'Authorities in San Diego say there may be an assailant burning and attacking homeless people in their sleep.
Two men are dead and one is lying in a hospital bed with life-threatening injuries after a string of deadly attacks during a 25 hour period in San Diego County, authorities said.
On Sunday morning, police received several 911 calls from witnesses saying they saw a man on fire, running down the train tracks alongside Interstate 5, according to CNN affiliate KSWB. The charred body of a male was later found so badly burned that authorities couldn't tell whether he had suffered any trauma prior to being set ablaze, San Diego Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Lee Swanson said. At about the same time, witnesses reported seeing another man in his late 40s to early 50s darting across the freeway away from the train tracks carrying a gas can, said Lt. Manny Del Toro with the San Diego Police.
Two similarly brutal attacks took place early Monday morning, police say.

This isn't the first time San Diego County has seen violence targeting homeless and transient populations. Earlier this year, two brothers and a female teenager were accused of fatally beating a homeless man in El Cajon after one of the brothers allegedly got into a fight with some other homeless people in the area.

Gun Used In Paris Terror Attack Is From Fast And Furious Scandal Under Former U.S. Attorney General Eric "White people are cowards" Holder

One of the guns used by terrorists to shoot up Paris on November 13 of last year originated in Phoenix,, AZ and was sold illegally as part of the Fast and Furious gun walking operation.
And ATF agents did their best to cover up that information.



Judicial Watch:
A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.
The investigative follow up of the Paris weapon consisted of tracking a paper trail using a 4473 form, which documents a gun’s ownership history by, among other things, using serial numbers. The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.



It’s not clear if the agency, which is responsible for cracking down on the illegal use and trafficking of firearms, did this because the individual was involved in the Fast and Furious gun-running scheme. An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency’s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that “no firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced” by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said “I’m not familiar with the report you’re referencing.” Judicial Watch also tried contacting the Phoenix ATF office, but multiple calls were not returned.



The only language these people understand is the language of lawsuits. You have to pry information from them using the federal courts, who have been more than cooperative in getting government to open up and disclose their wrongdoing. In this case, leaks from within the law enforcement community aided Judicial Watch in their investigation. If the documents still exist that confirm this info, they were likely destroyed long ago with other Fast and Furious docs.
I'm sure the French government would be very interested in following up on this investigation. But if the denial by ATF is any indication, the stonewall will continue and French intelligence will be denied access to any helpful information.

A 16-year-old boy and another teen reportedly slipped out of school unnoticed, stole an unlocked car and killed a grandmother in a hit-and-run before at least one returned to school after the ordeal.
On April 25, classes had not begun at Camden High School in New Jersey when the teens sneaked out of the building without any of the school's 11 security guards noticing, Philly.com reported.
After making their exit that morning, the male teens spotted an unlocked silver Cadillac DeVille half a mile from the school, hopped in and started cruising around Camden's streets, police said.
At some point during their joyride the car was reported stolen, and when an officer started following the vehicle, the 16-year-old behind the wheel suddenly accelerated, police said.
As the car took off, it struck 53-year-old pedestrian Tia Walker, who at the time was crossing the street as she walked home after cleaning the house of an elderly relative, according to Philly.com.
The boys abandoned the car at a nearby median, fled the scene on foot and at least one returned to the high school, authorities said.
Walker was transported to Cooper University Hospital where she died the next day.
The 16-year-old boy has since been arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter among other charges.
It is not clear if the other teen will face charges and neither of their names have been released because they are juveniles.
Meanwhile, Walker's relatives are still trying to cope with her loss.
'I don't know what's worse: that we had to bury our sister or that these perpetrators were children,' Walker's brother, Brother Minister Wasim Muhammad, who also is a member of the Camden school board, told Philly.com.
'I just don't know which is the greater tragedy.'
While sad by such a tragic loss, Muhammad said he has forgiven the teens.
'These are misguided young people,' he told Philly.com.
'It's just a fact that it wasn't intentional. They weren't targeting my sister.'
Walker was a long-time Camden resident and for many years was a maintenance worker in City Hall, and also worked as a day-care aide, according to Philly.com.
She leaves behind two children and three grandchildren.
'She was just a beautiful soul,' her 23-year-old son, Juan Walker told Philly.com.
'She never had an enemy or any problems with anyone.'
Her daughter, Taneeyah, is getting married later this year and Walker had already picked out her dress for the special occasion. Her family said she was buried wearing it.
Following the incident, the schools spokesman said the district is working with prosecutor's office and the local law enforcement following the incident.
'We're pained by the tragic loss of a Camden resident,' Schools spokesman Brendan Lowe said.
Lowe also noted that the school is working to improve security at high schools across the district.

The man being held in connection with the death of MP Jo Cox has been named as Thomas Mair, who was described as a “loner” with a history of mental health problems who had previously subscribed to a far-right magazine.

Despite being born in Kilmarnock, Scotland, a decade-old website posting identified Mair as a subscriber to S. A. Patriot, a South African magazine that was published by the pro-apartheid group, the White Rhino Club.

The Muslim terrorist Orlando shooter is described by his first wife and guests at the Pulse nightclub to be homosexual. How could he hate homosexuals? How was this an anti homosexual attack? The guest columnist joins Cambridge City Councilor Mazen making psychiatric diagnoses, without interviewing the patient. He would make a great television psychiatrist. How does he know the shooter is a psychopath? Is he suggesting that all crazy people are dangerous and violent. Expressing outrage(?) the columnist says, "It would appear that ISIS is directly trying to determine the outcome of the presidential campaign." Is that all this is? Political activity? Two men have been charged with multiple counts of murder a decade after a family of three was found dead inside their blazing home in Pinyon Pines, California.
Robert Pape and Cristin Smith were arrested for the second time on Friday after Jon Hayward, 55, and his long time girlfriend Vicki Friedli, 53, were found shot inside their burning home in 2006.
Friedli's 18-year-old daughter Rebecca was found in a wheelbarrow about 70ft outside the house, but her body was too badly burned for authorities to determine the cause of death.
The two men were first arrested for the murders in 2014 but a judge dismissed the case, citing an undisclosed 'legal issue'.



Becky was found burned in a wheelbarrow outside her house and her mom Vicki Friedli (above) and her long term boyfriend Jon Hayward (below) were found with gunshot wounds inside the blazing home.



On September 17, 2006, firefighters responded to a 911 call reporting a fire in Pinyon Pines, California, and arrived more than an hour after it started.
The blaze was finally extinguished and two bodies were both found inside the house.
Investigators believe Rebecca, known as Becky, was doused with gasoline in a wheelbarrow about 70 feet away from the house and set on fire first, according to grand jury transcripts cited by KESQ.
Gasoline was also poured on the house, with Friedli and Hayward's bodies found burned inside.
But Friedli died from a .40 caliber gunshot would to the head, and live-in boyfriend Hayward sustained a shotgun wound in the chest.
Pape, Smith and Becky had planned to go hiking the night of her death, but the two suspects said they changed their plans and did not see her at all.
Pape, who was Becky's ex-boyfriend, had spoken to her on the phone nine times in the 48 hours before her death, call records show.
The last call between Becky and Pape was made about two hours before her body was found.
Pape had been fired from his job at 6.30pm the night of the murders, and both he and Smith told police they tried to go to Mass at 7pm, an alibi corroborated by cell phone tower records.
The two told investigators they showed up late, so they went to James Workmen Elementary School to shoot a paintball gun instead.
But there was no evidence of their activity at the school, and their phones were either turned off or cut off from reception between 7.13pm to 10.34pm, a half hour after the fire was reported.
A search warrant for Pape and Smith's homes did not come through until 13 months after the murders.

DNA tests in 2007 linked one suspect to the crime scene, but the two weren't arrested until 2014.

Pape was indicted by a grand jury, and Smith, who was underage at the time, was ordered to stand trial.
All charges were dropped in 2014 due to legal issues during the proceeding against Pape, KESQ reported.
At a news conference on Friday, authorities said they were seeking justice after the case was 'mishandled'.
Authorities said they had gathered new evidence utilizing 'cutting edge technology' following a 16-month investigation.
Pape faces the death penalty and Smith could be sentenced to life in prison. Both are still held in custody.

An ISIS militant murdered a police commander and his wife at their home near Paris before being shot dead by officers who rescued the couple's three-year-old boy unharmed.
After killing the couple Larossi Abballa, 25, recorded a 12 minute monologue to camera while in the couple's house in Magnanville and posted the video on Facebook Live.
In the video, Abballa says: 'We will come and find you the way I have found this policemen at his house.'
He also hinted at an ISIS attack on the Euro 2016 football tournament, saying: ‘We're keeping another surprise for the Euros but I won’t say anything more.'
And, chillingly, he also hinted that the son of his victims was also in danger, saying: 'I don't know what I'm going to do with the boy.'

Police later raided Abballa's home and found a hit list on his computer which contained six names.
Prosecutor Francois Molins said they included 'rappers, journalists, police officers and public personalities'.
During Abballa's video diatribe he expressed particular hatred for journalists Bernard de La Villardière, Audrey Pulvar, Mohamed Sifaoui and Lea Salame, political scientist Gilles Kepel and rapper Booba.
Booba is of Senegalese Muslim origin and was, ironically, accused of anti-Semitism in 2014 for the lyrics of a song which appeared to praise Mohammed Merah, a lone wolf who killed seven people, including a rabbi and three Jewish children in Toulouse in 2012.
Abballa called on Muslims to kill journalists and police officers and added: ‘Target their fear.’
He stabbed Jean-Baptiste Salvaing, 42, nine times in the stomach at his home in the Yvelines department, north west of Paris, shortly after 8.30pm on Monday.
After a three-hour stand-off elite Raid commandos entered the building, where they killed Abballa.
Inside the house, they found the lifeless body of Mr Salvaing's wife, Jessica Schneider, who was an administrator who worked for the police force in Mantes-la-Jolie.
The only survivor was the couple's three-year-old son, who was 'extremely shocked but otherwise unharmed'.

The couple's young son was 'in shock but unharmed,' a prosecutor added, saying he was receiving medical attention.
Mr Molins said Abballa pledged his allegiance to ISIS three weeks ago and appeared to be following a recent order from ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi 'to kill miscreants at home with their families' during Ramadan.
Three men - 'linked to' Abballa - were arrested on Tuesday morning. They were described as 'acquaintances' and are aged 27, 29 and 44.
It also emerged today the knifeman was part of a recent investigation into a Syrian jihadist network.
French security expert David Thomson said Abballa posted gruesome images of the murdered couple on the internet.

A 12-minute video and 15 photographs appeared on Abballa's Facebook page, along with his justifications for what he had done.

Abballa wrote: 'I still don't know what I'm going to do with him.'

Abballa had also been sentenced in 2013 for taking part in a jihadist organisation with links to Pakistan.
He was sentenced to three years behind bars, six months of which were suspended for 'criminal association with the aim of preparing terrorist acts' following a trial with seven other defendants.
Despite this, he only spent a few months in prison, and is thought to have maintained his links with a group sending jihadists to fight in Afghanistan.
It has also been revealed Abballa had previously claimed allegiance to ISIS and sources say he did so again while talking to officers during the siege.

New Mexico Gentleman Wanted For Killing Wife and Four Daughters

Juan David Villegas-Hernandez, 34, is wanted in connected with the shooting deaths of his four daughters, ages 14, 11, 7, and 3, and his wife, 34. Their names have not been released.

A New Mexico man is accused of fatally shooting his wife and four daughters in their family home and then fleeing in his car, authorities said Sunday.
All five victims are dead. They are identified as his wife, 34, and their four daughters, ages 14, 11, 7 and 3. Their names have not yet been released.
Juan David Villegas-Hernandez remained at large but may have been apprehended in Mexico on Sunday, Roswell police said. However, they cautioned that they have been unable to confirm since dealing with two countries is difficult.

These are the victims of the worst mass shooting in American history.
Fifty people were shot dead after a gunman wielding an assault-type rifle and a handgun opened fire inside a crowded gay nightclub in Orlando in the early hours of Sunday after pledging allegiance to ISIS.
So far, only seven victims have been officially identified by the city of Orlando on its website.
They are: Edward Sotomayor Jr., 34; Stanley Almodovar III, 23; Luis Omar Ocasio-Capo, 20; Juan Ramon Guerrero, 22; Eric Ivan Ortiz-Rivera, 36; Peter O. Gonzalez-Cruz, 22; and Luis S. Vielma, 22.

Angel Mendez holds up a cell phone photo of his brother Jean C. Mendez, who he is looking for information about outside the hospital.

According to his LinkedIn page, Sotomayor worked as the national brand manager for ALandChuck Travel, a company that specialized in vacations for the gay community.
He was a caring, energetic man known for wearing a silly top hat on cruises, said David Sotomayor, who identified himself as the victim's cousin.
David Sotomayor, who lives in Chicago, told the AP that Edward worked for a company that held gay cruises and often traveled to promote the company's events. 'He was just always part of the fun,' he said.
The pair discovered they were related after meeting at Orlando's annual Gay Days festival around a decade ago. They texted regularly and kept in touch, last seeing each other earlier this year at a filming of the television reality show 'RuPaul's Drag Race,' David said.
David Sotomayor is a drag queen who appeared on a season of the show using the name 'Jade.'

The editorial page editor of the Detroit Free Press, the largest newspaper in Michigan and the largest city newspaper owned by Gannett, has called for the murder of Michigan GOP state legislators for the “crime” of voting to fund charter schools. Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist has the shocking details:
[Monday] Michigan’s Republican legislators voted to bail out Detroit’s abysmally run schools with $617 million in taxpayer funding. The same bill also fought efforts to constrain charter school choices in Detroit. Prior to the vote, Stephen Henderson wrote on his editorial page:
We really ought to round up the lawmakers who took money to protect and perpetuate the failing charter-school experiment in Detroit, sew them into burlap sacks with rabid animals, and toss them into the Straits of Mackinac.
After noting that charter school advocates support charter schools, he doubled down on the violent rhetoric:

Gunmen dressed in dark suits have carried out a terror attack in Tel Aviv leaving at least four people dead.
Around six other people were wounded in the shocking shooting incident, which took place at the Max Brenner restaurant in the centre of the Israeli city.
One person, believed to be a four-year-old girl, was in critical condition, with Israeli police describing the shooting as an apparent attack aimed against Israelis.
Officials have confirmed that two gunmen were involved, with one attacker was captured while the other was reportedly wounded.
'The terrorists who carried out the attack... are cousins from the Hebron district,' police 

spokeswoman Luba Samri said in a statement.
Photographs from the scene have reportedly revealed the gunmen may have used homemade machine guns, known as a Carl Gustav gun.
Israeli police are understood to be looking for a third suspect, who is believed to have fled the scene.
Police said the wounded included those sitting at a coffee shop in the complex. The assailants' weapons had been retrieved by officers, they said.
The incident occurred in an area of trendy cafes and restaurants very close to the central military headquarters and Defence Ministry compound.
The attack was the first following in lull after almost daily street attacks by Palestinians against Israelis which began in October and lasted several months.
Spokeswoman Luba Samri said shooting was reported in two locations close to the popular open-air Sharona market.
Another spokeswoman, Meirav Lapidot, said initial reports showed there were 'at least two terrorists'. She said both were 'neutralised', which can mean either killed or detained.

Violence since October has killed at least 207 Palestinians, 28 Israelis, two Americans, an Eritrean and a Sudanese.
Most of the Palestinians killed were carrying out knife, gun or car-ramming attacks, according to Israeli authorities.
Others were killed in clashes or by Israeli air strikes in the Gaza Strip.

Four people were killed and several others wounded in a coordinated terrorist assault on Tel Aviv’s Sarona Market Wednesday evening, in one of the deadliest attacks in the city since Palestinian violence erupted last October.
Tel Aviv Police head Asst.-Ch. Moshe Edri called the shooting a “serious terrorist attack,” saying that two terrorists came to the market and opened fire randomly at civilians. Eyewitnesses said that the terrorists were disguised as religious Jews and wore kippot.
Edri said the police did not have warnings of a terrorist attack at the site. He said police have increased deployments in the city but that school would be open on Thursday and people can keep their normal routine, though he also implored the public to exercise caution and to report suspicious persons.

The NYPD is closing in on a murder suspect in one of the city’s most infamous cold cases involving a Brooklyn high school honors student, The Post has learned.
Chanel Petro-Nixon, 16, went missing about 10 years ago on June 18, 2006 — that year’s Father’s Day — and was found four days later strangled inside a garbage bag in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
After years of frustrating dead ends in the case, cops and investigators from the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office have zeroed in on Veron Primus, a former high school friend of the victim, according to an investigation by WPIX/Channel 11.
In a segment airing Monday, “Crime Watch Daily’’ reporter Mary Murphy travels to the suspect’s native home on the Caribbean island of St. Vincent, where he is in prison facing kidnapping and murder charges in other cases.
Murphy interviews Primus’s ex-girlfriend, Mewanah Hadaway, who shares a harrowing tale of allegedly being held in a crude wooden enclosure in the suspect’s back yard for three-and-a-half months.
While he held her captive, Primus allegedly showed Hadaway news clippings about the Petro-Nixon case and made statements about killing a girl in the United States, Murphy says.
Hadaway eventually escaped Primus, now 29, by slipping a note to a housekeeper, who went to the police.
The NYPD believes that Petro-Nixon also was held before being killed and dumped on a sidewalk just a mile from her home, according to the report, which airs at 2 p.m.
In addition to Hadaway’s kidnapping, Primus has been charged with killing a St. Vincent real estate agent after local cops found evidence of the crime during their investigation into the ex-girlfriend’s case, according to Murphy.
NYPD cops interviewed Hadaway in April and returned to the island last week to meet with St. Vincent police, according to Murphy.
Law enforcement sources told Murphy the St. Vincent sit-downs have been “very fruitful,” although Primus did not confess to murdering Petro-Nixon and requested a lawyer after 45 minutes of questioning.
Petro-Nixon was a straight-A student whose corpse was found with a chemical scar on her leg, possibly from bleach that her killer used to mutilate her, investigators have speculated.

Here's a thoughtful gentleman who regularly took time from his busy schedule to engage with local law enforcement encouraging them to practice their arrest and chase techniques. He resisted arrest to test them, and was convicted on at least two occasions. Though on probation and violating it repeatedly, judges never revoked his probation. His resident status was not clear. He is suspected of having false citizenship papers. As expected no one was watching this active business oriented gentleman. No police, psychologists or psychiatrists, no Communists from New York or New Jersey, no Harvard University campus police, no local police from Somerville, or Medford, MA, no FBI informants, and no crime family associates. They have higher priorities. For example, the above mentioned organizations and licensed professionals took turns for 45 years maintaining relentless surveillance, harassment, behavior conditioning, drugging without consent, psychological testing, character assassination, ridicule, humiliation, sleep disturbances, computer tampering, provocations of a 70 year old white male who they say is mentally impaired. They used this law abiding American citizen's personal journals to ridicule and to humiliate him for 40 years. They denied him basic rights and privileges enjoyed by illegal alien criminals and terrorists alike. Here is more evidence of a serious problem with the misguided priorities of government and how thoroughly they waste taxpayer funds and ridicule voters. It is not just a local problem. The man police say shot and killed an Auburn police officer has a long history with drugs and violence towards cops, had repeatedly violated probation this spring and had been arrested just a week ago on motor vehicle charges, according to Worcester district and superior court documents.
Jorge Zambrano, 35, was shot and killed by police yesterday 18 hours after they say he killed Ronald Tarentino, 42, an Auburn police officer.
Zambrano was arrested last Monday when police noticed him driving a car with plates that belonged to a Nissan Maxima, not the Acura Infinity he was driving. He was pulled over and arrested without incident and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and a number plate violation to conceal his ID. He was arraigned that day and let go on personal recognizance, according to court papers.
The Worcester resident has an extensive record and court papers show he had violated probation repeatedly this spring. A notice of probation violation and hearing filed in court states Zambrano tested positive for cocaine on April 11 and April 25, self-reported for cocaine on April 22, self reported for Suboxone use on April 11, missed a drug screening on April 8, and missed visits with his probation officer on April 4, April 8, April 11, and April 22. He was due in court for a probation violation hearing May 11, but the hearing was continued to June 9 because Zambrano said he needed to hire an attorney, records show.
He was also arrested in Worcester on Jan. 24 and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Last year, in May 2015, Zambrano led cops on a high-speed chase when a police officer who knew Zambrano — and knew his license had been revoked — recognized him driving a car, according to court papers. Police followed him through early rush-hour traffic in Worcester and attempted to pull him over with lights and sirens. Zambrano stopped briefly before taking off and, according to the police report, drove at speeds “far greater than what was reasonable,” buzzing past the Rice Square School just after 2 p.m. — as it was letting out — driving an estimated 60 mph and “operating recklessly to endanger the public,” records show.
Zambrano damaged a Mercedes while he was fleeing, and police elected to terminate the pursuit, records show. He was charged with failure to stop for police, leaving the scene of a property damaging crash, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Zambrano was charged with cocaine trafficking, possession with intent to distribute, three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and a drug violation near a school. Zambrano’s case had dozens of evidentiary, status and motion hearings from 2008 until May 2011, when he pleaded guilty to numerous charges and was sentenced to seven years in prison, court records show. He was given 1,637 days — nearly four and a half years — credit for time served.
Zambrano was charged in May 2003 with cocaine trafficking, possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute, and driving with a suspended license. He pleaded guilty to the lesser included offense — possession with intent to distribute — and was sentenced on May 28, 2004, to serve one to three years in state prison.

A police officer was shot and killed during a traffic stop in a central Massachusetts town early Sunday and authorities are now hunting for the suspect, Fox 25 Boston reported. The murdered officer, Ronald Tarentino, 42, joined the Auburn Police Department two years ago after transferring from the Leicester, Mass., department, Auburn Police Chief Andrew Sluckis said at a news conference Sunday afternoon. Police surrounded a house Sunday afternoon close to four miles from where the shooting took place, and gunshots were heard as authorities deployed tear gas and a robot, The Boston Herald reported. State and local police surrounded the home in Oxford, Mass. and were using a bullhorn to tell the occupants to come out, the Herald reported. The murdered officer, Ronald Tarentino, 42, joined the Auburn Police Department two years ago after transferring from the Leicester, Mass., department, Auburn Police Chief Andrew Sluckis said at a news conference Sunday afternoon. Authorities have not yet released information about the suspect's identity. A law enforcement source told Fox 25 that police are looking for suspects out of Worcester, Mass. Tarentino leaves a wife and three children. The department “lost a dedicated and brave public servant,” Sluckis said, before announcing that no further details on the incident would be released at this time. Massachusetts State Police said the Auburn police officer was shot at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Auburn is about 45 miles southwest of Boston. Tarentino was rushed to UMass Medical Center in Worcester, WGGB/WSHM-TV reported. Auburn Police, the Massachusetts State Police, the FBI, and the Worcester Police are working together in the investigation, Sluckis said. State and local police officers lined up outside the hospital on Sunday as a police vehicle, escorted by a police procession, took Tarentino's body to the state medical examiner's office in Boston, where the vehicle was met by a large group of officers.

Thirty-six of Dr Narendra Nagareddy's patients died while he was prescribing them painkillers, court documents allege.
Twelve of them died of prescription drug overdoses, post-mortem examinations confirmed.
The doctor could face further charges for at least 30 other deaths, the Henry Herald reports.
Nagareddy - who was arrested in January - allegedly ran a pill mill out of his office in an Atlanta suburb.
In one 11-month period ending in July 2015, he prescribed nearly 500 times the amount of oxycodone prescribed by any other colleague at the Southern Regional Medical Center.
District Attorney Tracy Graham-Lawson said at least 11 of the counts Nagareddy faces include negligence to sign or date prescriptions.

Black Michigan Teenager Allegedly Admitted Killing 34-year-old White Woman On College Campus

Surveillance footage from a parking ramp on a college campus shows a suspected killer dragging the body of a woman he allegedly killed as he looks for a place to hide her.
Police said the video from Grand Rapids Community College was helpful in determining what occurred when Jeanne Huntoon, 34, was killed, but surveillance cameras did not capture the actual attack, according to MLive.
Authorities were able to identify 19-year-old Marcus Bivins after they received a tip naming him.
Bivins was arrested and charged with open murder.
Police said Huntoon's killing on April 30 was a random act of violence as the two did not know each other.
Bivins allegedly killed her then dragged her body near bushes and shrubs after he encountered her outside the parking ramp, where they had a conversation, according to MLive.
The video shows the suspect pacing back and forth in front of the parking ramp.
A few times he stops and looks at the woman's body before attempting to drag her.
At one point the suspect kneels down next to Huntoon and then he begins to drag her in what appears to be an attempt to hide the body.
He pauses, walks away, then returns and continues to pull her along the sidewalk.
GRCC officials said that it happened overnight and the campus was closed, so officers weren't on duty, according to FOX 17.

Bivins' criminal history dates back to age 13, when he was charged as a juvenile with attacking his father, according to MLive.
Around the same time, he was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
He served time at a juvenile detention center in 2010.
Before the murder, Bivins was arrested on April 20 in Grand Rapids on a misdemeanor related to disorderly conduct.
When Bivins was 13 years old counselors indicated they had made many efforts to help Bivins, including sex-offender treatment, crisis intervention, psychotropic medication, drug screening, surveillance and a tether, according to MLive.

A dead man who washed up on shore in Brooklyn — his feet stuck in concrete — was identified as a high-ranking member of the Crips in East Flatbush, police sources said.
Gang-banger Peter Martinez, 28, owed some bad people “a lot of money,” his distraught girlfriend told cops, according to a source. His cause of death was determined to be homicide by asphyxiation, the sources said.
His body was found about 10:30 a.m. Monday stuffed in a bag outside Brooklyn’s Kingsborough Community College near Oriental Boulevard. His hands were bound behind his back and his feet were stuck in concrete.
Martinez had been arrested more about 30 times, the sources said.

Police are trying to identify the body of a man who washed up along a Brooklyn beach wrapped in plastic bags with his arms tied around his back, his feet in "cement shoes."
New York Police Department Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said Tuesday the victim had his feet "submerged in poured concrete."
He said it was obviously a homicide and officials were investigating. The man has a large tattoo of the Virgin Mary holding a rose and police hoped it would help identify him.
The body washed up from a bay near Kingsborough Community College and was found by a student on Monday. An autopsy was being performed to determine how long he'd been in the water.

The body of a man who had spent quite a while sleeping with the fishes was discovered washed up on Manhattan Beach in Brooklyn on Monday.
The corpse was wrapped in plastic, and its head and feet were tied to buckets of cement when it was found on the shore near Kingsborough Community College at around 10 a.m., according to law-enforcement sources.
The buckets were connected to the green plastic bag that held the discarded remains, the sources said.
It was not clear if the man was dead before he was tethered to the buckets or if he might have been alive while being submerged.
The body was so badly decomposed that he could not be identified.
The man was immediately declared dead at the scene, which, of course, was simply a formality.
The medical examiner will determine the official cause of death.

Texas Mother Charged With Allowing Husband To Sexually Abuse Disabled Daughter Who Was Found Dead and Burned

This is the mentally disabled teenager found dead with her uterus removed inside her family's burned out home - after claiming she had been impregnated by her stepfather.
Holli Jeffcoat, from Lubbock, Texas was found dead on February 10 with her throat cut and womb and uterus removed.
Her stepfather James Holland had been accused of raping her and was arrested in March on three counts of sexual abuse.
Now Holli's mother Debi Holland has been arrested on a charge of aggravated sexual assault. She is accused of having covered up her husband's alleged crimes.
However, no one has been charged in the death of the 18-year-old from Idalou, who was reportedly stabbed in her home before being burned.
According to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, Debi Holland's arrest warrant offers harrowing new details about the alleged abuse.
Investigators believed Holland had 'first hand knowledge' of her husband's abuse and was 'allowing' it to continue.
Abuse of the teenager was suspected as early as 2010, when the youngster tested positive for an STD in a blood sample taken following a car crash. No charges were brought against her abuser.
However, in January this year the special needs teenager - who had the mental age of a seven-year-old - told school officials that she didn't want to go home with her stepfather because the 'sex hurt'.
She also said participating in her PE class was painful because she could feel the baby moving inside her - but her mother had told her they could not afford to get rid of the unwanted pregnancy.
In interviews with investigating authorities, Holland initially denied her husband was a drug or alcohol user.
However, she later admitted he had been intravenously using methamphetamine for a long period of time.

Washington State Missing Nurse, Mother of Three, May Be Victim of Brutal Murder

Neighbors said she went to a Mariners game with a man she met online and her friends reported the 40-year-old Renton, Washington woman missing when she failed to pick up her three children Saturday morning.

Body parts that were packaged in plastic bags and thrown into a recycling bin in Seattle this weekend have been identified as the mother-of-three who disappeared after she went on a date with a man she met online, police said.
Ingrid Lyne, 40, was last seen leaving to attend the Seattle Mariners opening game with a date on Friday, and raised alarms when she didn't pick up her children the next morning.
Her remains, which included a foot, were still 'fresh' when they were recovered on Saturday afternoon in a neighborhood about 2.7miles away from Safeco Stadium, an officer said.
Suspect John Robert Charlton, 37, who is believed to have taken Lyne to the game, was booked in jail on Monday afternoon while police investigate her murder, Seattle police said.

'All evidence leads in the direction of that missing woman,' Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole said at a news conference on Monday night.
A search warrant was issued, and evidence such as telephone call records led detectives to Charlton, who was booked into King County Jail Monday afternoon in connection to the murder, WREG reported.
Police believe Charlton was the man who took Lyne on a date, and said they do not believe there are additional suspects, the local news site reported.
Police desperately searched for Lyne, who worked as a nurse at the Swedish Medical Center, after friends reported she was missing on Saturday morning.
Police broke into her Renton, Washington home and found her purse and cellphone there. Her silver 2015 Toyota Highlander, with the plate number AUW3230, has not yet been recovered.
Three of Lyne's body parts were packaged in plastic bags, and found in the recycling bin outside a 21st Ave and E. Pine Street home at 4pm on Saturday.
The homeowner called 911 and homicide detectives and medical examiners confirmed the man's initial suspicions that the packages included human remains.
The body parts, which Seattle Police Sergeant Mike Renner said were still 'fresh' upon discovery, were taken to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.
On Saturday night, homicide detectives learned that a missing persons report was filed that morning, and police identified the victim as Lyne.
Investigators said there is 'no reason to believe that there's any question of the victim's identity', but the King County Medical Examiner’s Office will not confirm this until after they perform an autopsy.

The investigation is ongoing, and Charlton has not been charged. His is currently held under a 'homicide investigation' with bail denied.
Neighbor Edward Franceschina says he last saw Lyne Friday afternoon, checking her mail.
Franceschina said he considers Lyne more like a daughter than a neighbor and was very worried.
'It’s not good, and the longer it goes on the more you think she’s not coming back,' Franceschina told Q13.
