Cambridge, MA Letter Writer Laments Lack of Affordable Housing




Who doesn't want to see Cambridge as an upper class academic enclave? Who are the groups? Identify yourselves! Homeowners are happy to see their net worth increase every year. How many Cambridge neighborhood associations are not run by and for home owners? Businesses prefer wealthy residents who have money to spend. Haven't you heard? Poverty causes vandalism and terrorism. Who wants poor people living in Cambridge? People of means do not commit crimes. They are all trustworthy, dress elegantly, are made of pure integrity, are caring, helpful, compassionate, truthful, handsome, intelligent, and are not malodorous.
