The FBI's facial recognition database has more than 400 million pictures to help its criminal investigations, but lacks adequate safeguards for accuracy and privacy protection, a congressional audit has revealed.
Totalling 411.9 million images, privacy campaigners have slammed the 'unprecedented number of photographs, most of which are of Americans and foreigners who have committed no crimes.'
The huge database - which enables investigators to automatically search images for criminal suspects - 'is far greater than had previously been understood' and raises concerns 'about the risk of innocent Americans being inadvertently swept up in criminal investigations,' said Senator Al Franken, who requested the study.

It should be apparent that the FBI is unable to protect civilians from terrorists and mass murderers. Even if they are capable, the White House will stop them. With all of their technology and behaviorist psychologists they cannot distinguish between dangerous violent criminals and harmless government critics. The dead Orlando terrorist who murdered at least 49 people at an Orlando nightclub was investigated by the FBI for terror links twice - and was linked to American suicide bomber Moner Abu Salha.
Agents did not charge Omar Mateen on both occasions and concluded he 'only had minimal contact' with Florida man Abu Salha who blew himself up for the Al Nusra Front in Syria 2014.
Mateen was also investigated by the FBI for making 'inflammatory remarks' to his colleagues alleging that he had terrorist ties – but again no further action was taken.
He kept his job with a global security firm, G4S, and was able to legally buy guns that were used in the worst mass shooting in American history that killed 49 and injured 53 others inside the Orlando gay nightclub.
Mateen called 911 to pledge allegiance to ISIS during the massacre and also praised the Boston bombers.
It is also claimed that Mateen had connections with a former U.S. Marine and undercover FBI agent turned radical Muslim cleric who was released from jail last year despite warnings that he was recruiting potential terrorists.

Marcus Dwayne Robertson, also known as Abu Taubah, managed to convert 36 people to his poisonous version of Islam during his four years in jail, and was considered so dangerous that he was kept shackled with his own security detail away from other inmates.
Mateen was a member of the Timbuktu Seminary, an educational website run by Robertson that police believe is used to dispense his radical teachings, sources told Fox News.
Robertson and several associates were rounded up for questioning early Sunday, sources added.
After serving as a Marine for six years, Robertson went on to become a bank robber, before turning FBI informant after his arrest in exchange for a short prison sentence.
He was dismissed by the FBI in 2007 after allegedly attacking his CIA handler, and then began preaching Islamic extremism.
Thrown in jail for tax fraud back in 2011, prosecutors attempted to have ten years added to his sentence last year after discovering documents preaching terror among his possessions. However, a judge freed him.

The spokesman said that the investigations by the FBI were closed and that's why the 29-year-old gunman was able to purchase the weapons.
The federal agency said Mateen was first interviewed in 2013 after he made 'inflammatory remarks' to a colleague.
'The FBI first became aware of Mateen in 2013 as he made inflammatory comments to coworkers, alleging possible terrorist ties,' Ron Hopper an FBI special agent said during a press conference.
'The FBI thoroughly investigated the matter including interviews of witnesses, physical surveillance and records checks.
'In the course of the investigation, Mateen was interviewed twice.
'Ultimately we were unable to verify the substance of his comments, and the investigation was closed.'
In 2014, Mateen came to the FBI's attention again and agents interviewed him about a potential connection he may have had with American suicide bomber Moner Abu Salha, who lived about 30 minutes away in Vero Beach, Florida.
'We determined that contact was minimal and didn't to constitute a substantive relationship or threat at that that time,' Hopper said.
In addition, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms said that Mateen purchased two weapons legally within the last week.
'He is not a prohibitive person so he can legally walk into a gun dealership,' the representative from the ATF said. 'He did so within the last week or so.'[. . .]
Mateen, a Muslim and father to a three-year-old son, was born in 1986 in New York and married Sitora Alisherzoda Yusufiy, who was born in Uzbekistan, in 2009.
Mateen's father, Seddique Mateen, told NBC News: 'We were in Downtown Miami, Bayside, people were playing music. And he saw two men kissing each other in front of his wife and kid and he got very angry.
'They were kissing each other and touching each other and he said, 'Look at that. In front of my son they are doing that'. And then we were in the men's bathroom and men were kissing each other.'

Mazen is different as a graduate of elite MIT. He supports policies that are conventional in Cambridge which explains his popularity with voters. This is no different, in principle, from the phone company telling the FBI how to tap into an old-fashioned hardwire phone system. In either case, in order to tap into one phone the government needs a search warrant. And one can compare these situations even further, and note that the government never used the power to wiretap to tap into everyone’s phone, only those suspected of crime.
The Fourth Amendment clearly states that government may seize documents and what is today called "data" only if a warrant is issued, a warrant that clearly specifies the place, type of information, and reason for the search.
That does not change in this case. If it is possible for Apple to obtain that one phone the FBI is concerned about, and decode only that phone’s data, then this is still consistent with the Fourth Amendment, and protect all others’ phones. Even if everyone else’s phones can then be decoded, the government must still have a search warrant to obtain the information.
The FBI did not say it wants to decode all phones, just the one owned by the terrorist. This was clearly intended to assist the FBI in only one investigation. If Tim Cook is concerned that then all persons’ phones can be decoded, then one can only point to the situation today where almost anybody -- including the government -- can have their personal records hacked, seized without permission, and used in crime. This is impossible to stop, and eventually may be impossible to stop even with iPhones.

Molly Martens and her father Thomas have formally pleaded not guilty to charges relating to the ‘heinous, atrocious and cruel’ murder of Jason Corbett.
The pair entered pleas of not guilty to second degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the death of the Limerick man at his home near Winston-Salem in North Carolina last August.
A beleaguered-looking Ms Martens wore two braids in her blonde hair, which she wore down.
Mr Corbett, a 39-year-old father of two, suffered fatal head injuries at his luxury suburban home in Panther Creek Court.
The father of two’s autopsy showed he died from blunt force trauma to his head.
The description of the ‘means of death’ is a ‘ball bat and landscaping stone’.
Ms Martens’s father, Thomas, made a 911 call from Mr Corbett’s family home at 3.05am on the night the Limerick man was killed and claimed to the operator there had been an argument between Jason and Molly.
‘He was choking my daughter, he said he was going to kill her,’ Mr Martens alleged in the recorded call.
The defence maintains the actions of the accused were ‘reasonable and necessary in self-defence’ of Ms Martens’s life and that of her father.
In addition to questions about the use of the baseball bat, detectives are expected to focus on the time of death and blood spatter patterns at the home.
After his death, his Limerick-based family successfully fought Ms Martens for custody of Mr Corbett’s two children from his first marriage.
Jack and Sarah Corbett are now living in Ireland with his sister-in-law Tracey Lynch and her husband David.
Ms Martens, a 31-year-old former model and her ex-FBI agent father, 65, presented themselves to the Davidson County district attorney by appointment on January 5 and surrendered themselves to answer the charges.
After being arrested, photographed and fingerprinted last month the pair were taken in handcuffs before the Superior Court.
Both applied for bail, which was not opposed, and was granted on the condition that $200,000 is lodged with the court for each defendant, that they surrender their passports and agree to cease all contact with Mr Corbett’s immediate family, specifically his children Jack and Sarah.
At the hearing yesterday, Mr Brown said both the prosecutors and defence have tried to get copies of the personnel file of Mr Martens, a former FBI agent, but could not obtain copies without a court order, which the judge granted.

The attack occurred at Nazareth Restaurant and Deli, a Mediterranean eatery, in Columbus. Police said the man walked into the restaurant, had a conversation with an employee and left.
About a half hour later, the suspected attacker returned and approached a man and a woman at a table near the doorway and started his rampage.
“He came in and started beating up on another man, I thought it was a personal thing. Then he just started down the row hitting everybody; people were bleeding,” Karen Bass, a restaurant patron, told My Fox 28 Columbus.
The man eventually fled the scene in a white car and led police on a short chase. Officers forced them an off the road a few miles away and when he got out of his car police said they tried unsuccessfully to use a stun gun on him.
Columbus police Sgt. Rick Weiner said, "At that point he had a machete and another knife in his hand and he lunged across the hood at the officers."
That's when police said an officer shot and killed the man. They did not immediately release his name.

The FBI is investigating a machete attack Thursday night that turned a popular, Israeli-owned restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, into a bloodbath, but local police say there is no indication so far of a terror motive.
Of the four patrons wounded in the attack at the Nazareth Restaurant and Deli, one was in critical condition before being upgraded to “stable.” The attacker was identified as Mohammad Barry, a law enforcement source told Fox News.
"There's nothing to lead us to believe this is anything more than a random attack," Columbus police spokesman Sgt. Rich Weiner told the The Columbus Dispatch.
Weiner added that the FBI is also investigating the attack but declined say why.
A source told Fox News the FBI is scouring Barry's background, which includes interviewing associates and digging into his travel history. Fox is also told that investigators are looking into Barry's digital and online footprint for terrorist propaganda or evidence of communication extremists.

It was not clear if there was any political or racial motivation for the attack, but the Nazarath is known for its multiculturalism. The entrance is adorned with a small Israeli flag and the Arabic phrase, "Ahlan Wa Shalan" which translates to "You are my family, take it easy."

The study argues that the phrase ignores the flood of new technologies “being packed with sensors and wireless connectivity” that are expected to become the subject of court orders and subpoenas, and are already the target of the National Security Agency as it places “implants” into networks around the world to monitor communications abroad. The products, ranging from “toasters to bedsheets, light bulbs, cameras, toothbrushes, door locks, cars, watches and other wearables,” will give the government increasing opportunities to track suspects and in many cases reconstruct communications and meetings. Comey, the F.B.I. director, and other Justice Department officials, mostly by arguing that they have defined the issue too narrowly.

The Harvard study, funded by the Hewlett Foundation, was unusual because it involved technical experts, civil libertarians and officials who are, or have been, on the forefront of counterterrorism. Larry Kramer, the former dean of Stanford Law School, who heads the foundation, noted Friday that until now “the policy debate has been impeded by gaps in trust — chasms, really — between academia, civil society, the private sector and the intelligence community” that have impeded the evolution of a “safe, open and resilient Internet.”

Apple users routinely back up the contents of their phones to iCloud — a service that is not encrypted and now is almost a routine target for investigators or intelligence agencies. So are the tracking and mapping systems for cars that rely on transmitted global positioning data. “I think what this report shows is that the world today is like living in a big field that is more illuminated than ever before,” said Joseph Nye, a Harvard government professor and former head of the National Intelligence Council. “There will be dark spots — there always will be. Violent crime rose across in the country in the first six months of 2015 compared to the same period the year before, according to preliminary data released Tuesday by the FBI.
The statistics show a 1.7 per cent jump in the number of violent crimes reported by local law enforcement to the FBI, with increases in murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault.
Burglary and arson crimes, however, dropped in the first six months of last year, the FBI said.[. . .]
Crime in the United States drew public attention last year as many major American cities reported spikes in the number of homicides in their communities.
The FBI statistics were pulled from 12,879 law enforcement agencies from January to June 2015.
'While the overall violent crime rates remain historically low, and it is too early to draw any long-term conclusions, the Justice Department is acutely focused on the increases being experienced in some communities of the country,' said Justice Department spokesman Patrick Rodenbush.
He said the department next month would bring together representatives from every U.S. attorney's office for training on anti-violence strategies.[. . .]
Police officials have struggled to pinpoint specific reasons for the homicide increase, and the FBI report does not offer possible explanations.
Many criminal justice experts have cautioned against making too much of the increase, given that the totals are far below where they were 20 years ago and noting that after years of drops, the numbers could not be expected to keep going down.

The disclosure of these additional 41 individuals linked to terror operations—many already identified as immigrants, others’ immigration histories shrouded in secrecy—has stoked further concerns about flaws in the U.S. screening process and is likely to prompt further congressional inquiry into Obama administration efforts to withhold details about these suspects, sources said.
As the number of legal immigrants connected to terrorism continues to grow, the Obama administration has sought to quash congressional inquiries and rally its allies behind an effort to fund efforts to boost the number of immigrants and refugees from the Middle East.
Many of these immigrants have been caught by authorities planning terrorist attacks on American soil, while others were found to be involved in efforts to provide funding and material to ISIS, according to an internal list of migrant terrorists codified by congressional sources and viewed by the Free Beacon.
“A growing number of foreign-born terrorists are being identified operating within the United States, and yet the Administration will not provide any information about their immigrant histories,” said one senior congressional source apprised of the issue. “And one can only imagine that for every identified terrorist, there are many more individuals around them who are radicalized, extreme or otherwise detracting from American society in ways beyond the threat of terrorism alone.”
As congressional calls for increased screening methods go mostly ignored, local authorities are dealing with an uptick in terror-related crimes committed by legal immigrants.

Clever changing focus to First Amendment. Issue is whether a Cambridge City Councilor is linked to a terror group. No discussion of that by the Council. Is it true? Councilor Mazen does not deny he is so linked. The City Council ignores the issue, instead attacks a news venue. In 1993 R.W. Apple received an award from the Neiman Foundation at Harvard. I asked Mr Apple, at the event why the "irresponsible" media, his term, often turned out to be accurate in their reporting, while the "responsible" media, e.g., the New York Times was often wrong. The National Enquirer (designated irresponsible) revealed John Edwards impregnated his videographer, while running for President. Like Bill Clinton, Edwards denied it on television. The Cambridge City Council declared Breitbart to be an “illegitimate tabloid.” William Bulger blamed Boston tabloids for circulating rumors about him and his brother, serial killer James "Whitey" Bulger. After name calling is done, is CAIR terror linked or not? The FBI says it is. The British government says it is. Councilor Mazen is silent. Will name calling reveal the truth as it does on the Harvard University campus? Is the matter unacceptable for City Council deliberations?

In a resolution passed last month, Cambridge’s City Council publicly denounced the right-wing media organization Breitbart.com for spreading what it called “anti-Muslim libel” after the outlet published an article asserting that a City councillor has ties to the Islamic militant group Hamas.
Breitbart’s November article, entitled “Hamas on the Charles,” claims that City Councillor Nadeem A. Mazen is connected to Hamas through his work as a founding director of the Massachusetts chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a Muslim advocacy organization.
The council’s December 7 resolution, proposed by Councillor Dennis J. Carlone, characterized Breitbart as an “illegitimate tabloid” that should be disregarded.
“Breitbart.com has a history of outrageous and sensationalized journalism designed for shock value but which has no proven basis in truth whatsoever,” the resolution reads.

Sam Westrop, one of the authors of the Breitbart article, said he does not believe his article is libelous.
“For it to be libel, something would have to be untrue and unfortunately everything we’ve written is true,” said Westrop, who is the research director of Americans for Peace and Tolerance, a group that frequently criticizes Islamist extremism. “This unprecedented attack on media criticism of a public official is highly unusual.”
In response to the December resolution, Breitbart published a second article written by another author titled “War: Cambridge, Massachusetts City Council Censures Breitbart News.” The article claims the resolution is an “affront to the First Amendment” and defends the site’s original story as factual.
Mark V. Tushnet ’67, a Harvard Law School professor specializing in constitutional law, wrote in an email that he “doubt[s] that the city council's resolution could be fairly called even an affront to First Amendment values.” Mazen also said he does not believe the resolution is a “free speech matter”; nor does Westrop, who said “no one has removed the article or stopped us from speaking.”
Here's my question concerning the free operation of CAIR as a civil rights organization. Even in this press conference held on December 21, 2015 CAIR spokesmen ignore extremist violent acts by persons who appear to be Muslims, killing Americans. CAIR never condemns those mass murders, and does not mention Muslim violence anywhere. They are only concerned about bias and discrimination against Muslims in America. CAIR never mentions extreme abuses in Muslim dominant countries. CAIR ignores hate speech and actions expressing a desire to kill Americans, Jews and to destroy western civilization and Israel specifically. They are adept at exploiting freedoms guaranteed by the US Constitution as they protect aggression against the United States. Representatives of the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations held a year-end news conference at the National Press Club on the organization’s initiatives to combat anti-Muslim attitudes in the U.S. They announced decisions made during their summit the previous day on new educational, outreach, and civil empowerment initiatives to address growing Islamophobia in the U.S. and to enhance national security. New strategies would include a campaign to register one million Muslim-American voters by the 2016 presidential election and a “National Open Mosque Day.” In addition, the council would seek to increase emergency preparedness for Muslim institutions and citizens faciing hate crimes around the country.

A recently-published British government report concludes that “membership of, association with, or influence by the Muslim Brotherhood should be considered as a possible indicator of extremism,” according to Prime Minister David Cameron. The report also notes that the British government was mistaken in believing it shared a common agenda with the Muslim Brotherhood against al-Qaeda and militant Salafism in general. Cameron said the government would be more careful in the future not to provide legitimacy or a platform for the Muslim Brotherhood.

CAIR, a widely-quoted organization which poses as a civil-rights group, is a Muslim Brotherhood entity. A federal district court found it to be so, listing it under the heading “The following individuals/entitles who are and/or were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and/or its organizations.” CAIR is number 11 on the list. CAIR was started with the help of a $5,000 donation from the Holy Land Foundation, a terrorist organization prosecuted by the aforementioned court for aiding the terrorist group Hamas. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the Muslim Brotherhood is “Hamas’ parent organization.”

Given CAIR’s record of ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) severed ties with CAIR back in 2009 “until [the FBI] can resolve whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and HAMAS.” After the United Arab Emirates designated CAIR a terrorist organization in November 2014, the U.S. State Department said it would investigate. What has it found? Why doesn’t the federal government release the reports?
In the days leading up to and after Veteran's Day, November 11, 2015 the following threats were made to me by various persons. "They're going to kill you." "They're going to kill these people." "They will kill you." "That guy can kill you." "They're investigating you." At no time did any of these threat makers identify who "they" or who "that guy" is. The latest threat by a student at Harvard University brought in to cover the tracks of the criminals who use the Harvard University owned building to conduct their abuses of my body, my phone, and my computer, "You can't stay in this building." It is not known what the affiliation of this student is with any of the various police and criminal organizations who participate taking turns harassing me. I suspect he works for the Harvard University campus police and the California crime Syndicate. He apparently lives in the building or the adjacent one. When a person needs to be punished, they always choose me. Never the perpetrators or the criminals. Always the victim of criminal abuse over the past 45 years. No need to investigate or to gather evidence. The scapegoat must pay. The California crime Syndicate recruited psychopaths from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington State and California to come to Cambridge to harass, to humiliate, to ridicule, to insult, to provoke, and to slander me. They must have run out of criminals from those jurisdictions. The California crime Syndicate now brings thoughtful gentlemen from New York City to harass me and to humiliate me some more.
On Friday, November 13, 2015 eight terrorists opened fire on several Paris venues killing over 125 people, injuring hundreds more. French intelligence and their allies in the CIA and the FBI were unaware of these Muslim gentlemen from the Middle East, and ignored a report from Iraq on Thursday, November 12, 2015 of the plan. Instead the United States government and its allies in the California crime Syndicate remain focused on destroying my life more than they destroyed it over the past 45 years. They remain focused on humiliating, ridiculing, provoking, insulting and keeping me under 24/7 surveillance, contrary to state and US laws, common sense and human decency. For the past 45 years (1970-2015), the enormous influence and raw power of the United States government and organized crime families was unleashed on me for personal and for political purposes. Over the years government agencies and crime families broadcast and published, propaganda and cover stories to justify what they did to me. They broadcast relentless character assassination over 45 years and it continues today. The harassment is non stop as I do my lawful errands, as I try to sleep and as I write about my years as an abused citizen. It is not easy countering 45 years of character assassination using only my blog which Harvard University lawyers constantly remind me, "No one reads your blog." Having survived, indicates my good fortune, or not. But the abuses continue today. It began when I was a student at Columbia University in 1968 when radical leftist upper class students successfully provoked the university administration. Three issues drove disruption of the university community. Free speech, racism, and academic military research.
The remaining classes in the spring semester of May 1968 were canceled. Final exams were held or not depending on individual professors. The administrations of the 21 schools permitted pass fail grading system for that semester. I was not involved with campus politics. After fulfilling my US Navy service 1965, I worked as a computer programmer in New York City. I thrived enjoying the work and the company of my colleagues, making life pretty good. When computer projects became less interesting I returned to school to get my degree. That is what I was doing at Columbia University in 1968. I wanted to go to school. I was not on campus to destroy the university or to start a revolution. I was paying my own expenses using savings from employment in the computer industry. I was clueless that some students had parents who paid their college costs. I asked the Associate Dean of my school what I could do to help resolve the difficulties so that classes could resume. He suggested I become a representative of the school to meet with the university trustees. Maybe he shared my motivation, an end to the protests and a return to teaching and learning. My school, one of 21 at Columbia, was entitled to three representatives based on the number of students. I was one of them. At the meetings with a committee of the trustees, students were asked for workable proposals. Some of the students were long time campus politicos. They repeated propaganda promoted by radicals who boycotted the election of these students. Mostly conservative they supported due process and respected the structure of the university. There was one leftist elected student, who resigned after one meeting. He said the committee of students was too conservative. One conservative student resigned saying the committee was too radical. I only wanted to get classes going again.
In May 1968 some of the elected students met with trustees individually. They reported the trustees asked them who they represented. The students said they represented their school. The trustees responded, "You do not represent all of the students. Why should I listen to you?" When I heard that three times I realized we needed to organize into a committee and to elect a chairman who would speak for all students. Hahaha. Then the trustees could not ignore us. They created us. My time spent with that committee after the students elected me chairman was overwhelming. I became prominent on campus, met celebrities on and off campus. People think if you know a prominent person you are also a celebrity. Not so. It is like fame. It comes and goes faster than it comes. Nonetheless there was a large downside. NYPD, the FBI and the CIA were all over campus and me. I read a book years later which explained that the FBI does not care what your politics are. If you are prominent they watch you. Just watch you. But if you perform actions which they do not like (legal or not) they harass you. I was clueless at the time and did not know they continued to watch me when I went to Massachusetts for law school. Biggest mistake of my life. In 1973 I was living in Cambridge, MA no longer attending law school. It was the height of the Watergate scandal. I grew angry learning about the alleged abuses of the President. Nothing like the open lawlessness of the White House in 2015, which is accepted by journalists and law professors today. Then it was the early days of media abuses manipulating the population. Today media propaganda is how government operates, through useful idiot PR flacks and journalists. It was the beginning of media bias favoring liberals and attacking conservatives. In response to my speculation about the Watergate scandal, speaking to friends by telephone, which was bugged by the FBI, government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens. They thought I was a spy. "How did he know that?" was their question. It appears my speculation was accurate. That began two years of being unable to function. I lived about 18 months without a home. Staying with friends and relatives for short times. But they did not enjoy being harassed because I was living with them. I traveled to Miami, FL, Austin, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WN, and Juneau, AK. And back to New York City and to Cambridge, MA. Intense relentless harssment never ceased. It continues today even after I was forced either to live on Social Security, or without a home for 45 years. After numerous audits by the SSA to make sure I did not have substantial finances making me ineligible for benefits, I complained to the manager of the local SSA office. He told me he put a note into my file that no more audits be made. The local Cambridge, MA gambling ring harassed me relentlessly from 1979, when I refused to work for them, to the present. One of their many tactics was SSA audits. In November 2015 a second audit was ordered, after the alleged note in my file. This one was different. It was to be done on the telephone. Never in 30 years was that ever done. I was suspicious. But did not complain because they threaten to stop benefits if you do not cooperate. It is how government works. Bureaucrats threaten and abuse their power. Read about recent abuses by the IRS, ATF, Justice Department, state and US courts, and so on. Instead of protecting citizens, government is used by criminals to steal taxpayer funds. Journalists provide propaganda to hide what politicians and criminals do. They let you vote to choose which criminals will steal your money.
There are honest policemen, FBI agents, politicians, and judges. But there are too few and they too are targets of the criminal majority. While terrorists, domestic and foreign, attack the nation, people and institutions of the United States, the power of government and organized crime remains focused on making my life miserable, and threatening to kill me. How misguided can priorities be? Recall that for 15 years the FBI used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me. That was while I was impaired after being drugged by government psychiatrists. The techniques and technology of surveillance and harassment improved exponentially since 1970s. It is now possible for the FBI to know every keystroke you make on your computer, your smart phone or your tablet. But crime families and students can know too. What difference does it make who is harassing you, or who is keeping you under surveillance? Did it make any difference to Louis Zamperini which Japanese guard was beating him? Would it have made any difference if it was a different sex offender who was abusing 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard? Did the millions of Jews killed in Europe during the Holocaust care which German killed them? Do Christians and Jews in Muslim dominant countries care which Muslim terrorist kills them? Abuse, torment, torture is the same for the person who is being abused. It doesn't matter if it is the gambling ring, students at Harvard University, the FBI or some other psychopath who is directing the abuse using the SSA letterhead to harass me. It is all the same. On more than one occasion it was the CalIfornia crime Syndicate, who led the harassment non stop since 1968, who tried to have police arrest me. They know once the police make an arrest the entire law enforcement bureaucracy supports keeping you under their control. It is cheaper for the crime families than beating you up. It saves them money, and making money is what the criminals are all about.
Received the two-page letter dated October 28, 2015 on or about November 1, 2015. It is post marked October 30, 2015. It raised suspicions immediately. It is the first time I was ever asked to respond to a telephone interview by the Social Security Administration (SSA). A second suspicious item was the time period for the scheduled call, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, four hours. Not even the cable companies make you schedule four hours for their arrival. Only Harvard University establishes up to 16 hours for a non emergency check of apartments. A third suspicious item is that the time period is blacked out in the letter using a felt marker. The time is written in ink by hand near the blacked out letters. This statement is included: "We must see the original document(s) or a certified copy of these item(s)." How was this possible by telephone? Did the SSA have a magic phone that could see the documents? I did not want to call and challenge this request because government thugs often abuse their power contrary to law to harm me. I go along until unable to do so. On Friday, November 13, 2015 I waited for the phone call. The criminals who harass me where I live kept me awake over night. I waited for the call with no sleep making me less prepared to answer the questions. Here is how the conversation with the audit lady from the SSA went on Friday, November 13, 2015. At 11:05 AM the phone rang. A woman asked for me. I identified myself. I explained that I had difficulty hearing her and asked her to speak slower. She spelled her name as Miss Killeen. I asked her first name. She refused to tell me. Suspicion number 4. She said, "I go by Miss Killeen." I asked where she was calling from. She said, "The Cambridge office." I asked "Fawcett Street?" She said "Yes." She began asking questions. "Where were you born?" I replied. Suspicion number 5. SSA knows that. Never been asked during an audit. She asked "What is your birth date?" I answered. Suspicion number 6. SSA knows that also. Never asked that during an audit. She asked where I live. I told her. Suspicion number 7. SSA knows that. She asked "With who do you live?" I answered. Suspicion number 8. She asked, "Have you left the US since September 1, 2013?" I answered, and added, "I hardly ever leave Cambridge." Suspicion number 9. I again told her I had impaired hearing and asked her three times to speak slower and to repeat what she said. I told her she was speaking too fast.
She asked me "Have you ever been on parole?" I answered, wondering what this had to do with my finances. Suspicion number 10. She gave me a notice about perjury. I was unable to hear her exact words. Suspicion number 11. She asked for permission to contact my financial institution. I gave it. I asked if she was recording the conversation. She said, "No." Then added "it is done automatically. We'll send you a summary." I realized she did not give me notice or get my consent. Suspicion number 12. I explained my skepticism about who she is and where she is calling from. I explained that I've been on Social Security for 30 years and never was interviewed by telephone. I told her I want to write down the questions and my answers since she warned me about perjury. She then volunteered to make an appointment for me to come into the office. I said OK, thanked her and we ended the conversation.
Next I called to the Cambridge police non emergency phone. I explained to the dispatcher I wanted to know if the law in Massachusetts required notice to both parties when a phone conversation is recorded. I asked the dispatcher if she did not know the answer to transfer me to a police officer. She transferred me to the desk officer. He told me the statute number, and transferred me to another to make a complaint. This officer put me on hold, then a woman officer came on the line saying "Communications." I began explaining the problem to her and she interrupted me asking if I wanted to file a complaint. She said she would send a patrol car and asked my name and address. She said it would be a while because "we are busy." I said I'd wait till Monday because it might be less busy then. On my way to the bank to ask them not to give out any information until I told them it was OK, I saw a group of about 25 black Harvard University students with two or three token white students marching and chanting along the sidewalk on Mass Avenue near the Harvard University dorms, near Widener gate. They were showing solidarity with the upper class black students and privileged football players at University of Missouri who scared the President and the Provost of that university into resigning because of their unacceptable thought crimes. The Harvard University students are the same upper class black students. It is difficult for liberals who lack the ability to think critically to realize that there are wealthy and powerful black families with privileged children who are students at prominent universities. It is even difficult for the students to recognize their privileged lifestyles. To them they are oppressed by white people, the man, who keeps them down from being accepted to Harvard University. Oh wait. They are accepted.
Upper class black students protest with a taxpayer funded police escort of about a dozen uniformed city officers. Where are the Harvard University campus police who like to exercise their unlawful power when they lack jurisdiction? At the same time, other underprivileged oppressed Harvard University students conduct criminal harassment and surveillance of a 70-year-old white male who they say is crazy. Is that what the Ivy League is all about? Misguided cognitive dissonance which is twisted and turned to fit a narrative for the clueless dumbed down population to feel sympathy for wealthy students of upper class black parents? And to stir up animosity and hatred toward a 70-year-old white man? Amazing what journalists can do with words. Leftist extremist students protest across the country on their campuses showing "solidarity" with the students at the University of Missouri. What did the students at Missouri suffer? Their feelings were hurt. One white person expressed hatred using a racial epithet. Another person used human waste to make a swastika in a bathroom. Because of that the students whose feelings were hurt demand that administrators who they do not like must resign. in Missouri, at Yale, at Columbia and at Claremont McKenna College in California. While oppressed privileged students at elitist universities protest abuses by white racists, black FBI informants, black FBI agents and black police employees abuse their power harassing a 70-year-old white man they say is crazy. More cognitive dissonance from dumbed down government officials. It is no longer limited to young people who have now taken jobs as government officials. They bring their misguided sense of history to law enforcement to their jobs abusing others as they believe they are being abused. After hundreds if not thousands of complaints about 45 years of criminal abuses by black homosexual FBI informants, black police and crime families, taxpayer funded local, state and federal agencies ignore my complaints. These are the priorities of the United States government in 2015. Standing by, allowing and encouraging criminal abuse of a white 70-year-old man. The White House denies that Muslim extremist terrorists are killing Christians and Jews. Overpaid weak university administrators coddle fragile student snowflakes. The confused students are being manipulated by Communists, socialists, progressive extremists who want to destroy the United States. It is understandable why the students are so easily misled. They enjoy the greatest privilege a society can provide to young people, an education. It opens all the doors to a quality life. But the students have been taught that victim hood brings rewards and privileges. They search for a way to see themselves as victims not members of a special privileged class.
So they adopt all the suffering of black people everywhere and throughout history. They have a curious myopic view of history only seeing where and when black people suffered in the United States. They appear to believe that only black people suffered. All white people throughout history were upper class, wealthy, powerful, rulers who abused every black person they could find. All white people abused, exploited and killed black people whenever they got the chance. It is what makes it possible for these fragile snowflake students to feel good about themselves. And pity the poor administrator or journalist who exposed their misguided beliefs. Consider how absurd this conduct is. If it was local police keeping me under surveillance and harassing me, it would be a waste of taxpayer resources. But this is most certainly an abuse of power of a federal agency, FBI or Homeland Security. Who asks a recipient of SSA benefits if they left the country during the last 24 months? Are they investigating a Colombian drug dealer or a Syrian terror sympathizer? Was this just more stirring up animosity and character assassination? Then there was the question of parole. Parole? That requires a prosecution in a US Court, a conviction under a US statute, and a sentence in a US court. Never been arrested, charged or convicted in a US court. Shows how limited this impersonation was, how unprepared, and how flawed this fraud was. Nonetheless it takes up my time, more penalty of process just to defend myself against inane allegations, in response to false allegations. How ridiculous can it get? This is what the federal bureaucracy spends its resources on as terrorists and drug cartels move freely into the United States with the assistance of the White House. One thoughtful young watcher, as they are called in the UK, explained, "They're investigating you." Huh? Since 1968 all of the following investigated me: CIA, FBI, state police in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and other states; local police in New York City, several New Jersey cities and towns, Cambridge, Somerville, and other cities and towns in Massachusetts. If all of them were unable to find any reason to arrest me there is none. Nor is there any reason for 24/7 surveillance, and relentless harassment, yet up to nine different organized crime families have done so since 1968. And you should see the looks these people give to me. You would think I was a heinous homicidal maniac. I do not know what they are told. But the California crime Syndicate appears to be the instigator bringing in new people from new jurisdictions. They stir up animosity from clueless police employees, federal agents and informants who proceed to provoke me and try to have me arrested, based upon 45 years of character assassination. It is an hilarious script for a Marx Brothers feature film. As I understand the latest period of criminal abuse, there are four stages. In 1974 due to relentless criminal harassment, people I knew shunned me, for good reason. I journeyed to Alaska and back. While I was traveling, someone impersonated me in New York City selling controlled substances. Upon my return to New York City, the FBI began their element of character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." That continued for 40 years. I did not learn what they were saying for about five years. It is what Mark Twain observed, "The lies get halfway around the world before the truth gets its boots on." Again people shunned me for a different reason, while police kept me under surveillance.
After 40 years of this one element of slander, federal agents and informants who believed the character assassination, began harassing me including but not limited to doing an audit of my finances, looking for those contraband marketing profits. It is not the first time that happened. On one occasion it was the IRS. Now it's the SSA. And when the "investigation" of my finances involved criminal conduct, illegal wiretapping and impersonation contrary to law, the original perpetrators come along and join the criminal abuse saying, "That never happened." Both organizations continue behavior conditioning employing criminal psychologists and psychiatrists to discredit me and to try to make me into a homosexual. There is four periods of criminal abuse, punishing me for crimes I had no part in, and during which I was being harassed by others traveling across the United States and back. The scapegoat is punished again, again. again and again. Propaganda, character assassination broadcast by one faction of the FBI is being used by another faction of the FBI or DHS to justify investigating me, harassing me, disturbing and depriving me of sleep so that when questioned I do not think rationally. They record the telephone conversation without giving a legally required warming and threaten me with perjury without swearing me in. It shows an amateur attempt to use the powers of the US government for personal and/or political purposes. And the new Director of the FBI assured the nation that his agents are not political at all. After some people recognized my exposing this criminal abuse at the SSA (I am under 24/7 surveillance, my telephone and computer are monitored), on Monday November 16, 2015, a team of one black homosexual police (Harvard University campus police?) or FBI employee, and a Communist homosexual (from Harvard or New York?) took control of the harassment at my residence. They disturbed my sleep for many hours once again forcing me to sleep during daylight hours and to stay awake at night. They continue the 45-year behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual.
On Wednesday November 18, 2015 another letter from the SSA arrived. This one dated November 16, 2015. Included were these lines. "On October 28, 2015 we sent you a letter telling you that you had an appointment with us on or before November 13, 2015. You did not keep that appointment." This is how government criminals operate. They abuse their power then make it appear as if you are not cooperating. That is how the Nazis operated when Hitler ran the German government. These are the tactics used in 1990 by police, prosecutors, judges and defense attorneys all employed by the California crime syndicate for a complete police frame up using the state courts. So now they are using the SSA. It shows there is no longer a government but factions of government used by the various crime families operating freely in the US. Obama Lost the Debate on Health Care:Unable to counter widespread concerns of citizens about his health care plans, Obama supporters conduct intense vitriolic attacks on critics. Bloomberg: Daschle says, "Health care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them," while former Colorado Governor Dick Lamm says seniors have "a duty to die." If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that the President, Senators and Congressmen have their own special gold plated health care plan which is guaranteed the remainder of their lives and they are not subject to this new law if they pass it. Reverse the dangerous direction of the Obama administration and its allies.
Obama, The Un-Truman: David McCullough, in his biography of Harry Truman, "Truman" says on page 217, "Harry cared little more for other [than Huey Long] celebrated 'speechifiers' in the Senate. MIDDLESEX DA: We're too busy to address crimes less than murder. On Thursday June 25, 2009 Marian Ryan, who works for the Middlesex District Attorney in MA, returned my call from the previous day. She heads the unit for abuse of elders and abuse of persons with disabilities. She told me, "We've had four murders this month." That was to explain why she was unable to address 35 years of police abuses of a citizen with a disability now an elder. She said that a police officer making a threat did not rise to the level of a crime. She did not have time or resources to address abuses by the City Manager and the Police Commissioner of Cambridge, and the Harvard University campus police. It was no concern that using police to harass a person with a disability may be the reason for the four murders. MA Civil Rights statute and possession of illegal firearms are felonies, but not murder. Misallocation of resources is easily apparent. If the police focused on criminals instead of harassing elders with disabilities there might be less violent crime. But who was I to argue.
Cambridge Censorship: In October 2009 City Council Candidate Kathy Podgers complained to Attorney Bill August, long term president of the Cambridgeport Neighborhood Association, that her posts to the neighborhood discussion lists were not appearing. Then Bob LaTremouille added his similar complaints. When I chimed in that my posts did n0t appear for many months Bill August accused me of libel. I said he ignored my complaints about censorship. For a lawyer he does not read very well. On one occasion in 2007 I sent a letter via Fedex from one part of Cambridge to another. I used Fedex because of frequent tampering with my mail by USPS employees. Mail was withheld by USPS employees, and some mail was intercepted and never got to where I sent it. The letter sent by Fedex never arrived either. Their tracking system ended before it was delivered. I wrote to the President of Fedex. He sent me a check for $25 to compensate me. What good is money if you can't send a letter from one part of a city to another? In June 2009 I sent a letter to a US Government agency complaining about a mobbed up police officer who was protecting criminals who harass me each day. Two days after I sent the letter the police detective appeared at a market as I shopped. He used a young woman as bait to try to have me arrested. In June 2009 someone opened a YouTube account solely to publish a comment attacking me personally. This is a frequent experience of an ongoing character assassination campaign by criminals and their police associates. A Harvard University attorney told me not to make complaints to their real estate offices but to the office of the General Counsel. The lawyer assigned was trying to deceive me. On June 6, 2009 I noticed a threat from a police officer as a comment under one of my videos posted on YouTube July 7, 2008. The video shows a Cambridge police patrol car parked in a bus stop. The officer was having dinner nearby not on an emergency call. Every day since I complained to the Attorney General about the threat Cambridge police or Harvard campus police follow me and try to provoke me. The Attorney General is married to a supervising Cambridge police officer. I learned on June 15, 2009 that the FBI was investigating me again. In May 2009, my comments on the Boston Herald web pages (a public accommodation) were removed allegedly due to violations of guidelines. When I complained one was restored. Interns referred me to a staff writer when three of my comments about the shooting death at a Harvard dorm were removed. Someone unknown to me posted a picture of a man from the city in my YouTube profile. That means that someone is tampering with my YouTube account. That is a felony under US law. On or about December 12, 2008 my name was removed from two neighborhood discussion lists--Riverside and Cambridgeport. My attempts to be put back on were ignored by the former President of the Riverside neighborhood, Larry Adkins. Cambridgeport moderators opened my new access in February 2009. In May 2009 I received messages from the list but was unable to post messages. Last year I was unable to receive or post messages to the Porter Square neighborhood discussion list. No notice there either. They began a new list this year and I now get messages. But I was the target of personal attacks on the Porter Square list, the Cambridgeport discussions and on the Cambridge Chronicle web pages. An FBI informant who maintains a web site about the City of Cambridge ridicules me and others who he believes have disabilities. My account with YouTube (more than 250 videos posted) was shut in August 2008 and my appeals of Fair Use Doctrine were ignored. On April 15, 2009 my YouTube account was re-opened. Emily Rooney, host of the PBS news show, Greater Boston threatened to have me banned from Boston. Cambridge City Councilor and Harvard lawyer, Brian Murphy, who resigned in February 2009 to take a six-figure job with the state used council rules to silence my expression. These are rules that the Council created but ignore at every meeting. An email account I used specially for discussion lists was shut down with no notice and no reason or warning given. My several emails inquiring why have been ignored. That account was re-opened on February 10, 2009. Google Video flagged and blocked four uploaded episodes of a cable access TV show I produced and hosted on CCTV. When I appealed their decision, they agreed to put it back up. But as of this date one remains blocked. In February 2009 a long term producer of documentaries at CCTV told me "There is no such thing as Free Speech." That was the second time someone in Cambridge said that to me.
