Yurts For The Homeless

The best part of this proposal is the reaction of the City Attorney, saying it would require approvals by health department, zoning board, and whatever. Homelessness is now accepted as normal even in freezing weather. Isn't it amazing how lawyers and public officials can rationalize everything?
