US Government Is Run By and For Upper Class Elitists

Here are the priorities of the US Government. Yale women are offended. A court or some PC lawyer will decide that. Why does this merit the attention of the US government ahead of a large group of non Ivy League citizens who are denied basic rights, like access to the courts, access to public accommodations? The Yale students filed complaints anonymously. Isn't that special? Every day in most main stream newspapers journalists write that a man or woman with a history of mental illness is charged with this or that crime. That is hate speech. It reinforces the pervasive negative stereotype of persons accused of mental illness. It is easier to accuse a person of that than it is to file an anonymous complaint with the Department of Justice or Education. But aside from persons accused of mental illness, there is a large group of US citizens who are unable to use the public sidewalks after snowstorms. But the US Department of Civil Rights is never interested in that. This verifies my observation that the people who exploit discrimination laws are upper class, wealthy and politically connected elitists. Recently a group of Harvard and Yale alumni complained about a party at a bar in Boston which shut down early due to fears of violence. The MA Attorney General and the Boston City Council took up the matter. People are denied basic rights to be heard in courts due to unlawful discrimination of judges and lawyers. That remains unaddressed by the very same Attorney General, the same US Department of Justice and the same City Council. Here is one, only one example of the double standard of the government, the sheer hypocrisy of these upper class elitist pigs. They indicate that they have no shame, just like the politicians who run the state and US legislatures, and executive branches.

Obama Secretly Sends CIA to Identify the Libyan Rebels

The Libya operation really appears to be directed by the Marx Brothers. 2200 Marines and Sailors are being sent off the coast of Libya. (As reported by ABC news Raleigh-Durham NC.) But there are no plans to put troops on the ground. But then CIA special operations will be sent to find out who the rebels are. Now that the US bombed Tripoli without Congressional approval, now they want to find out who the rebels are? Like I said to a friend of mine. I have more common sense than Obama has, and more integrity.

Censoring Journalism

Police visited reporter to tell him not to bother students at Blackburn College while investigating an allegation of racism by a democratic official in IL. No complaint was filed. It appears that this was simply intimidation by police to discourage revealing the
incident. Vinfen Corporation is the largest provider of human services in the New England states. Their President earned in 2003 $325,000 plus benefits. I called inquire why his salary was so high. The first two calls were referred to their PR flack, who did not reply to my voice mail messages. The third tie I called he spoke with me saying "Vinfen is non profit." I said I knew that but what does that have to do with such high salaries. He repeated the fact that "We're non profit." Then he told me to stop calling because I was annoying the secretaries. It is one way of discouraging exposing abuses by non profits, and of covering up racial incidents by democratic politics.

The Last City Council Meeting

This report is about the last Cambridge City Council meeting I attended. I stopped going when the chairman demanded that I remove a sign as described in the article. (Note: There is no smiley face. It is the word NOW inside of a circle.) The Council has rules and they ignore them. I repeatedly requested that they follow their own rules to no avail. When they began enforcing the rules against me while they ignored them I realized it was time to look for other ways to draw attention to lawless officials. This city is like Guatemala.

I read this story just after reading one in New York magazine about Alex Jones. Jones was disparaged as the leader of conspiracists. But the story about reality in Guatemala makes Jones seem like a normal human being. Reality is more bizarre than fiction. I see many parallels with groups in the US, operating as they do in Guatemala.

"Criminal networks have infiltrated virtually every government and law-enforcement agency, and more than half the country is no longer believed to be under the control of any government at all.

Incredibly, the death rate in Guatemala is now higher than it was for much of the civil war. And there is almost absolute impunity: ninety-seven per cent of homicides remain unsolved, the killers free to kill again. In 2007, a U.N. official declared, “Guatemala is a good place to commit a murder, because you will almost certainly get away with it.”

In 2007, Colom, representing a social-democratic coalition, won the Presidency—the first time in five decades that a left-of-center leader had ruled Guatemala. The election was one of the bloodiest in the country’s history: more than fifty local candidates and party activists were murdered, and Colom’s campaign manager was nearly killed by three grenades thrown at his motorcade.

Since Colom took power, two of his interior ministers have been indicted for corruption (a third died in a mysterious helicopter crash), and four consecutive heads of the national police have been dismissed, indicted, or jailed for alleged malfeasance.

In the nineteen-fifties, the C.I.A. had contemplated an assassination campaign against left-wing Guatemalan targets and disseminated a treatise on the art of political murder: “The subject may be stunned or drugged and then placed in the car, but this is only reliable when the car can be run off a high cliff or into deep water without observation.”

Castresana realized that he could not bring criminals to justice before he had removed at least some of the most corrupt officials.

Castresana seized upon a rule in CICIG’S charter that permitted the organization to petition local officials to punish unethical officials. Through this process, his team began to remove more than fifteen hundred corrupt police officers, including fifty police commissioners and the deputy director of the national police. CICIG also “invited” nearly a dozen prominent prosecutors to leave their posts,

Anita Isaacs, a political scientist and an expert on Guatemala, who knows Castresana, told me that the networks traditionally relied on three ways to remove an enemy: “The first is to bribe you—but they could not bribe Castresana. The second is to kill you—but they could not kill Castresana. Finally, if all else fails, they destroy your reputation. And that is what they did to Castresana.”

At a press conference announcing his decision, Castresana, in a final salvo, denounced Colom’s new Attorney General for alleged ties to “parallel powers,” including organized crime.

Ridiculing Dan Severenson saying there is no such thing as separation of church and state shows how clueless the author is. Nowhere in the US Constitution is there any such thing. Separation of church and state is a creation of liberals promoted by the ACLU. The US was created as a Christian nation that tolerates other religions unlike some other countries which prohibit other religions than the state religion. I suppose Al Franken an example of a sane politician?

Department of Justice Moves to Protect Medicaid Defrauders: Court Sets Hearing for April 7th

Due to the massive amount of harm inflicted on children and youth, in July of 2009, the Law Project for Psychiatric Rights (PsychRights^®) launched its Medicaid Fraud Initiative with a model Qui Tam Complaint for people to use around the country. This initiative combines Medicaid's coverage restriction of outpatient drugs to those that are for a "medically accepted indication" and the right of people to sue on behalf of the government and share in the recover, if any under the False Claims Act.

The Department of Justice has recovered billions of dollars from drug companies for causing false claims at Step 1 of the Fraudulent Scheme, but have declined intervention involving defendants at Steps 2 & 3 in two Alaska cases, as well as the ex rel Nicholson case in Illinois.[1]

In a surprising action, however, on March 7th, the Department of Justice actively moved to protect alleged defrauding defendants at Steps 2 & 3 by asking the judge to dismiss the ex rel Nicholson case for what appears to be disingenuous reasons. Randy Kretchmar, Ms. Nicholson's attorney, said, "We have offered to address their concerns through agreement and they have thus far failed to respond. This reinforces the view stated in our opposition that the motion to dismiss is disingenuous."

As background, in 2007-2008, there were two suspicious letters on the letterhead of the agency charged with administering the Medicaid program, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), that assert Congress did not limit outpatient drug coverage under Medicaid to those used for a medically accepted indication.[2] This is directly contrary to the formal position of the United States Government, taken in a number of False Claims Act cases against drug companies.[3]

Law Project for Psychiatric Rights president Jim Gottstein in speaking with a US Attorney was told that even though they are false claims, the government would decline to intervene in that jurisdiction if a case was brought against a doctor or pharmacy as a matter of prosecutorial discretion. In the Alaska cases, the local US Attorney's office appeared to be taking its direction from CMS.

In light of this, PsychRights asked Eric Pruitt, the Assistant United States Attorney who filed the motion to dismiss on behalf of the United States Government, the following questions:

1. Why shouldn't it be concluded the Department of Justice and CMS are protecting prescribers and pharmacies for their participation in this continuing massive fraudulent scheme?
2. Does CMS take the position that prescriptions not for a medically accepted indication are covered under Medicaid?
3. Is CMS calling the shots on the Department of Justice's response to the qui tam cases against prescribers and pharmacies for causing and presenting false claims to Medicaid for psychotropic drugs used on children and youth that are not for a medically accepted indication?
4. Do the Department of Justice and CMS consider only the economic point, i.e., the drug companies have deeper pockets, or are they attempting to make an independent judgment that somehow psychiatrists and pharmacists are less culpable for the same fraud?
5. Even if so, why is CMS still paying these false claims on a massive scale?

Mr. Pruitt declined to answer, saying "We do not comment on pending cases:"

In response, Mr. Gottstein said, "The public is entitled to know the answers to these questions. Obtaining large recoveries from drug companies is an ineffective sanction, because the fraudulent prescribing practices are continuing unabated. It appears the Department of Justice is now actively protecting doctors and pharmacies committing Medicaid Fraud ."

The court has set a hearing on the government's motion for April 7th at 9:25 am, Room 1725, 219 S. Dearborn, Chicago, Illinois.

Lawyer Arrested for Laundering Money

How genuine is it that "Boston’s legal A-listers [were] floored by yesterday’s arrest of [attorney Robert A. George charged with laundering drug money] and stunned by the idea?" To them laundering money is different from selling or transporting drugs. Lawyers, bankers, ordinary people make that distinction every day. Surely the legal community is aware of that. It is hard to believe that A-listers (who makes that list?) are shocked by this arrest. What is shocking is that so few lawyers, bankers professionals are arrested for laundering money.

Who wants more of that?"

600,000 died in the Civil War. Would Eagan prefer it was not fought? How many servicemen took their own lives after taking psychiatric chemicals pushed by the drug companies? The drug-company-controlled-FDA requires a warning that the drugs cause suicidal thoughts. Here's another example of Eagan opposing First Amendment Rights, i.e., the Right to Associate. What is the purpose of publishing "The married grandfather — who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, according to his lawyer?" Why did his lawyer reveal Marzilli's medical records? Would a diagnosis of a broken leg be included in a crime report? Does the lawyer believe his mental illness caused Marzilli's criminal acts? This statement indicates the bias of lawyers toward persons accused of mental illness. It verifies that the legal system accepts such bias discriminating against persons with disabilities. It shows that journalists share the bias. All of this prevents persons accused of mental illness from being treated like other citizens, and denies to them many basic rights and privileges.

In your letter to the President dated March 14, 2011 you say,
"In the case of Tucson, a man clearly bent on violence was not reported to the proper authorities by those who had good reason to believe he had serious mental problems. That's not a deficiency in our gun laws, it's a deficiency in our mental health system -- and should be treated as such.
[. . .]
We welcome any serious discussion on policies that focus on prosecuting criminals and fixing deficiencies in the mental health system. Any proposals to the contrary are not a legitimate approach to the issue."

I support your efforts defending the Second Amendment. I know about the research in John R. Lott Jr.'s book More Guns, Less Crime.

Your general statement regarding the mental health system is problematic. Psychiatry is personal opinion masquerading as science. It is a large and growing boondoggle. Mental illnesses are created by consensus, not science. There are no pathologies for mental illnesses. Only psychiatrists can see mental illnesses. They diagnose symptoms, i.e., speech and behavior that are protected by the First Amendment to US Constitution. Speech and behavior that psychiatrists do not like or do not understand is declared mental illness. Psychiatry is a means of social control with no due process protections.

The Constitution protects citizens from arbitrary abuses of government power. Stalinist and Nazi psychiatrists made good use of the arbitrary nature of psychiatry. Yet many believe the genes of American psychiatrists have been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism.

Why do psychiatrists have an exception to the protections? Why do courts allow psychiatrists to predict the future? American jurisprudence defines crime as an act accompanied by the knowledge that the act is wrong. Taking freedom based upon personal opinion (psychiatry) is government abuse.

Your refer to "those who had good reason to believe [Loughner] had serious mental problems," without explaining who "those" are. Journalists regularly cite "a history of mental illness," when reporting crime. They suggest and share the fantasy with prosecutors that mental illness causes crime. Politicians believe that guns cause crime. It is just as nonsensical to blame mental illness for violence as it is to blame guns. But that is what your letter appears to do.

The psychiatric industry and the drug companies use their enormous influence promoting psychiatry and drug treatment. They control legislation and most editorial positions regarding mental illness and taking freedom based upon personal opinion and irrational fear.

The current focus is turning prisoners into mental patients, which is good for the drug companies and the psychiatric industry but bad for citizens. There is no appeal from a medical diagnosis. It was the Nazis who medicalized social problems. Research shows that fatherless children are much more likely to have problems with the criminal justice system than those with fathers. That is the source of much of the problems in the US today. But there is little focus on solving that problem. Instead fatherless homes are celebrated.

Why does the NRA divert attention from one scapegoat to another? People do bad things. It is impossible to identify violent civilians. Everyone is a potential criminal.

I hope you will reconsider your stated assumption regarding psychiatry.

Here is one more example of life imitating art. In Anthony Burgess' novel Clockwork Orange, prisoners were offered freedom if they submitted to behavior conditioning. This turned out to be a far worse form of punishment. Consider other abuses by criminals who exploit mental illness to avoid criminal liability. Most offensive is the idea that psychiatric treatment is an alternative to punishment. How can treatment be punishment?

Disability Biased FBI Abuses Power For Political Purposes

Two problems with this report. It shows the US government applies laws selectively based upon politics and discriminates based on disability. Threats made against Republicans and conservative journalists are ignored by the FBI. It also shows that the FBI believes that mental illness is a cause of crime. There is no causal connection between an accusation of mental illness and crime. The misguided FBI has another scapegoat, i.e. mental illness. In the early 1960s the FBI ignored multiple reports that there was a plot to assassinate the President. In every case the FBI ignored the reports because they believed the informants were mentally ill. It shows that the FBI is unable to stop major attacks on the US, e.g. September 11, 2001. It also discriminates based upon disability. Journalists share this bias and ignore the FBI abuses.

Harvey Silverglate makes a cogent argument indicating prosecutors and the judge abused their power in sentencing Chuck Turner. Turner is a member of the Green Party, a fact seldom mentioned in public discourse. There is an intense animus toward political efforts outside of the two-party system. Tea Party groups are demonized. The judge used newspaper articles as evidence. Is a statement reported in the newspaper accepted as fact? US law enforcement agencies have a sordid recent history prosecuting innocent people and allowing homicides by their employees. Journalists have a history of printing false statements too. The sentencing of Turner compared with the sentencing of the wife of US Rep. Tierney, House Speakers Finneran and Flaherty shows there is a substantial unevenness in the delivery of justice in MA. The arrests of 100 alleged crime family members in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island shows that the current department of justice selectively enforces laws, and racially profiles.

Never ending attempt to rewrite history. Though no record may exist does not make it fact that he was clean. Police and US agencies still destroy records as favors to protect their friends. Kennedy was so thoroughly corrupt and evil he focused on infiltrating police apparatus of state and US agencies which is why the FBI and police are so corrupt today. Other crime organizations had to infiltrate as well to protect their own crime empires. As recently as 1995 Boston FBI was targeting Italian-American criminals to clear the way for Irish criminals in Massachusetts, which is run by the Kennedy organization. In February 2011 FBI arrested over 100 alleged criminals over 60-years-old, all of who were Italian-American. No other ethnic group were arrested, as if only Italian Americans are criminals. This is the legacy of Joe Kennedy the FDR appointee. What does that make FDR? This is a deliberate attempt to white-wash a major international crime organization within the US government.

Racism For Thee But Not For Me?

All of the lamentations regarding the actions of Florida officials ignores facts that the same and worse is being done by the current US Attorney General and the US President for racial purposes as well. Black racism is as pervasive as white racism but seldom addressed by liberal journalists, US, state and local officials. US officials now permit intimidation of white voters by the New Black Panther Party. US AG and the White House act no different from banana republic leaders. The refusal of Democratic Party officials to count absentee ballots from US servicemen and the repeating recounts in Minnesota to guarantee the election of comedian Al Franken shows it is both political parties who abuse the voting laws for their own benefit. If Eric Holder and Barry Obama can defend black racism, there is a place for equal but opposite white racism to make the elections fair. Isn't that what the objective is?
