"You better shut up!" FBI and Police Threats, Intimidation

It should be apparent that the FBI is unable to protect civilians from terrorists and mass murderers. Even if they are capable, the White House will stop them. With all of their technology and behaviorist psychologists they cannot distinguish between dangerous violent criminals and harmless government critics. White House restrictions make it impossible for accurate screening. Especially when the civilian also criticizes the FBI and police for criminal abuses of power, and attacking a person with a legal disability.

In previous posts on this blog I explained some of the 45 years of abuses by FBI criminal informants, police employees, crime families, and Communists in three states.

The FBI interviewed the Orlando Muslim terrorist mass murderer three times. There was a fourth report from a gun dealer about the same individual. Yet he was able to acquire an automatic rifle, and ammunition legally, and to walk into a crowded dance hall and slaughter 49 persons and wound 53 others. No one was watching this child of a Muslim immigrant from Afghanistan whose father hated the United States.

As reported several times previously I am a 70-year-old white heterosexual male with a B.A. degree from Columbia University in The City of New York. I attended law school in Boston when the FBI began harassing me in 1970. This continued as a reaction to my lawful political activity protected by the U.S. and Massachusetts Constitutions.

In 1973 government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens, contrary to law. They believed I was a spy. Police scared me and used me for 15 years to fight organized crime. They did not pay me one cent. Instead they recruited a black homosexual who worked for the FBI and who was watching me in New York City 1968-1970, and his now wife, a white lesbian. I dated the woman for three months in law school without knowing she was a lesbian. The FBI paid them to pretend to be my friends.



They broadcast for 35 years, character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." and "He's crazy." That was added to slander by the California crime Syndicate, "He's a racist." and to more from Communists, "He's homeless, crazy and a high school dropout." There is more but it requires a lengthy book to include it all. This is all prologue to June, 2016 when Harvard University campus police, black and homosexual (victim status brings deniability), with a black, homosexual, FBI informant (redundant?) from New York, and one local self identifying psychiatrist, conducted more criminal abuse and harassment, slander and character assassination.

A Boston attorney who exposed the Boston FBI and crime boss, James Bulger's abuses in 1995, recommended that if you have a problem with FBI informants you should contact the state attorney general. When residents of South Boston reported to the FBI that Bulger was selling drugs in Southie, the complaints were referred to Bulger's handler John Connolly, Bulger's boyhood friend, now jailed for homicide in a Florida prison. Bulger killed those men who were exposed by the FBI in Boston. 

I did as the lawyer suggested. As I understand it the state attorney general would refer my complaints about police and crime family abuses to the above-mentioned couple pretending to be my friends. They would continue their slander, "He's crazy and a retired drug dealer." Thus nothing was done to stop the abuses.

What makes this all so ludicrous, is that all I have left is this pitiful blog to express myself. My social, political and economic lives were destroyed in 1973, and never recovered due to relentless harassment and character assassination. There was non stop surveillance by one or another police agency. Harvard University lawyers repeatedly tell me, "No one reads your blog." Yet on June 16, 2016 the above mentioned black Harvard University campus police and FBI informant from New York threatened me, "You better shut up." That was a day after I entered some comments about public comments by Cambridge city officials and Harvard University officials about the Orlando massacre. It shows how fragile politicians and university officials are. It appears that Roger Morris was correct describing the preferred leader in recent history. In his book, Partners in Power, he said they are weak with relaxed rectitude. Look around you to see if it applies.



Once again it shows that law enforcement priorities are upside down. No one was watching violent criminals with a long record of arrests and convictions. They only target harmless citizens. See e.g.,

Both rallies were timed to coincide with Confederate Memorial Day, which takes place on Monday.
Organizers say it is rare for two events to occur simultaneously in the same area and it is also rare for rallies to brazenly advertise their racial agenda, says the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
At least nine people were arrested after they allegedly fought with police in an attempt to attend the Rock Stone Mountain rally in the Yellow Daisy lot at the DeKalb County park, according to the AJC.
But a group of about 300 counter-protesters at Stone Mountain could be heard chanting, 'Hey hey, ho ho, the KKK has got to go' and 'Black Lives Matter' as they wanted to protest the group of about 30 'pro-white' rally participants.
Organizers for the event initially told park officials that members of the Ku Klux Klans, Aryan Nation sects and other white nationalist organizations would attend the event that was part of a 'push-back against the momentum for removing the Confederate Flag from state and city properties, the Atlanta Daily World reported.



To keep the groups apart, officers in riot gear encircled the Rock Stone Mountain rally participants.
Officials said that counter-protesters fought with police who were trying to prevent them from getting close to the 'pro-white' rally.
The AJC reported that some people who refused to take off their masks were also arrested.
WGCL reported that a man wearing a confederate hat was attacked by counter-protesters and appeared to suffer minor injuries.
Some of the hundreds of counter-protesters present at the park said hat they wanted it to be peaceful event.
Church member Scott Maddox, who decided to leave when the violence erupted, told the AJC: 'I came here for a peaceful rally. When you start throwing rocks… that is not what this is about. We are not gonna be a part of that.'

Kamala Harris, the Attorney General of California, is an example of the new jackbooted fascists pretending to be responsible public officials.
Democrat politicians like Harris and Jerry Brown demonstrate their disgust with the Constitution by placing their own political beliefs above the will of the people, when Brown refused to defend Californians votes for Prop 8, and free speech, when Harris tries to criminalize speech she doesn’t like.

When confronted with irrefutable evidence that Planned Parenthood was profiting by selling the human organs of aborted babies, and modifying the abortion procedure without the consent of the mother in order to improve profits, Harris conducted a raid on the apartment of David Daleiden, the brave investigative journalist who exposed Planned Parenthood’s profiting from the modern equivalent of lampshades made from human skin.
Apparently women’s health being placed second to PP profits does not bother Harris any more than the idea that money is being made selling the body parts of unborn children does.

She is supportive of the fact that PP “clinics” are primarily in minority areas and that black women are five times as likely to kill their unborn daughters than white women.

Another example of Harris’s enthusiasm for persecuting free speech she doesn’t like is her legal attack on anyone who disagrees with the left’s bizarre belief in the thoroughly discredited concept of man-caused climate change.
Even though all of the computer models on which the left’s fixation relies have been shown to be wrong, Harris wants to prosecute companies that have financed research that shows the contrary.
In doing so Harris achieves a fascist two for one; she manages to distort science to support her personal prejudices -- just like Stalin did -- and use the full power of government to silence voices she doesn’t like.

Ms. [Wendy] Bell, who worked 18 years at WTAE-TV [Pittsburgh, PA] and won multiple awards, posted a Facebook comment on March 21st, several days after an as-yet unsolved multiple murder spree that left six adults and children dead. Bell speculated that the killers were probably young black men from single-parent homes with multiple siblings by different fathers, who had committed crimes before the murders. She also wrote about personally commending a young black man working at a local restaurant, and asked her readers to be kind to others around them.
Nowhere in her post did Bell use the N-word, or make any other derogatory comments about African-Americans.

One of the TV station’s executives justified Bell’s termination thusly: “Wendy’s recent comments on WTAE Facebook page were inconsistent with the company’s ethics and journalistic standards.” Another of her former bosses allegedly asserted, “Her post offended us…. It was an egregious lack of judgment.”

How free is speech when one has constantly to be worrying about how someone else might interpret (and react to) what he/she says?

Sadly, Ms. Bell’s experience is not the only instance in which someone suffered following expressing sentiments alleged to be racist. Recall what happened to Donald Sterling, who was banned from the National Basketball League and forced to sell the LA Clippers in 2014 after his mistress taped his presumably privately uttered racially inflammatory comments, or to Rush Limbaugh, who had to resign from his gig on ESPN’s "Sunday NFL Countdown" after comments about Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Donovan McNabb and local sportswriters in 2003.

Oddly, America’s sensitivity to racism seems one-sided. Let some white boob say something considered beyond the pale racially, and it’s Katy-bar-the-door. On the other hand, prominent blacks, such as Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton, Jeremiah Wright, and those in the Black-Lives-Matter movement, can rail against whitey, sometimes in the foulest language, and no one should raise an eyebrow.

Regardless of what one thinks about Donald Trump, he should be praised for being ready, willing, and able to speak against PC.
If other American politicians and ordinary citizens would also consign PC notions to the dustbin they so richly deserve, freedom of speech and of the press would be in more robust condition.
Race is not the only factor generating calls for limiting free speech in America. On March 31st, thefederalist.com blog posted an essay noting that Senator Elizabeth Warren (D, MA), a.k.a. “Fauxahontas,” recently sent a letter to Mary Jo White, chairwoman of the Federal Elections Commission, asking for an investigation of insurance company executives who have criticized new federal regulations of their industry. Warren asked the FEC to stop these execs from “saying whatever they want about Washington policy debates.”
Warren’s assault on the First Amendment is not the only instance of a left-wing Democrat seeking to curtail freedom of speech. In 2013, Senator Diane Feinstein (D, CA), among others, tried to limit the notion of “the press” to just people who are employed by government-approved corporate mainstream media outlets. Feinstein, and those who worked with her on this effort to strip Internet and other media outlets of their First Amendment guarantees, would have had a decidedly chilling effect on press freedoms.

The Supreme Court has enunciated a variety of opinions affecting free speech and freedom of the press. Perhaps two of the best-known Scotus rulings regarding limits on speech entail the equivalent of yelling “fire!” in a crowded theater, and making extreme comments that constitute a “clear and present danger” to national security. Journalism is not entirely unfettered, either. A reporter, for example, cannot libel even a public figure with “malice aforethought.” Moreover, if Jones is strictly a private person, her/his rights against libel are broader than if she/he is in the public arena.

White House Indicates No Concern For Abridging Religious Freedom

This week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard the case of the Little Sisters of the Poor, a 175-year-old religious order of women who have vowed their lives to care for the elderly poor.
At the hearing, the justices pressed the government with hard questions on why it is trying to force the Sisters to violate their religious beliefs when it has chosen to exempt so many other employers from the mandate. Justice Ginsburg noted that “no one doubts for a moment” the sincerity of the Little Sisters’ beliefs. And other justices expressed concern the government was, in fact, “hijacking” the Little Sisters’ health plan and making them “subsidiz[e] conduct which they believe to be immoral.” Yet the government specifically stated that it not only believes it can force its scheme on the Little Sisters, but also on churches and other houses of worship -- making them help provide “seamless” coverage for services like the week-after pill.

Sister Loraine Marie McGuire, Mother Provincial for the Little Sisters of the Poor, who on Wednesday said in a statement:
…now we find ourselves in a situation where the government is requiring us to include services in our religious health care plan that violate some of our deepest held religious beliefs as Little Sisters.
We don’t understand why the government is doing this when there is an easy solution that doesn’t involve us -- it can provide these services on the exchanges. It’s also hard to understand why the government is doing this when 1/3 of all Americans aren’t even covered by this mandate, and large corporations like Exxon, Visa, and Pepsi are fully exempt, yet the government threatens us with fines of 70 million dollars per year if we don’t comply.

The Obama administration’s hostility to the free exercise of region was seen in the Hobby Lobby case in which the government argued that acting on your religious beliefs in your personal and business life was illegal. The courts ruled otherwise and that in the Hobby Lobby case agreed that this was an attempted infringement of the free exercise of religion:

As the late Francis Cardinal George of Chicago, former head of the U.S. Council of Catholic Bishops, once observed, President Obama’s idea of religious liberty differs little from Josef Stalin’s:
“Freedom of worship was guaranteed in the Constitution of the former Soviet Union," Chicago's Francis Cardinal George recently wrote.
"You could go to church, if you could find one. The church, however, could do nothing except conduct religious rites in places of worship -- no schools, religious publications, health care institutions, organized charity, ministry for justice and works of mercy that flow naturally from a living faith. Disrupting Political Campaigns, Condoned by Billionaires, Criminals, Free Speech Advocates and Politicians

These are young people and students, often from nations where free speech does not exist. They bring their values and try to obliterate ours. They are trying to destroy not a Trump rally, but the entire constitutional apparatus and culture of the United States. A group of supporters of Palestinian terrorists tried to do the same thing at Harvard Law School a few years ago. It is shameful that not only Cruz, Kasich and Rubio blame Trump but also the two socialist Democratic candidates. Seldom is heard the word "Constitution" among these presidential wannabes. Is that what being presidential looks like? Ignoring the constitution as the current lawless White House did for seven years? 

These are the tactics I first saw at Columbia University in 1968. The leftist Communists intentionally provoked administrators using violence and lawlessness. They kept it up until the University needed to call the NYPD to remove students who had taken control of several university buildings, preventing classes from being held. John Lindsay was mayor of New York City. With his police Commissioner, Howard Leary, they recognized the dangers of sending police with guns to remove students, who were determined to provoke angry police. The commissioner ordered the officers to conduct the removal without their guns. They were allowed night sticks which were used. But no one was shot or killed while clearing the campus. Nonetheless minor injuries were played up by journalists and the leftists to show how "brutal" the administration was. This is what these reportedly Soros-funded, Move-On and Google Corp.-funded radicals are doing now. They want brutality to gain sympathy from ordinary citizens who still believe in the system of government under a constitution. That is their objective. It will continue until election day and beyond if Trump wins the nomination. Look for frequent Democratic vote fraud in the general election if Trump is the Republican nominee.

This makes Ted Cruz ‘s spineless rejoinder to the violent demonstrations in Chicago so galling to me.
Some years ago I wrote here of my contempt for conservatives who flee the forum for fear of getting their spotlessly white togas spattered with mud and blood when their colleagues are being savaged by liars and thugs. This week my White Toga award goes to Ted Cruz. As thousands of rent a mobs from Soros funded Move On, the White House approved Black Lives Matters fabulist race baiters, and Bernie Sanders fans mobbed and threatened the thousands of people who’d waited in lines for hours to attend a rally in Chicago for Donald Trump.
Even Obama pal and admitted terrorist Bill Ayers, doubtless reliving his “glory days” as a Weatherman was there cheering the mayhem on:

The People’s Cube, which has perfected its satire of left speak described the event from the thugs’ point of view:
CHICAGO, IL - Tonight one thousand peaceful communists, socialists, anarchists, Black Lives Matter activists, devout Muslims, immigration advocates with Mexican flags, and local students of Marxism, disrupted a meeting of some twenty five thousand angry and violent Trump supporters.
The Trump crowd had it coming because they had conspired to shut down everyone else's right to free speech by buying tickets to the event, which was closed to those who didn't have tickets. That was a grotesque violation of the protesters' right to get inside, jump on the podium, rip Trump signs, and scream "F** Trump" into a TV camera.
As the news of the event's cancellation was announced, the protesters peacefully celebrated their victory by throwing punches at Trump supporters and police officers, shouting over their objections, flipping the middle finger and kicking their cars, and walking into the road to block traffic composed of gas-guzzling, global-warming-causing vehicles.
Did Ted Cruz criticize this effort to deny thousands of people their right to free speech and assembly or the violent nature of the demonstration? No, he feebly offered up this on Fox News’s The Kelly File: "A campaign bears responsibility for creating an environment when the candidate urges supporters to engage in physical violence."

When's the last time if even, that a group of right-wing protesters in the U.S. specifically set out to completely shut down a left-wing speaker's address? There's no doubt that the attempt to protest Trump was organized, and that its primary intent was to prevent him from speaking:

The president, who has stirred up so much racial division by, among other things, supporting the Black Lives Matter supporters and megaphoning their lies about Trayvon Martin and Ferguson, Missouri, was equally mendacious.
"What’s happening in this primary is just a distillation of what’s been happening in their party for more than a decade," Obama said, according to a report filed by the Texas Tribune.
Given the forces of the left arrayed against his party, Cruz’ take was more than spineless, it was self-defeating. If they succeed in shutting down Trump’s rallies, he’ll be next in their crosshairs. It’s the way they work. In any event, this show of rent-a-mob force may well encourage more voters, sick of this behavior, into the Trump camp.

Facts of the case
Jeffrey Heffernan was a police officer for the City of Paterson, New Jersey. A fellow police officer observed Heffernan picking up a campaign sign for the mayoral candidate running against the incumbent. When a supervisor confronted him, Heffernan claimed that he was not politically involved, could not vote in the City of Paterson, and was picking up the sign on behalf of his mother. Heffernan was demoted to a walking post because his actions were considered to be “overt involvement in political activities.” Heffernan sued the City of Paterson and claimed that the City had violated his First Amendment rights to freedom of speech association. However, the City filed a motion for summary judgment on Heffernan’s free association claim. Heffernan admitted himself, that he was not associated with the candidate, therefore there is no evidence of a violation of free association. Welcome to the world of exercising constitutionally protected rights. Thugs and liberals (do I repeat myself?) do not extend those rights to people who disagree with their propaganda. In Cambridge, MA black city police, and Harvard University campus police have harassed me for more than 20 years for similar expression. No tolerance in the halls of elite universities either. You have to fight for your rights. There are many public officials who lack spines and will not stand up for their oaths of office to defend the Constitution.

Philadelphia high school senior Michael Moroz knew he was courting controversy when he wrote about race in the school newspaper, but he never expected death threats from classmates and strangers.
Just before Christmas break, the 17-year-old wrote an opinion piece for the Central High school paper, the Centralizer. In it, he criticized the racially charged University of Missouri protests and opined that Michael Brown, the black teenager killed in 2014 by a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo., was "a delinquent" who was "at worst, justifiably killed, and at best, [was] a thug."
The story hit the paper’s Facebook page while school was out, and that’s when the threats poured in. Moroz is now afraid to return to school and worried he could lose his place next fall at an Ivy League university.

Soon after Moroz's writing appeared online, Internet trolls took to social media, urging "someone" to “deal with” and even “shoot” him. Dozens of other posts labeled him a racist and urged University of Pennsylvania to rescind the acceptance it recently offered Moroz.
When classes resumed this week, a shaken Moroz stayed home.
He claims at least five fellow students at Central threatened his life, and his family has hired an attorney and filed a complaint with the Philadelphia Police Department.

The opinion piece was pulled from the Facebook page by student editors once the backlash began, but the counterpoint article supporting the movement was left alone.

Concerned Citizen Charged With Jury Tampering For Handing Out Leaflets Outside Courthouse

MECOSTA COUNTY, Mich. — A Mecosta man is charged with a felony for obstruction of justice and misdemeanor of tampering with a jury for passing out fliers about jury nullification rights on the sidewalk of the Mecosta County courthouse.
Keith Wood, 39, faces these charges after handing out about 50 fliers on Nov. 24, which the Fully Informed Jury Association wrote, that describe juror rights that are typically not given by judges during jury instructions before a trial.

“It’s just a blatant illegal improper use of government power to squelch a person’s Constitutional rights of free speech, that’s what this is,” said Kallman.
"There has to be push-back, and judges and prosecutors and people need to know: you cannot squelch people’s free speech rights and get away with it."

The pamphlets Wood handed out specifically discuss jurors' right to vote their conscience, also known as jury nullification of law. Jury nullification occurs when a jury acquits a defendant, despite evidence, because they either believe the law is immoral or wrongfully applied.
However, since the late 1800's many judges have omitted jury nullification from their jury instructions, though Kallman said it is implied.

“It’s free speech for goodness sake,” said Kallman. “The Judge directly ordered him to be arrested for jury tampering, for tampering with a jury that didn’t exist, now wrap your head around that.”

Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) evidently believes there is a constitutional right to emigrate to this country. In addition, he appears to believe that the First Amendment of religious freedom applies to everyone in the world and compels us to bring in anyone from every religion, irrespective of the problems endemic in some of its practitioners.
Take a look at this clip from Sean Hannity’s show last night and understand that we have no opposition party in Congress:

It's not just the jihad attacks in Paris and the Muslim refugee crisis -- in this age of Obama, the forces of hatred and oppression are emboldened and on the offensive everywhere. Officials all over the country are kowtowing to evil instead of standing up to it -- even in unlikely places like Boston, which has just agreed to run vicious anti-Israel ads, while continuing to refuse to run our AFDI ads defending Israel and freedom.
The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) has long refused to our pro-Israel/anti-jihad advertisements on their buses. And now, with their acceptance of the Jew-hating ads, their bias is naked and obvious -- and anti-American and anti-freedom.

The MBTA is currently running these vicious, libelous anti-Israel ads.

Now the MBTA has compounded its moral inversion by approving and running anti-Semitic ads that include libels and lies against Israel.

It's beyond appalling: in a city repeatedly wracked by Islamic terror attacks -- the blood of its citizens stains the streets of the city -- the MBTA refused to run our ads opposing jihad.

We are never going to acquiesce to this evil. AFDI vs. Boston's Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA)
is going to the Supreme Court. But the costs involved are astronomical. This case is far more important than what ads run or do not run: it's a question of whether our public forums are going to be available to all people, or whether whole segments of the American public are simply going to be silenced and disenfranchised.

The MBTA has repeatedly refused to run our pro-Israel ads, which we submitted in response to vicious anti-Israel ads. This is just the latest in a number of antisemitic ad campaigns. We are fighting the MBTA in the courts. We have filed a cert petition to SCOTUS (attached). Imagine, the city of the Boston jihad bombings refusing to run anti-jihad ads. Despicable.

Cambridge Officials Show Lack Of Respect and Intolerance for Diverse Ideas

"Slate for Cambridge candidates didn’t know of his past beliefs and condemn them in the strongest terms,” the group wrote in a joint statement. Condemning the words shows a moralistic view denigrating the views expressed. It is one reason why it is nearly impossible to have rational discussions in Cambridge and at universities. A more appropriate phrase is "we disagree" with what the ex-candidate said. That would show respect for the person instead of saying this person said bad things implying he is a bad person. Too bad Cambridge city officials, voters, Harvard University students and professors are unable to show respect for those with whom they disagree. 

 

This is also a First Amendment issue denying a person protected speech, no matter how hateful. Some of the condemners are public officials, who took oaths to defend the state and US Constitutions.
