US and Mexico Share Election Priorities

The election formula outlined in this article applies to Mexico. But it is the same in the US. Weak politicians with relaxed rectitude have been and are supported by criminal elements across the US, in local, state and US elections. Obama is an example of a weak person with that relaxed rectitude desirable to criminal Americans. It is up to the American voters to end this descent to the rule by organized crime. Some think it is too late. That they already control the political parties, the courts and the US government. It does not appear that the voters are up to it. The population in the US seeks to maintain their comfortable existence and care little about what the government does. They give them money so that they can enjoy their lives and keep their home prices high.

[From article]
"Zetas and the Sinaloa cartel commanders [. . .] have an idea of what constitutes politically favorable conditions for their operations: a weak government with corrupt cops, bought judges and a defanged military focused on parades. Add frightened reporters, since the bribed cops won't protect them, and you've got a drug lord Reconquista of Mexico,
[. . .]
There is little doubt that the drug cartels will use their billions to try to elect pliant politicians. The Mexican people, fortunately, will make the final choice."
