Ill Mother of Eight Dies in Mount Vernon, NY Court Holding Cell, After Visit To Prison Hospital

[From article]
someone within the DA’s office advised him that sometime between Turner’s arrest and Monday morning, she complained of being ill and was taken to Mount Vernon Hospital — across the street from the holding cell — for treatment before being returned to custody.
A law enforcement official confirmed that the victim had spent time at the hospital before being returned to custody.
The source was unable to provide a detailed chronology of what happened, but noted that the victim once again became ill early Monday, delaying her expected appearance in court that day — and that she was later found dead in her cell.
“Right now, it doesn’t appear to be criminal, but rather someone who got sick and then died,” said the official.
Gonzalez suggested that officials could have done much more to address Turner’s health issues and were aware that she was in distress before she died.
He added that on Monday, Turner’s husband, Harold, appeared in court for his wife’s expected arraignment and was told by a woman court worker, “Your wife is not feeling well. She needs to see a doctor.”
The court worker, who was employed by Pre-Trial Services, advised the husband that the agency would recommend to the judge that Turner be released on her own recognizance so she could consult with a doctor, Gonzalez said

New York Gentleman, 20, Assisted By His Mother, Kidnaps, Beats Mother of His Child

The victim and her 11-month-old son were held and tortured by the child's father, Malachi Blaylock (left), and grandmother, Yolanda Gilreath, according to authorities.

[From article]
The 20-year-old mom, who has not been named, was allegedly tortured by the child’s father, identified as Malachi Blaylock, 20, and Blaylock’s mother, identified as Yolanda Gilreath, 51, for five days straight after she stopped by their Rockville Centre home for a visit, according to police.
After being surprised at the door of the house by Blaylock, who had been staying at his mom’s apartment on Old Mill Court, the child was snatched from the woman’s arms and she was ordered into a bedroom.
The young man then shoved the unidentified victim to the ground and told her she couldn’t leave — yelling at her and punching her in the face and body at the same time, authorities said.
Over the course of the next five days, starting at some point last week, Blaylock beat the woman, stabbed her in the hand with a pair of scissors and threatened her with a gun.
She attempted to flee on numerous occasions, but to no avail. After each failed attempt, Blaylock would simply run her down and restrain her again, police said.
On Wednesday, Gilreath and her son moved the woman and her child to a house in Hempstead, where they continued to hold her against her will. After Blaylock left the apartment around 10 p.m. Friday, the victim was able to call her mother — who rushed over to the home to pick her up and take her to the hospital.
[. . .]
The pair faces charges of first-degree kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.
In addition, Blaylock was charged with strangulation, assault, menacing and criminal mischief.

Jason Lee, With His Wife

[From article]
The Irish national was visiting her brother as he wrapped up a seasonal summer job on the East End at the time, prosecutors said.
The group eventually headed back to Lee’s swanky, $33,000-per-month summer rental in East Hampton to resume the party around 4 a.m.
According to trial testimony, the accuser and a friend hopped into a pool in their underwear before Lee stripped naked and joined them.
The woman said the nudity unnerved her and she headed inside the home to put her clothes on in a bathroom.
She testified that Lee appeared at the door still naked and barged his way in.
After covering her mouth and ordering her to be silent, he raped her, the woman testified tearfully.
East Hampton cops came to the residence after Lee’s pal became alarmed that one of the accuser’s friends borrowed his car and had not yet returned with it.

[From article]
Marie Jeanty, 59, who lives in the neighborhood, told the woman at the West Lawrence Care Center on Aug. 15, 2014, to move so she could change her clothing and bedding – but then allegedly pushed her, punched her in the arm and shoulder and slammed her face into the railing, authorities said.
The woman was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital with a black eye and significant bruising and swelling to her arm and head.
Jeanty, who no longer works at the facility at 1410 Seagirt Boulevard, was charged with felony second-degree assault; second-degree endangering the welfare of a vulnerable elderly person, or an incompetent or physically disabled person; and willful violation of health laws, a misdemeanor.

Not A Conspiracy Theory, NYSE Is Rigged

[From article]
When I started making that claim years ago — and provided solid evidence — people scoffed. Some called it a conspiracy theory, tinfoil hats and that sort of stuff. Most people just ignored me.
But that’s not happening anymore. The dirty secret is out.
With stock prices rushing far ahead of economic reality over the last six or so years, more experts in the financial markets are coming to the same conclusion — even if they don’t fully understand how it’s being rigged or the consequences.
Ed Yardeni, a longtime Wall Street guru who isn’t one of the clowns of the bunch, said flat out last week that the market was being propped up. “These markets are all rigged, and I don’t say that critically. I just say that factually,” he asserted on CNBC.

Battered New York Woman Testifies In Support of Batterer, Not Unusual For Abused Women

Standing by her man: Alison Bretherick, 29, (pictured in May, below and last week, above) has appeared in court in support of boyfriend Thomas Hoey - despite years of alleged abuse and fears for her life.

[From article]
Long Island banana mogul Thomas Hoey wouldroutinely beat his girlfriend so viciously that she once scribbled on the back of a photograph, “If you find me dead, Thomas Hoey did it,’’ court papers reveal. Hoey — to be sentenced in the Manhattan Supreme Court case this week — rained abuse on Alison Bretherick for even the smallest offenses, including not picking up the phone fast enough, prosecutors said. Bretherick, 29, admitted to a female cousin in January 2010 that she was becoming increasingly scared of Hoey, 46, the documents say. Bretherick recalled how Hoey smashed her head into walls, chipping her teeth and hitting the side of her head so hard, she lost hearing in her left ear.
Kimberley Calo, a New York personal trainer, overdosed on cocaine after having a threesome with millionaire Hoey in 2009. She died when no one called for help.

Updated: FBI Arrests Three As Russian Spies In New York

Economic warfare? Authorities worry that the presence of spies like Buryakov, Sporyshev and Podobnyy could undermine the countries economic security.

[From article]
Three men accused in the latest Russian spy case didn't hide behind fake identities and weren't stealing military secrets. The evidence even suggests they were annoyed that their assignment wasn't more like a James Bond film.
Their alleged plot to dig up 'economic intelligence' on possible banking penalties and alternative energy sources may not be the stuff of Hollywood movies, but U.S. authorities insist the case is proof that Russian spying is thriving in America more than two decades after the end of the Cold War.
It also shows the time and resources the U.S. still throws at those suspected of being Putin-era spies, using methods developed before many of them were born: listening bugs, hidden cameras and intercepted phone calls.
[. . .]
The case against Evgeny Buryakov, Igor Sporyshev and Victor Podobnyy comes less than five years after the arrest of 10 covert agents - a sleeper cell referred to as 'The Illegals' by the SVR, the foreign intelligence agency headquartered in Moscow - who led ordinary lives for several years in the United States using aliases. All 10 pleaded guilty in federal court in Manhattan to conspiracy charges and were ordered out of the country as part of a spy swap for four people convicted of betraying Moscow to the West.
Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn brought another spy case in 2013, accusing Alexander Fishenko, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Kazakhstan who made millions off his Texas export firm, of being a secret agent for the Russian military. Fishenko, who pleaded not guilty, is scheduled to go to trial later this year.

Three Russian nationals were charged Monday in an espionage plot that was uncovered following the 2010 arrest and deportation of sexy spy Anna Chapman and nine fellow undercover operatives, according to the feds.
One of the men was grabbed and handcuffed by a team of FBI agents outside an A&P supermarket in Riverdale about 11:45 a.m., then driven off in a convoy of two unmarked cars, according to a witness who saw the bust and sources who confirmed what happened.
Court papers say the defendants, Evgeny “Zhenya” Buryakov, Igor Sporyshev and Victor Podobnyy, are agents with Russia’s SVR foreign intelligence service.
Their alleged activities include gathering information on potential US sanctions against Russia and American efforts to develop “alternative energy resources.”

An alleged Russian spy posing as a banker in Manhattan has been arrested, federal officials said today.
The banker, identified in a criminal complaint as Evgeny Buryakov, is accused of working with agents of Russia’s foreign intelligence service, the SVR, as a “non-official cover” agent.
“Specifically, Buryakov is posing as an employee in the Manhattan office of a Russian bank,” the complaint, unsealed today, says. A “non-official cover” agent generally refers to an espionage agent working in a foreign nation without the protection of diplomatic immunity.
Buraykov was arrested as part of an alleged spy ring that involved two other individuals, the Department of Justice said. The other two, identified as Igor Sporyshev and Victor Podobnyy, had worked in the U.S. before on behalf of Russia and were protected by diplomatic immunity. Sporyshev worked as a Trade Representative for Russia in New York until late last year and Podobnyy was an attaché to Russia’s Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, the complaint says.

New York Policeman Draws Gun On Teens Having Snowball Fight; During Search For Gunman

[From article]
The incident is reminiscent of an infamous 2010 confrontation in The Bronx during which an off-duty NYPD cop pulled a gun on a group of teens after one threw a snowball at him – leading to an
out-of-court settlement in which the five kids each scored $60,000 from the city.
The 30-second clip of the New Rochelle incident shows a uniformed cop pointing a handgun as he approaches a male kneeling in the street with his hands in the air.
“Don’t f–king move, guys,” the cop warns.

“We will say that he is a Superior Officer (i.e., Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain) and not an inexperienced officer as some have speculated,” the site said.

Thieves Steal ATM From Macy's Long Island, NY

[From article]

“I see a dump truck backed up to the doors with broken glass out, attaching a chain around an ATM machine,” he said. “The truck was yanking it out.”
The taxi driver said the men then somehow loaded the ATM machine into the back of the vehicle from inside the vestibule, and sped off.
“They were driving randomly. They went up Richards Road towards 347,” he said. “I guess they were trying to lose me.”
The taxi driver did not stop following the perpetrators until he lost sight of them — minutes before officers arrived.
Police found the truck first, with the ATM in the back. It had been stolen from Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram, police said.
Police launched a massive search for the suspects. The two-hour search included police dogs and a helicopter, and finally ended around 4 a.m. with one man in custody.

Gang Banging On Long Island, NY, Book Review

[From book review]
“As much as I wish I could forget it, I can’t,” he says, touching his scar. “I’m not a father because of him, because he took the life of my unborn child. And he took from me the woman I was down for, someone I really loved, who had my heart. I ain’t met anyone like her. So I’ll most likely come back on his ass one day. Can’t see a way not to.
“I got my life together here, yeah. I got my GED, I got a decent job, but I don’t never forget. A man do you like that, he gots to get got. Maybe next week. Maybe next year.”
But Steed never gets the chance. On a snowy night early this year, he’s found dead of a gunshot wound on a desolate street corner in Camden, NJ. He’d been on his way to sign up for an SAT prep exam.

NY Man Freed After 14 Years of Prison For Rape He Did Not Commit

Johnnie O’Neal

[From article]
A 54-year-old man who spent 14 years in prison for a rape he didn’t commit slapped the city with a federal lawsuit Monday alleging he was done in by false testimony from a Housing Authority detective.
Johnnie O’Neal, of Suffolk County, also names the city Housing Authority detective, Jose Morales, as a defendant in the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court Monday and accuses the city on not properly training Morales and other officers on civil rights issues.
O’Neal was convicted of raping a woman at knife-point on an Upper West Side rooftop in 1984, although he and five relatives said he had been at home watching TV.
The Manhattan DA offered O’Neal a two-year plea deal if he copped to a lesser charge. He refused.

FEMA Seeks Repayment of Benefits From NY-NJ Hurricane Victims

FEMA isn’t the only government agency trying to recover Sandy-related funding.
Last spring, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development urged officials in New Jersey and New York to step up their scrutiny of hundreds of millions of dollars in other federal rebuilding grants.
New Jersey’s Department of Consumer Affairs says it has asked 51 homeowners to return a combined $940,000 — a number that probably will rise as the state looks at more cases.

NY Met Opera Threatened By Labor Unions

[From article]
The storied but precarious institution could see its next season disrupted in the labor discord. The Met's general manager, Peter Gelb, warns that without union flexibility, the very existence of the world-famous, 130-year-old opera is at risk.
Well, if worst came to worst, at least the Met's singers and musicians could make a go of it at the New York City Opera. No, wait, it shut its doors for the last time last year.
It doesn't take an opera aficionado to realize that the 21st century isn't the 19th, and opera is an embattled art form. Unfortunately, the Met is locking horns with a force, the unions, that has proven adept at helping to drive struggling industries into the ground.
A New York Times editorial recently noted that orchestra members, who on average make $200,000 a year, get 16 weeks off with pay. The American Federation of Musicians Local 802 shot back that it is really only 10 weeks of guaranteed time off with pay. Touche.
[. . .]
Only unions would complain that an opera manager is spending too much on opera and not enough on overtime pay and pension benefits.
[. . .]
It is working to preserve a demanding art form that represents one of the high points of Western civilization.

New York Communists Rejoin Harassment Campaign

Around Patriot's day in Massachusetts, the day of the marathon, April 21, 2014, a group of Communists from New York re-joined the 43 year program of harassment led by a thoughtful graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School. This elitist psychologist once told me, "I own you." They conduct the same campaign as the previous hundreds, if not thousands, of misguided psychopaths who harassed me since 1970.

They began with surveillance by psychiatrists treating me as a mental patient, trying to provoke anger, violence and speech from me through intentionally outrageous behavior. At a university library they talked loudly sitting next to me for about one hour. It was not the first time that groups of police employees did that. On one occasion a psychiatrist pulled a newspaper out of my hands to see what my reaction was. When that did not work they use young women as bait. Over and over, again and again, the same lame provocations. Perhaps the Harvard University police group of an attorney, a campus cop and a psychologist ran out of useful idiots from Massachusetts. There is a larger group of psychopaths from New York who enjoy attacking an elder white man and tormenting him as they say to everyone, "He's crazy." It is a lot of fun humiliating an elder white man, ridiculing, provoking, insulting and assassinating his character.

These are homosexuals employed by the Kennedy cult, the state government of Massachusetts and the U.S. government. For 34 years they said "He's a racist." stirring up racial animosity and isolating me. They add "He's crazy." in order to discourage any state or U.S. police agency from stopping the abuse. It also prevents me from obtaining an attorney to stop the abuse and to get any compensation for 43 years of character assassination. Now they say "He's a black Communist." in order to continue to isolate me from others who have been harassed by black racists and their useful idiots.

Like criminals in local, state and US government in and around Cambridge and at Harvard University the New York teams employ police psychologists, and psychiatrists to perform evaluations contrary to law. They continue 43 years of FBI character assassination telling everyone "He's a homosexual." in order to continue their criminal project of behavior conditioning trying to make me into a homosexual. Here's more evidence that the Massachusetts state government is run by organized crime. They allow this to continue after 20 years of written and oral complaints to appropriate state and local agencies.

The criminal police employees from New York, arrived as part of a team which includes an attorney and a local police employee (Cambridge, Somerville or Harvard University campus police), a psychologist, or psychiatrist, currently the graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School. Protective agencies ignored my complaints for 20 years because "He's crazy." And if "He's crazy." police and psychiatrists and psychologists can do whatever they want to do according to the Obama-Holder doctrine of law enforcement. Under that official policy inconvenient laws may be ignored. In Massachusetts, for public officials, for psychiatrists, psychologists, Harvard University students, faculty and employees, laws are optional. In addition, under Obama-Holder white heterosexual males are not entitled to police protection, from criminal acts by black actors.

Continuing is relentless computer intrusions to cause my computer to crash every one or two minutes for 45 minutes at a time, daily sleep disturbances every one or two hours, and 24/7 surveillance and threats.
