The Royal Canadian Mounted Police were in hot pursuit of their man, 24-year-old Justin Bourque, who is suspected of killing three officers in the small eastern coastal city of Moncton, New Brunswick, on Wednesday night.
The deadly shootout happened at 7:30 p.m. when residents called cops to report a heavily armed man walking the streets of Moncton. The responding Mounties were met by gunfire.

College Student Killed By Unlicensed Driver While Police Harass Elder Citizens

Bickoff has a six-page driving record of surchargeable accidents, speeding and license suspensions dating back to 1987, according to records released to NewsCenter 5 by the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
His license was most recently suspended just a week ago, for two accidents for which he was at fault in Sharon just last year.

Here is one more example of misguided public safety priorities in Massachusetts. This man had a lengthy record of offenses, and was driving without a license. No one was watching this gentleman who took time from his busy schedule to drive without his license jeopardizing his freedom in order to run down, killing a college student, junior at Simmons College in Boston. But in Cambridge MA host city of Harvard University, MIT, and Lesley University, on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, local police harass a 70-year-old white male who they say is "crazy." 

This is one more round of criminal, malicious abuses of police power. Local police including but not limited to Cambridge police, Somerville police, Harvard University campus police, take turns trying to re-create events that allegedly occurred in 1970, 43 year ago. There were no arrests, no notice of any charges, no trial, no attorney, no witnesses, no appeal, only punishment. On or about June 13-15, 2014 another group of criminal police employees, including placing police employees at libraries to conduct surveillance, began another round of the same pattern of harassment conducted by numerous other groups previously. 

This is more evidence that Cambridge MA, and the state of Massachusetts subscribe to the Obama-Holder doctrine of ignoring inconvenient laws, showing open contempt for the U.S. Constitution. Cambridge police employees replaced the lesbian graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School who leads the daily harassment. It includes but is not limited to disturbing my sleep every one or two hours, provoking, insulting, ridiculing, humiliating and slandering me every day. Also tampering with my computer causing it to crash, sometimes 30 or 40 times per hour. 

Associates of the California Syndicate repeat elements of 43 years of character assassination previously conducted by the Kennedy Cult, the Atlanta based crime family, the Midwestern Outfit, the Genovese Family, Philadelphia crime family, Communists from New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, Florida, and others. Not just once but dozens of times for each of the above-mentioned groups. It is reported that the Harvard University building superintendent assists these criminals in their criminal abuses. So is it any wonder that illegal aliens, some members of criminal gangs are flooding into the United States. The President releases terrorists to return to their war against the United States. Other countries invade neighbors knowing that the current administration will not object. The focus of the Obama-Holder-Johnson triumvirate is on silencing domestic expression, terrorizing elder citizens that the police say are "crazy." It is a complete breakdown in law and a focus on eliminating completely any remaining freedom.

Massachusetts Attorney General, Runs For Governor

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley, now running to be Governor, is married to a retired Cambridge MA supervising police officer. It may explain why for so many years Cambridge police have been able to conduct a brutal malicious campaign of criminal abuses of police powers. The Cambridge police joined Somerville and Harvard University campus police harassing a now 70-year-old white male who they say is "crazy." Here are some of her comments.

If the United States is a police state, then the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is its national police force, with all the brutality, ineptitude and corruption such a role implies. In fact, although the DHS’ governmental bureaucracy may at times appear to be inept and bungling, it is ruthlessly efficient when it comes to building what the Founders feared most—a standing army on American soil.
The third largest federal agency behind the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense, the DHS—with its 240,000 full-time workers, $61 billion budget and sub-agencies that include the Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, Secret Service, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)—has been aptly dubbed a “runaway train.”

A better plan would be to abolish the DHS altogether. In making the case for shutting down the de facto national police agency, analyst Charles Kenny offers the following six reasons: one, the agency lacks leadership; two, terrorism is far less of a threat than it is made out to be; three, the FBI has actually stopped more alleged terrorist attacks than DHS; four, the agency wastes exorbitant amounts of money with little to show for it; five, “An overweight DHS gets a free pass to infringe civil liberties without a shred of economic justification”; and six, the agency is just plain bloated.

An explosive growth in the use of SWAT teams for otherwise routine police matters, an increased tendency on the part of police to shoot first and ask questions later, and an overall mindset within police forces that they are at war—and the citizenry are the enemy combatants.

But a 70-year-old white man who the campus cops say is "crazy" is under 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, insults, humiliation, threats, provocations, and character assassination. So much for sane public safety policies.

Major Drug Bust in Massachusetts

Lopez, 33, of Van Nuys, Calif., were each charged with drug trafficking and conspiracy to violate drug laws at their arraignments at Lynn District Court on Friday, according to a spokeswoman for the Essex District Attorney.

The contractors had been able to hold the base, but those on the scene reported it was only a matter of time before the ISIS terrorists succeeded in breaking through the perimeter. The sources confirmed the contractors were still under siege, despite an Associated Press report Thursday, citing U.S. officials, that three planeloads of Americans were being evacuated from Balad.
WND learned from sources that the jihadists closed down escape routes, and the U.S. Air Force was in a stand-down position. U.S. forces were not assisting even with air cover so a private extradition flight could land for a rescue, the sources said.

The attacking ISIS forces approached the base in trucks Wednesday and called through loudspeakers for all private security forces and Iraqi special military to leave immediately or die.
The U.S. private contractors in touch with WND reported that after hearing the broadcast, the private security forces and the Iraqi military defending the base dropped their weapons and ran.
The American contractors collected the weapons left behind and were able to hold off further immediate advances.

Most of America’s college grads are in a deep hole because of money they borrowed and invested in their educations. Outstanding student loans now total more than $1.2 trillion. One borrower out of seven defaults on student loans within three years of beginning payments.
This isn’t just a burden on graduates and their families, it’s a drag on the economy as a whole. Young people saddled with debt don’t buy furniture or cars. They linger in their parents’ homes rather than start families and households of their own. Their inability to spend is one of the factors that has kept the economic recovery from gaining momentum.

While it might be an easier pill for Republicans to swallow if the student loan bill’s costs were offset by a provision that was less a partisan lightning rod than a tax hike, Warren defends it. Given the state of the economy, she argues, which is a more worthy investment: college education for America’s young adults, or tax loopholes for its wealthiest earners?

Consider it a graduation present to the Class of 2014.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is welcoming members of Congress and their senior staff to tour a temporary shelter being used to house illegal immigrant children — but the invite comes with a list of rules, including a suggestion that members leave their cellphones in their vehicles.
The 40-minute tour will take place Friday at the Ventura County Naval Base in Oxnard, Calif., according to the email invitation, obtained by The Daily Caller.
The tours are meant to give members and staffers an inside look at how temporary facilities are being used to house illegal immigrant children who came to the U.S. without their parents. The minors, who hail mostly from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, are being called “Unaccompanied Children,” or UACs.

Due to a supposed computer crash, the agency only has Lerner emails to and from other IRS employees during this time frame. The IRS claims it cannot produce emails written only to or from Lerner and outside agencies or groups, such as the White House, Treasury, Department of Justice, FEC, or Democrat offices.

Indeed, the prosecutors not only acknowledge the evidence as exculpatory, they yellow-highlighted it as such—then buried it.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ultimately reversed 12 out of 14 counts of conviction against the executives, acquitting one entirely. All the defendants were released, after having spent up to a year in prison on a sham indictment, while Ms. Ruemmler and her cronies continued both to hide the evidence that defeated the government’s case and to demand that the Merrill executives be prosecuted a second time on the same indictment.

The first reportedly landed at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford. According to my tipster, approximately 160 illegal immigrants arrived on that flight and stayed nearly a week before being transferred to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) site and then released.
The second flight reportedly was diverted from Hanscom to Boston’s Logan Airport this past weekend. I am told that both Massachusetts and New Hampshire officials were on hand. I reached out to Hanscom AFB for confirmation but did not receive a call back by my deadline.

Citing security reasons, the U.S. has intervened in routine state public records cases and criminal trials regarding use of the technology. This has resulted in police departments withholding materials or heavily censoring documents in rare instances when they disclose any about the purchase and use of such powerful surveillance equipment.
Federal involvement in local open records proceedings is unusual. It comes at a time when President Barack Obama has said he welcomes a debate on government surveillance and called for more transparency about spying in the wake of disclosures about classified federal surveillance programs.
One well-known type of this surveillance equipment is known as a Stingray, an innovative way for law enforcement to track cellphones used by suspects and gather evidence. The equipment tricks cellphones into identifying their owners' account information and transmitting data to police as if it were a phone company's tower. That allows police to obtain cellphone information without having to ask for help from service providers,

A spokesman from Harris Corp. said the company will not discuss its products for the Defense Department and law enforcement agencies, although public filings showed government sales of communications systems such as the Stingray accounted for nearly one-third of its $5 billion in revenue. Local police agencies have been denying access to records about this surveillance equipment under state public records laws.

That would be a start.

That story was receiving a lot of media attention until the President announced his swap of five members of the Taliban high command for one American deserter, and since then, there has hardly been any coverage of it. It was even being labeled a scandal in the mainstream media, with some arguing that, unlike Benghazi and the IRS, this one was a real scandal. But that was because they could argue that it was a scandal that began during previous administrations, and thus there was no specific blame on Obama’s shoulders.

It's like scandal of the week, created intentionally to cover up last week's scandal. That with the dumbed down population, which has no memory, makes it easy to keep violating laws without accountability, and showing contempt for the Constitution.

According to a May report of the Center for Immigration Studies, of the 36,000 criminal aliens who, while awaiting deportation, were set free by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 193 had been convicted of homicide, 426 of sexual assault, 303 of kidnaping, 1,075 of aggravated assault, 1,160 for stolen vehicles, 9,187 for possession or use of dangerous drugs, and 16,070 for driving drunk or drugged.
Those 36,000 criminal aliens are roughly equivalent to three-and-a-half divisions of felons and social misfits released into our midst.
And this does not include the 68,000 illegal aliens against whom ICE declined to press criminal charges last year, but turned loose.
How goes the Third World invasion of the United States?

A Sudanese woman doctor who married a Christian man and who was convicted earlier this week on charges of “apostasy” was sentenced to death on Thursday, judicial officials said.
According to the Sudanese officials, 26-year-old Meriam Ibrahim, whose father was Muslim, was convicted on Sunday and given four days to repent and escape death. She was sentenced after that grace period expired, the officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity in line with regulations.
The BBC reported the woman’s death by hanging will not be carried out until two years after the birth of her child.

A first court appearance was scheduled Tuesday for Robert Whiteside, 45, who lived in a hidden bedroom inside the suburban Raleigh warehouse where he refurbished bathtubs. He was charged with sexual servitude involving an adult victim and assault by strangulation.

The Internal Revenue Service may have been caught violating federal tax law: In October 2010, the agency sent a database on 501(c)(4) social-welfare groups containing confidential taxpayer information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, according to documents obtained by a House panel.
The information was transmitted in advance of former IRS official Lois Lerner’s meeting the same month with Justice Department officials about the possibility of using campaign-finance laws to prosecute certain nonprofit groups. E-mails between Lerner and Richard Pilger, the director of the Justice Department’s election-crimes branch, obtained through a subpoena to Attorney General Eric Holder, show Lerner asking about the format in which the FBI preferred the data to be sent.

DiNino, 55, of Reading, was found dead in a jail cell Saturday morning, hours after she surrendered to serve a 48-hour sentence.

Newspapers in El Salvador and Honduras are promoting policies by the Obama administration that defer deportation to minors brought to the United States as children by their parents — known as "Dreamers" — and those that are housing illegal children at military bases in the South and West.
"Almost all agree that a child who crossed the border illegally with their parents, or in search of a father or a better life, was not making an adult choice to break our laws, and should be treated differently than adult violators of the law," Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson is quoted in a story about a new two-year extension of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy published by Diario El Mundo in El Salvador.
