WI Teen Girl Abused By Father and Step Mother
This is a repeat of the negligence of the Jaycee Lee Dugard case. That California girl was kidnapped and held for 22 years by a convicted sex offender. He raped her repeatedly and impregnated her twice. In spite of 61 visits to his house the probation (parole) officers failed to notice her and stop the criminal abuse. This Wisconsin teen was living with her father and step mother, while being abused. So it is not just the Massachusetts human services corporations which fail to stop abuses of vulnerable civilians. In MA the police and FBI use criminal employees to do their criminal abuses and provocations. The pattern remains the same everywhere. Taxpayer funds are used to pay undeserved high salaries to executives connected to the depraved politicians who allow the abuses to become institutionalized.

"The human brain can only tolerate so much trauma, so much fear," said Ernie Allen, the president of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. "What children in captivity tend to do is figure out whatever they have to do to survive. So we should never be surprised when children don't do heroic things, when they don't try to escape. It's pretty clear that this girl was in a situation in which she had no power, in which every aspect of her life was controlled."
