A more insulting and mindless exercise would be hard to imagine. But Napolitano’s seminar possesses a larger significance: it demolishes any remaining hope that college administrators possess a firmer grip on reality than the narcissistic students over whom they preside.

Well, you might ask any high school senior, steeped in his class’s SAT rankings, if it’s true that “people of color” are given “extra benefits” in college admissions. He will laugh at your naïveté. A 2004 study of three top-tier universities, published in Social Science Quarterly, found that blacks were favored over whites by a factor of 5.5 and that being black got students an extra 230 SAT points on a 1,600-point scale. Such massive preferences for URMs are found at every selective college and graduate school. Every student knows this, and yet diversity protocol requires pretending that preferences don’t exist.

The ultimate question raised by the seminar is: Are there any adults left on campus, at least in administrative offices? And the answer is: no. An adult administrator would realize that he is presiding over the most tolerant, well-meaning, and opportunity-filled community in human history. He would understand that the claim that females and minorities are the victims of discrimination on campuses is sheer fiction.

Bud The Cowboy

A cowboy named Bud was overseeing his herd in a remote mountainous pasture in Montana when suddenly a brand-new 2015 BMW advanced toward him out of a cloud of dust. The driver, a young man in a Brioni® suit, Gucci® shoes, RayBan® sunglasses and YSL® tie, leaned out the window and asked thecowboy, "If I tell you exactly how many cows and calves you have in your herd, will you give me a calf?"

Bud looks at the man, who obviously is a yuppie, then looks at his peacefully grazing herd and calmly answers, "Sure, why not?"

The yuppie parks his car, whips out his Dell® notebook computer, connects it to his Apple i phone, and surfs to a NASA page on the Internet, where he calls up a GPS satellite to get an exact fix on his location which he then feeds to another NASA satellite that scans the area in an ultra-high-resolution photo.

The young man then opens the digital photo in Adobe Photoshop® and exports it to an image processing facility in Hamburg, Germany ...

Within seconds, he receives an email on his Apple iPad® that the image has been processed and the data stored. He then accesses an MS-SQL® database through an ODBC connected Excel® spreadsheet with email on his Galaxy S5® and, after a few minutes, receives a response.

Finally, he prints out a full-color, 150-page report on his hi-tech, miniaturized HP LaserJet® printer, turns to the cowboy and says, "You have exactly 1,586 cows and calves."

"That's right. Well, I guess you can take one of my calves," saysBud.

He watches the young man select one of the animals and looks on with amusement as the young man stuffs it into the trunk of his car.

Then Bud says to the young man, "Hey, if I can tell you exactly what your business is, will you give me back my calf?"

The young man thinks about it for a second and then says, "Okay, why not?"

"You're a Congressman for the U.S.Government", says Bud.

"Wow! That's correct," says the yuppie, “but how did you guess that?"

"No guessing required." answered thecowboy. "You showed up here even though nobody called you; you want to get paid for an answer I already knew, to a question I never asked. You used millions of dollars worth of equipment trying to show me how much smarter than me you are; and you don't know S--- about how working people make a living - or about cows, for that matter. This is a herd of sheep.”

“Now give me back my dog.”

Don't know if any or all of the figures cited herein are accurate. But the pattern described is very much a true account of how government works. 

NIGHT WATCHMAN
Once upon a time the government had a vast scrap yard in the middle of a desert.

Congress said, "Someone may steal from it at night."

So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job.

Then Congress said, "How does the watchman do his job without instruction?"

So they created a planning department and hired two people, one person to write the instructions, and one person to do time studies.

Then Congress said, "How will we know the night watchman is doing the tasks correctly?"

So they created a Quality Control department and hired two people. One was to do the studies and one was to write the reports.

Then Congress said, "How are these people going to get paid?"

So they created two positions: a time keeper and a payroll officer then hired two people.

Then Congress said, "Who will be accountable for all of these people?"

So they created an administrative section and hired three people, an Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and a Legal Secretary.

Then Congress said, "We have had this command in operation for one year and we are $918,000 over budget, we must cut back."

So they laid-off the night watchman.

NOW slowly, let it sink in.

Quietly, we go like sheep to slaughter. Does anybody remember the reason given for the establishment of the DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY during the Carter administration?

Anybody?

Anything?

No?

Didn't think so!

Bottom line is, we've spent several hundred billion dollars in support of an agency, the reason for which very few people who read this can remember!

It was very simple... and at the time, everybody thought it very appropriate.

The Department of Energy was instituted on 8/04/1977, TO LESSEN OUR DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN OIL.

Hey, pretty efficient, huh???

AND NOW IT'S 2015 -- 38 YEARS LATER -- AND THE BUDGET FOR THIS "NECESSARY" DEPARTMENT IS AT $24.2 BILLION A YEAR. IT HAS 16,000 FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AND APPROXIMATELY 100,000 CONTRACT EMPLOYEES; AND LOOK AT THE JOB IT HAS DONE!

Four of the criminal aliens came from Mexico, two from El Salvador, and two from Honduras, the information revealed.

More Chicanery, Obstruction By IRS and Lois Lerner

The IRS used a “wholly separate” instant messaging system that automatically deleted office communications, according to documentation released by the House Oversight Committee on Monday. The system appears to have been purposefully used by agency officials responsible for the targeting of conservative non-profits, in order to evade public scrutiny.
The system, known as “Office Communication Server” or OCS was used by IRS officials, including many in the Exempt Organizations (EO) Unit, which was headed by Lois Lerner.
As the Oversight Committee report states, the instant messaging system did not archive any communications, so it is not possible to know what employees of the EO unit discussed on it.
However, in an email uncovered by the Committee Lerner warns her colleagues about evading Congressional oversight:
“I was cautioning folks about email and how we have had several occasions where Congress has asked for emails and there has been an electronic search for responsive emails – so we need to be cautious about what we say in emails.”
Lerner then asks whether OCS is automatically archived. When informed it was not, Lerner responded “Perfect.”

Ill Mother of Eight Dies in Mount Vernon, NY Court Holding Cell, After Visit To Prison Hospital

someone within the DA’s office advised him that sometime between Turner’s arrest and Monday morning, she complained of being ill and was taken to Mount Vernon Hospital — across the street from the holding cell — for treatment before being returned to custody.
A law enforcement official confirmed that the victim had spent time at the hospital before being returned to custody.
The source was unable to provide a detailed chronology of what happened, but noted that the victim once again became ill early Monday, delaying her expected appearance in court that day — and that she was later found dead in her cell.
“Right now, it doesn’t appear to be criminal, but rather someone who got sick and then died,” said the official.
Gonzalez suggested that officials could have done much more to address Turner’s health issues and were aware that she was in distress before she died.
He added that on Monday, Turner’s husband, Harold, appeared in court for his wife’s expected arraignment and was told by a woman court worker, “Your wife is not feeling well. She needs to see a doctor.”
The court worker, who was employed by Pre-Trial Services, advised the husband that the agency would recommend to the judge that Turner be released on her own recognizance so she could consult with a doctor, Gonzalez said

The study found that children in households with an annual income below $24,000 for a family of four had 7 to 10 percent less gray matter volume than what is considered standard for healthy development.
Pollak says these differences in gray matter can be linked to varying amounts and quality of stimulation.
Poor children “are getting too little of things we need to develop the brain and too much of things that inhibit brain growth,” he said. These children may not be getting adequate stimulation from parents or access to learning tools like books or games. Pollak notes poor nutrition may be another factor.
The new findings have experts rethinking how poverty is portrayed. Pollak says it’s not only a social condition, it’s a medical problem too

The elevated “SkyWatch” booth was taken away at 6 a.m. Tuesday. It had been erected July 21 after a Post exposé about the hordes of homeless people who had invaded the park and Mayor Bill de Blasio’s subsequent attempt to chat up the vagrants living there.

But despite the intention to provide a sense of security, the cops’ eye in the sky irked East Villagers who visited Tompkins Square Park on a daily basis.
“I don’t love seeing it here,” said Paul Engler, a 58-year-old business owner. “I think the police were doing their very best to make sure things stayed on the level, but I’d rather see cops walking around the park. That gives people access to them.”

New York Gentleman, 20, Assisted By His Mother, Kidnaps, Beats Mother of His Child

The 20-year-old mom, who has not been named, was allegedly tortured by the child’s father, identified as Malachi Blaylock, 20, and Blaylock’s mother, identified as Yolanda Gilreath, 51, for five days straight after she stopped by their Rockville Centre home for a visit, according to police.
After being surprised at the door of the house by Blaylock, who had been staying at his mom’s apartment on Old Mill Court, the child was snatched from the woman’s arms and she was ordered into a bedroom.
The young man then shoved the unidentified victim to the ground and told her she couldn’t leave — yelling at her and punching her in the face and body at the same time, authorities said.
Over the course of the next five days, starting at some point last week, Blaylock beat the woman, stabbed her in the hand with a pair of scissors and threatened her with a gun.
She attempted to flee on numerous occasions, but to no avail. After each failed attempt, Blaylock would simply run her down and restrain her again, police said.
On Wednesday, Gilreath and her son moved the woman and her child to a house in Hempstead, where they continued to hold her against her will. After Blaylock left the apartment around 10 p.m. Friday, the victim was able to call her mother — who rushed over to the home to pick her up and take her to the hospital.

The pair faces charges of first-degree kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.
In addition, Blaylock was charged with strangulation, assault, menacing and criminal mischief.

A mentally ill man got a beat-down from cops after excitedly screaming, “Get him, Batman!’’ while watching “The Dark Knight Rises’’ with his sister in a Bronx movie theater three years ago, court papers allege.
Moses Flores Sr.’s only mistake was in choosing a theater seat right in front of an obnoxious off-duty cop, according to the suit.
After Flores, 42, innocently shouted out during the Christian Bale flick in July 2012, NYPD Officer Nelson De La Rosa tapped his shoulder and told him to shut up, the Manhattan federal court suit says.
Flores, who is bipolar and suffers from anxiety, quickly fled the theater with his sister and her pal because he didn’t want any trouble — but De La Rosa followed him out and called emergency-service-unit cops, his suit states.
Flores’ sister “shouted to the officers that her brother is mentally ill, that he suffers from panic disorders, anxiety, and that he should be approached in a peaceful, quiet, and calm manner, that he needs special accommodations, not to threaten him with physical violence or crowd around him,” according to the suit.
“[The sister] watched, afraid officers were killing her brother, as many of them jumped on Mr. Flores and smashed his head and stepped on his neck,” states the suit.

Driving home today I got lost and made a wrong turn. In an unfamiliar area I drove slowly but made the mistake of not seeing a poorly marked one way. I stopped midway through entering it when I realized I screwed up and fortunately there were no close calls or potential accidents. Only a single oncoming car (not the medford cop/detective in the video, he was on the other side) that had fully stopped before the road seeing my stupid mistake. After I stopped and realized it was too late I just continued out of the way and back onto the correct road in front of me. This man starts tailgating me and puts his high beams on in his Red Chevy Silverado pick up truck. He then yells how I'm an asshole and that he is going to hurt me, and well the rest is in the video.
The date is incorrect as my dashcam apparently was set wrong. I very rarely ever need to pull videos off of it over the period of time I've owned it and just didn't notice the date mistake. The time however is right.
I also never gave my address to him, he found it by running my plates/license so him saying I'm not registered is false. I have had that info updated since I moved.

It indicates how out of control some police officials are. Members and associates of crime families are known to be psychopaths. But police too? They target harmless civilians while ignoring  dangerous violent criminals. This is the same pattern I experience every day with the way psychopaths harass and provoke me. Currently there is an associate of the the California Syndicate, who says about me, "He's a Communist." and "He's crazy." This is to discredit me and to justify what his friends did to me over the past 45 years. Is this disparate impact or what?

Then there are Communist lesbians and homosexual police (FBI?) employees, from New York City. Midwestern black homosexual FBI informants, man hating feminists (black and white), and man hating lesbians taking turns harassing me. They also broadcast character assassination, continuing 45 years of the same criminal and tortious abuses. Once again I petitioned the Massachusetts Attorney General and the Middlesex District Attorney's office of disability and elder protection units with no response. These FBI dedicated employees say, "He's mentally ill and homeless." and "He's a racist." and "He's a homosexual." and on and on whatever it takes to keep me isolated so they can continue their relentless harassment, sleep deprivation, tampering with my electronic devices, and 24/7 surveillance. Compare the egregious violent crimes by illegal aliens, while the FBI Director, the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to recognize what they do. Terrorist acts are misguidedly declared workplace violence. America hating immigrants kill US Military personnel and it is described as individual crimes resulting from mental illness. 

They act as if I just arrived from planet Alpha Centauri. No one knows me, and few are permitted to talk to me by their control freak bosses. This is an example of  what the Columbia University and Harvard University Law School educated White House brought to these United States. What system of beliefs does it suggest he has?

As for consent, he said, “I think that I’m a pretty decent reader of people and their emotions in these romantic sexual things.” If these women agreed to meet up, his deposition suggested, he felt that he had a right to them. White House claims that 99 percent of world supports Iran nuke deal is just one instance of pervasive deception and propaganda used by politicians. In Massachusetts one TV talk show host a former Cambridge City Councilor frequently says, "Everybody knows" this or that. and "Most people support" this or that. I used to ask him how he knew that. He did not stop using those misguided phrases. As long as they are allowed to make these nonsensical claims they will continue to do so. Is the problem dumbed down politicians and journalists, or do they think they are speaking to a dumbed down population?
