bay Express that Whent was pressured to resign by the department's federal overseer, Robert Warshaw.
Whent's resignation came after his superiors discovered that both he and his wife had found out about the misconduct by various officers long before it became public, and refused to escalate the information, the East Bay Express claimed.
At least 14 of Whent's officers had been sexually involved with Guap, whose mother is an Oakland police dispatcher.
She also told Mercury News she had slept with five Richmond police officers, four Alameda County Sheriff's deputies, one Livermore officer and a law enforcement worker based in Stockton.
One of the sheriff's deputies had sex with her in his personal automobile while his K-9 dog sat in the back, she said.

The investigation into the officers' relationship began in September 2015, after married Officer Brendan O'Brien, who had been having an affair with Guap since she was 17, killed himself and named her and several officers in his suicide note.
Since then, two-dozen officers have been revealed to have slept with Guap, some of whom provided her with confidential information.
'I think cops are fine. They're cute and all, but it's like one less officer that's gonna arrest me,' she told the East Bay Express.

She also identified Officer Terryl Smith, one of the two officers who resigned from Oakland PD earlier this year, as someone who gave her arrest records and other confidential information.
'I would hook up with [Smith] like every Saturday night for three months straight,' Guap said. 'He had a mattress in his back seat and slept in his car in the OPD parking lot, so we would hook up after work.'
In addition, she said, a retired Oakland police captain in his 80s contacted her on Facebook in 2015, when she was underage, and eventually paid $250 to have sex with her in a motel after she turned 18.
The captain, who draws a $125,000 pension from the city, admitted to sleeping with the girl and said he found her because she was friends with lots of other officers on Facebook.
But he warned the Express: 'Please don't publish my name. I will die. I have a heart condition.' The paper left him anonymous.
The Express also says that according to text messages it obtained, Guap would have frequent late-night text conversations with Officer Luis Roman while he was on duty; he would send her texts and she would send him pictures of her naked body.

Barry Donelan, president of Oakland's police union, said he was 'mortified and deeply embarrassed' by the allegations. 'If any of this is true, it is an absolute betrayal of what we stand for,' he said.
The scandal is a blow to a department that has been under federal oversight because of failures to adequately hold officers accountable for misdeeds.
Guap, who began selling herself on the streets of Richmond at age 12 and eventually ended up in Oakland's International Boulevard, a well known sex-trafficking hub, said many officers knew she was underage.
'They nicknamed me 'juve,' which is short for juvenile,' said Guap.
She said O'Brien was the first officer she met. The two began a sexual relationship after he defended her from a pimp and others soon followed.
Police opened up an investigation after O'Brien committed suicide on September 25, 2015, at the age of 30, leaving a note naming officers involved with the woman. His wife had died a year earlier.

Guap, who is now 18 and lives in Richmond, California, started revealing details on Facebook, suggesting she had illicit encounters with officers - calling the relationships 'harmless' but insisted that she did not 'snitch' on anyone.

An internal affairs investigation is underway focusing on several Oakland police officers who allegedly had sex with an underage girl.
Sources told KPIX 5 the internal affairs investigation centers around a young woman named Celeste Guap, who was underage at the time. She recently began revealing details of her relationships with officers on her Facebook page.
Guap is currently either 18 or 19 years old, according to sources, who also say investigators believe Guap had sex with potentially dozens of police officers beginning when she was 16.
On her Facebook page, Guap suggests she is involved in the sex scandal, but says she never snitched on anybody.
She said she had “harmless relationships” within the police department.
As recently as last month, Guap posted a picture of Oakland police officers dropping her off near her home.
“Took me back to Richmond in style,” she wrote.
In another post, she says the only officer she messed with while underage is sadly gone.
Oakland Police Officer Brendan O’Brien committed suicide last September about a year after his wife’s death was also ruled a suicide.
Investigators say O’Brien left a note that lead to an initial internal affairs investigation.
A subsequent investigation ordered by a federal judge led to many Oakland police officers admitting they had lied during the first internal affairs investigation about their relationships with Guap.
Sources say one officer also admitted to knowing she was underage when he had sex with her.
Oakland Police Department spokeswoman Johnna Watson said only that there is an investigation underway involving three officers, but wouldn’t give any specifics.
Nonetheless, Watson admits it’s another black mark for the department.
“We are entrusted by the community to protect, to serve them and to uphold the law. So we take the allegations very seriously,” said Watson.
Guap’s mother works with the police officers as a dispatcher with the Oakland Police Department.
In addition to the internal investigation, there is an ongoing criminal investigation happening in connection with the activities of the officers.

Getting fired for incompetence is far less of a worry than dying at your desk from a heart attack if you are a government bureaucrat. So is having your misbehavior exposed to the serfs. A pair of stories from the Daily Caller News Foundation illustrate the immunity from public accountability that shelters our masters.
Ethan Barton documents the effort made to prevent disclosure of the federal bureaucrat who caused the Gold King Mine disaster that polluted the Animus River and caused millions of dollars in damage.



Environmental Protection Agency worker Hays Griswold was in charge at the Gold King Mine in August 2015 when a three-million gallon flood of dangerous mine waste — including 880,000 pounds of toxic elements like lead and arsenic — poured into Colorado’s Animus River, turning it yellow for nearly a week and poisoning the drinking water source for residents of three states and the Navajo Nation.



But somebody contrived to remove critical details, including Griswold’s name, from an “independent” review of the disaster, according to documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation. Officials at the Department of the Interior – and perhaps EPA – had access to the draft.
Of course, nobody in the federal bureaucracy has suffered any consequences.
[N]o one has been punished for the disaster, which likely will ultimately cost state and federal taxpayers millions of dollars. The disaster also negatively affected the area’s farming and tourism industries and may even be linked to suicides.
In a second instance of protecting its own, the same Ethan Barton reports:
A U.S. attorney sexually harassed an ex-lover and former subordinate, then tried hiding the deed from federal investigators, a government watchdog reported Tuesday.



The unnamed U.S. attorney resigned during the investigation and was not prosecuted, the Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) reported. The lovers’ genders weren’t identified.
The public is like mushrooms as far as the feds are concerned. We’re kept in the dark and covered in dung.

Columbia Law School Visiting Professor Amal Clooney took on the case of former Maldives president and climate change activist Mohamed Nasheed (left), after he was ousted by the military and sentenced to 13 years in prison in what has been described as a politically motivated sham trial.

Here is one more example of how elite celebrities help other elite celebrities enjoy access to courts via celebrity lawyers. Also it indicates that resources of Americans are being used to help other countries but not American citizens. Internationally famous Amal Clooney, represents the former President of the Maldives. Ordinary civilians are often unable to access courts to get relief from abuses. I know I am not the only person. This gentleman is celebrated as the first democratically elected president of the Maldives. He had enough supporters to get elected. Were there no lawyers who supported his efforts and success even in other countries? When he was jailed were there no lawyers available to him? The prestigious Columbia University Law School which includes the prominent former United States Attorney General Eric "White people are cowards" Holder, among its alumni, uses its resources to assist this abandoned gentleman to get temporary release from prison for medical purposes. How many ordinary civilians have such internationally famous help when they are abused by their government?

Recently I wrote about obvious misguided priorities of the United States law enforcement community regarding the killing of a Massachusetts policeman by a known violent criminal with a lengthy arrest and conviction record. At this link

It is not the first time I focused on this counter productive pattern of abuses of power. Nonetheless the abuses continue. I am not a celebrity. One additional element that makes the news often is the pattern of women being raped. They do not report the crime to authorities. They say, "I did not think anyone would believe me." In the case of the 50 women who reported being drugged and raped by Bill Cosby some of them did go to a lawyer who laughed at them. I got the same reaction from many people who know me. Many elected officials and police officials had the same reaction. They have the added excuse that for many years government criminals who conduct this abuse have generated concurrent character assassination which includes relentless, "He's crazy." to cover up their criminal abuses.

In June 2016, after many years of participation, Chinese Communists and the California crime Syndicate, have the primary roles conducting abuses. These include disturbing my sleep every hour, or keeping me awake. Tampering with communications, telephone, computer and cable TV. Surveillance and character assassination. Abuses of power using psychologists and psychiatrists trying to provoke violence in order to get control. They disagree with the American system of individual rights. The current White House supports this un-American view, but that is another story. One young man visiting at Harvard University from China, told me maybe it is time to get rid of individual rights.

During our brief conversation he verified his belief that the highest form of service is to serve their government. Not their country, their government. At the same time he insisted that the United States is a leader and must provide assistance to other countries when they are in need. I asked why these countries are often filled with people who hate Americans. He repeated his belief that it is the duty of Americans to help others. Yet he was unable to understand why it is the strong individual rights that allowed the population of the United States to achieve its wealth and successes. U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) recently claimed that the government developed the iPhone, not Steve Jobs. The often delusional congresswoman shows it is not just Communists who fail to appreciate individual rights. 

But it does explain why there are Chinese Communists harassing me every day trying to provoke violence. I support individual rights. They do not. The California crime Syndicate harassed me since 1968, and continues to do so without reason. It seems as if they target me to train their young criminals. Groups of police thugs are trying desperately to provoke violence in order to discredit me and/or to get control of me by putting me in jail or a mental hospital. As if 45 years of character assassination did not discredit me enough. These are not the first criminal police employees to try to do this. It is a daily event in my life. These are the same people who try to make me into a homosexual using behavior conditioning--a failed project after 45 years. They beat a dead horse using taxpayer funds and abuse police powers contrary to law. Then there is also my life which was uncivilly disrupted in 1973 when government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens, because they thought I was a spy. Hahaha. Misguided priorities. Is that all this is? 

In 1990 the California crime Syndicate hired police employed by Cambridge, MA and Somerville, MA for a frame-up. This is briefly described at above link and elsewhere on this blog. Keep in mind that the crime families and police who participated in the 45 years of criminal abuse, consistently declared "He's a Communist." That was to justify why they attacked me relentlessly, but did not explain what the Communists did.

Unlike the former President of the Maldives, the seven (I fired them all) taxpayer funded lawyers were also paid by the crime families, to NOT put on any defense. The morally superior Cambridge, MA city officials, who just changed Columbus Day to Indigenous Persons Day, remains silent and has no comment on court abuses of a law abiding citizen. They remain focused on getting re-elected and stealing taxpayer funds.

When former Maldives president and international climate change activistMohamed Nasheed finally arrived in London in January, after spending almost a year in prison, few people outside of his family were as relieved as his lawyer, Columbia Law School Visiting ProfessorAmal Clooney.
Tense negotiations with the Maldives government had been touch-and-go until his plane was airborne, and Clooney anxiously awaited word that Nasheed, the first democratically elected president of the island nation, had been freed temporarily for medical treatment. “It was a big relief when I saw him walk down the terminal at Heathrow and give his wife Laila a big hug,” she recalled.
For Clooney, a senior fellow at Columbia Law School’s Human Rights Institute, the wait had been long, intense, and occasionally unnerving. Aided by two Law School students working within her legal team, Kristina Ravic ’15 LL.M. and Fang Yi Liu ’16, Clooney was part of an international campaign to win freedom for Nasheed, who had been ousted by the military in 2012 and later sentenced to 13 years in prison in a politically motivated sham trial. For Nasheed, of course, the wait had been longer. His road to freedom began four years earlier at Columbia Law School—though at the time, he had no idea his visit to Morningside Heights would prove to be so fortuitous.

Congressional Republicans say IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, who was brought in by President Obama to clean up the agency after the targeting scandal, has failed — and even misled Congress during the investigation.

Government malfeasance will continue as long as public officials remain unaccountable. Even if damages from liability are found and abuses of power, taxpayers will pay for the wrongdoing of these miscreants. The individuals must pay penalties for their abuses of power, and political misuse of power contrary to law. The IRS is out of control along with the Department of Justice and the bloated, useless, misguided Department of Homeland Security. They lead the nation toward tyranny.

More than three years after it admitted to targeting tea party groups for intrusive scrutiny, the IRS has finally released a near-complete list of the organizations it snagged in a political dragnet.
The tax agency filed the list last month as part of a court case after a series of federal judges, fed up with what they said was the agency’s stonewalling, ordered it to get a move on. The case is a class-action lawsuit, so the list of names is critical to knowing the scope of those who would have a claim against the IRS.
But even as it answers some questions, the list raises others, including exactly when the targeting stopped, and how broadly the tax agency drew its net when it went after nonprofits for unusual scrutiny.
The government released names of 426 organizations. Another 40 were not released as part of the list because they had already opted out of being part of the class-action suit.
That total is much higher than the 298 groups the IRS‘ inspector general identified back in May 2013, when investigators first revealed the agency had been subjecting applications to long — potentially illegal — delays, and forcing them to answer intrusive questions about their activities. Tea party and conservative groups said they was the target of unusually heavy investigations and longer delays,
Edward D. Greim, the lawyer who’s pursuing the case on behalf of NorCal Tea Party Patriots and other members of the class, said the list also could have ballooned toward the end of the targeting as the IRS, once it knew it was being investigated, snagged more liberal groups in its operations to try to soften perceptions of political bias.
“As we have identified in our filings in this case, important questions still exist regarding changes to the IRS‘ case listings that occurred after the IRS learned that the [inspector general] and congressional investigations had begun,” he said. “Based on these changes, which to date remain unexplained, a very real possibility — if not probability — exists that the IRS modified its targeting in light of the investigations, packing its own internal lists of targeted groups to support its preferred narrative, including by adding ideologically diverse groups.”
He said if that did happen, it would have “tainted” the list the IRS has now released.
The IRS declined to comment, saying its filing spoke for itself.
A series of investigations found the IRS did ask intrusive questions and did delay applications for years, in violation of policy. But so far no investigation has found any order from the White House to conduct the targeting.

Sixty of the groups on the list released last month have the word “tea” in their name, 33 have “patriot,” eight refer to the Constitution, and 13 have “912” in their name — which is the monicker of a movement started by conservatives. Another 26 group names refer to “liberty,” though that list does include some groups that are not discernibly conservative in orientation.
Among the groups that appear to trend liberal are three with the word “occupy” in their name.
And then there are some surprising names, including three state or local chapters of the League of Women Voters — a group with a long history of nonprofit work.

Congressional Republicans say IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, who was brought in by President Obama to clean up the agency after the targeting scandal, has failed — and even misled Congress during the investigation. Some Republicans are even pursuing impeachment against Mr. Koskinen, accusing him of defying a subpoena for former senior IRS executive Lois G. Lerner’s emails by allowing computer backup tapes to be destroyed.
Even outside of impeachment, the House GOP has proposed a new round of budget cuts for the IRS, aimed at trying to deliver a message that Mr. Koskinen’s tenure has been unacceptable.
And the tax agency is still defending itself in a series of court cases. In addition to the NorCal class action case, the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., is currently considering an appeal by tea party groups who argue the targeting is still going on.

“One thing remains clear: Continued litigation is the only way to force the IRS‘ hand in order to expose its targeting scheme that was coordinated with the help of the DOJ and other federal agencies so that we can obtain justice for those patriotic Americans who were unconstitutionally targeted by their own government,” said Jay Sekulow, chief counsel at the American Center for Law and Justice, which is representing some of the plaintiffs in the appeals case.
In yet another case, the conservative group Cause of Action has been pursuing the IRS to turn over documents the group believed would show White House officials requesting secret taxpayer information on conservatives.
But in a filing Friday, the IRS said it has conducted a final search and can’t find any evidence that the White House either asked for or received protected information.

Eight senior security officials told Reuters they had concerns over briefing Trump, whose brash, unpredictable campaign style has been a feature of his rise as an insurgent candidate. Despite their worries, the officials said the "Top Secret" briefing to each candidate would not deviate from the usual format to avoid any appearance of bias.

After Mother's Day 2016, the weather got warmer as if it was really spring. Along with the warmer weather came more harassment, and one day two attempts to kill me. Three crime families continue their criminal abuses. Mostly it is the Kennedy Cult, the California crime Syndicate and the Midwestern Outfit.

The Midwestern outfit using black racist lesbians, employed by the Harvard University campus police, resumed behavior conditioning trying to make me into a homosexual. They join the California crime Syndicate prohibiting me from having any interaction with heterosexual women. It is now 40 years with no social life due to the Communists and the crime families. Criminal abuses by psychologists and a concurrent character assassination campaign began in or about 1973 and never stopped. It accompanied me through many states.

On Wednesday May 11, 2016 black lesbian Midwestern Communists employed extreme measures to try to provoke violence. It was severe enough to consider it an attempt to cause a heart attack or a stroke. After about four hours of harassment by the lesbian, a black Kennedy Cult, homosexual took over, and continued conditioning to try to make me into a homosexual. It was a second attempt to cause life ending harm to me within one day, where I live.

At a library a Boston Red Sox fan who was developmentally disabled asked, "Are you a professor?" I told him no. That is one of many false light campaigns by the Kennedy cult. When others find out the truth they take it out on me. Each day new insults and continued abuses, non stop. For the past 45 years police, FBI informants, Communists, police employees, crime family associates took turns attacking me for allegations made by the FBI and other federal officials. Not one day was free from such harassment.



International Migratory Bird Day arrived. Two black racist lesbians continued their intense harassment trying to cause me to have a heart attack or a stroke. They are reportedly employed by the Midwestern Outfit. Their harassment was interrupted for about three days by a gentleman from Somerville, MA who repeated the menu of events that local police use as a guide to harm me. First they try to recreate the police frame up from 1990, using intense relentless harassment, disturbing my sleep, tampering with telephones, computer, and cable television. All of the above are felonies. But in Cambridge, Massachusetts, laws are optional, with additional protection for selected persons by the Obama-Holder doctrine, "Inconvenient laws may be ignored." When harassment fails to provoke violence, they use young women as bait, and then young men as bait. It never fails to amaze me how obedient these police criminals are to what they are told. These police criminals are unaware of the prohibition by the California crime Syndicate and the Communists from New York who issued a joint decree which makes it a capital offense for me to speak with heterosexual women. It is all part of the 45 year behavior conditioning campaign to try to make me into a homosexual.

After the Somerville, MA police criminal completed his program and left the area, the two black lesbians resumed their criminal abuses, which included all of the above and more. They increased the frequency of sleep disturbances to less than every one hour. They increased the effort to try to cause me to have a heart attack or a stroke, and the behavior conditioning campaign.

These are employees of police psychologists maybe FBI criminals who conduct experimental psychological behavior conditioning, and treatment without consent. They use a law abiding American citizen who they treat as a human subject for experimental conditioning and for treatment without consent. But this is Cambridge, MA where Harvard University criminals run the local and state government. They often add threats, among which are "They will kill you." "I have to hit you." "You got hit here."

What makes this all so embarrassing if it was revealed is that while so much man power is devoted to abusing a 70-year-old white man, there are criminals with a long list of serious violent crimes walking freely. No one is watching them, no less harassing them. Government officials lament "the opioid crisis." Hundreds of deaths from overdoses of heroin and prescription drugs across the nation. The southern border remains wide open for the drug cartels, to transport drugs, employees, terrorists, into the country to feed the weak citizens, and to kill the strong. But the response of the mindless politicians is to appropriate taxpayer money to treat addiction not to stop the flow of drugs. It is like the savings and loan crisis. The same lawyers, accountants and crime families who created the scandal were paid with taxpayer funds to solve the problem. It really is all about stealing taxpayer money. That is why the various criminal organizations compete in elections.

Journalists divert attention of other journalists and concerned citizens from the egregious lawless scandals of the White House and other governments by promoting extreme measures, e.g., prioritizing same sex bath rooms, and eliminating bias against persons with mercurial genders. High ranking White House officials openly ridicule American taxpayers and voters boasting of how they fooled the people, and how stupid the people are, and how smart the government criminals are. How charming.

Senior Citizen Month May 2016

Senior Citizen Month began in May 2016 with a change in primary harassers. Two black racist lesbians employed by police, and a black racist homosexual employed by the FBI and/or police resumed their roles. Police employ black racists because of the media perception that all black people are weak, uneducated and victims of wealthy and powerful white racists. It is clever propaganda for black supremacists promoted by U.S. journalists. They continue a behavior conditioning campaign begun by Communists from New York trying to make me into a homosexual. They continue relentless character assassination, and 24/7 criminal surveillance.

They make threats. One police agency threatens, "You might get hit." Another added "You cannot live here." which led to an additional campaign trying to force me to move. Another regular threat is "They will hit you." And, "You're going to New Jersey." or elsewhere. Harvard University graduate students in psychology at their medical school urge me to kill myself. For 40 years Communists from Washington state were the primary harassers, promoting their profile, "He's homeless and mentally ill." Now these homosexuals bring Communists for New Hampshire and New Jersey to continue the criminals abuses of their predecessors.

One reason among several is in response to comments about negligent training of campus police revealed in reports of their lack of knowledge of state laws and especially the legal notion of jurisdiction. This is a felony in violation of the Massachusetts civil rights statute, Chapter 265, Sec. 37. It is a daily example of intimidation trying to prevent me from exercising a constitutionally guaranteed right to free expression, protected speech. It also shows how fragile police are. They are unable to recognize what they are doing wrong, contrary to law, and unable to correct the errors of their ways. Instead they attack a 70-year-old elder citizen with a legal disability. They employ white hating black police employees, establishing potential evidence for three hate crimes directed at me due to age, due to race and due to disability.

In addition to misguided police abusing their privileged special state police powers, they also breach a contract that Harvard University made with the city of Cambridge, MA not to evict tenants who were in place when rent control was repealed by state referendum in 1995. It shows more lawlessness by Harvard University after many years of lack of accountability by local, state and U.S. officials.

Harvard University has in 2016 an endowment estimated at $37 billion. They purchase land and build monster buildings in Cambridge and Boston. They create monuments to the egos of the administrators, as Saddam Hussein did in Iraq. They believe Lord Acton's observation that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, does not apply to them. It is one reason police employees and building superintendents do not fear harassing and trying to force a law abiding elder white citizen with a legal disability from their premises because of legal valid accurate criticism.

The previous month, April 2016 consisted of three organized criminal enterprises, and their government associates conducting the same kind of criminal abuse and threats.

It is acceptable to stand by and watch while bullies with guns harass vulnerable citizens.

In 1995 the Massachusetts rent control law was repealed by statewide referendum. Before the repeal Harvard University maintained a waiting list for non Harvard affiliates to get access to Harvard University housing. After the repeal the university made an agreement with the city of Cambridge, MA. Harvard gave about 100 affordable units (whatever that means) to the city. In return Harvard was allowed to restrict their property portfolio to only Harvard University affiliates. But they agreed not to evict any tenants who were in place when rent control was repealed. There were some abuses, when aggressive superintendents served notices to quit to non Harvard tenants. After the thirty day notice period the supers appeared at the doors of those tenants and demanded that they vacate their premises. Some young women were intimidated and they abandoned their belongings in the basement and left. Harvard employees tried three times to do that to me. Each time I asked if they had a court order for eviction. They did not and left.

Nonetheless it did not stop the superintendents and their police employees from questioning the presence of non Harvard affiliated tenants. I do not count the number of times I had to explain why I was a tenant in a Harvard owned building. It is understandable for the students who are only in the buildings for a year or two. But their police indicate they are extremely negligently trained. Being unaware of the agreement and not providing the same treatment to non Harvard affiliates as they do for Harvard affiliates shows their selective enforcement of laws. It may be a violation of the HUD Fair Housing Act.

But Harvard University's deal with the city of Cambridge allows it to segregate its housing limiting it to students, faculty and staff. One defender of Harvard asked "Is Harvard the only university that does that?" No they are not. What happened to the benefits of diversity? 

But the university does not honor its part of the agreement. Their poorly trained and abusive police officers and employees conduct a relentless campaign of criminal harassment. One explanation is they try to persuade me to leave their property. It is not unknown in Cambridge, MA. Harvard campus police and their superintendents relentlessly harass an elder man with a disability, trying to provoke him so that they can evict him. Their police who nonsensically claim exclusive jurisdiction on their property refuse to assist this same elder when he is victimized by criminals at his premises. They pretend he is imagining the crimes, not a one time occurrence, but several times most recently in March 2016. On several occasions the campus police refused to respond at all. The emergency dispatchers assist these abuses of power denying access to police protection. But city and state officials refuse to hold Harvard accountable for their criminal abuses of this white elder man with a legal disability.

During the first week of April 2016 three crime families (Kennedy cult, Midwestern Outfit, and California crime Syndicate) and their government, police and psychiatric associates teamed up to conduct a brutal harassment campaign. They are mostly from New Jersey and New York. Primarily they consist of American hating, Jewish hating and Israeli hating Muslims, white hating black racist homosexuals, and a black lesbian employed by Harvard University campus police. (I have no evidence to suggest these Muslims have any connection to terrorist organizations.) Harvard University property management runs a criminal business renting out a unit above mine for these criminals to conduct their campaign of disturbing my sleep every one hour or just keeping me awake. They intrude into my computer as I try to use it. When I conduct errands they exhibit their despicable psychopathic beliefs and perhaps their practices. After 45 years of using young women as bait (I am now 70 years old) and when that failed, young men as bait, they now have begin using toddlers as bait. This is a clever idea from misguided psychiatrists who are unable to make a valid evaluation (contrary to law due to lack of consent, and relentless government and crime family lies),  after 40 years of trying. Their limited knowledge (though they believe they are omniscient) and extraordinary need to control others makes it imperative that they continue to use drugs, provocations, ridicule, insults, character assassination, humiliation and behavior conditioning trying to make me into a homosexual, and to try to have me arrested for some provoked criminal act. There is apparently a shortage of psychopaths and homosexuals in Massachusetts. They need to import criminal creeps from New York and New Jersey. Local state and US law enforcement officials in Massachusetts are aware of this ongoing criminal enterprise and stand by when they are not participating or providing material support. In politically correct Massachusetts, and at Harvard University both apparently run by homosexuals in the Kennedy cult, black homosexuals and Muslims are victims and cannot be designated criminals. They cannot even be suspected of crime because it would hurt their feelings. This allows the same criminals to conduct a relentless campaign against a white elder civilian with a legal disability for 45 years. On Friday April 15, 2016 they employed a prominent foreign government official who is also a psychiatrist to conduct an evaluation (contrary to law) at a public event. It shows how thoroughly corrupt and misguided even the most educated and highly regarded professionals can be.  

Police and their criminal political leaders say "He's crazy." in order to discredit me, for over 45 years in three states. Women I met and spoke with in Cambridge, MA declared to me emphatically, that Sarah Palin is NOT a woman. Black activists demand killing police, and are celebrated in churches and at Harvard University with funding from George Soros. Muslims who want to kill Americans, Jews, Hindus, Christians, Buddhists and to destroy Israel are celebrated and protected from criticism at Harvard University and in Cambridge, MA. They walk around freely, no one watches or harasses them, and are considered normal in Cambridge, MA host city for Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University. But they think of me as mentally ill.  Another clever lie these criminals broadcast is, "He's dead." "He's not real." "He's a body double." That assists their being ignored when I complain about criminal activity directed against me. That is the environment where I live.

is the initial report on continued and enhanced criminal abuse by Harvard University campus police. At first I thought it was more negligent training. But it is simply more abuse of privileged special state police powers. I suspect it is one more Harvard University lawyer directing criminal abuse of a vulnerable person. This is not a unique pattern of abuse by Harvard Law School lawyers. During several periods in the past 25 years, lawyers and students at Harvard Law School stirred up controversies trying to force me to become entangled in the court system. After being so caught up in three states where organized crime families, criminal police and lawyers, thwarted my efforts at relief in the court system, I realized the courts were not open to me. Crime families and police, (FBI too), ensured I did not win any cases. They paid off judges, or simply did not file papers as required by law. When taxpayers paid for lawyers after police frame ups, criminals paid the lawyers to work for the criminals not for me. When I prosecuted the lawsuits myself court clerks and judge's law clerks, often Harvard Law School graduates simply dismissed my efforts. On one occasion, e.g., Bercaw vs. Mandak, in the Supreme Court of the United States, the briefs were not even filed with court as required by law. The papers in state court actions, were diverted to private attorneys who used my research because of their stupidity or their laziness. Fake orders were stamped in the clerk's offices and sent to me as if they were real. 



Corrupt lawyers and clerks wasted all together about 8 years of my life by corrupting courts in three states. And when I write about it having given up trying to get elected officials to address court corruption, and getting free from corrupt police, politicians who are mostly under the control of Harvard University criminals, get upset when I criticize them. They all seem to be unaware of Lord Acton's observation that power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. They appear to believe that Harvard University employees are exempt from that aphorism. They think Harvard University employs only gene screened, morally superior and intellectually superior humans.



Harvard University produces politicians, see e.g., Barack Obama, Deval Patrick, Ted Cruz, Elizabeth Warren, Ken Reeves. Not even candidates with Harvard Law School degrees have any respect for the laws and the constitution. The lawlessness of the current White House and his appointees are remarkable among corrupt administrations. Not even the similarly corrupt journalists is there any concern about how the government steals taxpayer funds and corrupts the legal system. Harvard University collects money in obscene amounts and purchases land to build monuments to their egos, as Saddam Hussein used to do in Iraq. Harvard University awards degrees to privileged candidates, then promotes them in media propaganda. See the utopia they brought to the United States?

As New York moves to decriminalize low-level offenses, arguing enforcement is “rigged against communities of color,” other large cities are coming under pressure from the Justice Department to do the same thing.
Attorney General Loretta Lynch has issued a warning to municipal and state judges across the country that their courts could lose federal funding if they don’t ease up on fines and arrest warrants for minor crimes involving poor offenders, indigent minorities in particular.
In lieu of fines and jail time, Lynch urges the nation’s 6,500 municipal courts to provide an avenue for offenders to perform “community service” or take advantage of “amnesty days,” whereby outstanding arrest warrants are cleared for nominal fees.[. . .]
A strongly worded “guidance” letter, written by her civil-rights team, warns that a local court policy of enforcing warrants for failure to pay court fines and fees can have an adverse “disparate impact” on African-Americans, who are fined and/or arrested for outstanding warrants at “disproportionate” rates versus whites.
Federal data also show that blacks tend to break both felony and misdemeanor laws at a disproportionate rate. Even if applied evenly across all races and in neutral, color-blind fashion, such policies could be found by Justice to be discriminatory.

The Supreme Court has ruled that disparate impact doesn’t violate Title VI, only “intentional” discrimination does. “The administration is quite wrong to say that Title VI incorporates a ‘disparate impact’ standard,” Roger Clegg of the Center for Equal Opportunity points out. “The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that it does not.”
This new court “reform” will only exacerbate the crime problem. Studies show ignoring low-level crimes like warrant violations only leads to bigger crimes.
Under Mayor de Blasio, the NYPD has scaled back its aggressive enforcement of low-level offenses only to see both minor and serious crime rebound. Already cops have backed off public urination and other public nuisance violations, while overlooking outstanding warrants for many other misdemeanor crimes.
Even a senior Justice Department official predicts the decriminalization-cum-deincarceration movement will backfire in higher crime nationwide. “In five years the crime rate is going to be crazy again,” he said.

US Judge Retires After Utah Woman Files Sex Abuse Lawsuit. She Was 16 at Time of Incident

A Utah woman alleges in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that a longtime federal judge sexually assaulted her when he was a prosecutor and she was a teenage witness in a high-profile case 35 years ago.
Lawyers for Richard W. Roberts acknowledged an intimate relationship, but they called the accusations "categorically false" and said Roberts will challenge them in court.
The lawsuit was filed the same day Roberts announced his retirement as chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, according to documents obtained by The National Law Journal. In a letter to the White House, Roberts said his retirement was effective Wednesday, based on medical advice for an unspecified disability.
The Utah Attorney General's Office announced after the lawsuit was filed that they have investigated the woman's allegations, but opted not to prosecute Roberts. Investigators found evidence of a sexual relationship, but they determined Roberts didn't break any laws, in part because the woman was old enough to consent to sexual relations under Utah laws in 1981.
Investigators did not interview Roberts about the allegations.
A lawyer for Terry Mitchell, now 51, says in the court filing that Roberts sexually abused her multiple times throughout the trial of white supremacist Joseph Paul Franklin, who killed two black joggers in Salt Lake City in 1980. Mitchell was with them and was wounded by shrapnel in the attack.
The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they were sexually assaulted, but Mitchell said she wants to make the allegations public. She told The Associated Press that she's coming forward because the allegations have been kept secret for too long.

Findings from the Utah attorney general's investigation were sent to several congressional committees. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, said the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that he chairs has looked at the documentation. "Our initial review of the allegations has caused alarm and distress over their serious nature," Chaffetz said.
The abuse began after Roberts arranged for Mitchell to meet with him about the case in person, then took her to dinner and lured her into his hotel room, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit says he had sex with her that night, even though she said she was not ready for it, and that he continued to abuse her over the next several weeks before and during the trial.

She was vulnerable from the shooting and other sexual assaults in her past when she met Roberts, and he exploited and coerced her, her attorney said.
The lawsuit says Roberts kept her quiet about the abuse by telling her multiple times before and after the trial that if anyone found out they had sex Franklin might not be convicted.
Utah prosecutors chose not to bring criminal charges based on the recommendation of Paul Cassell, a law professor and former federal judge who reviewed the findings.
The attorney general's office released a copy of Cassell's report on Wednesday. He wrote that then 16-year-old Mitchell was considered old enough under state laws at the time to consent to sex and the allegations she was coerced weren't strong enough to file charges.
Cassell concluded that Roberts may not have committed a crime but that he appears to have acted unethically and likely violated U.S. Department of Justice rules for attorney conduct, among other rule violations.

Parallel Government Abuses, Iran and The Current White House

Put simply, if a citizen dares to disagree with the theocratic ruler of Iran, the punishment that follows is severe and unforgiving.
At any rate, although Washington D.C. is 6,300 miles away from Iran, after being led for eight years by a Supreme Leader whose favorite pastime is issuing infallible decrees, the seat of American government is beginning to resemble an Iranian theocracy.
For instance, when differing opinions arise that contradict the sacred text concerning gun control, abortion, and climate change, although the president doesn’t respond by beheading anyone in a public square, he does find a way to overtly impugn the credibility of those whom he feels spread corruption.



Now, judging from what Attorney General Loretta Lynch had to say at a recent Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Justice Department operations, Obama’s future method of response may become more official.
Apparently, Obama’s Justice Department is in the process of deciding whether or not to take civil action against beliefs held by those Iran would call “gross offenders of the moral order.” Lynch had this to say about how climate “deniers” in the fossil fuel industry could possibly face lawsuits:
This matter has been discussed. We have received information about it and have referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action on.
Based on the Attorney General’s remarks, it’s hard to believe that what was once a Constitutional right to individual thought and belief, may now be one step closer to an Iranian-style regulation overseen by a hierarchy of American mullahs.

In America today, it seems that the only way to prevent being monitored by a western version of the Iranian “religious police” is to go green, relinquish the guns, and to stand, in unflinching unanimity, with the proprietors of the baby body parts chop shop.
And if that’s where America is headed, then Ballistic Barack testing his DOJ arsenal is just as harrowing in it’s potential to do harm as an Iranian missile.

For the previous week or so, a team of crime family members and associates conducted a brutal harassment campaign trying to provoke violence. They tried to recreate the police frame-up in 1990 in Cambridge, MA. The California crime Syndicate hired Cambridge and Somerville police for a complete frame-up employing five judges, three trials, seven defense attorneys, three prosecutors, a social worker, and two court clerks. This is a pattern repeated by literally hundreds of criminals, police employees, FBI informants, and Communists over the past 25 years. Although the court agreement included removing the arrest record after one year it is now 25 years later and it still appears on the state arrest records computer system. The records are now easily available to anyone and are used for character assassination and to scare people. The arrest occurred in 1990, after I wrote to the Chiefs of police in Somerville, MA and Cambridge, MA and their internal affairs units, hand delivered letters, complaining about police harassment. Ten days later, after I chased a man, later identified as a Somerville police employee, out of my building, the Cambridge police arrested me, when I went to the police station to complain. They held me for 78 days contrary to state law for a competency evaluation. I fired seven lawyers who refused to put on any defense. The lawyers were paid by the crime family and the police to not put on any defense. Five judges participated. One threatened to have me put into a hospital if I testified about what happened to me. Another ordered me to appear without an attorney to defend myself.

On Tuesday March 8, 2016 these bold criminals followed me to an event, took over the security desk,  and scared people at the event. My complaints to the District Attorney and the Attorney General only bring more harassment from the police and their crime family associates. That raises more suspicion that the courts too, are run by organized crime. There may be a few honest judges but they are captives of the criminals who run the courts.

Another contributing factor is that my telephones are sabotaged. Outgoing as well as incoming calls can be screened. The police and criminals, may be diverting calls to their own people to pretend to be who I am calling. That happened for many years when Harvard Law School students would pretend to be lawyers when I called lawyers seeking help. 

During the period when I moved 55 times in 22 years between 1973 and 1995, I rented a voice mail system. I was unaware that responses to my searches for new premises were being  deleted. I was directed by the remaining undeleted calls into residences which were controlled by police and FBI criminal employees.  

In his new book, Future Crimes, Marc Goodman explains how computers, phones, cars and other devices can all be hacked. Problem is laws are a generation behind technology. Criminals are not. They do not encourage the few remaining non criminal elected officials to do something about the problems.

After posting my dismay about black homosexuals employed by the government trying to provoke me by harassing me, they stepped off the playing field of teams harassing me every day. The black homosexuals were immediately replaced by an Italian-American police employee, I suspect Harvard University campus police, who joined with two black gentle ladies. What makes this perplexing is that hundreds of black activists complain about police killing black men, and institutional racism at Harvard Law School and at the Academy Awards ceremony and polling process. 

Within two days on the job, this Italian American police employee, already called me an "a**hole." He threatened me saying, "You might be hit." It is quiet certain he is a police employee. Reason is that organized crime does not announce to their targets, "You might be hit." They do not warn their targets. They just do it. But police, the FBI and Communists like to scare people, to control them. It is what government does best, scaring people about non existent dangers, e.g., global warming, racism and guns. "The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." This latest team may be associates of the Providence, RI economic and political organization that runs that area. It operates extensively in the Boston-Cambridge area. 

If it is a white racist society, why are so many black homosexuals, and now black women allowed to criminally harass a white man of whom, these oppressed black victims say "He's crazy." But also why do local, state and federal law enforcement officials allow so many black men and women to harass a vulnerable elder white man?

Privileged black students at Harvard Law School, children of upper class professionals and graduates of Harvard University protest racism. One black activist at the University of Missouri threatened a hunger strike because of racism. He is the son of a railroad executive that earned $8.4 million the previous year. Black Lives Matter, is reportedly funded by George Soros and Google Corporation, and protected by the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI. They urge their followers to kill local policemen. To say the black racist narrative is misleading is understatement. 

Multi millionaire and celebrity Chris Rock, hosted the Academy Awards in 2016. He called out his support for Black Lives Matter. He declared the Academy Awards which paid him handsomely, racist. With the approval of the Academy Mr. Rock brought 25 young black girls to the ceremony who sold Girl Scout cookies on live network television, to his fellow millionaire celebrities. He raised $26,000 more than some people earn in a year for his daughters. They wanted to beat their competition in their girl scout troop. Yet Rock and other black millionaire elitists and supremacists claim they are victims and oppressed by white racist people. They stereotype white people, as if all white people are rich and powerful. It is fantasy propaganda which inspires attacks on white people. 

Mr. Rock asked for equal opportunity for black actors and support personnel. But he does not want equal opportunity. He wants equal outcomes for black people. Whether they deserve the equal awards or high salaries or not. He promotes black supremacy. 

For 45 years the thoughtful and always vigilant FBI, assisted criminals by broadcasting many delightful elements of character assassination of the same white man. They included "He's a racist." "He's mentally ill." "He's a retired drug dealer." "He's a homosexual Communist." But being a racist, is not a crime. Being mentally ill is not a crime. Being a retired drug dealer is not a crime. And being a homosexual Communist is not a crime. 

So what explains police taking turns over many years, with black racist police employees and FBI informants, conducting a brutal criminal campaign of harassment, ridicule, humiliation, insults, provocations, sleep disturbances every one or two hours, and sabotaging my computers?  Why so much effort trying to provoke violence and trying to make me into a homosexual? What is their problem? Is there no crime, no violence, no threats from terrorism, no drug sales and deaths from overdoses to merit their attention? Why do so many state and US taxpayer funded agencies whose mission is to protect vulnerable persons, allow this to continue for so many years? What egregious crimes are these police and crime families covering up? 

One possible goal was to discredit me, to isolate me and to make me into a pariah. They succeeded especially well. Wherever I go people have a negative opinion of me, without having ever met me, or after not seeing me for fifty years. The defamation is saturation defamation. People actively seek to avoid me. The only people who come near me are hateful and hostile police, criminals and their professional associates, first lawyers, then psychologists who like to torment ordinary citizens. Two psychologists, one a Harvard Medical School graduate student encouraged me to kill myself. Isn't that thoughtful of them? 

They use their special privileges to conduct what can be called bullying an individual white man. I was surprised at how depraved so many people are in this country, especially at Harvard University and in Cambridge, MA. I used to think positively about people, that they were moral and if they were informed they would do what is right. But in this age of media, government and academic deception it is no wonder why so many otherwise decent humans are attacking a defenseless white man over 70 years old, for 45 years with no accountability. No shame among the upper class elite liberals who rule Cambridge, the state of Massachusetts, and Harvard University.

Harvard University lawyers repeatedly tell me, "No one reads your blog." Nonetheless it is obvious that "no one" is upset with what he is "not reading" on my blog. Black racist homosexuals employed by MBTA police joined the criminal harassment, ridicule, insults, provocations, humiliation, and continued character assassination on Friday February 26, 2016 as I did my lawful errands. After I boarded an MBTA bus, a fashionable couple followed me onto the bus. The young man wore a white robe. His female companion wore a full black burqa. They sat in the seats designated for elders and disabled persons. In all my 45 years of living  in the Boston area I never saw, except on television, a couple dressed in Muslim religious garb. But there they were. I was hoping that they did not yell, "AllahU Akbar," and then stand up. 

It reminded me of military commanders telling enlisted American soldiers and sailors not to wear their uniforms off base. This was typical. Military personnel who endanger their lives to protect the nation must hide their uniforms. But the allegedly endangered Muslim minority can wear their religious garb without fear in the United States, and sit wherever they want. In Europe political leaders suggest that Jewish people do not wear their religious clothing for fear of being attacked by Muslims? But that is 3,000 miles away.

I noticed through the slits in the burqa that the woman, who looked like a Muslim, was looking at me. I am no longer handsome. And even if I was, I wear a lot of clothes to keep warm in the cold weather. Plus I am a senior citizen, which shows. Why was she looking at me? Then I realized that I had published an article on my blog about Pamela Geller who fights fearlessly for free speech and against Muslim terrorism directed at Jews and Israel. 

I suspected this was an attempt by dumbed down police employees of the MBTA to provoke me. They think of me as "crazy." But also their minds are under control of the Boston Globe, The New York Times, NPR and PBS, who promote Muslim propaganda that the most vile thing anyone can do is criticize Muslims. These police employees ignore mass murder Muslim terrorism which kills Americans in this country. They ignore genocide of Christians in Muslim dominant countries. 

Muslims, and Africans, come to the United States and demand minority victim protections. Ignoring that there are 1.6 billion Muslims in the world. More Muslims than Chinese. They ignore the brutality in Muslim dominant nations toward Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, and Christians. They do not tolerate any other religion in Muslim dominant nations.

Generations of students in Muslim dominant nations, were taught in state schools that Jews are evil. They are taught to hate Americans and Jews. They are taught to work to destroy Israel. But MBTA police employees believe that trying to provoke me after publishing a report about attacks on Pamela Geller is more important than anything else. Not enough crime on the MBTA to justify working for the six-figure salary and pension? 

Muslims demand special privileges in the United States. Pamela Geller was targeted by Muslim terrorists in Texas. Two were shot dead by police when they tried to kill her. In Cambridge, MA and at Harvard University they only try to provoke me. They disturb my sleep every one or two hours, and sabotage my computer at home and public computers too.

On Friday evening February 26, 2016 and Saturday February 27, 2016 black racist employees of the Kennedy cult resumed their criminal harassment and abuse at my residence. They resumed their behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual. Recall that the Kennedy cult adopted me in 1968 admiring my political activity at Columbia University after the student protests. This is what former friends do to me. They alternate with the California crime Syndicate and the Midwestern Outfit attacking me. What are friends for? 

This is what victims do in Cambridge, MA and at Harvard University, while they complain about discrimination.  The Muslim-looking couple got off at the same stop as I did. I saw them getting up and in order to avoid any possibility of an encounter, I went to the rear exit. They got off the front of the bus and waited for me to walk toward them. The generous thoughtful Muslim looking man said to me, "Go ahead." That was so special of him. 

It may be the same misguided greedy couple, one white lesbian, and her black homosexual husband, who are in the Witness Security program protected by the FBI and US Marshals. Some people say "They're dead." When I was a student in law school before I knew she was a lesbian, I dated this charming woman. She and her husband harassed me on behalf of the FBI for more than 35 years. 

The FBI paid them to pretend to be my friends. One of their thoughtful efforts was to tell everyone I knew, know and met, "He's a retired drug dealer." They were given substantial money reportedly to compensate me (huh?) for 15 years of abuses by the FBI, who used me to fight organized crime for 15 years. During some of those years I was impaired after being drugged by government psychiatrists in 1973. They thought I was a spy, and used hallucinogens for 80 consecutive days. I was not under the care of any physician. There was no court order to permit this drugging. I never volunteered to be a human subject in any medical experiment.  

There is more but I enjoy doing things besides revealing how disgusting some people can be.
