Chicago Police Arrest Network Photographers

With all of the daily shootings of young people by young people in Chicago, the Chicago police show how thoroughly corrupt they are. A high number of homicides indicates a high level of police corruption. Yet the police focus on bullying harmless journalists. Chicago police are not unique. In Cambridge MA where limousine liberals rule the state, police often say the same to me. "You are being disorderly." in order to set up an arrest to stop photographing. They stand in front of the camera and shine a flashlight into the lens to destroy images. First Circuit Court of Appeals stated that taking photos is a protected form of expression under the First Amendment applying as well to police activity. This was not a crime scene as stated. That does not stop police from abusing their power showing they are negligently trained in the exercise of First Amendment rights by civilians.

But this also shows the misguided priorities of the spineless people who make policy. The focus of bullying is on high school students who bully other students. Police have no problem arresting student bullies. But who controls the police bullies, the teacher bullies and the members and associates of crime family bullies?

Chris Hanson revealed on his special NBC Dateline feature broadcast on Sunday March 18, 2012 about Mexican drug cartels who grow marijuana in United States national forests. One raid yielded between $20 and $40 million of the product. No one watches these organized crime families operating in the US on public land.

But the police and the FBI allow a 40 year criminal program of abuse of a 69-year-old man (who the police and the FBI say is disabled) to continue in Cambridge MA. During this three-year presidential campaign has any of the candidates or the incumbents spoken about any of these pervasive misguided police and FBI priorities?

"Your First Amendment rights can be terminated if you're creating a scene or whatever," the officer said.
When asked how they were creating a scene, the officer said, "Your presence is creating a scene."
