Harvard University Real Estate Empire Construction Promises 250 Parking Spaces

Will any of the 250 parking spaces be available for the numerous tour buses which park in and around the mid Cambridge neighborhood in residential areas? When the monster CGIS edifices were erected 2002, 26 parking spaces were lost on Prescott Street. Harvard officials promised they would be "re-allocated." Was this promise fulfilled? Two more spaces lost in 2015 on the same street (now loading spaces) due to the use of the streets near the new improved Art Museum as a truck depot. Who are the genius architects who design these new improved edifices which ignore reality, i.e., use by real humans?
