Updated: Black Racist Sniper Shoots Eleven White Dallas, Texas Policemen, Five Dead, Black Supremacist Suspect Killed By Police Robot

Early reports were not entirely accurate, and excluded the expressed motive, hatred of white people and white policemen by racist black supremacist army reservist Micah Johnson. The White House in its usual deceptive words uses this tragic event to promote his totalitarian unconstitutional leftist agenda destroying the Tenth Amendment and placing all local and state police agencies under control of U.S. government jurisdiction. White House laughingly claims to be clueless about Johnson's motive,

Later media analysis including a Friday July 8, 2016 ABC news 20/20 special narrated by David Muir, focused on the shootings of black men in Minnesota and Louisiana earlier that week. Without knowing the details of those shootings, Muir and Micah Johnson, the Dallas shooter blamed all white policemen and all white men for racism. Using that same logic because some black men shoot white policemen all black men may be used as targets for white policemen and white men in general. Is that how this will play out? Journalists emphasize the flawed logic of misguided shooters and do not appear to understand where their thinking went wrong. It encourages others to take up arms to kill for revenge. It is an extension of affirmative action, which rewards black people who suffered no harm and punishes white people who did no wrong. How does that play out? Does it encourage love and respect between races? Huh?

Dallas police were locked in a standoff early Friday after snipers shot 11 officers, five fatally, during a protest over recent shootings in Minnesota and Louisiana.
Three people were in custody and a fourth suspect exchanged gunfire with authorities in a parking garage downtown, Dallas Police Chief David Brown said.
The remaining suspect "has told our negotiators that the end is coming, and he is going to hurt and kill more of us, meaning law enforcement, and that there are bombs all over the place in this garage and downtown," Brown said.
At least two snipers fired from an elevated positions on police officers minutes before 9 p.m. CT, according to Brown. He described the shootings as "ambush style."
"We believe that these suspects were positioning themselves in a way to triangulate on these officers from two different perches in garages in the downtown area, and planned to injure and kill as many law enforcement officers as they could," he told a news conference — noting that some were shot in the back.
Brown said police don't have a motivation for the attacks or any information on the suspects.
There may be other suspects at large. "We still don't have a complete comfort level that we have all the suspects," Brown said. Police were in contact with the FBI and federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Brown said.
"There had to be some speculation from us there would be some knowledge of the [demonstration] route," he said.
Brown said investigators are working under the assumption that all the suspects were working together. They have not been cooperative, he said. "We just are not getting the cooperation we'd like to know that answer of why, the motivation, who they are."
Four of the five slain officers were Dallas police, and the fifth was a Dallas Area Rapid Transit officer. A civilian was also wounded, authorities said.
Around 800 people were at the demonstration, and around 100 police officers were assigned to the event and the surrounding area, Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said. The shooting occurred after the demonstration ended and as a march was taking place.
"At 8:58, our worst nightmare happened," Rawlings said. "It is a heartbreaking moment for the city of Dallas, Rawlings said.
A person at the protest said they were "making our second lap" when gunfire erupted.
"We heard shots, we smelled gunpowder, and that's when everything got really intense and surreal," the witness told MSNBC. "We just started to run and grab kids," he said.
The demonstration was in reaction to the police shootings of two black men, Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge Tuesday and Philando Castile Wednesday in a St. Paul suburb.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott directed the state Department of Public Safety to offer any assistance needed. "In times like this we must remember — and emphasize — the importance of uniting as Americans," Abbott said in a statement.
Thursday night, Dallas police distributed a photo of a man they called a "person of interest." The person in that photo turned himself in, police said. It does not appear he was part of the four suspects later mentioned by Brown.
[. . .]
A witness who didn't give his name told MSNBC-TV that his group was making a second lap of the event when gunfire erupted.
"We heard shots, we smelled gunpowder, and that's when everything got really intense and surreal," the man said. "We just started to run and grab kids."
[. . .]
A woman who also didn't give her name told NBC Dallas Fort Worth: "We were leaving, and when we turned, there was cops. They were patrolling. Then, all of a sudden, you've seen them just fall."
Renee Sifflet told The Dallas Morning News that she took her three teenage children to the rally "for a positive experience, something they could say they were part of when they're older."
"Then it turned negative," Sifflet said.
Carlos Harris told the newspaper that the shooters "were strategic. It was tap tap pause. Tap tap pause."

Eleven police officers were shot ambush-style, including five fatally, in Dallas Thursday night by at least two snipers, amid a protest against the recent police shootings of two black men, Alton Sterling in Louisiana, and Philando Castile in Minnesota, according to the Dallas Police.
The condition of the six wounded officers remains unknown.
Officials said the gunmen aimed to kill as many officers as possible.
Among the officers killed, at least one was a Dallas Area Rapid Transit officer and at least one of the wounded was a DART officer. DART tweeted it was "grieving the loss" off Officer Brent Thompson, 43.
The number of dead initially was four, but around 2 a.m., Dallas police announced a fifth officer had died.
"It is a heartbreaking morning to lose these four officers that proudly served our citizens," said Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings. "To say that our police officers put their lives on the line every day is not a hyperbole, it’s a reality."

By 12:30 a.m. local time, three suspects were in custody and cops were in negotiations with a fourth, who was exchanging gunfire with officers.
Two of the individuals were taken in after one of them was seen carrying a camouflage bag walking quickly down Lamar Street in downtown Dallas. The individual then threw the bag in the back of a Mercedes and sped off. Police followed the vehicle and performed a traffic stop.
A woman was also taken into custody in the vicinity of the El Centro parking garage.
A fourth suspect was engaged in a shootout with Dallas SWAT officers, police said, and a suspicious package was found near the suspect's location. Police said the package is being secured by the bomb squad.
That suspect told police "the end is coming...and there are bombs all over the place," according to Dallas police chief David Brown. That suspect also said that he planned to hurt more officers.
"We’re leaving every motive on the table," Brown said. It was yet to be determined if the attackers were part of the rally, but they appeared to be working together Brown added.

Texas Police Shoot Dead Mother After She Killed Her Two Daughters

Madison (above) worked as a babysitter, while Taylor (below) was a student at Lone Star College.

[From article]
Taylor Sheats who was gunned down along with her sister, Madison, by her own mother on Friday was to have been married today.
Daily Mail Online has learned that Taylor, 22, had planned to marry her fiancé, her boyfriend of four years, Juan Sebastian Lugo in a small ceremony today.
The couple then planned to have a larger wedding ceremony after her graduation from college.
Instead, her grieving fiancé's sister, Maria, was left to post a tribute to the dead girl on what should have been the start of her married life.[. . .]
The heartbreaking development comes as new details have emerged of the horrific events that took place in a quiet family neighborhood in Katy, Texas, last week when Christy Byrd Sheats, 42, killed her daughters, shooting them down in the street outside the family home when an argument spilled over into violence.
Now Daily Mail Online has learned that husband, Jason, 45, only narrowly escaped becoming his wife's third victim when a neighbor opened her door to him allowing him to run to safety.
The neighbor, who asked not to be named, told of how she opened her door on hearing gunshots only to be confronted with the image of Christy pointing her gun directly at her husband, Jason.
She revealed: 'She went to shoot but had run out of bullets. When she went to reload Jason ran into our house and said "Call 911."'
Recalling the horrific events that took place in the quiet, family oriented neighborhood last week, the neighbor said: 'Christy had stabbed the girls before she shot them.
'I looked out and I saw her standing over one of the girls with the gun pointed at her and she shot her as she lay on the ground.'

Christy Sheats (pictured) was killed by a responding police officer after she refused to drop her pistol.

Visibly distressed by what she had witnessed the woman described Madison, 17, and Taylor, 22, as 'good girls' but said that there had been 'issues' with Christy for a long time.
She said: 'She should never have had a gun – Jason is a nice man but there were issues with her.'
Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office on Monday released further details about the events of Friday afternoon and the circumstances leading up to the fatal shootings.
A deputy from Ford Bend County Sheriff’s Office and an officer from nearby Fulshear responded to the shooting at about 5pm to be confronted with the horrendous scene of both Madison and Taylor lying, dead and dying, in the road – Christy Sheats was still holding the gun – a .38 caliber handgun - and refused to put it down.
The Fulshear police officer fired a single shot and killed her.
Investigators have now learned that it was Christy who called her family together earlier that day for a family meeting inside their home.
Jason and daughters Madison and Taylor joined Christy in the living room. It was during that meeting that Christy held up a gun and shot both girls.
The girls and their father managed to get out of the house but Madison collapsed and died on the street outside.
Her father ran to the end of the cul-de-sac as his wife followed behind, chasing Taylor and shooting her another time.
Jason managed to escape suffering the same fate when a neighbor opened her door to him, saving his life.
Meanwhile his wife had returned to the family home, reloaded and returned to the street to shoot Taylor where she lay.[. . .]
The Sheriff’s Office has revealed that they responded to 14 calls to the Sheats’s residence since January 2012.
Some calls were alarm issues, they said. They refused to give details of the other calls citing legal reasons.
Neighbor Geno Hernandez, 42, recalled the Sheats as 'good neighbors' and revealed that Taylor had been away at college and was only visiting her parents and sister to celebrate her father's birthday that Friday.
He said: 'I watched the girls grow up here since they were about 10 years old – they used to play out on the street here. Taylor was into softball.
'They were friends with my son. Jason and the girls were always friendly, they'd always wave when they went past but Christy kept to herself.
'When we were having barbeques in the street she would never take part. I don't know whey they separated when they did but she had only quite recently moved back.
'You just kind of got the impression with her [Christy] it was all about her – all the selfies and what have you. She was very into herself.'
The mom, who was shot dead by a police officer after fatally wounding her daughters, had a history of mental illness and altercations. She and Jason, 45, had only recently reunited after a separation.
Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Caitilin Espinosa told People that officers had been to the Sheats' home 'for previous altercations'

Mother, 42, was shot dead by police as she reloaded and appeared to be about to shoot again
Taylor had been due to marry her fiance, Juan Sebastian Lugo, today in a small ceremony, to be followed with a larger celebration later
Lugo's sister paid tribute to Madison and Taylor, saying they were 'the sweetest, most wholesome and caring girls in my life'
Fresh details have emerged of the horror of the shooting in town just outside Houston on day of Christy's husband Jason's birthday
Neighbor tells Daily Mail Online both girls had been stabbed before they were shot and that husband only escaped when wife went to reload
Jason, 45, is sole survivor of shooting by his wife, who had history of mental illness and with whom he had just been reconciled

Amarillo, Texas Police Shoot Dead Walmart Employee Who Took Hostages After Dispute

[From article]
Amarillo police say an armed Walmart employee likely upset for being passed over for a promotion took two people hostage before being shot and killed by officers inside the store near Interstate 27 and Georgia Street.
The man was identified by police as Mohammad Moghaddam, 54. The incident began around 11:06 a.m. and was over by 12:22 p.m.
Both hostages are safe.

At some point, SWAT officers entered the Walmart building.
Lt. Erick Bohannon, with the special crimes unit, said as the SWAT team was getting into place a hostage ran out of an office. Moghaddam pursued the hostage and ran into officers with a weapon still in his hand.

An armed, disgruntled employee of a Texas Walmart took two people hostage inside the superstore Tuesday morning before he was shot and killed by a SWAT team, police said.
Authorities responded to an “active shooter” situation with possible hostages at a Walmart in Amarillo, TX on Interstate 27 and Georgia Street at around 11 a.m. local time, officials said.
About two hours later, officers with the Amarillo Police Department shot and killed the gunman, identified as 54-year-old Mohammad Moghaddam, police said.
Police found two uninjured hostages with the gunman inside the chain store.
The Amarillo Police Department tweeted that the gunman was “shot by APD SWAT and is…dead. Hostages inside are safe.”
No one else was injured or killed besides Moghaddam.
Cops said there was a previous “work-related dispute” between Moghaddam and his manager who was one of the two hostages.
The official Twitter account for the city of Amarillo warned people to “avoid” the Walmart as the incident unfolded.
Witnesses told ABC 7 Amarillo that the shooter was an employee that took a colleague hostage, the news channel reported.
“As soon as we heard about the situation at our store in Amarillo, Texas, we acted immediately,” Walmart said in a statement.
“All customers and our two associates who were held hostage are safe. This was a very difficult situation and we are thankful for the quick response from law enforcement,” the statement read.

Mohammad Moghaddam, 54, Walmart employee shot Dead by Police

[From article]
The gunman shot dead by police inside a Walmart in Texas has been identified as an employee at the store who had a work-related dispute with one of the people he took hostage.
Mhammad Moghaddam, 54, took two people hostage, including a manager with whom he had a work-related dispute, at the store in Amarillo, police said.
He was shot dead by SWAT team members on Tuesday afternoon, the Amarillo Police Department said. The two hostages were released and are not injured.
Police said their initial investigation indicates that there was a dispute between Moghaddam and management over a promotion.
Officers were dispatched to the Walmart at I-27 and Georgia Street on Canyon Drive on an active shooter call at 11.06am, the Amarillo Police Department said.
They determined that the suspect entered the store and fired at least one shot toward the ceiling.
The initial report to police said that he had taken a hostage and gone into an office at the back of the store.
Responding officers from multiple agencies arrived at the store and entered. Police confirmed that the suspect fired no further shots after the first one.
The SWAT continued a search of the store for the gunman, who had barricaded himself into the office.
At around 12.20pm, SWAT officers saw a person who they believed to be the only hostage come out of the office. Upon entering the room, they saw the second hostage.
‘The suspect was still armed with a handgun and was a threat to the hostage and the officers,’ a police spokesman said.
The officers fired shots, which hit the suspect. Police say he died immediately.
Both hostages were escorted to safety and examined by paramedics. Neither was injured.
Amarillo police officers, sheriff's deputies from Randall and Potter Counties, as well as Texas highway patrolmen were on the scene, officials said.
SWAT teams and bomb robots were also present. The store is closed as authorities continue their investigation.
APD’s Special Crimes Unit is handling the investigation as it is an officer-involved shooting, the department said.
Investigators have not determined how many shots were fired.
The two SWAT officers have been placed on administrative leave, which is standard protocol.
‘There is no indication that this had anything to do with terrorism or the shooting that happened over the weekend in Orlando,’ a statement from the Amarillo Police Department said.

A touching rescue mission has ended with a Texas sheriff adopting a dog he helped save after the pooch was found chained to a house in knee-deep flood waters with no way to escape.
Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls had discovered Archer, a two-year-old female Border Collie mix, tied to a front porch of a home about 30 miles southwest of Houston last Tuesday.

The shelter said it took numerous baths to get the greasy film off Archer's coat from the nasty flood waters.

The dog was rescued by boat and taken to the Houston Humane Society where Nehls and his family went to visit her on Sunday.
'Archer was super excited to see the man that had helped save her life! It was love at first sight for everyone,' the shelter wrote in a Facebook post following the visit.
'Archer spent all afternoon giving kisses to the whole crew! At the end, the family voted unanimously to adopt Archer and make her part of their pack!!!'
Nehls confirmed the adoption that same day on his Facebook, writing: 'I am happy to say the only water this girl will be in now is the swimming pool in my backyard!
'We picked her up today from the Houston Humane Society. Welcome to the family!'

Twin girls who were formerly conjoined below the waist have been released from a South Texas hospital.
A spokesman for Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi confirmed that Ximena (huh-MEE'-nuh) and Scarlett Hernandez-Torres were discharged Wednesday.
The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reports the twins moved to a Ronald McDonald House to continue their recovery with their mother and their triplet sister.
The twins are about 1 year old. They underwent an hourslong surgery last month to separate them. They had been joined at the pelvis and shared a bladder and other organs.
Doctors have a positive outlook for the children's recovery and say the girls will require additional surgeries as they grow.
Their triplet sister, Catalina, was born without serious health issues.

Austin, Texas Votes To Require Fingerprinting of Uber, Lyft Drivers

[From article]
Ride-sharing services Uber and Lyft are set to quit the Texas city of Austin after voters said fingerprinting should be part of driver background checks, reports said.
The companies had poured $8.6 million into a campaign to keep fingerprinting, which can be expensive and time-consuming, out of driver checks.
Results from the vote on Proposition One -- the most expensive campaign in city history -- showed 56 percent in favor of fingerprint checks, compared 44 percent against, according to the Austin American-Statesman newspaper.

The vote came after the City Council passed an ordinance in December that, among other rules for ride-sharing companies, required their drivers to undergo fingerprint-based background checks by February 1, 2017.
Uber and Lyft announced after the results of Saturday's vote that they were set to suspend operations in Austin, the capital city of Texas, on Monday morning.
"Disappointment does not begin to describe how we feel about shutting down operations in Austin," Uber Austin general manager Chris Nakutis said in a statement.
"We hope the City Council will reconsider their ordinance so we can work together to make the streets of Austin a safer place for everyone."
Lyft added in its own statement: "We're very disappointed to leave the Lyft Austin community -- and we hope to come back soon. If you'd like to help make Austin rideshare-friendly again, reach out to your City Council member and tell them."
Currently, New York and Houston are the only US cities that require fingerprinting for ride-sharing drivers, media reports said.

Uber has threatened to pull out of Houston if fingerprinting rules aren't changed, saying they hamper driver recruitment.
Business is booming for ride-sharing companies but they face tricky regulatory issues in cities around the world.
They are up against stiff resistance from traditional taxi drivers, as well as bans in some places over safety concerns and questions over legal issues, including taxes.
On Wednesday, San Francisco-based Uber announced a policy board that includes a former European Commission vice president to help the company overcome regulatory and other hurdles.

Texas Mother Charged With Allowing Husband To Sexually Abuse Disabled Daughter Who Was Found Dead and Burned

Holli Jeffcoat (pictured) had her throat slit and uterus removed in a brutal killing in February. Her death came soon after she accused her stepfather of sexually assaulting her.

[From article]
This is the mentally disabled teenager found dead with her uterus removed inside her family's burned out home - after claiming she had been impregnated by her stepfather.
Holli Jeffcoat, from Lubbock, Texas was found dead on February 10 with her throat cut and womb and uterus removed.
Her stepfather James Holland had been accused of raping her and was arrested in March on three counts of sexual abuse.
Now Holli's mother Debi Holland has been arrested on a charge of aggravated sexual assault. She is accused of having covered up her husband's alleged crimes.
However, no one has been charged in the death of the 18-year-old from Idalou, who was reportedly stabbed in her home before being burned.
According to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, Debi Holland's arrest warrant offers harrowing new details about the alleged abuse.
Investigators believed Holland had 'first hand knowledge' of her husband's abuse and was 'allowing' it to continue.
Abuse of the teenager was suspected as early as 2010, when the youngster tested positive for an STD in a blood sample taken following a car crash. No charges were brought against her abuser.
However, in January this year the special needs teenager - who had the mental age of a seven-year-old - told school officials that she didn't want to go home with her stepfather because the 'sex hurt'.
She also said participating in her PE class was painful because she could feel the baby moving inside her - but her mother had told her they could not afford to get rid of the unwanted pregnancy.
In interviews with investigating authorities, Holland initially denied her husband was a drug or alcohol user.
However, she later admitted he had been intravenously using methamphetamine for a long period of time.

According to Fox 4, they only stood firm for a few minutes before police told them to leave for their own safety.
As they left, the protesters chanted: 'black power'.
A large number of officers were on duty, fearing racial overtones of the rally would turn into violence.
Activist Olinka Green told the Dallas Morning News: 'This is what they fear - the black man. This is what America fears.'[. . .]
Yafeuh Balogun of the Huey P Newton Gun Club added: 'It's a people's victory here in South Dallas today.'
The Bureau of American Islamic Relations, or BAIR, rallies against what it calls radical Islam.
In a Facebook post about the counter-protest, one of the organizers wrote: 'We have decided to Protest the Nation of Islam for promoting violence against Americans openly and publicly. This is NOT about color of skin, not a white vs black thing, (not for us anyway).
'This is about RADICAL ISLAM. They have threatened to continue killing Cops, Random White People and their children to further their agenda of hate and dominance through violence.[. . .]
'They have teamed up with C.A.I.R. and that is unacceptable as well. We cannot stand by while all these different Anti American, Arab radical Islamists team up with Nation of Islam/Black Panthers and White anti American Anarchist groups, joining together in the goal of destroying our Country and killing innocent people to gain Dominance through fear
'We will be going in full gear for self defense only. This is a full gear situation, We have a comprehensive security plan for this event, all the bases are covered, you will be briefed by B.A.I.R. Team leaders and DPD as to how the security and self defense procedures will be handled.
'There are back up forces, staged strategically around the entire area. Your safety is paramount to B.A.I.R so we have taken extreme precautions.
'Again I repeat this is a FULL GEAR situation, not required but recommended. We will have the means in place to protect those who do not have weaponry and gear so come one come all its time to stand now, stand for what you believe in and don't let evil win.'
Police said the event ended without incident, according to Raw Story. [. . .]
The police department released a statement about the event prior to the protest beginning, The Blaze reported.
'The department is committed to protecting the Constitutional rights of all citizens and will make every effort to keep this protest peaceful,' the statement said.
Mosque supporter Purlie Gates was upset about the protest, according to CBS Dallas-Fort Worth.
'These people came to our community under false pretenses,' Gates said. 'Could we do the same thing?
'Could we make some allegations about a group in Highland Park and arm a militia and say we are going to go over there with arms and protest? That would have been stopped at city hall. The police would have stopped that.'

Members of the Dallas Black Panther group stood their ground as Bureau of American Islamic Relations members staged their protest.

Krystal Muhammad of the New Black Panther Party told FOX 4 last week that they would be at the mosque to make sure no BAIR members went inside.
'We won’t allow anybody to come in and try to intimidate our brothers and sisters,' she said.
Despite the success with the counter protest, it should be noted that the Southern Poverty Law Center considers thew New Black Panther Party to be a hate group.

Illegal Alien Charged With Rape of 12-year-old Texas Girl

Jose Alejandro Najarro (pictured), 52, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

[From article]
An illegal immigrant sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl and made her pregnant, prosecutors say.
Jose Alejandro Najarro, 52, faces charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, KXAN reported.
He asked the girl to come to his house in Kyle, Texas, to fix his TV in November last year, according to the affidavit.
There, prosecutors say, Najarro sat on a bed next to her and tried to kiss her.
He asked the girl to touch him and she refused, the affidavit states.
The girl then told officers he had taken off her clothes and sexually assaulted her.
She took a pregnancy test later on at a clinic and found it to be positive.
Officials say she is between four and five months pregnant.
The 12-year-old told police Najarro is the only person she has had intercourse with and that it happened once.
She said he offered her money to see her again but she refused.
Najarro is being held at Hays County Jail in San Marcos, Texas, on an immigration detainer in addition to the sexual assault charges, KXAN wrote.
The immigration detainer means the US Department of Homeland Security has reason to believe Najarro should be removed from the country, or that the department has begun deportation or removal proceedings in his case.

American Freedom Defense Initiative Producing Film About Muslim Attack On Free Expression In Texas

AFDI'S MUHAMMAD MOVIE

We’re setting the record straight about our Garland free speech event – and telling the truth about the war on free speech.

It was a day that changed America. And now we’re making a movie to tell the truth about what happened on that day, and why. Hollywood will never tell this story. The media will never tell this story. Our public schools and universities will never teach our children what happened. The truth must be told.

One of the plotters of the attack on our free speech event in Garland, Texas last May is on trial now – and a great deal that wasn’t previously known about the attack is coming out.

The media is still not telling the American people the whole story. They’re still reporting that it was our fault that devout Muslims “with Islamic flags and semi-automatic weapons” tried to slaughter hundreds of people standing up for the First Amendment in Texas at our free speech event. By doing this, the media has given its approval to the death penalty for blasphemy under Islamic law.

The fact is — at Garland, in defense of freedom, we saved lives.
— This jihad cell was planning a Super Bowl bomb plot two years ago.
— This jihad cell had been going to remote areas in the city for target practice early in 2014.
— They began conspiring with ISIS in June 2014 (the Garland attack took place in May 2015).
— One of the members of the trio exchanged more than 100 messages through social media with an overseas terrorist in the days leading up to the attack in Garland, according to FBI Director James Comey.
— “I believe the shooters were motivated by what they thought was the Islamic State, but I’m not sure they were directed by the Islamic State.” What’s the difference? The were conspiring with ISIS regularly days before the attack.
— Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem accessed an Islamic State database of U.S. military service members’ home addresses.

The bottom line is that these devout savages meant to carry out an unspeakable act of jihad.

We are determined to stand for free speech and show that at least some Americans were not ever going to give in to the violent threats Islamic jihadists have issued against those who draw cartoons of Muhammad. Giving in to a bully only encourages more bullying. I made a stand for free speech, and the jihadis failed to stop me.

What was truly shocking, however, was what happened next. Even as I received a death fatwa from ISIS, instead of standing with me for the freedom of speech, the mainstream media and even many towering figures on the right lined up to denounce me. It was no surprise that the likes of Alisyn Camerota of CNN would spar with me in a contentious interview over the propriety of not kowtowing to Sharia blasphemy laws, as she would have me do. It was more surprising that Bill O’Reilly would denounce my event, and even more so that Laura Ingraham would do so. Most surprisingly of all, Donald Trump crudely and rudely censured me for daring to draw Muhammad. All these and other supposed stalwarts of the right showed that they had no idea how seriously free speech is imperiled, and how crucial it is that we stand and defend it now.

My event was smeared as “needlessly provocative,” and I was accused of grandstanding and even inviting the jihad attack. It was the jihadis, not I, who made the cartoons a flash point. If we surrender on that point and stop drawing Muhammad, we’ve established a precedent of surrendering to violent Sharia enforcement, and once established, we will be made to reinforce it again and again.

It’s time to set the record straight: I’ve begun preparing a new documentary on the Garland attacks – a follow-up to my acclaimed 2011 documentary, The Ground Zero Mosque: The Second Wave of the 9/11 Attacks.

This much-needed new documentary won’t just give you the inside story of what happened in Garland and why. It will lay out the full and appalling details of the all-out assault on the freedom of speech that is taking place today – and why this may be the most crucial battleground today in the war for the survival of the United States of America as a free republic.

This documentary will feature new and exclusive interviews with me, Dutch freedom fighter Geert Wilders, who was the keynote speaker at the Garland event, and Muhammad cartoon contest winner Bosch Fawstin. These will reveal events at Garland and its aftermath that have never before been revealed to the public.

The movie will also be packed with seldom-seen news footage and revealing details not only of the Garland event and the jihad killers who wanted to wage jihad there, but also of the many other battlegrounds in the war for free speech that led up to the Garland attack, including the death fatwa issued in 1989 by the Islamic Republic of Iran against Salman Rushdie for his supposed blasphemy inThe Satanic Verses; the assassination of Theo Van Gogh by a Muslim on an Amsterdam street in November 2004 for his alleged blasphemy; the Dutch newspaper Jyllands Posten’s cartoons of Muhammad, published in September 2005, which touched off international riots and killings by Muslims – and most disturbing of all, calls in the West for restrictions on the freedom of speech; the Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s years-long struggle at the UN to compel the West to criminalize “incitement to religious hatred” (a euphemism for criticism of Islam); and the U.S. under Obama signing on to UNCHR Resolution 16/18, which calls on member states to work to restrict incitement to religious hatred.

We’ll cover lesser-known skirmishes in the war against free speech as well, such as Seattle cartoonist Molly Norris’ “Everybody Draw Muhammad Day” in 2010, after which Norris was forced to go into hiding and change her identity after threats. And we’ll trace out what immediately led up to my Garland event – most notably, the January 2015 massacre of Muhammad cartoonists at the offices of the Charlie Hebdo satirical magazine in Paris and the subsequent “Stand with the Prophet” event in Garland, at which Muslim groups gathered in the wake of that massacre not to defend free speech, but to complain about “Islamophobia,” while I led AFDI members and supporters in a protest outside.

It was at that AFDI protest in Garland that I conceived the idea of holding the Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in the same venue: to show that there were some people who would not submit to (and thereby encourage) violent intimidation and voluntarily accept Sharia blasphemy laws. This film will set all that out, and will also include footage from the event itself, including remarks from me, Wilders, and Fawstin.

Above all, We’ll set out the media firestorm that followed, as well as the attempts to kill me, and explain why the event’s detractors were all missing the point: the freedom of speech doesn’t apply only if you like the message; it applies to everyone. And if it is gone, so is a free society.

A documentary of this scope isn’t easy to make. Will you help us?

The implications of my Garland event are far larger than the event itself. The reaction to our event indicates how advanced the Islamic war on free speech is, and how close the leftist and Islamic supremacist authoritarians are to final victory and the death of free speech.

This film is an attempt to stop them before they achieve final victory. What will America choose? Freedom or submission? The choice is before her now. Please help us make this film. Your donation to the American Freedom Defense Initiative is tax-deductible, and may be the most important donation you will make this year. The darkness is setting in. We’re shining a light. And we need your help.

Please contribute to this crucial project here, NOW.

New York City Detectives Question Lack of Autopsy of Justice Scalia in Texas

US Marshals Bypassed The Medical Examiner To Declare a Non Suspicious Death of the Supreme Court Justice Scalia

Could this case be a motive for the remarkable determination, contrary to law, by a US Marshal, that Scalia's death was not suspicious (See Washington Post), and thus did not require an autopsy? Texas law provides for a medical examiner to make the determination, and few marshals are trained as MEs. See also,

Then again since Justice Scalia was an unimportant man, his death did not create any benefit to anyone. And in any case the current administration is so strictly lawful that it is irrational to even think such a thought. Nothing to see here folks. Move along. This way. To your left.

Sloppy Police Work After Death Of Supreme Court Justice Scalia In Texas

Antonin Scalia

Remarkable how easily police, US marshals make decisions over which they do not have jurisdiction. In this case as in many, law enforcement officers make determinations usually left for the medical examiner. Is that called usurping? But it was only a Justice of the Supreme Court of The United States, not an important person. And under this White House there is never any reason to suspect lawlessness. Ahhh-hem!

[From article]
[Judge] Guevara told the station that she planned to drive to the ranch but changed her mind when a U.S. marshal told her by phone: “It’s not necessary for you to come, judge. If you’re asking for an autopsy, that’s what we need to clarify.”
Guevara said she asked the Marshals whether there were “any signs of foul play. And they said, ‘Absolutely not,’ ” she told the station. After talking with Scalia’s personal physician, she said, she pronounced him dead and declined to order an inquest.

Texas Grand Jury Shoots the Messenger

[From article]
It seems you don’t have to shoot the messenger any more, just get a Texas grand jury to forget about that ham sandwich and indict the messenger, in this case David Daleiden, director of the Center for Medical Progress, and another pro-life activist, Sandra S. Merritt, for their videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s booming business of selling the body parts of aborted babies for cash.
[. . .]

What used to be called “investigative journalism” has been criminalized. Planned Parenthood was not indicted for selling baby body parts but in the parallel universe of this grand jury the filmmakers were indicted for engaging in an alleged criminal conspiracy to buy them. How can you buy something the other party is not selling? If Planned Parenthood was not in fact selling body parts, then why the extended negotiations? Why didn’t Planned Parenthood tell the filmmakers to get lost instead of inviting them to lunch and negotiating prices over a salad and cocktails?
Interestingly, and strictly coincidentally, of course, a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s office is a Planned Parenthood board member.
[. . .]
Yet this is the fundamentally transformed America we live in, one in which babies can be sliced and diced for profit but it is those that document this activity are guilty of the greater sin.

Shetina begins taking dance classes at D’Venue Dance Studio in Lubbock, Texas, in July 2011, where she meets a tall, handsome pathologist named Dr. Joseph Sonnier. Their friendship quickly turns into a romance that Shetina describes as the love of her life.
While Dixon is desperate to get back with Shetina, she lets him know by text message in September 2011 that she is now in love with her dance partner. The defense argued that Shetina was playing a cruel game and leading Dixon on.

Texas Muslim Charged With Arson of Mosque He Attended

Gary Nathaniel Moore, 37, was arrested early Wednesday in connection with a Christmas Day fire at a Houston mosque, Dec. 30, 2015.

[From article]
A Houston man has been arrested in connection with a suspected arson at a mosque on Christmas Day, but the motive for the crime remains a mystery, with the suspect maintaining he was a regular at the mosque.
[. . .]
According to a charging instrument released by the Harris County District Clerk, Moore told investigators at the scene that he has attended the storefront mosque for five years, coming five times per day to pray seven days per week.
Moore said he had been at the mosque earlier on Dec. 25 to pray, and had left at about 2 p.m. to go home, according to authorities and court papers. Moore said he was the last person to leave the mosque and saw no smoke or other signs of fire when he departed, authorities said. He maintained he had returned to the scene after hearing about the fire from a friend.

[. . .]
Using surveillance video from multiple businesses nearby, investigators were able to identify Moore, according to records. A search warrant of his home was conducted, and investigators recovered a backpack and clothing similar to that which was seen in surveillance footage, as well as half of a two-pack of charcoal lighter-fluid bottles that seemed to match another lighter fluid bottle found inside the mosque.
A team of 30 investigators worked around the clock investigating the cause of the fire, which was found to have multiple points of origin. Moore was even interviewed by investigators at the mosque the day of the fire. He had attended services there earlier that day, according to Ruben Hernandez, chief arson investigator with the city's fire department.
[. . .]
After collecting evidence, reviewing surveillance video and executing a search warrant, the fire department's arson bureau and the ATF made a joint arrest around 1:30 am Wednesday at Moore's house, where he lives with his wife and kids, according to Hernandez. Moore was charged with first-degree arson, a felony. A motive has not been determined.
"We view arson as a violent crime," said Robert Elder, special agent with the Houston field division of the ATF, adding that arson is not just an attack on a building but "an attack on the community."

Texas Trooper Arrested For Offering Speeding Woman Driver $300 To Have Sex With Him

Texas Department of Public Safety trooper Christopher Champion, pictured, has been fired.

[From article]
A Texas state trooper has been fired and arrested after he allegedly tried to make a woman have sex with him after pulling her over during a traffic stop.
Texas Department of Public Safety trooper Christopher Champion, 31, was arrested and booked into the Bexar County jail on charges of prostitution and official oppression Monday night, KSAT reported.
The incident allegedly happened September 17 when a 20-year-old woman filed a complaint claiming that Champion tried to pay her for sex after stopping her for speeding somewhere along northbound Interstate 35.
According to the arrest warrant affidavit, the woman said that Champion made her get out of the car and began to have a conversation with her.
KSAT reported that at one point, Champion told her to drive to the parking lot of a nearby Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q restaurant and that once in the parking lot, he offered to first pay her $100 for sex.
He then increased the amount to $300 after she refused.
The woman told investigators that he took her cell phone and sent himself a text message so that he would have her telephone number, the affidavit stated.

Under the guidance of investigators, the woman began communicating with Champion and led the trooper to believe that she was agreeing to have sex with him.
The conversation via text message and over the phone was recorded by authorities.
[. . .]
During their communications, Champion also sent the woman a number of pictures of himself, including one in which he's wearing his uniform, KSAT reported.
Champion, who worked for DPS since 2008, was fired Tuesday.
According to jail records, he was released from the Bexar County Jail on bond around 5am.
Official oppression is a Class A misdemeanor and prostitution is a Class B misdemeanor.

Supreme Court of The United States Scrutinizes Affirmative Action Again

[From article]
Affirmative action is before the Supreme Court yet again. This time it is the University of Texas in the hot seat; soon it might be Harvard defending itself against credible charges that its admission policies discriminate against Asian applicants.
The essence of these cases is whether everyone is to be treated the same in college admissions or if some people are to be treated differently.
[. . .]
The crucial difference is this: You’re either born into it or it is earned.
Since colleges serve a crucial sorting function in American life, what happens there is extended into American society at large. Is America a meritocracy, as we were all taught and would like to believe, or is it just another aristocracy? Increasingly, we seem to be going down the European aristocratic road, with predictably decadent and degenerating results visible to all insightful observers of our distant ruling class.
[. . .]

Nothing destroys motivation and a belief in the fairness of the system like an entrenched aristocracy.
Elite colleges like to portray themselves as meritocracies.
[. . .]
Eliminating aristocratic preferences based on race also means eliminating aristocratic legacy preferences for the children of alumni and the children of the rich and well connected. Fair is fair. It’s the same thing: awarding people things based on the luck of whomever they happen to be related to.

Texas Removes Planned Parenthood from Medicaid Funds

[From article]
Texas health officials have decided to cut Planned Parenthood out of the state Medicaid program entirely because of issues revealed in an undercover video, the Houston Chronicle has learned.
In a letter to be sent to state Planned Parenthood affiliates on Monday, officials say they made their decision because a video released earlier this summer showed that the women's health organization alters its abortion process to preserve fetal organs and allows private citizens into its lab wearing only gloves.
The private citizens allowed into the lab were the secret videographers, who were actors posing as people trying to buy fetal tissue for medical research.
"The State has determined that you and your Planned Parenthood affiliates are no longer capable of performing medical services in a professionally competent, safe, legal and ethical manner," writes Stuart Bowen, the inspector general of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
