Cops arrested two people Friday in thekilling of a New Jersey Institute of Technology student during a burglary at his fraternity house.
Nafee Cotman, 18, and Taquan Harris, 22, were taken into custody and charged with the murder of Joseph Micalizzi, 23, who was fatally shot early Monday.
Cops said Friday that Irvington resident Cotman was accompanied by 22-year-old Taquan Harris, of Newark, when they broke into the back door of Micalizzi’s frat house and shot him twice.
In addition to murder, both men face robbery, burglary and weapons charges.

Micalizzi was a mechanical engineering major at the time of his death and his good grades landed him on the dean’s list last fall.
He had been living in the Tau Kappa Epsilon house, which is situated across the street from the Rutgers-Newark campus — near where a student was murdered in a double shooting last month.

David Tepper was once New Jersey’s richest resident. The Short Hills-based hedge-fund manager with an estimated net worth of $11 billion didn’t fall victim to market forces. Rather, he left Jersey entirely, joining dozens of wealthy individuals who have set up shop in Florida, a state with no income tax. Jersey is set to see a $162 million drop-off in tax collections this fiscal year—much of it, according to press reports, the result of Tepper’s exit. Now, Trenton lawmakers must once again scramble to balance the Garden State’s troubled budget.

The study also found that the income gap jumped appreciably between 2004 and 2005—that is, after Governor Jim McGreevey hiked income taxes on those earning more than $500,000 a year. McGreevey’s successor, Jon Corzine, subsequently added another temporary surcharge on wealthy taxpayers. In 2010, the last year that it was in effect, the net loss from outflow of tax dollars increased sharply again. Current governor Chris Christie let the Corzine surcharge expire—even though the Democratic legislature keeps voting to bring it back—but at 8.97 percent, Jersey’s top income-tax rate remains one of the nation’s highest.

Jersey’s tax-and-spend politicians and the interest groups that support them— notably public sector unions—consistently argue that taxes don’t drive people away. “There is not a shred of credible evidence pointing to estate taxes or income taxes as the reason these people take their income elsewhere—there’s only myth and anecdote,” said the head of New Jersey Policy Perspective, a left-leaning think tank, earlier this year. But that’s true in New Jersey only if you ignore what people actually say. A 2014 Monmouth College poll found that nearly half of all residents said they would leave the state if they could. About three in ten listed Jersey’s high taxes as the primary reason they wanted to go. Ina recent Gallup poll, Jersey tied with Connecticut as the top state that residents say they want to leave—at 46 percent of those polled. “Even after controlling for various demographic characteristics including age, gender, race and ethnicity, and education, there is still a strong relationship between total state tax burden and desire to leave one’s current state of residence,” noted Gallup.

McGreevey himself once increased the annual budget by a whopping 17 percent. Corzine promised spending and pension reform but delivered neither. The taxes kept piling up on residents, including a boost in the state’s sales tax and a tax that people selling their homes have to pay for no other reason than that the state desperately needs money. Today, New Jersey collects more money per resident than just about every other state, but it still can’t balance its budget. It doesn’t help that the state’s economy has been underperforming for more than a decade. Businesses consistently rank it as one of the places where they are least likely to expand.

Ironically, many tax-and-spend interests in the Garden State won’t be sad to see Tepper go, despite the riches he takes with him. That’s because he put a big chunk of his wealth into education reform, battling the teachers’ union and supporting candidates who preached such heresies as tougher standards for teacher evaluations. One hyperactive critic even accused Tepper of trying to destroy public education so that he could engineer a “Wall Street takeover” of schools. According to press reports, Tepper displayed a pair of brass unmentionables in his office to symbolize the kind of moxie one needed to operate in the high-stakes hedge-fund world—and to battle public unions. But math has triumphed over moxie, at least in New Jersey.

New Jersey Suspected Murder-Suicide Couple Found Dead By Son.

Prosecutors have identified the couple who died in an apparent murder-suicide at their New Jersey home on Saturday as 36-year-old Annette Torres (above) and 41-year-old Mark Morris (below).

The parents of an 11-year-old boy have been identified after he found them dead at their New Jersey home in apparent-murder suicide.
However, prosecutors still have not said what may have sparked the incident involving 36-year-old Annette Torres and 41-year-old Mark Morris.
Police responded to the Bergenfield home around 10.20am on Saturday after the couple's son told a neighbor, who alerted authorities, that his parents were not breathing.
Torres, who would have turned 37 next weekend, was found dead in an upstairs bedroom while Morris was found in the basement.
Authorities said it appears that Morris killed his partner, Torres, then shot himself in the head.
Authorities have not released details on how Torres was killed.
Acting county Prosecutor Gurbir Grewal said on Sunday that the deaths were being investigated as a 'domestic violence-based murder-suicide' and declined to further comment.
On Sunday, a small makeshift memorial with a teddy bear and flowers could be seen on the steps outside the couple's home, according to NorthJersey.com.
Their son, who has not been named, is in the custody of New Jersey child welfare authorities.
The couple, who it is not clear if they were married, reportedly had four children and a history of domestic issues, according to the Bergenfield Daily Voice.

Torres had worked at a local Dollar Tree store and some of her co-workers went to her house late Saturday afternoon after she did not report to work and did not respond to their calls.
After speaking briefly with police, the coworkers were seen sobbing at the scene.
One of the coworkers described Torres as 'wonderful person and good friend,' according to NorthJersey.com.
Another colleague, 21-year-old Jennifer, who worked with Torres about four years ago, called her an 'amazing lady', a 'good mother to her children' and as having a 'very chill' demeanor.

A neighbor described the couple as 'friendly' and reportedly never noticed any signs of trouble in the home.
'Yeah, they are usually quiet, they hadn't any bad thing (sic), I didn't see anything outside, but they are living goodly, friendly, everything,' a Bergenfield resident told WABC.
Another neighbor, who was only identified as Suja, told NJ.com that she had left her home that morning around 9.30am and did not notice any disturbances at the home or hear gunshots.
'They are so nice and quiet,' the neighbor said of the couple.

An off-duty New Jersey police officer was found shot to death inside his personal car Monday, which was parked at an abandoned movie theater complex, officials said.
The officer, a member of the Sayreville Police Department, was discovered dead around 7:15 a.m. after authorities found his vehicle near the Amboy Cinema just off the Garden State Parkway, which has been out of business for a decade.
The officer was not on duty at the time, but may have been investigating a report of a suspicious person when he was ambushed, NBC New York reported, citing unnamed sources. The Star-Ledger/NJ.com reported it was unclear why he was at the complex.

The Sayreville police officer who was found dead outside of Amboy Cinemas Monday was a highly decorated nine-year veteran of the force who was recently promoted to detective, sources said.
Detective Matt Kurtz, 34, was found dead outside the Route 9 cinema, according to multiple Middlesex County law enforcement sources. The Sayreville Police Department and the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office could not be reached for comment about the identity of the officer who was killed.
Kurtz was transferred to the Investigation Division in November 2015, according to the Sayreville Police Department's website.
Last year, Kurtz was honored for his help saving an 83-year-old man from a burning house, according to the Home News Tribune. In December 2014, Kurtz and another officer charged into the blaze and pulled Max Klitzke to safety.

Prosecutor Andrew Carey said police responded to the scene after reports of a body being found in the area. The officer, who was off-duty at the time, was found dead at the scene, Carey said.
The cause of the officer's death is not yet known, Carey said, but he suffered one or more gunshot wounds. Police would not say if they are seeking a suspect.

Law enforcement officials on Monday said he may have been traveling at 74 mph on the 25-mph roadway just before the deadly crash occurred.
Noel Herrera of Cliffside Park and his best friend, Bryan Rodriguez of Union City, both 17, were killed Saturday night when they were hit by the silver 2004 Infiniti G35 that Patterson was driving, Hudson County Sheriff Frank X. Schillari said. The car, traveling north “at a high rate of speed,”

Boston, MA Gentleman Pleads Guilty To Human Trafficking in New Jersey

A Massachusetts man has pleaded guilty to human trafficking charges in New Jersey.
Camden County prosecutors say Javann Hall faces a seven-year state prison term when he's sentenced April 1. The 30-year-old Dorchester man pleaded guilty on Monday.
Hall was arrested during an undercover prostitution investigation at a Cherry Hill hotel in January 2015.
Authorities say Hall dropped off a Boston woman who had been advertised online. The woman was arrested after she solicited an undercover detective and was taken into custody without incident.
Further investigation revealed that Hall was using threats of violence to force the woman to engage in prostitution activity several times a day.

New Jersey May Take Over Atlantic City Due To Low Casino Revenue

After almost five years of piecemeal efforts to fix Atlantic City, New Jersey’s distressed seaside resort faces more drastic measures: the end of its casino monopoly and a state takeover or bankruptcy filing.
On the line is the future of a city that Governor Chris Christie once said was crucial to New Jersey’s recovery. Once the second-largest U.S. gambling market, Atlantic City has seen its key industry crumble as day-trip patrons shift to newer, closer casinos in nearby Pennsylvania and New York.
The decline has sapped municipal tax collections. While state aid helped plug a gap this year, the city of 39,000 faces a shortfall of $90 million next year, a third of its budget. The dire straits have led New Jersey officials to bring to the forefront options that have been discussed for months, if not years. The new initiatives spurred a rally for the city’s debt.
Lawmakers this week agreed to ask voters in November to expand gambling to northern New Jersey and share the revenue with Atlantic City. They’ve also proposed taking control of its finances for 15 years. Senate President Steve Sweeney, the highest-ranking Democratic legislator, said the city should declare bankruptcy if the takeover isn’t approved quickly.

“With most municipalities, at least from a creditor standpoint, you want to see
as many legs to the economic stool as possible,” he said. “In Atlantic City’s case, they are kind of a one-legged stool.”

Along Pacific Avenue, the main drag behind the beachfront casinos, caution tape is wrapped around the shuttered Showboat’s street-front columns and a security guard chases people away. Signs still boost specials at the hotel, which closed in mid-2014. Next door sits a mirrored-glass high-rise known as the Revel, the $2.4 billion casino that was supposed to usher in a renaissance when it opened in April 2012. Closed since September 2014, the building sits empty amid trash-strewn stairs and barren lots.

Some of the alleged victims of a 19-year-old blonde accused of repeatedly stealing Rolex watches, iPhones and money from wealthy men she picked up with friends at bars have been identified.
Alexandra Martinez allegedly preyed on a member of family that owns a Brooklyn oil-company, the heir to a fortune made on selling fireworks and the manager of a Midtown seafood restaurant.
Martinez, of Ewing, New Jersey, who has 'Love yourself so no one has to' tattooed along her arm, has been arrested five times for stealing items and cash from her victims in hotels and their homes,

Martinez and a girlfriend picked up 'Prince' Ron Zoldan - whose father founded Phantom Fireworks - at a bar in August and went back to the 25-year-old's Ritz-Carlton room, the NY Post reported.
Once they were back at Zoldan's room, the women waited until he had fallen asleep and then made off with his Rolex, two iPhones, some designer sunglasses and cash, according to sources.
Zoldan, who has appeared in photographs with Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady and NSYNC singer Joey Fatone, said: 'I didn't do anything wrong... I'm single. I'm 25. Girls come and they go.'

Matrinez does not appear to be the only alleged thief targeting wealthy people in New York City.
Two women are suspected of stealing $750,000 worth of jewelry from New York Knicks star Derrick Williams.
The alleged thieves were caught on a surveillance camera as they left New York City club Up & Down on December 19 at around 5am to head over to Williams' bachelor pad in the city's Tribeca neighborhood.
The NYPD has described them as persons of interests in the case.

Preparing For Thanksgiving November 26, 2015

In the week leading up to Thanksgiving, when many public officials begin their long weeks of vacation for the celebration of whatever politically correct holiday they celebrate, the charming and always delightful group of Communists from the state of Washington resumed their role conducting criminal harassment and surveillance. Their dedication of disturbing my sleep every one or two hours can best be described as disgusting.

For the past 40 years this group of misguided, disturbed individuals took time from their attractive, rewarding and interesting lives to focus on making my life worse than other groups were able to make it. You have to appreciate their altruism and belief in the betterment of man. They live to broadcast character assassination, two consistent elements of which are, "He's homeless and mentally ill." 

It makes the heart grow in happiness to know that they undo 18 years of formal education. The many years of taxpayer funded elementary, primary, middle and high school. The expensive college education and graduate school. Six months of military training, and several years of learning in the computer industry. These destroyers of reputations relentlessly ridicule, humiliate, insult, provoke, harass me. They do whatever they can to undermine whatever advances I was able to make from the poverty of my birth to ensure I live as a pariah, in poverty and ridicule. 

This is what the United States government, the Massachusetts government, and the City government of Cambridge MA, stands by, allows and watches. These governments permit criminals to use the enormous power of government and criminal organizations to celebrate upper class leftist black privileged students, their vigorous attacks on white people and the nation of laws. Infantile black snowflakes demand more money and power for the historical abuse of all black and brown people, while black public officials use their official government power to inflict criminal abuse on a 70-year-old white man they say is crazy. 



These are the priorities of the nation while Muslim terrorists threaten to kill Americans, Jews, Christians and to destroy Israel. They show they mean what they say by bombing a Russian airliner killing 244 people. They placed bombs in Beirut, Lebanon killing 44. They killed 125 and wounded hundreds in Paris, and killed 19 in Mali, all within one month. While Muslim terrorists threaten and kill, these Communists from Washington state threaten to kill me and relentlessly harass me. It is their copy cat campaign to diminish me further than the police and the FBI have done over the past 45 years. They are like human vultures picking at the carcass of a 70-year-old white man who remains alive in spite of the dedicated efforts of Harvard University campus police, building superintendents, psychologists and psychiatrists to persuade me to kill myself. That is how depraved the Harvard University Medical School priorities have become under this current cultural shift of the White House and its acolytes.

It is typical of the values of the United States in the 21st century that on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College several criminal organizations, working with their associates in police and government agencies are dedicated to undoing 18 years of education. How fitting that the most prestigious and wealthiest American university ensures a dumbed down population. 

The most recent series of repetitive events was conducted by the California crime Syndicate based in New Jersey and Florida. This is about the 30th time this group of criminals repeated what other factions from the same national criminal organization did numerous times over the previous 45 years. There is a list of allegations made by various police and crime families which are now memorialized in relentless character assassination. This "list" is shared among crime families, police agencies, criminal psychiatric and psychological corporations. They do not make the allegations available to me. I can only guess at what they accuse me of and punish me for, over and over again and again. 



This "lawyer" oversees twenty-fold jeopardy evaluations of allegations made about events from 45 years ago. Employees of the Cambridge public library and city police participate in the character assassination over many years. Under any system of justice in the United States, except for maybe Sharia law, the prosecution is barred by limitations of actions in any state. Nonetheless that does not prevent this "lawyer" from making decisions regarding the events over which he has no knowledge and no legal jurisdiction. He is a criminal abusing his privilege as "an officer of the court" as they like to declare when they are under scrutiny for criminal conduct. Not once have they done this but hundreds of times by the same organized crime family. Just different people and groups within the national crime syndicate. And the taxpayer funded agencies paid to protect vulnerable persons from crimes against them, stand by and make way for the criminals to conduct their abuses.

They recruit lawyers who act as judges. They make decisions without my knowledge and without any input from me. I am not permitted to defend myself. It is all one sided proceedings with the accusations, the lawyers and their enforcers. It has happened so many times it no longer surprises me. It is how crime families operate. What government allows to happen. The Constitution is only for leftists and those who want to destroy the nation. Even the formerly great Harvard University yields to the rule of the crime families.

My life is like a Marx Brothers movie, with episodes from the Three Stooges and Abbott and Costello interspersed. It is ludicrous that the enormous power of organized crime and law enforcement is being unleashed and directed at me, harassing, provoking, humiliating, ridiculing, insulting, slandering, keeping me under 24/7 surveillance, and broadcasting relentless character assassination.


Clueless civilians unaware of the concept of propaganda, and character assassination, fear me, the victim of criminal government abuses. They employ psychologists, psychiatrists, police for testing, drugs and sleep deprivation solely as a means of control and preventing me from enjoying the basic rights, to be safe, secure, to pursue happiness, and to be left alone.

There are millions of illegal aliens living among the citizens of the United States. Never any scrutiny, no surveillance and no psychiatric or psychological testing. Seldom any accountability for serious crimes. They operate vehicles without licenses, insurance and while impaired. No problem. Some of them are terrorists plotting and planning to kill Americans, Jews, and Israelis as their life mission. The FBI catches some of them but admits it cannot monitor all of them. Some conduct open criminal enterprises of identity theft, computer intrusions stealing information. Trained business teams import and market dangerous drugs including but not limited to heroin, contributing to the opioid epidemic in 2015. American citizens assist illegal alien drug cartels by selling prescription drugs adding to the damage to another generation of young Americans.

More American citizens especially young black citizens and useful idiot celebrities are openly calling for shooting and killing police officers. The president ignores these dangers and focuses on targeting conservative white males, especially those who support the US Constitution. Other black organizations demand segregated political meetings and television shows. Black teenagers focus on attacking white individuals especially older white people. No problem.

Instead organized crime families, Communists, local, state and US law enforcement apparatuses focus on white males over 70 years old who they say are disabled. For many years I believed in and took seriously the rule of law. I came of age during the Watergate crisis when law professors from Harvard Law School and Columbia Law School traveled to Washington DC to fight for the Constitution. But in 2015, the same law professors stand by as the enormous power and wealth of the government and private organizations remain focused on a beaten individual who dares to speak out about the misguided leaders and policies being promoted by a lawless government.

There is also a racial element to this criminal abuse of power by the FBI and police. In 1979 as part of the eight year history in my life with a gambling ring based in Cambridge, MA, a gentleman who was employed as a black homosexual ran the ring based at a taxi company in Cambridge, MA. A gentleman employed by the ring and the MA state police recruited me to work for them. After I declined their invitation, they began an intense 18 month harassment campaign preventing me from earning money. I left the company then learned that it was the manager of the company, the black homosexual FBI informant, the uncle of the owner who ordered the harassment. It was news to me he was also an FBI informant.



Also beginning in 1979, the FBI began an intense and relentless campaign of character assassination, saying "He's a racist." That was when the lesbian I dated in law school began dating a different black homosexual FBI informant. It was also after Cambridge, MA police employees beat me on the street, after I complained about the FBI informant gambling ring. The abuse followed me to two states and continues today. They stirred up racial animosity from black youth and even from Harvard University neurologists. One reportedly took time from his busy schedule to have Harvard University campus police arrest me for being a racist, a status crime. How far the nation has traveled. From arresting black people for being black, to black Harvard University professors employing campus police to arrest a white man for being a racist. Being a racist because the professor said he was. Hahaha. It is truly amazing that Harvard University's media image is as misleading as the image of the FBI. They teach students how to abuse vulnerable persons, preying on them and pretending to be victims. Just as the FBI promotes their image as morally superior, while abusing law abiding civilians.




It is part of a pattern of how the FBI got control of crime families not just gambling rings. James Bulger ran the Massachusetts crime family that runs the state government, for 20 years. Bulger's FBI handler, John Connolly, is in Florida state prison convicted of homicide. Bulger's brother was president of the state senate and president of the University of Massachusetts, who retired with a state pension of almost $190,000 per year. In New York City Greg Scarpa was the head of the Columbo family and an admitted FBI informant. His handler Roy Lindley Devecchio was prosecuted for homicides in New York state court, but was acquitted because Scarpa's girl friend was discredited when she testified. Scarpa was accused of 32 homicides with Devecchio. Bulger admitted to 11 but there was up to 60 that his crime family are suspected of. In New York again Mr. Joseph Massimo was the head of the Bonanno family and became an FBI informant. I do not know the entire history of FBI abuses but it appears that they now have control of all the crime families in the nation and currently run those organizations.




It makes it easier to implement the pattern established by J. Edgar Hoover, as the arsonist and the fire chief. They can use criminals to harass law abiding citizens who are not under the control of the FBI or the corrupt political leaders. The targeted person must seek help from the FBI, the source of his problem in the first place. In my case the FBI was using me to fight crime since 1973 after government criminal psychiatrists drugged me because of their paranoia that I was a spy. One faction of the FBI did not know that this gentleman was also an FBI informant.



Thus began in my life from 1979 unto the present, relentless harassment by this gentleman who as I understand it now lives in Tampa, FL; the gambling ring which now operates in Somerville, MA; and all the gambling rings in this country wherever I lived, who assisted the police protected Cambridge, MA gambling ring. As I understand it they did not tell about the failed recruiting and harassment preventing me from earning money, over 18 months. They only told the other gambling rings, and the FBI encouraged that, about me complaining about the FBI informant, black homosexual manager of the company and gambler, to the government. Once again it was a partial tell (half truth), which portrayed me as wrong when it was the FBI that was wrong. And they are still lying about it. Different gambling rings punished me about 20 times for this event.



Not just using harassment. The government and crime families (if there is a difference) practice an elite form of human trafficking. If they want to hurt a person they take their woman from them. The FBI stole my personal journals, and sold them to local police and crime families who used them for ridicule and for harassment. I'm told they culled all of the women I dated and mentioned, who are now married to FBI informants. If they want to reward a person they use women for sexual favors and/or women with money, and even as wives to reward the person who helped them. Thus the lesbian woman who I dated for three months when I was a student in law school, is now married to a black homosexual FBI informant. Hohoho. The reason as I've been told, is to punish me for the gambling ring event, and other offenses. In 1979 after being beaten in Cambridge I left the area. Landing in New York City suburbs, the crime families from Cambridge announced. "He paid." But for the next 27 years they are still making me pay, over and over, again and again. Over the past 45 years, use of women as rewards were presented, and ended up with the crime families who accepted the trafficked women as a valid form of currency.



The woman was given (or stole with her now husband) money to compensate me (that's how they operate) for the 15 years of FBI abuses using me in an impaired state to fight organized crime. But the woman and the money are now under control of the black homosexual FBI informant, who live under the protection of the FBI and US Marshals with their new identities. But they also harassed me for 35 years. At the same time these two charming individuals were paid by the FBI to pretend to be my friends and to broadcast FBI character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." That became the source of more IRS and police harassment for more than 35 years in three states. The government officials believed the character assassination. He must have money hidden and he did not pay taxes. Ahem! This is no joke. At the same time admitted retired drug dealers, e.g., Jay-Z, dines at the White House, makes multi million dollar record deals, and endorses mens clothing fashion.



In October 2015 I got a notice from the Social Security Administration. It is about the 10th time they did this to me. Criminals use government agencies for harassment. They want to audit how much money I have. Under administrative rules, recipients of SSI may only have $2,000 in resources. Over that the SSA withholds benefits until the resources are reduced. This is no joke either. The resource limit was established in the 1970s before much inflation. But what do they care. Poor people have no rights under the criminals who run the government. But also do they scrutinize anyone else as they do me? After several of these audits, I wrote to the manger of the local SSA office, explaining why this was happening, that the gambling ring was doing this as retaliation. He told me he put a note into my file directing that it not be done any more. Nonetheless this is the second time it happened since he allegedly put that note into my file.



Does an FBI run gambling ring have the right to demand that law abiding citizens work for them? This is after 45 years of criminal abuses by the FBI and crime families (is there a difference?), Communists and local police. The black homosexual gentleman from Tampa, FL formerly in Cambridge, MA as manager of the gambling ring and taxi company (or someone on his behalf), is now harassing me again. Not double jeopardy, but like 20-fold jeopardy.

In September 2015 I called a taxi to go from one part of Cambridge to another. Guess who the driver was? A black homosexual who was talking on his cell phone, looking to provoke a fight. He asked me four times where I was going and I told him twice, then said I would show him. He stopped the cab almost hitting a black bicyclist and threw me out. I called the police non emergency phone. The dispatcher said "We'll take care of that." But as usual they did not. He continues his harassment (35 years after my being punished many times for refusing to join a criminal organization), even following me on the street as recently as October 31, 2015 as I returned home after grocery shopping. He apparently has some friends at the Broadway Market on Broadway near Ware Street.



Petitioned the Cambridge City Handicap Commission in September 2015, after the taxi incident. Police and the FBI broadcast character assassination, "He's crazy." forever since government psychiatrists drugged me in 1973. It didn't stop the FBI from using me to fight crime, but it was convenient if anyone wondered what happened to me. "He's crazy." covers everything. In any case that is where the legal disability arises, having a history of having an impairment, and being perceived as having an impairment. It appears in state and US statutes. As usual the handicap commission explained, "That was a long time ago." Huh? The previous week was a long time ago? One more example of government employees standing by as vulnerable persons are brutalized by criminals. In October and November 2015 the gambling rings in Massachusetts resumed intense harassment retaliation for events in 1979. Unaware (or knowing and repeating it anyway) that dozens of other gambling rings had already punished me they began an elaborate campaign as if for the first time. Though they are harassing me in November 2015, the government refuses to address the criminal campaign by the crime family gamblers, because "it was a long time ago." It is an extra legal use of force, a criminal enterprise, which government ignores and condones. But also the criminals prevent me from doing what the government is paid to do, i.e., stop crime and protect people. The obvious question is, "Do crime families run the government?"



The attorney whose motion in court began the exposure of the corruption of the FBI in Boston, appeared on a radio show. He explained that if FBI informants are a problem in your life you should call the MA Attorney General. Which is what I did for many years. But these days the MA Attorney General (and local police) does not prosecute crime families. They are advocates for political causes, joining journalists who advocate and do not educate readers. They appear on television talk shows. The crime families and the black homosexual gentleman FBI informant were free to continually harass me for 45 years. They needed to take turns, waiting, because there were others who were harassing me also. The FBI took the role of coordinator beginning in 1988, for the crime families retaliating against me.

The entire system of government appears now under the control of criminals. At Harvard University a prominent law professor and founder of an ethics center runs for president. He says he wants to fight corruption in campaign finance. Oh? Isn't that the jurisdiction of state attorneys general and the US attorneys? He attended a Cambridge City Council meeting and explained that the campaign contributions to the city council candidates were legal. Huh? Is that how he fights corruption? He doesn't just want to be president. He wants to be president, a judge, a professor of ethics, and an ordinary citizen at the same time. Is that how mass confusion, and identity crisis passes for intellectual and moral superiority? At the same time FBI gambling rings harass me after having been harassed for 45 years, while state government criminals, and taxpayer funded abuse protection agencies, stand by and permit the abuse. Is that corruption by both government and organized crime? The Harvard Law School professor of ethics and presidential candidate has no comment. November 2, 2015, Prof. Lessig ended his campaign for president, with $1 million in ethical campaign funds. 

In the days leading up to Election Day November 3, 2015, the FBI reportedly from New Jersey began intense harassment trying to provoke violence. Unable to do so, they left, being immediately replaced by a team of Communists from Washington state for two days. Next was the gambling rings from Massachusetts who demand, "You're going home." 

It's not laughable. It's hilarious that the United States government, the FBI with its billions in taxpayer funding and thousands of employees actually believe the character assassination broadcast by one of its informants, its own faction, that "He's a retired drug dealer." They believe I have hidden accounts full of money. That I did not pay income taxes. Hahaha. Hahaha. They believe slander of the California crime Syndicate and the Midwestern Outfit who employed psychologists, psychiatrists, the IRS and the FBI for illegal abuses contrary to law for 45 years. How misguided, misplaced and a total waste of taxpayer funds and resources. They use government resources for personal and political reasons, to destroy an individual who was used to fight crime for 15 years, then attacked by crime families for 25 years as retaliation.

Retired NJ Firefighter Dead After Lawnmower Explosion, Fire

A retired New Jersey firefighter is dead after his lawnmower caught fire and burned him alive.
Authorities said Roger Lippincot, 79, was riding the lawnmower when it inexplicably caught fire around 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Springfield Township.
It appears he attempted to extinguish the blaze, but was incapacitated by flames and smoke before he could successfully do so, police said.
Lippincot was the township’s emergency management coordinator, and taught at Burlington’s fire academy, Fire Chief Brian Kokotajilo told local media.

Yogi Berra “personified the American dream” and was a champion for “every single one of” his 90 years on Earth, loved ones said at his funeral services Tuesday.
Police barricades ringed the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Montclair, NJ, where Berra’s family honored the Yankees legend who died a week ago, and a Navy color guard stood outside.
Berra’s longtime friend, ex-Yankees manager Joe Torre, said Yogi was more than just an all-time great baseball player.
“Yeah, [he] won 10 World Series, three MVPs, all the stats, most World Series rings, you know, managed both the Mets and Yankees to the World Series — but he was so much more than that,” Torre told mourners at the Tuesday service, led by New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan.
“No matter what you read, it just wasn’t enough to describe what Lawrence Peter Berra was all about.”
Torre spoke for 10 minutes and reminisced about all the good times he shared with Yogi and his late wife, Carmen Berra, who died last year.
“Yogi Berra personified the American dream, you were a champion every single one of those 90 years,” said Torre in his closing remarks to about 400 mourners who packed the church.
“We are grateful. God bless you and your wonderful family, my friend.”

The Jersey City Board of Education voted last week not to close schools for the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, one of the most important holidays for Muslims.
School board members in New Jersey made their decision Thursday despite appeals from Muslim attendees who showed up to advocate that the board change the school schedule.
At one point, things became so heated that an official urged security to “take charge” of the situation. At least one person was seen on video being escorted from the meeting.
“We feel alienated from the Board of Education, we feel alienated from this system,” Omar Abouelkhair told WNBC-TV.
“We’re going to be the majority soon,” another said.

He’s charged in the May fatal shooting of his cousin.
West and two others are being held after they were charged with killing a man and a woman in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Sunday. They’re also accused of killing a person in Easton, Pennsylvania, 45 minutes earlier.

An Essex County grand jury found enough evidence to charge Ali Muhammad Brown twice under the little-used law, along with murder, robbery, carjacking and other offenses, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray said in a statement.
Brown, who says he is Muslim, told investigators after his arrest in July that he had killed Tevlin and a trio of men in the Seattle area as "vengeance" for lives lost due to U.S. military action in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and other parts of the Islamic world.

According to police, Brown shot Tevlin eight times on June 25, 2014, after he and at least three other men attempted to rob him as he stopped at traffic light at the intersection of Walker Road and Northfield Avenue in West Orange.
While the other men fled the scene, Brown moved Tevlin's body into the passenger seat and drove it to a nearby apartment building, where he abandoned it.

He briefly fled to Point Pleasant after the slaying, where he attempted to carjack a man at gunpoint, and later forced a man into the trunk of his own vehicle during an armed robbery in West Orange, according to authorities.
Brown, 30, is being held on $1 million bail at the Essex County Jail in Newark, where he has been since July 18, when police found him living in a makeshift campsitebehind a West Orange apartment building less than a mile from the murder scene.

Authorities in Washington have alsocharged him with the three Seattle-area murders, including the shooting deaths of two gay men in Seattle on June 1, 2014, and the death of another man whose body was found on a highway in an unincorporated area outside the city a month earlier.
It is unclear whether Brown might face trial in New Jersey or Washington, where the killings of the two gay men are being treated as hate crimes, which could earn him a trip to death row.

Brown, a registered sex offender and transient who lived in East Orange briefly as a youth, has a lengthy criminal history dating back more than a decade.
In 2004, he was arrested along with 13 other members of an alleged bank fraud ring in Seattle, which federal investigators believed may have been sending money earned through the scheme to terrorist groups.

The home, an aging but well-kept relic of Atlantic City's once-thriving past, is owned by 68-year-old Charlie Birnbaum, who has worked as a piano tuner for local casinos for more than 30 years.
Since 2012, his property has been the target of a state agency that aims to use eminent domain to demolish his three-story property to build a yet-to-be-announced tourism village the state says will revitalize the economically struggling area.[. . .]
In 2011, the New Jersey state Legislature passed a law granting the CRDA to clear and build a space that would support the much-anticipated Revel Hotel and Casino, a towering $2.4 billion structure on the north end of the city's boardwalk that, at the time, represented new hope for the struggling city. The investment didn't pay off.
By 2014, the Revel and three other major Atlantic City casinos shut down. This year, an investor bought up the property for a fraction of the cost, but the casino's future still remains uncertain.

In November, a Superior Court judge ruled in favor of the state, saying that the CRDA had authority to seize the property by paying a fair market price. The judge has still not responded to a motion to reconsider the ruling filed by Birnbaum's attorney, which has allowed him to remain there for the time being.

Birnbaum's parents were Holocaust survivors who met while hiding in the forests of Poland. Both of their prior spouses had been killed by the Nazis. They fled to an American-controlled part of Germany, where Charlie Birnbaum was born in 1947, and eventually made it to the United States.
The family had a talent for music, so they moved to Pennsylvania to study piano, where Birnbaum, a prodigy, played a concerto in the Philadelphia Orchestra at age 11. When their Philadelphia home was condemned, they moved out of the city, a decision Birnbaum said sparked symptoms of depression for his mother. As an undergraduate, he suffered a breakdown that led to a failed suicide attempt.
Seeking greener pastures, the family moved to the home near the beach in Atlantic City.

Still-framing the video shows a more complicated picture. It shows two young men rushing him from behind on his weapon side. Protocol requires Officer Casebolt to maintain weapon control at all times. The video also appears to show that his finger was never in the trigger group, but rather beside the barrel and never in the firing position. The way he used the weapon was a tactic to gain control, which posed no danger. When slowed, the video shows Casebolt using restraint.

Included in the Flaherty video is a brawl in New Jersey at the Met Life Stadium, where Giants and Jets play football. On Monday June 8, 2015 ABC nightly news with David Muir showed the short version video clip. He made it appear that it was white racist police attacking young black swimmers for no reason. The black ABC narrator explains in his last sentence that the journalists got it wrong. Both black and white witnesses said the police were correct in their use of force. they quote a black woman who says that the journalists are being misled (and misleading others) by the young black teenagers. They came to a community pool owned by a condo association or a cooperative real estate company. One member invited twenty or more of her friends who showed up and began harassing the residents. You can see in the first video some of that fight which does not appear in the short version broadcast nationally.

What is the purpose of deceiving so many people? One reason is to divide ordinary citizens so that the upper classes can manipulate them. Communists have a stated mission to divide Americans. Many journalists are either willing participants in the division of the nation or they are useful idiots, clueless to what they are doing. Another reason is to continue the effort of globalists to place all law enforcement under federal jurisdiction by discrediting local police. Notice how few FBI, ATF, IRS, Homeland Security, TSA  abuses are being reported, as if they never abuse their power. Ahem!

This is the gentleman who came up behind the officer and placed his hand in his pocket. It is what provoked the officer to pull his service weapon. The officer was assigned to administrative duty.

An armored state police vehicle began blasting a piercing loud noise to try to disperse the crowd and police later deployed rounds of tear gas. One man was reportedly Maced and another was apprehended on the ground by police, according to the Asbury Park Press. 'Barbaric — the way they treat our people is like animals,' a concertgoer told CBS. 'If there was another concert this would've never happened.' The major concert is hosted annually by New York radio station Hot 97 and was headlined on Sunday by Kendrick Lamar, Trey Songz, Big Sean and Chris Brown. Emmis New York, which owns Hot 97, said in a statement that refunds will be offered for ticket holders whose tickets were not scanned. They said the concert sold out on Sunday evening and that 'a small number of people created an unsafe environment, and for the safety of all guests, the New Jersey State Police were on scene to disperse the crowd.' The gates to get inside were then closed and no one else was allowed in. It wasn't immediately clear if there were any injuries.

Witnesses say the disturbance began around 7 p.m. due to an altercation between concertgoers. That when officials shut the gates to the show, the Hot 97 Summer Jam at the MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, causing a logjam of people at the MetLife gate, which in turn led to metal barriers being toppled and thrown.
After concertgoers began throwing bottles in response, police then took up a defensive V-shaped position in front of the stadium gates as a barrage of bottles pelted the officers.
An armored state police vehicle came into the middle of the crowd and activated a piercing alarm to try and disrupt the crowd of about 1,000 people.
Several rounds of tear gas were released into the crowd and one concertgoer was Maced in the parking lot.
Uniformed officers wearing helmets and gas masks and holding shields would briefly come out from behind the gates to make arrests, before retreating.
