Harvard Law Students Try Case in Media
[Second Comment]
Will Harvard students protest the shooting death in a dorm at Mississippi State University, of junior John Sanderson, 21, a white man, by three black men? Two have been arrested. Will the race neutral (Ahem!) Obama, Holder, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton Racism Industrial Complex mourn the violent death of this student? Will the prominent Civil Rights organization The New Black Panther Party raise money to see that the government does what it should with the three black suspects?
* * *
"Cristina M. Rodrigues, another law student, said that Zimmerman’s actions should not be protected by the Florida policy. 'Even with the [Stand your Ground] law, you aren’t allowed to follow someone and claim self-defense,' she said.
'To allow people to chase someone and shoot them and get away with it—that’s an unfair law,' said Maia J. Cogen, a student at Harvard Law School." How do these "Law Students" know what happened? If this is what HLS is training and how they are training them, the law school needs to be cleansed of its professors and admissions officers. Perhaps HLS has become a Public Relations school which teaches its students to try disputes in the media. Who needs courts with lawyers like these students?
