Senior Citizen Month May 2016

Senior Citizen Month began in May 2016 with a change in primary harassers. Two black racist lesbians employed by police, and a black racist homosexual employed by the FBI and/or police resumed their roles. Police employ black racists because of the media perception that all black people are weak, uneducated and victims of wealthy and powerful white racists. It is clever propaganda for black supremacists promoted by U.S. journalists. They continue a behavior conditioning campaign begun by Communists from New York trying to make me into a homosexual. They continue relentless character assassination, and 24/7 criminal surveillance.

They make threats. One police agency threatens, "You might get hit." Another added "You cannot live here." which led to an additional campaign trying to force me to move. Another regular threat is "They will hit you." And, "You're going to New Jersey." or elsewhere. Harvard University graduate students in psychology at their medical school urge me to kill myself. For 40 years Communists from Washington state were the primary harassers, promoting their profile, "He's homeless and mentally ill." Now these homosexuals bring Communists for New Hampshire and New Jersey to continue the criminals abuses of their predecessors.

One reason among several is in response to comments about negligent training of campus police revealed in reports of their lack of knowledge of state laws and especially the legal notion of jurisdiction. This is a felony in violation of the Massachusetts civil rights statute, Chapter 265, Sec. 37. It is a daily example of intimidation trying to prevent me from exercising a constitutionally guaranteed right to free expression, protected speech. It also shows how fragile police are. They are unable to recognize what they are doing wrong, contrary to law, and unable to correct the errors of their ways. Instead they attack a 70-year-old elder citizen with a legal disability. They employ white hating black police employees, establishing potential evidence for three hate crimes directed at me due to age, due to race and due to disability.

In addition to misguided police abusing their privileged special state police powers, they also breach a contract that Harvard University made with the city of Cambridge, MA not to evict tenants who were in place when rent control was repealed by state referendum in 1995. It shows more lawlessness by Harvard University after many years of lack of accountability by local, state and U.S. officials.

Harvard University has in 2016 an endowment estimated at $37 billion. They purchase land and build monster buildings in Cambridge and Boston. They create monuments to the egos of the administrators, as Saddam Hussein did in Iraq. They believe Lord Acton's observation that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, does not apply to them. It is one reason police employees and building superintendents do not fear harassing and trying to force a law abiding elder white citizen with a legal disability from their premises because of legal valid accurate criticism.

The previous month, April 2016 consisted of three organized criminal enterprises, and their government associates conducting the same kind of criminal abuse and threats.

Designer Babies Made From Skin Cells and Sperm, May Eliminate Sex and Disabled Persons

It has played a key role in the evolution of life on Earth, allowing a mixture of genetic material to be passed on from generation to generation.
But sex, which almost every animal and plant on the planet uses to reproduce, could be about to come to an end for one species – our own.
An expert on the ethics of genetics at Stanford University has claimed humans may be on the cusp of a monumental change in the way we breed, using laboratories rather than the bedroom to create children.[. . .]
Professor Hank Greely argues that couples will use genetic material from a few skin cells to create eggs which will then be fertilised using sperm samples taken from the prospective father.

According to The Times, Professor Greely said: 'In 20 to 40 years, when a couple wants a baby, he'll provide sperm and she'll provide a punch of skin.
'Parents will get the embryos grouped by categories. One category will very severe, untreatable, nasty diseases.
'This will affect one to two per cent of embryos. Another category will be other diseases. The theird is cosmetic – hair, eyes, shape, whether the hair goes white early.
'We don't know much about this yet, but we will. A fourth category is behavioural – I think here information will be limited.'
Professor Greely outlines his vision of the future in his book The End of Sex and the Future of Human Reproduction.



He argues that stem cell technology already makes it possible to do much of what he has outlined.
Genetic tests are already used to pinpoint certain conditions in embryos used in IVF procedures and the growing understanding of the genome is extending this all the time.
Scientists have also shown it is possible to grow reproductive cells like eggs and sperm in the laboratory using stem cells.
Professor Greely says using a combination of cloning and stem cell technologies it may be possible to save women from the invasive procedures needed to harvest eggs for IVF.
Instead genetic material could be removed from a skin cell – taken from the woman's body – and then used to create stem cells.
These can then be encouraged to grow into eggs that can then be fertilised using conventional IVF techniques.

Professor Greely says parents advances in this technology is leading to what he calls 'easy preimplantation genetic diagnosis'. This will make sexless reproduction cheaper and easier than more traditional methods.
He says that while such procedures could be expensive, it could ultimately save society huge sums by effectively eliminating serious genetic diseases.
This could lead many to consider babies creating using old-fashioned sex as irresponsible.
But the technology could also bring serious ethical problems.
Many people are opposed to using genetic techniques to select 'designer babies' and compare it to playing God.



Professor Greely added: 'What if a woman decided to make eggs from herself and sperm from herself, and then transfer them to her own uterus?
'I don't think many people would do that, but it's a big world.'

Hate Crimes In New York City, Are Encouraged In Cambridge, MA

Carlos Simon, 18, had his phone stolen as he waited for a friend outside a Dunkin' Donuts in Staten Island on November 30. Simon said a group of three teenagers first approached him and asked him for money.

Staten Island District Attorney Michael McMahon said Simon was targeted because of his disability. 'All crimes are unacceptable, but those committed against an individual because of his or her disability are particularly despicable,' he said. That may be true in New York City. But not in Cambridge, MA where for 25 years crime families, police and FBI employees including but not limited to Harvard University campus police relentlessly harass, provoke, ridicule, humiliate and slander a 70-year-old man that they say is crazy. Cambridge residents and official have an extremely misguided self image.

A 20-year-old New York man will face hate crime charges after he and two others allegedly attacked and robbed a teenager born without arms.
Vincent Popalardo has been charged with robbery as a hate crime and assault as a hate crime for the November 30 robbery of Carlos Simon, 18, in front of a Dunkin' Donuts in Staten Island.
Simon said he was waiting for a friend outside the chain when three people came up and asked him for money.
'I told them no, and they got offended, and one of them threatened to go into my pockets,' Simon told The New York Daily News in December.
Simon had just placed his phone, which he holds with his shoulder and uses his nose for the touch screen, on a window ledge.
He said a fourth man suddenly ran up and swiped the phone before the group fled.
Simon quickly gave chase, but he suddenly realized he was alone with his attackers on an isolated side street.
That's when the three teenagers who had originally approached Simon tried to rob him.
'They cornered me, surrounded me on both sides, and tried to dig their hands into my pockets,' he told CBS New York.
A passerby heard his screams and Simon was able to then run back to the shopping center.
'I guess they just saw me as an easy target,' he said.

Staten Island District Attorney Michael McMahon said Simon was targeted because of his disability.

'It's really messed up to target people like me specifically,' Simon said.

Popalardo, believed to be the ringleader of the group, was arrested in Erie, Pennsylvania on January 6 and his bail is currently $100,000.
Police said the public's anonymous tips led to three arrests.
Two other juveniles, which police said are a 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, were also charged in the robbery and their case will be handled in family court.

A three-year-old girl born without arms embraced the first-ever armless pilot after driving six hours with her mother so she could meet her.
The touching moment between Jessica Cox, 32, and Ruth Evelyn 'RE' Pranke was captured on Friday during the premiere of the documentary about Cox's journey to become a pilot, Right Footed, ABC reported.
Cox, 32, also the first armless black belt in the American Tae Kwon Do Association, said she was 'so happy' when she heard RE and her family were attending the premiere.[. . .]
'She's been saying since we got home, "She's just like me. She doesn't have arms".'
During the pair's visit, Cox showed RE the airplane she flies which the young girl asked to see straight away when she met the motivational speaker.
Cox also was captured as she signed a poster with an inspiring message for RE, who sat next to her watching as she wrote it with her right foot.
The note read: 'RE, you can do anything! Love, your Right Footed Friend.'

The emotional hug, shared by thousands, "redefines the definition of hope," Cox told CBS News.
"You can give someone a hug without arms -- two people without arms can give a hug," the motivational speaker said. "It inspires people that anything is possible."
RE's mother, Karlyn Pranke, hoped her daughter would also be inspired.
When Pranke was 20 weeks pregnant, she found out RE would be born without arms.
"I started googling 'without limbs,'" Pranke explained. "That's when Jessica's name popped up. I wanted one day to be able to meet her."
She wanted her little girl to meet her, too.
Two months ago, when RE made a heart-wrenching request, Pranke decided it was finally time.
"She just said, 'I want arms,'"Pranke said. "She's never really said it before."
So, the Saint Paul, Minnesota, mom and RE drove six hours to AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to meet Cox at the premiere of "Right Footed," a documentary based on Cox's life.
Within minutes of meeting each other, RE asked if she could see the airplane Cox flies with her feet. With a big grin, Cox led the way.

A mentally ill man got a beat-down from cops after excitedly screaming, “Get him, Batman!’’ while watching “The Dark Knight Rises’’ with his sister in a Bronx movie theater three years ago, court papers allege.
Moses Flores Sr.’s only mistake was in choosing a theater seat right in front of an obnoxious off-duty cop, according to the suit.
After Flores, 42, innocently shouted out during the Christian Bale flick in July 2012, NYPD Officer Nelson De La Rosa tapped his shoulder and told him to shut up, the Manhattan federal court suit says.
Flores, who is bipolar and suffers from anxiety, quickly fled the theater with his sister and her pal because he didn’t want any trouble — but De La Rosa followed him out and called emergency-service-unit cops, his suit states.
Flores’ sister “shouted to the officers that her brother is mentally ill, that he suffers from panic disorders, anxiety, and that he should be approached in a peaceful, quiet, and calm manner, that he needs special accommodations, not to threaten him with physical violence or crowd around him,” according to the suit.
“[The sister] watched, afraid officers were killing her brother, as many of them jumped on Mr. Flores and smashed his head and stepped on his neck,” states the suit.

Offended At Bias in Media? Wait To You See How Biased I Am. Hehe.

Media Farm is an essay in the weekly allegedly alternative Boston newspaper, Dig Boston (formerly Weekly Dig). The newest senior journalist "wrangler" argues that white men accused of mass murder get better treatment by other journalists, than black or brown mass murderers. What is perplexing is that it is often the opposite. Seldom do illegal aliens get identified as such. They are always "a man." Same with gangs of black youth after attacking individual white persons. They are called "youth" or "teenagers" by journalists, police and politicians. Same with Muslims who may be terrorists. They are usually called "Lone Wolfs" or "domestic terrorists." The latest incident in Tennessee continues to baffle the FBI and politicians who cannot figure out the killer's motive. He's called a Jordanian American who was born in the United States. His parents are both Palestinian.

But bias, like beauty, is usually in the eyes of the beholder. So what does this media critic cite as evidence? A letter which appeared in the Pittsfield, MA Eagle. He culled from it what he calls "gems." The penultimate sentence cited is, "Was this the beginning of ISIS in America, or a deeply troubled youth with a history of mental illness and no connection whatsoever to reality, let alone the Middle East."

Usually it is conservatives who blame mental illness for violence. But this is no right winger writing here. He joins the usual suspects in the mainstream media (not alternative) using the phrase "history of mental illness," to explain the accusation against a suspect. It is widely believed by young and old, left and right that there exists a causal connection between mental illness and violence, if not crime too.

It is also stereotyping of persons with disabilities, which makes this essayist an oppressor of vulnerable persons, even while he exhibits his bona fides among liberals as a defender of black persons and brown persons from racist white people.

Many writers, politicians, and activists speak loudly and clearly defending black people and brown people in alternative and mainstream media. There are few if any defenders of persons with disabilities. They remain easy targets for racists, and anti racists. White people and black people alike. Homosexuals and breeders. Police especially like to demonize people with disabilities. One MA state police officer explained to me that they do not pay attention to people they perceive as mentally ill when they complain about crimes against them. He said you cannot rely on what they say. That implies that "normal" people do not lie. Ahem!

The phrase "history of mental illness" can be heard each day in most courts when suspects are arraigned. It makes no sense other than to discredit a suspect at an arraignment when the prosecutor and police say, "He has a history of mental illness." There is no causal connection between mental illness and crime or violence. But that does not stop the police, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and judges from slandering all persons accused of mental illness.

Massachusetts prosecutors defended their practice of revealing "a history of mental illness," because, they say, a defense attorney must notify the court if a mental illness defense will be used. That is correct. But it is not done at an arraignment. At that appearance the defendant is lucky if he even met with his attorney for more than five minutes. So how does the prosecutor and/or the police learn about this "history of mental illness?" It is a violation of state and federal law to reveal medical records. The only exception for police is if they do not know the identity of a suspect and need to use the medical records to identify the suspect. But at an arraignment the identity of the suspect is clear. So each time there is not only a violation of state and US laws, but it is also an unnecessary allegation, to discredit and to bias the judge.

Why is this not an issue of interest to the civil libertarians who denounce police, media, and court abuses of black and brown persons? Why no concern for persons with disabilities? Is there a cure for myopia?

Mozelle Nalan
February 1992 – July 2011

Leap Year Day 1992, in Whitehorse, Yukon, Ken and Natasha Nalan were blessed with an adorable baby girl, Mozelle.
Mozelle became extremely ill and doctors did not expect her to survive an emergency surgery at 36-hours-old. God blessed Mozelle's family and they enjoyed her bright blue eyes and shining spirit for 19 years, 4 months and 17 days. We are striving to thank God for the precious years we had her instead of those we lost.
Mozelle spent her childhood years in Skagway. Many happy times were spent with her dog, Shelley. During summer she would hike to and camp at Upper Lake with Judy Selmer, and even hiked the Chilkoot Trail. Zell could write and sing wonderful songs. She loved skiing, swimming, rock climbing, zip lines but most of all playing with siblings. She attended horse camp at Heart-Bar Ranch first as a camper then as a counselor. Her Baha'I faith was important to her.



Mozelle was honored to attend NCCI in London, Ontario. Mozelle enjoyed her teachers and friends. She happily immersed herself in dance, music, and theater.
Mozelle then moved with her mother and siblings to the Seattle area in 2007 to be closer to the medical care she needed. During her treatments she would take time to visit teenage cancer patients during their chemo. Her love of horses led her to volunteer at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Stable. She had hoped to make this her career. Sadly that desire to serve others was cut short when she was murdered while volunteering in Anchorage.



Please honor Mozelle's life of service by doing a good deed on Leap Year Day.
Mozelle is survived by her parents, beloved siblings Erik, Aurora and Layli, and 10 half brothers and sisters. We thank the community for their concern and support. Donations would be greatly appreciated through the Mozelle Nalan Memorial Fund at Key Bank Alaska to lay her body to rest. A celebration of life took place at the Anchorage Baha'I Center on Sunday July 24 for friends and family, followed by a potluck.
A Skagway remembrance service and celebration of Mozelle’s life will be held at Seven Pastures on Sunday, July 31 at 4 p.m.. There will be a half-hour ceremony officiated by local ministers, and then the celebration will begin. People are welcome to stop by, bring food and share memories of Mozelle. Please bring meat for the barbecue or other dishes. All are welcome, especially musicians with their instruments. Mozelle loved music.

Police say McEvoy was 21 years old on June 30, 2011, when he walked into the back yard of the Soteria House, on the 3200 block of Doris Street, and shot Nalan, who had been in training at the facility for nearly a year. Nalan suffered multiple gunshot wounds to her head and neck, including a final round which McEvoy allegedly fired while she was lying on the ground; she was taken to a hospital, but died weeks later.
McEvoy was accused of first-degree murder and other charges in Nalan’s shooting. He initially entered a not-guilty plea in the case, but pleaded guilty to the murder charge in August; in exchange, prosecutors dropped several counts of assault related to the case.

A man who was completely paralysed from the waist down can walk again after a British-funded surgical breakthrough which offers hope to millions of people who are disabled by spinal cord injuries.
Polish surgeons used nerve-supporting cells from the nose of Darek Fidyka, a Bulgarian man who was injured four years ago, to provide pathways along which the broken tissue was able to grow.
The 38-year-old, who is believed to be the first person in the world to recover from complete severing of the spinal nerves, can now walk with a frame and has been able to resume an independent life, even to the extent of driving a car, while sensation has returned to his lower limbs.

“He can get around with a walker and he’s been able to resume much of his original life, including driving a car. He’s not dancing, but he’s absolutely delighted,” said Raisman.
The NSIF’s founder, David Nicholls, whose son Daniel was paralysed in 2003, said information relating to the breakthrough will be made available to other researchers around the world to help cure paralysis.

Washington State Man Accused Of Having Sex With Hynoptized Woman

These days what's the big deal? If it was a hypnotized elephant this would be news.

An amateur hypnotist in the state of Washington is accused of having sex with a woman while she was hypnotized.

Court documents say the 25-year-old hypnotized the woman June 4 at his home in Kennewick. He reportedly had used hypnotism several times in the past to help her with her problems.
The Tri-City Herald reported (http://bit.ly/1ne7PRw ) the woman told police she had vague images of Geyer sexually assaulting her and later found evidence on her clothing.
She says when she confronted him he responded by apologizing.

Comedian Drew Carey is offering to help police find those involved in dumping a bucket of urine and feces on a special-needs teen in Ohio who was reportedly told the prank was part of the "Ice Bucket Challenge."
The Cleveland native posted on his Twitter account Saturday that he's willing to donate $10,000 if police in suburban Bay Village want to start a reward fund.
The 14-year-old boy's mother found a cellphone video of teenagers dumping the bucket on her autistic son.

Senior FBI Official Censured For Remarks About Disabled Veteran

The Justice Department’s inspector general has concluded that a senior FBI official created the impression of witness-tampering during a discrimination lawsuit brought against the bureau by a disabled Army veteran.
Teresa Carlson, who is currently an FBI acting deputy assistant director, showed “extremely poor judgment” in her statements to Special Agent Mark Crider, a subordinate who was being deposed in the case, the inspector general found.
Crider was called to testify last year in a lawsuit brought by the veteran who had been disqualified from agent training in 2011 because of concerns about his prosthetic left hand.

Crider told the OIG that when he informed Carlson that he was scheduled to be deposed, she told him, among other things, that “Slaby should never be an agent because he is disabled,” according to the report.
Carlson told the OIG that she “absolutely” did not make the statement. She also “firmly denied” telling Crider it would be in his best interest to side with the FBI, the report said.

Psychiatry is a business of social control using the police power of the state, sans Due Process. Illnesses are created by consensus. Psychiatry is not a scientific discipline. Nazi Germany and Stalin's Russia used psychiatry to silence critics, while collecting guns. Psychiatric industry has a better PR image than the NRA. Public thinks psychiatry is a helping, healing, caring profession of omniscient morally superior, godlike professionals. It is loved by politicians, and police (i.e., control freaks) as a way to control people.

Psychiatrists Attack

The psychiatric industry has such a tight hold on public discourse about their business, that anyone who disagrees with them and anyone who criticizes psychiatry is designated a Scientologist. I'm surprised they limit their character assassination to that. Why not just call all critics tin foil hat wearers too? The first rule of propaganda is to discredit critics. How does what the control freak psychiatric industry does differ from what U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy did to alleged Communists? Today (June 9, 2014) as I did errands one more Harvard University employee asked me if I was leafletting for Scientology. It shows how limited the range of thought is on the misguided and dangerous business of the fake science of psychiatry. Ask Peter Breggin what they did to him after he dared to testify in court about psychiatric abuses of children. 

On or about June 3, 2014 the dedicated, thoughtful, imaginative, brutal, arrogant, hateful and hostile, graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School returned to her mission. She resumed her monotonous, relentless, daily sleep disturbances every one or two hours, and her high tech remote tampering with my computer to cause it to crash, with concurrent character assassination. 

On June 8, 2014 a thoughtful couple, one man one woman, took time from their busy lives, shot dead two Las Vegas police officers, who were having lunch. They went on to shoot a civilian and then they killed themselves. No one was watching them. They were free to roam the land and plan their depraved violence. Las Vegas does not share the same public safety priorities as Cambridge MA and Harvard University campus police, who stalk, harass, provoke, insult, threaten, ridicule, humiliate and slander me every day all day.

It makes any attempt to enjoy life or to pursue happiness, a right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, impossible. In early June 2014, PBS re-broadcast a special called, Happy. It described some of the ways that people enjoy their lives and live long ones. Being harassed every day, isolated from friendly people, and surrounded by hateful and hostile people, does not encourage happiness, nor does it enable long life. But that is what this charming Harvard University employee is doing every day in the name of some misguided good. Likely the good is covering up many years of criminal abuses by her, and her associates. It is a campaign which local, state and U.S. officials and human services professionals in Massachusetts ignore, and encourage by default.

For about one week during the last few days of May and the first few days of June 2014 a group of police psychiatrists took control of the surveillance and harassment, giving the graduate student a needed respite. The following events added to the reasons why my opinion of psychiatry changed from skepticism to outright hostility and fear. I was always skeptical of psychiatry after reading Thomas Szasz's and Peter R. Breggin's books, and listening to Dr. Fred Baughman speak before Congressional committees. Psychiatry is an arbitrary discipline with an undeserved image as benevolent and scientific. It is a method of social control with no Due Process protections, masquerading as a healing profession. 




60 Minutes broadcasts regular features promoting the psychiatric industry. The show has extensive funding from drug companies so it is not surprising. They never note that they get a lot of their advertising from the drug industry. On Sunday June 8, 2014 Steve Kroft hosted another one of these promos for drug treatment for persons accused of mental illness. As usual his expert was E. Fuller Torrey a well known hater of persons with disabilities, who he describes as dangerous and in need of forced psychiatric drugs. Nowhere on the feature did Kroft mention the role of psychiatric drugs as a cause of violence. He blamed the usual suspect, a fantasy illness made up by consensus. They used to blame a chemical imbalance of the brain, for mental illness. Until they were challenged by some disabled persons. The American Psychiatric Association was unable to provide any evidence for that elusive chemical imbalance. Like the dedicated propagandists that they are, now they show pretty images of the brain and say there is evidence of the illnesses we made up by consensus. They do not establish any connection between the images and the illness. They just say it and it is broadcast by the obedient, conformist, useful idiots among the journalism elite.

A group of computer professionals held a three-day meeting (May 30, to June 1, 2014) to encourage and to facilitate making government information accessible to voters and taxpayers online. During the course of my visit I encountered a young man wearing sunglasses. He was speaking with another young man who enthusiastically boasted about his new job. He worked as a web designer and then took a new position working for the City of Somerville. He described his duties which included answering calls from citizens and residents about problems with city services.

At some point I related some of my experiences with local governments, Somerville, MA and Cambridge, MA. After adding details about speaking to the city council, writing bills for the state house (one about regulating use of human subjects in medical research) and hosting a local cable access TV show, I expressed what I thought of as the way to interact with public officials. I said they do not listen. Instead of getting upset, or banging one's head against the wall I take my lesson from Jessica Mitford. She allegedly said, "You can't change the world. But you can embarrass the guilty." I said, "That works." 

The man with the sunglasses expressed his horror at someone having such opinions. He became hostile and aggressive. He asked me what I meant about use of human subjects in experiments. I said usually people accuse me of being against research. I told of one research misadventure I saw in the Boston Globe. Four people died in gene therapy trials at two Harvard University Medical School teaching hospitals in Boston. He kept interrupting me asking questions as if I was a witness at a trial. "How do you know that? They were desperate," he said.

I said "I know they were desperate. But that did not justify using them without informed consent." I called the Boston police to ask if they investigated the deaths. The spokesman for the police told me "They do their own investigations."

"Oh," I said, "If I was arrested for homicide could I do my own investigation too?" She told me not to call there any more and hung up.

It is a First Amendment right to make inquiries of the police, a prominent division of the government. I called the next day and explained the First Amendment to the woman. She again told me not to call them. Then I called to the state Medical Examiner and to the District Attorney. State law requires that deaths in hospitals must be reported to one or the other. Neither office received reports of the deaths. The penalty for not reporting the deaths was $50. Not much of an incentive, especially for Harvard University Medical School researchers. They always act in the name of good.

One of eleven bills I wrote in 2001 and had eleven hearings at the state house, was to increase penalties for not reporting deaths in hospitals. I realized that if a person was used as a human subject (or if medical researchers said he was a human subject) for medical research and someone decided to kill him, the killer would never be found. Because the police and the state agencies do not investigate such deaths. Convenient way to kill, I thought. Negligent homicide is still homicide. I learned later that 90,000 to 100,000 persons die each year in American hospitals due to medical negligence. That is seldom mentioned by dedicated journalists.

This was met with hostility by Sunglass Man. I was careful not to say anything that would upset him more. I did not know if he was easily provoked to violence or just angry at me. He acted as if he knew me. He seemed to be extremely angry with what I was saying. When I told him of Jessica Mitford's doctrine, he walked away and said. "I'm done."

Done? What was he doing? This was a computer professional meetup. In retrospect I think he was a police employee doing an evaluation. Evaluations without consent violate state and U.S. privacy laws. One problem is due to the extreme arrogance of psychiatrists and especially Harvard University affiliated psychiatrists. They believe that laws do not apply to them. I think Mr. Sunglasses was a psychiatrist or worked with them. How many people react to discussion about use of human subjects in research passionately? Most people lose interest immediately. This guy was upset. 

His antagonism was like that of the people who harass me every day. Control freaks get upset when they are unable to get and keep control of another human. They react violently in cases of domestic assault some of which lead to homicide. Maybe he was one of the temporary replacements conducting harassment for the usual graduate student?

It took me a few days to connect the dots between the recent reaction to a comment I posted about Harvard University's former Provost, psychiatrist Steven Hyman. He is the task force chairman to make Harvard University compliant with the requirements of Title IX of the Education Act of 1972. His statements attracted my attention for two reasons. He is a psychiatrist. Why is he chairman of that task force? What knowledge does he bring to address the issue? I realized it was two. Spineless leaders attribute extraordinary knowledge, omniscience, to psychiatrists. Second he was the Provost and knows about obtaining U.S. taxpayer grants. Non compliance with Title IX jeopardizes those grants. Harvard University gets about $175 million each year, not chump change. Hyman is also a prominent researcher in psychiatry in Cambridge.

My question, "Is Sunglass Man more of that?" On June 2, 2014 I ate at home, and began to feel groggy. I realized that someone had placed drugs in my food. That is a violation of the poisoning statute, a felony. It happened several times to me during the past 43 years of brutal criminal harassment in mostly three states. Psychiatrists believe that they know what a person needs--drugs. And if the person refuses to take the drugs the control freaks force them on the person. One way is to provoke the person and have him arrested and held in a mental hospital. Then they can force drugs freely with no opposition or protection from the abuse.

They try to do that to me. I do not react to their constant provocations. Psychiatric proactive arrogance then implements Plan B. Harvard University administration, i.e., building superintendents can provide access to the apartment. Someone placed psychiatric drugs in my bottled water which I purchase because the tap water was occasionally polluted. Thwarting them at one entry caused them to commit a burglary to poison my food supply. Charming, no? Not the first time. Was it the same Sunglass Man? Was he working for Professor Hyman? I have no evidence. But I have my suspicions. It is not surprising to me because it's been done too often previously. I am not under the care of any psychiatrist or any psychologist. There is no court order to allow placing drugs in my food. It is three felonies. If there was enforcement of laws against psychiatrists for offenses like this the professional might lose his license. Or it could have been one more of those wannabes, crime family or police employees who once worked as a guard at a mental hospital and thinks he is psychiatrist.

That explains my hostility, my antagonism and fear of psychiatrists. Police agencies will not address such criminal abuses even though they are felonies. Psychiatrists get a pass and Harvard University employees, have a de facto exemption from criminal liability. That is a Massachusetts problem.

From about 1960 to 1974, two large organizations of criminals, politicians, government officials were engaged in a national war for power. I call them the Kennedy Cult and the California Syndicate. I was adopted by the Kennedy Cult when I was student in college. They admired the skills I showed during the student protests in 1968 at Columbia University. Without me knowing it, the California Syndicate began harassing me. To them I was the enemy. I was clueless about the war and these organizations at the time. I loved everyone and treated everyone with respect. I avoided unpleasant people. I attended law school and the attacks continued. Still I was clueless why people would harass me and insult me. I did nothing to provoke them. In retrospect I now understand what was going on. It was war and they saw me as a leader of the Kennedy cult. I was important to both organizations. One supported me the other attacked me.

When the war ended the two organizations continued their conflicting relationships with me. It continues today but takes different forms. At some point the Kennedy Cult changed their efforts defending me and created a false profile so that they could reduce the amount of resources spent defending me from the California Syndicate. One of their operatives said to me, "If you're not a lawyer you're nobody." The new profile included but was not limited to "a retired drug dealer," and an "Italian American homosexual." Previously the profile was "black, Jewish, homosexual from New York." The California Syndicate added "He's a racist. He's homeless and mentally ill." Fast forward to 2014 the Kennedy cult employs psychiatrists and psychologists, some from Harvard University Medical School. They do evaluations without consent, a violation of state and U.S. privacy statutes. But no problem. Psychiatrists and Harvard University affiliates are above the laws. These sociopaths have exemptions. So why not give some drugs to this unfortunate man? They seldom know any history beyond he is "mentally ill, and poor."

After several years (20 or more) of complaining to city, state and U.S. officials about criminal abuses by police employees and crime family associates, this is what transpired in June 2014. The Kennedy Cult which adopted me during their war, and made me a target, declared that none of the previous 43 years of criminal abuses happened. They simply erased it from history! How convenient. If I disagree, they simply say, "He's mentally ill and needs treatment, preferably drug treatment." But they know I will never willingly ingest psychiatric drugs, known toxic chemicals with a propaganda image of benevolence. 

On or about June 1-3, 2014 I came home and had dinner. When I began to feel groggy I knew someone had placed drugs in my foods. There is no evidence of a break-in. That means someone gave the drug carrier entry to my apartment, where he put the drugs in my foods, in violation of the state poisoning statute, a felony. It is not the first time that happened. There are psychiatrists and some omniscient chumps who worked as guards in mental hospitals who designate themselves psychiatrists who know how to get needy persons to take the drugs in order to cure them of their illnesses made up by consensus. The Kennedy Cult treats people without consent. "Who needs consent? We know what you need. We are psychiatrists and know everything. And we are morally superior. Our genes have been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism."

Moving along into June 2014, I was joined in my life journey by some thoughtful gentlemen from New Hampshire once again. Whenever the team of control freaks in Massachusetts that annoys me each day runs out of useful idiots to harass me they reach into neighboring New Hampshire where there are plenty more who anxiously join in harassing a 70-year-old white man they say is disabled, mentally ill. I was surprised to learn how many police, human services professionals, politicians, and ordinary folks, as limousine liberals refer to ordinary civilians, have a strong urge to harass, belittle, ridicule, intimidate people they believe are weaker than they are. The fundamental flaw among the public is that government thugs only harass strong, wealthy and powerful people. It is the complete opposite. They focus only on weak people. As explained by Roger Morris in his book, Partners in Power, about the Clintons, the preferred leaders are weak with relaxed rectitude. They fear targeting strong people who are capable of returning fire and doing harm to the fragile image of the weak leader. Thus they only target weak people who cannot fight back, or at least are perceived as unable to do so.

Persons with disabilities are likely targets for these control freaks, predators, bullies and sadists. The New Hampshire team arrived and began intense harassment as per the usual pattern when a new team of lawyer, psychiatrist, and thugs begin their efforts. They try to recreate the police frame-up from 1990 when the California Syndicate hired Cambridge and Somerville police to provoke me and to arrest me after I complained to the chiefs of both police agencies. They paid seven lawyers not to put on a defense. Of the five judges involved, one threatened to have me put into a hospital if I testified about what happened to me. Another judge refused to appoint any more lawyers and ordered me to appear and represent myself.

So much for erasing history and declaring me mentally ill because I do not trust either of these criminal organizations. I am not certain that a third national organization is now trying to provoke me as the previous two organizations did. I suspect that the Midwestern Outfit has now begun the same kind of harassment and provocation as the California Syndicate did before them.

How many men have been on the cover of Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues? What about persons with disabilities? How many NFL coaches, post game pundits, quarterbacks, and how many NBA guards, coaches, play by play announcers have disabilities? When talking about discrimination, and victimhood, why do the special interest lobbyists for women and "minorities" omit this group of persons who are as numerous as homosexuals and black people? How many Republicans, conservatives are in management positions in Hollywood, or for that matter tenured faculty at UCLA, Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Stanford, etc.?

Woman Candidate, Harvard Law School Graduate Shows Insensitivity Toward Man With Disability

Wendy Davis, of course, needs no introduction. Her filibuster of a bill to ban abortion in Texas after 20 weeks—a measure that would be uncontroversial even in Belgium or France—made her an instant star for progressives and much of the media. For them, few things are as stirring as a lonely, principled stand in favor of near-infanticide.
Her personal story was also catnip for TV producers and profile writers, who were thrilled by the trajectory of the former teen mom who lived in a mobile home and eventually earned a law degree at Harvard on the way to becoming the nation's foremost defender of late-term abortion. It's as if the protagonist of a Horatio Alger novel pulled himself up by his bootstraps and onto the board of Planned Parenthood. What's not to like?

Her version of her story has an ideological charge. So much of her allure for her feminist political base is her status as a go-it-alone single mom. That she benefited from the stability and resources of marriage can't be allowed to muddy the picture.
The Today Show interview mentioned her second marriage, but slightingly: "[Wendy] Davis married again for a time." For a time? She was married to Jeff Davis for 18 years!

Davis fumed on Twitter, "These attacks show that Greg Abbott's completely out of touch with the struggles that I faced and so many Texans face."
To suggest that Abbott is unfamiliar with struggle is offensively stupid. When Abbott was a law student in his 20s, he was out jogging when a tree fell on him, shattering his spine. He spent months recovering in the hospital and has been confined to a wheelchair ever since.

Most people could forgive Guo Shijun if he gave up on his dream of a university education: because of his full time commitments to caring for his paralysed father and sick mother, he is spread incredibly thin.
Most people would forgive him, but it is possible Shijun wouldn't forgive himself, as instead of giving up his studies, he persuaded university officials to let his father to stay in his dorm for the full term, after he was paralysed in a building accident.
Shijun still managed to get a place at a top university, and, impressed with his dedication in the face of insurmountable odds, they let him bring his father to university with him to lighten his load.

Nearly 100 suspects – many of them city cops and firefighters falsely claiming they were traumatized on 9/11 - were busted Tuesday in a huge mental disability pension fraud scam that cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, sources told The Post.

A 200-page indictment said the greedy scammers collected between $30,000 and $50,000 a year based on bogus claims that they were totally incapacitated by serious psychiatric and mental health problems, including depression, acute anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The scammers allegedly worked with doctors and lawyers who coached them to act like mental patients when they were being examined and interviewed about their Social Security claims.
Four of those indicted were accused of being ringleaders who would help the cops and firefighters get the bogus pensions and then be repaid with kickbacks, sources said.
The head scammers include Raymond Lavallee, 83, a Nassau County lawyer and former FBI agent and prosecutor, and retired cop John Minerva, 61, who worked on pension requests for an NYPD union.

One of these officers was Chief of the Department who retired in 2013.
