Westford, MA Concentrated Marijuana Operation Busted

Westford, MA Group Photo After Arrest

[From article]
A police raid on a sprawling home in Westford uncovered a fully stocked basement drug lab, where police say a 22-year-old man processed pot into “dabs” — a potent marijuana extract — while selling the drug from his parent’s driveway and making drops to buyers from the family mailbox.
Westford police and federal drug agents arrested Bradley Heath II yesterday, along with his father, mother, sister and two friends — all of whom, prosecutors say, must have been aware of the drug den that held $29,000 in goods because the $829,000 home reeked of pot.
In court, prosecutor David Kete said: “It would almost not be possible not to notice the odor of the marijuana.”
A lengthy investigation relying on confidential informants concluded that Bradley Heath manufactured and sold dabs from the Mountain View Lane home that police described as a well-known “party house.”
According to police, Heath made the dabs by saturating marijuana buds with lighter fluid — or butane — resulting in a yellowish honey-like substance.
Heath, who was arrested in 2014 for selling “N Bomb,” a dangerous synthetic LSD that three juveniles overdosed on, branded his basement-vintage dabs “Gold Street Extracts,” police said.
Prosecutors said Heath would also “blast” people’s marijuana for them into dabs for a fee.

A family-of-four are among six people who have been charged after a DEA raid uncovered an alleged marijuana oil lab at their sprawling suburban home.
Officers arrested Bradley Heath Sr, 63, and Diana Heath, 61, their son Bradley Heath Jr, 22, and their daughter Linley Heath, 28, on drugs offenses following the search on Wednesday.
Heath Jr's girlfriend, Lyndsey Holston, 20, and Linley Heath's friend, Prachi Joglekar, 22, were also detained by agents at the home in Westford, Massachusetts.
Cops stormed the four-bedroom house - which has its own swimming pool - following a tip-off about drugs possibly being made on the 3,855sq ft property.
As soon as they entered the property, officers could smell the lab's 'overwhelming odor', which was found in the basement, CBS Boston reported.
Drugs worth around $29,000 were found inside, police said.
A bomb squad had to be called during the search because the butane oil used to make the substance is highly flammable, according to the Boston Globe.
'Their alleged lab operations compromised the safety and security of their neighbors, as well as the law enforcement officials who arrested the suspects today,' Middlesex district attorney Marian Ryan said.

Pictured: Marijuana extract product referred to as butane honey oil - the same product being produced at the Heath home. Hash oil can be up to four times more potent than the normal drug.

Marijuana oil - also known as hash oil and dabs - is made by running butane through cannabis to create a honey-like substance that is up to four times more potent than the normal drug.
Police and the DEA believe the family was manufacturing the narcotic on their property and selling it under the name Gold Street Extracts.
The parents - who are real estate agents - did not know about the lab, their attorneys said, despite living in the property with their son and daughter.
An attorney for Heath Jr and Holston said they both had medical marijuana cards.
Heath Jr was charged with distributing LSD in 2013, although it is not clear what the outcome of criminal proceedings were in that case.
Holston's personal blog contains an array of pictures of marijuana and related drugs paraphernalia, however she is not seen using these or cannabis itself in any of the images.
Jogelkar 'likes' a medical marijuana page on Facebook, as well as other cannabis-related pages.
The six appeared in court together on Wednesday and all denied manufacturing and possessing marijuana. They also all denied conspiracy to break drug laws.
Heath Jr was also charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, possession of a Class B, and driving with a suspended license
Heath Jr is being held on a $30,000 bail, but has also been denied bail for violating his probation by being charged.

Increased Jew Hatred In Massachusetts, Politicians Are Role Models

Newton Mayor Setti Warren responded to a question from Charles Jacobs at a community discussion at a community meeting on April 7.

Interesting article yet lacking in specifics. Professor Sarna recognizes the role of politicians in creating a hateful atmosphere. Campaigning for president former U.S. Senator, First Lady, and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton called Republican candidate Donald Trump, crazy and dangerous. That is the pervasive attitude promoted by police, lawyers, courts, and politicians toward persons with disabilities. It is seldom recognized as hateful not even by journalists, who join in the hate campaign against disabled persons. Not distinguishing between lawful and unlawful discrimination in Massachusetts, the Attorney General indicates her less than thoughtful idea on the issue. Though she is quick to note any slight toward homosexuals and their powerful lobbyists. The AG seldom notices or expresses any concern about institutionalized bigotry toward persons with disabilities. Then there is the senior U.S. Senator from Massachusetts who was a professor of law at Harvard Law School. Being relentlessly humiliated for her identity by conservative journalists she was unable refrain from employing personal attacks against Donald Trump. Is she a role model indicating her approval of hatred toward persons with who she disagrees?

Reports of anti-Semitic incidents are soaring this year across New England, an increase fueled by vandalism, harassment, and other acts at schools and colleges, according to statistics released Wednesday by the Anti-Defamation League.
According to the ADL, there have already been 56 anti-Semitic acts in the region this year, nearly as many as for all of 2015, when 61 were reported.
The data alarmed Jewish clergy and academics, who said the incidents suggest a rising level of intolerance that may feed on the rhetoric from the contentious political season.
“Clearly, people are acting out on some long-held stereotypes and hatred toward Jews, and it’s designed to send a message of intimidation,” said Robert Trestan, director of the New England Regional Office of the ADL. “We’re increasingly living in an environment where incivility is becoming common and accepted practice.”
[. . .]
Brandeis professor Jonathan Sarna said he believes a combination of social media, anti-Israel sentiment, and rhetoric from politicians has led to a sense of public acceptance of some anti-Semitism.
“There is a sense today that this kind of hatred is more acceptable and that the public square has become coarser than it had been in the past, and indeed, one senses that even in presidential politics that there is often a relationship,” Sarna said.
“We look to a candidate as role models. When they employ very coarse speech, and people take notice, it’s not a surprise that other folks do the same thing.’’
[. . .]
Among the schools scheduled to take part are all four middle schools in Newton. At Newton’s F.A. Day Middle School, three anti-Semitic incidents were reported this academic year, including graffiti reading “Burn the Jews” scrawled in a boy’s bathroom.
The incidents prompted Newton officials to hold a public meeting, which in itself became a divisive event.
Newton Mayor Setti Warren said Wednesday that he was not surprised to hear about the uptick in anti-Semitic incidents.
[. . .]
Harvard Law School emeritus professor Alan Dershowitz said it was hard to measure the current state of anti-Semitism in statistics since many incidents go unreported.
He said he receives around 50 anti-Semitic e-mails, letters, and phone calls each year but does not report them to law enforcement.
[. . .]
Attorney General Maura Healey, who has yet to see the full data, called hate crimes an “egregious” type of an attack.
“Even a single incident of bias and hate is one too many. Discrimination is unacceptable in any form,

Immigrant Suspect With Lengthy Crime Record, Shot Dead By Police After Shooting Death of Massachusetts Policeman

Policeman Ronald Tarentino, 42

This undated identification photo released by the Massachusetts State Police shows Jorge Zambrano, killed Sunday, May 22, 2016, during an exchange of gunfire with police at an apartment building in Oxford, Mass. Zambrano had been suspected in the shooting death of Auburn, Mass., Police Officer Ronald Tarentino during a traffic stop early Sunday morning.

Here's a thoughtful gentleman who regularly took time from his busy schedule to engage with local law enforcement encouraging them to practice their arrest and chase techniques. He resisted arrest to test them, and was convicted on at least two occasions. Though on probation and violating it repeatedly, judges never revoked his probation. His resident status was not clear. He is suspected of having false citizenship papers. As expected no one was watching this active business oriented gentleman. No police, psychologists or psychiatrists, no Communists from New York or New Jersey, no Harvard University campus police, no local police from Somerville, or Medford, MA, no FBI informants, and no crime family associates. They have higher priorities. For example, the above mentioned organizations and licensed professionals took turns for 45 years maintaining relentless surveillance, harassment, behavior conditioning, drugging without consent, psychological testing, character assassination, ridicule, humiliation, sleep disturbances, computer tampering, provocations of a 70 year old white male who they say is mentally impaired. They used this law abiding American citizen's personal journals to ridicule and to humiliate him for 40 years. They denied him basic rights and privileges enjoyed by illegal alien criminals and terrorists alike. Here is more evidence of a serious problem with the misguided priorities of government and how thoroughly they waste taxpayer funds and ridicule voters. It is not just a local problem. The White House National Security deputy, Ben Rhodes (brother of CBS News President), openly boasted of how he fooled taxpayers, journalists and voters to get the misguided Iran nuclear arms deal promoted in media. He explained that he is much smarter than voters and taxpayers. He joins Jonathan Gruber using government power to deceive Americans to their detriment. These government criminals are unable to comprehend why Donald Trump is so popular.

[From article]
The man police say shot and killed an Auburn police officer has a long history with drugs and violence towards cops, had repeatedly violated probation this spring and had been arrested just a week ago on motor vehicle charges, according to Worcester district and superior court documents.
Jorge Zambrano, 35, was shot and killed by police yesterday 18 hours after they say he killed Ronald Tarentino, 42, an Auburn police officer.
Zambrano was arrested last Monday when police noticed him driving a car with plates that belonged to a Nissan Maxima, not the Acura Infinity he was driving. He was pulled over and arrested without incident and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and a number plate violation to conceal his ID. He was arraigned that day and let go on personal recognizance, according to court papers.
The Worcester resident has an extensive record and court papers show he had violated probation repeatedly this spring. A notice of probation violation and hearing filed in court states Zambrano tested positive for cocaine on April 11 and April 25, self-reported for cocaine on April 22, self reported for Suboxone use on April 11, missed a drug screening on April 8, and missed visits with his probation officer on April 4, April 8, April 11, and April 22. He was due in court for a probation violation hearing May 11, but the hearing was continued to June 9 because Zambrano said he needed to hire an attorney, records show.
He was also arrested in Worcester on Jan. 24 and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
[. . .]
Last year, in May 2015, Zambrano led cops on a high-speed chase when a police officer who knew Zambrano — and knew his license had been revoked — recognized him driving a car, according to court papers. Police followed him through early rush-hour traffic in Worcester and attempted to pull him over with lights and sirens. Zambrano stopped briefly before taking off and, according to the police report, drove at speeds “far greater than what was reasonable,” buzzing past the Rice Square School just after 2 p.m. — as it was letting out — driving an estimated 60 mph and “operating recklessly to endanger the public,” records show.
Zambrano damaged a Mercedes while he was fleeing, and police elected to terminate the pursuit, records show. He was charged with failure to stop for police, leaving the scene of a property damaging crash, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
[. . .]
Zambrano was charged with cocaine trafficking, possession with intent to distribute, three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and a drug violation near a school. Zambrano’s case had dozens of evidentiary, status and motion hearings from 2008 until May 2011, when he pleaded guilty to numerous charges and was sentenced to seven years in prison, court records show. He was given 1,637 days — nearly four and a half years — credit for time served.
Zambrano was charged in May 2003 with cocaine trafficking, possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute, and driving with a suspended license. He pleaded guilty to the lesser included offense — possession with intent to distribute — and was sentenced on May 28, 2004, to serve one to three years in state prison.

A police officer was shot and killed during a traffic stop in a central Massachusetts town early Sunday and authorities are now hunting for the suspect, Fox 25 Boston reported. The murdered officer, Ronald Tarentino, 42, joined the Auburn Police Department two years ago after transferring from the Leicester, Mass., department, Auburn Police Chief Andrew Sluckis said at a news conference Sunday afternoon. Police surrounded a house Sunday afternoon close to four miles from where the shooting took place, and gunshots were heard as authorities deployed tear gas and a robot, The Boston Herald reported. State and local police surrounded the home in Oxford, Mass. and were using a bullhorn to tell the occupants to come out, the Herald reported. The murdered officer, Ronald Tarentino, 42, joined the Auburn Police Department two years ago after transferring from the Leicester, Mass., department, Auburn Police Chief Andrew Sluckis said at a news conference Sunday afternoon. Authorities have not yet released information about the suspect's identity. A law enforcement source told Fox 25 that police are looking for suspects out of Worcester, Mass. Tarentino leaves a wife and three children. The department “lost a dedicated and brave public servant,” Sluckis said, before announcing that no further details on the incident would be released at this time. Massachusetts State Police said the Auburn police officer was shot at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Auburn is about 45 miles southwest of Boston. Tarentino was rushed to UMass Medical Center in Worcester, WGGB/WSHM-TV reported. Auburn Police, the Massachusetts State Police, the FBI, and the Worcester Police are working together in the investigation, Sluckis said. State and local police officers lined up outside the hospital on Sunday as a police vehicle, escorted by a police procession, took Tarentino's body to the state medical examiner's office in Boston, where the vehicle was met by a large group of officers.

Plymouth, MA Policeman Saves Life of Father Of Groom At Wedding

RIGHT MAN, RIGHT PLACE: Sgt. Jason Higgins, a 19-year veteran of the Plymouth Police Department, saved the life of a man while dining off-duty at White Cliffs Country Club.

[From article]
Mike Reynolds had just performed a beautiful song he wrote to his son and his new bride on their wedding day when the father of the groom collapsed, hurling the happy occasion into chaos.
After singing and playing guitar to a melody he penned called “I Do,” Reynolds walked over to the tables at the White Cliffs Country Club in Plymouth Saturday night to shake the minister’s hand — and his heart stopped and he sank to the floor.
Reynolds, 66, is alive today, his family happily told me yesterday, because Plymouth police Sgt. Jason Higgins happened to be dining with his family at the club that night.
“My husband actually died twice and Jason brought him back to life,” Sandy Reynolds said from her husband’s hospital room. “He’s a hero.”
Flash back to the Milton couple’s wedding Saturday night. Groom David Hazelwood said he stood with his guests for a standing ovation after his father’s performance. Suddenly his new bride, Natasha, shouted with alarm, “Your dad! Your dad!”
[. . .]
In the club’s restaurant, Higgins, 41, was out with his fiancee’s family for dinner to thank them for helping out with the couple’s 5-week-old baby girl. A club employee recognized the police sergeant.
“She started screaming my name and she needed my help,” said Higgins, a father of three who has been with the department for 19 years.
Higgins ran into the reception room as the DJ, believe it or not, was playing “Amazing Grace.” Guests were praying and crying. Reynolds wasn’t breathing and had no pulse.
Higgins got down on his knees and began doing chest compressions. A female guest set up a defibrillator and put the pads on the man’s chest. The bride’s brother administered rescue breaths.
All Higgins could think, he recalled yesterday, was, “I want to save this guy.”
It wasn’t the first time Higgins was asked to save a life while off-duty.
He came to the rescue of a choking teenager nearly three years ago by giving him the Heimlich maneuver.
[. . .]
“It was amazing,” Higgins said.
The reception erupted into applause.
Sandy said Higgins stayed with her the whole time, even holding her hand.
An assistant Culver City, Calif., school superintendent, Mike Reynolds was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where he is scheduled to undergo bypass surgery today, his wife said.
[. . .]
“I didn’t do anything heroic. Police officers across this state provide critical care to the public on a daily basis,” he said. “We just do what we signed up for.”
But Sandy Reynolds and her family aren’t buying that. The doctors and nurses told her it was Higgins’ chest compressions that saved Mike’s life.
“Without that,” she said through tears, “my husband would not be here today.”
“I just love him,” she said of Higgins. “I’m so happy he came into our lives when he did.”

A knife-wielding man who killed two people in a stabbing rampage in Taunton was shot dead by an off-duty law enforcement officer after he crashed his car into a crowded shopping mall and emerged to attack more people, officials say.
The suspect, who was not identified by police last night, stabbed two people inside a home on Myricks Street yesterday, then drove four miles before crashing his dark-colored Honda sedan into the front entrance of a Macy’s department store at the Silver City Galleria, where he got out and stabbed two other people, state police say.
All four stabbing victims were rushed by ambulance to area hospitals, where a state police spokesman said two later died from their injuries.

[From article]
Two people are dead after a suspect went on a stabbing rampage in Taunton, Massachusetts.
Arthur DaRosa, 28, of Taunton, stabbed two people at a home on Tuesday evening before driving to a mall and stabbing two more people inside, authorities said.
DaRosa went inside a home in Myricks Street and stabbed two women just after 7pm, District Attorney Thomas Quinn said.
One of them, who was 80 years old, died of her injuries. The other was taken to the hospital.
Sources told WHDH the 80-year-old was named Patricia Slavin and that the other woman was her daughter.
A neighbor interviewed by the network described Slavin and her family as 'very nice people', adding: 'I couldn't ask for better neighbors all around.'
[. . .]
DaRosa then went to the Silver City Galleria Mall, about three miles away, and crashed his car into a Macy's store.
He went inside and assaulted three people inside Macy's.
DaRosa then made his way to Bertucci, an Italian restaurant at the mall, where he stabbed two more people.
One of them, a 56-year-old man from Taunton, has died.
An off-duty sheriff shot DaRosa once inside the mall. DaRosa was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The six stabbing victims included a pregnant woman, a witness told WBZ. They were all taken to the hospital after the attack.
[. . .]
DaRosa fled in a stolen black car and drove to the mall.
Witnesses said chaos erupted when DaRosa stormed the Macy's store.
'I came out and I heard girls running and people screaming, 'There's a guy,'' Reshma Noorani, who was in a fitting room at the time, told WCVB. 'We're used to guys entering the store, so we thought he must have had a gun. I ran with them. I was scared.'
DaRosa then went inside Bertucci's.
'I saw him just start stabbing people,' witness Emaly Higgings told the network. 'And there was someone with a chair trying to throw it at (the suspect). There was an off-duty police officer there, and he actually shot him and kept him down.'
Several ambulances responded to the scene and the mall was evacuated on Tuesday night.
'I heard shots and saw cops loading AR-15s and I ran for my life,' a witness told WBZ.
DaRosa was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in 2009, according to a report published by the Taunton Gazette at the time.
His father and sister said he suffered from psychiatric issues, and had been hospitalized for suicidal thoughts on Monday, CBS Boston reports. He was hospitalized at Morton Hospital on Monday and then released Tuesday morning.
[. . .]
Doctors have prescribed him with medication for his mental health issues, but he had refused to take them in the past. He leaves behind two children.

MacDougall says, "There are serious public health problems in East Somerville because of major highways in the area, and building GLX will significantly reduce traffic on those highways." He does not mention the money pledged to upgrade that area by Steve Wynn for his casino one mile from Sullivan Station. He adds, "For all of these projects we absolutely need major revenue increases. [. . .] New revenue must come from major increases in taxes and/or fees, with the revenue dedicated to sustainable transportation.” Spending other people's money is great fun. Ask any politician. Why not provide free food kiosks at every Green Line station so non taxpaying riders will enjoy sustenance while they travel. Foot massages for the feet weary will improve emotional health.

There are serious public health problems in East Somerville because of major highways in the area, and building GLX will significantly reduce traffic on those highways.
Let’s not lose sight of the big picture, and of unmet long-term needs. For instance, on the Green Line, we should upgrade electric power supply so we can run three-car trains; we need major expansion of some MBTA bus routes; and we need major improvements on other subway lines.
For all of these projects we absolutely need major revenue increases. Good transportation should be seen as an essential public good. New revenue must come from major increases in taxes and/or fees, with the revenue dedicated to sustainable transportation.”

Massachusetts State Policeman Jailed For Beating His State Policewoman Girlfriend, Many Years Of Abuse Alleged

Massachusetts State Trooper Robert Sundberg appears in Ayer District Court on charges of assault on a family member and strangulation or suffocation charges against his girlfriend. He is accompanied by his attorney Richard Rafferty.

A state trooper was held pending a dangerousness hearing on Wednesday after he was accused of beating his girlfriend, who is also a state trooper, dragging her by the hair and choking her until she almost lost consciousness.
At a hearing today in Ayer District Court, Judge J. Elizabeth Cremens ordered Robert Sundberg, 45, to stay away from the alleged victim for one year. He had abused her for years, a prosecutor said.
Assistant District Attorney Brian Doxtader said Sundberg was intoxicated when he awoke the victim early Saturday at their Boxboro apartment, choking her until she managed to break loose and lock herself in the bathroom.
The defendant forced his way into the bathroom, held her down and choked her until she became dizzy and thought she would lose consciousness, Doxtader said.
She bit him, the prosecutor said, and he threw her into a closet, picked her up by the hair and forced her back into the bedroom, where he later demanded they have sex.
[. . .]
He began abusing the alleged victim, an 11-year veteran of the state police, about two years into their six-year relationship, Doxtader said.
Defense attorney Richard Rafferty said that the allegations were false and that she was angry because the couple was going to buy a house but Sundberg wanted to end the relationship.
“He’s sitting in jail on a false allegation,” he said.
Rafferty claimed that the victim pushed his client, and he fell into a closet.
They both went to work on Saturday, he said, and she went to a party that night.
There was no bite mark found on Sundberg, Rafferty said, and no sign of a struggle was found in the bathroom.
When she asked Cremens for a restraining order today, the alleged victim said Sundberg has a history of abuse that got progressively worse over time.
“Every time I confronted him, he said he didn’t remember anything,” she told the judge.

At the richest university in the United States, with an endowment of $37 billion, Harvard University campus police, who are poorly trained, abuse their privileged state police power by harassing older civilians with disabilities, and breach their contract with the host city, Cambridge, MA, by harassing tenants they promised not to evict.

These events indicate the depravity of wealthy and powerful institutions in this nation, the twisted values where bullying is encouraged and tolerated. Young people are taught not to say or think bad thoughts. But it is acceptable behavior for wealthy and powerful people and institutions to ignore vulnerable people under attack by wealthy and powerful people and institutions, abusing their police powers. It is acceptable to stand by and watch while bullies with guns harass vulnerable citizens.

Establishment politicians wonder why Donald Trump is so popular.

[Updated: April 21, 2016]
In 1995 the Massachusetts rent control law was repealed by statewide referendum. Before the repeal Harvard University maintained a waiting list for non Harvard affiliates to get access to Harvard University housing. After the repeal the university made an agreement with the city of Cambridge, MA. Harvard gave about 100 affordable units (whatever that means) to the city. In return Harvard was allowed to restrict their property portfolio to only Harvard University affiliates. But they agreed not to evict any tenants who were in place when rent control was repealed. There were some abuses, when aggressive superintendents served notices to quit to non Harvard tenants. After the thirty day notice period the supers appeared at the doors of those tenants and demanded that they vacate their premises. Some young women were intimidated and they abandoned their belongings in the basement and left. Harvard employees tried three times to do that to me. Each time I asked if they had a court order for eviction. They did not and left.

Nonetheless it did not stop the superintendents and their police employees from questioning the presence of non Harvard affiliated tenants. I do not count the number of times I had to explain why I was a tenant in a Harvard owned building. It is understandable for the students who are only in the buildings for a year or two. But their police indicate they are extremely negligently trained. Being unaware of the agreement and not providing the same treatment to non Harvard affiliates as they do for Harvard affiliates shows their selective enforcement of laws. It may be a violation of the HUD Fair Housing Act.

But it also shows a conflict with the current White House's attempt to eliminate any kind of segregation, housing separating wealthy and poor residents. Here is a link to an essay about the current effort to integrate whole cities moving poor residents into wealthy neighborhoods.

Obama Administration Sticking it to Whitey
By Robert Weissberg

But Harvard University's deal with the city of Cambridge allows it to segregate its housing limiting it to students, faculty and staff. One defender of Harvard asked "Is Harvard the only university that does that?" No they are not. What happened to the benefits of diversity?

But the university does not honor its part of the agreement. Their poorly trained and abusive police officers and employees conduct a relentless campaign of criminal harassment. One explanation is they try to persuade me to leave their property. It is not unknown in Cambridge, MA. Harvard campus police and their superintendents relentlessly harass an elder man with a disability, trying to provoke him so that they can evict him. Their police who nonsensically claim exclusive jurisdiction on their property refuse to assist this same elder when he is victimized by criminals at his premises. They pretend he is imagining the crimes, not a one time occurrence, but several times most recently in March 2016. On several occasions the campus police refused to respond at all. The emergency dispatchers assist these abuses of power denying access to police protection. But city and state officials refuse to hold Harvard accountable for their criminal abuses of this white elder man with a legal disability.

[Updated April 16, 2016 7:41 PM ET]
During the first week of April 2016 three crime families (Kennedy cult, Midwestern Outfit, and California crime Syndicate) and their government, police and psychiatric associates teamed up to conduct a brutal harassment campaign. They are mostly from New Jersey and New York. Primarily they consist of American hating, Jewish hating and Israeli hating Muslims, white hating black racist homosexuals, and a black lesbian employed by Harvard University campus police. (I have no evidence to suggest these Muslims have any connection to terrorist organizations.) Harvard University property management runs a criminal business renting out a unit above mine for these criminals to conduct their campaign of disturbing my sleep every one hour or just keeping me awake. They intrude into my computer as I try to use it. When I conduct errands they exhibit their despicable psychopathic beliefs and perhaps their practices. After 45 years of using young women as bait (I am now 70 years old) and when that failed, young men as bait, they now have begin using toddlers as bait. This is a clever idea from misguided psychiatrists who are unable to make a valid evaluation (contrary to law due to lack of consent, and relentless government and crime family lies),  after 40 years of trying. Their limited knowledge (though they believe they are omniscient) and extraordinary need to control others makes it imperative that they continue to use drugs, provocations, ridicule, insults, character assassination, humiliation and behavior conditioning trying to make me into a homosexual, and to try to have me arrested for some provoked criminal act. There is apparently a shortage of psychopaths and homosexuals in Massachusetts. They need to import criminal creeps from New York and New Jersey. Local state and US law enforcement officials in Massachusetts are aware of this ongoing criminal enterprise and stand by when they are not participating or providing material support. In politically correct Massachusetts, and at Harvard University both apparently run by homosexuals in the Kennedy cult, black homosexuals and Muslims are victims and cannot be designated criminals. They cannot even be suspected of crime because it would hurt their feelings. This allows the same criminals to conduct a relentless campaign against a white elder civilian with a legal disability for 45 years. On Friday April 15, 2016 they employed a prominent foreign government official who is also a psychiatrist to conduct an evaluation (contrary to law) at a public event. It shows how thoroughly corrupt and misguided even the most educated and highly regarded professionals can be.

Police and their criminal political leaders say "He's crazy." in order to discredit me, for over 45 years in three states. Women I met and spoke with in Cambridge, MA declared to me emphatically, that Sarah Palin is NOT a woman. Black activists demand killing police, and are celebrated in churches and at Harvard University with funding from George Soros. Muslims who want to kill Americans, Jews, Hindus, Christians, Buddhists and to destroy Israel are celebrated and protected from criticism at Harvard University and in Cambridge, MA. They walk around freely, no one watches or harasses them, and are considered normal in Cambridge, MA host city for Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University. But they think of me as mentally ill.  Another clever lie these criminals broadcast is, "He's dead." "He's not real." "He's a body double." That assists their being ignored when I complain about criminal activity directed against me. That is the environment where I live.

[original post March 2016]

Near the end of this previous entry,

http://enoughroom.blogspot.com/2016/03/holy-week-march-21-27-2016.html

is the initial report on continued and enhanced criminal abuse by Harvard University campus police. At first I thought it was more negligent training. But it is simply more abuse of privileged special state police powers. I suspect it is one more Harvard University lawyer directing criminal abuse of a vulnerable person. This is not a unique pattern of abuse by Harvard Law School lawyers. During several periods in the past 25 years, lawyers and students at Harvard Law School stirred up controversies trying to force me to become entangled in the court system. After being so caught up in three states where organized crime families, criminal police and lawyers, thwarted my efforts at relief in the court system, I realized the courts were not open to me. Crime families and police, (FBI too), ensured I did not win any cases. They paid off judges, or simply did not file papers as required by law. When taxpayers paid for lawyers after police frame ups, criminals paid the lawyers to work for the criminals not for me. When I prosecuted the lawsuits myself court clerks and judge's law clerks, often Harvard Law School graduates simply dismissed my efforts. On one occasion, e.g., Bercaw vs. Mandak, in the Supreme Court of the United States, the briefs were not even filed with court as required by law. The papers in state court actions, were diverted to private attorneys who used my research because of their stupidity or their laziness. Fake orders were stamped in the clerk's offices and sent to me as if they were real.

Corrupt lawyers and clerks wasted all together about 8 years of my life by corrupting courts in three states. And when I write about it having given up trying to get elected officials to address court corruption, and getting free from corrupt police, politicians who are mostly under the control of Harvard University criminals, get upset when I criticize them. They all seem to be unaware of Lord Acton's observation that power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. They appear to believe that Harvard University employees are exempt from that aphorism. They think Harvard University employs only gene screened, morally superior and intellectually superior humans.

Harvard University produces politicians, see e.g., Barack Obama, Deval Patrick, Ted Cruz, Elizabeth Warren, Ken Reeves. Not even candidates with Harvard Law School degrees have any respect for the laws and the constitution. The lawlessness of the current White House and his appointees are remarkable among corrupt administrations. Not even the similarly corrupt journalists is there any concern about how the government steals taxpayer funds and corrupts the legal system. Harvard University collects money in obscene amounts and purchases land to build monuments to their egos, as Saddam Hussein used to do in Iraq. Harvard University awards degrees to privileged candidates, then promotes them in media propaganda. See the utopia they brought to the United States?

Toddler Leads Police To Mother's Body, Father Suspected in Grafton, MA

[From article]
A 5-year-old girl who was found walking along a Grafton road in her pajamas early yesterday led police to her home, where they found her mother dead and her father alive — with a knife in his neck, prosecutors say.
Michael E. Sugarman, 42, who was taken to an area hospital, is expected to be charged in connection with the death of his 36-year-old wife, Kelly L. Sugarman, according to Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
“We do anticipate charges against him,” Early said. “It appears to be murder at this point.”
Officer Thomas Michniewicz was driving along Worcester Street shortly after 6 a.m., when he spotted the couple’s daughter walking alone in her pajamas, Early said.
“It appears she was walking to her preschool,” he said.
The girl led Michniewicz and Sgt. James Crosby about a block down the road to her home on Worcester Street, where the officers, finding the front door locked, forced their way in through a garage door, Early said.
On the second floor, they found Michael Sugarman in the kitchen, holding a knife that was protruding from his neck, and Kelly Sugarman dead on the bedroom floor, he said. An autopsy will determine the cause and manner of her death, Early said.
“We don’t know at this point what the girl did see or did not see,” he said. “She did say to the police officers in the vehicle that, ‘Mommy is sleeping, mommy is sick.’ ”
The girl was taken to an area hospital and released to the custody of the Department of Children and Families, Early said. Two cats were found uninjured in the house and were taken away by animal control, he said.
The Sugarmans had lived in the Grafton area for about nine years, Early said. Officers had never been called to their home in that time, said Grafton police Chief Normand A. Crepeau Jr.

Why Not Use Baskets For Grocery Shopping? What Would Donald Trump Do?

It is reassuring to know this is the only person who will not shop in Cambridge after the progressive compassionate city council bag tax. Everyone else will gladly pay ten cents extra for each bag. Only rich and wealthy people shop in Cambridge. They eagerly give away money they do not need. Now that Cambridge is the academic enclave created by the repeal of rent control, only rich people will live in Cambridge. Useless eater parasites who cannot afford to live in Cambridge should move out.

Drug Addicted Massachusetts Bank Executive Embezzled Substantial Funds From Orphans

DAY IN COURT: William R. Hartnett at his arraignment at Norfolk Superior Court on three counts each of fiduciary embezzlement and larceny of more than $250 by a single scheme.

[From article]
A former Weymouth Bank executive allegedly fed his drug habit by embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from accounts established for his young niece and nephew after their parents were killed in a car crash, authorities say.
William R. Hartnett, 45, of Weymouth, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Norfolk Superior Court to three counts each of embezzlement and larceny over $250. He was released on his own recognizance pending a June 9 pre-trial hearing and left the courthouse without comment.
[. . .]
Hartnett was vice president of retail investments and business development in 2014 when the bank’s anti-money-laundering system alerted management to “unusual” activity involving checking and savings accounts controlled by Hartnett, who was appointed sole guardian of his young niece and nephew in November 2009 — a month after his sister and brother-in-law were killed in a crash, according to a police report.
Bank executives told police that about $247,000 was withdrawn over the course of 11 months, and that Hartnett had recently returned from a drug treatment center.
“Mr. Hartnett made verbal statements to bank management, admitting that substantial sums of cash withdrawals from the custodian and trustee accounts were allegedly converted for his own personal use to fund illicit habits,” police said.
At the time, Weymouth police said they planned to seek a court order barring anyone from accessing the $54,000 remaining as of March 28, 2014.
In April of that year, the Social Security checks the children received monthly had not been deposited into their accounts, and police were investigating whether Hartnett had redirected the checks to an account at another bank.

Illegal Aliens Get Better Treatment, Respect in Courts Than Citizens

This principle certainly applies to my experiences in Massachusetts courts.

[From article]
How many times have I told you — if you ever get jammed up in court, the best way not to do time for your crime is to be an illegal alien or, at the very least, not a U.S. citizen.
Maybe you didn’t believe me. But in Springfield this week, Superior Court Judge Tina Page let the cat out of the bag.
Sentencing a Dominican EBT fraudster, the judge said, “Had the defendant been a citizen of the United States, he would, in all likelihood, be receiving a substantial sentence.”
So much for equal protection under the law.
[. . .]
The Dominican was running a bodega — a convenience store — convenient, that is, if you want to commit welfare fraud. Julio Rodriguez, who astonishingly was a legal alien, pleaded guilty to stealing over $38,000 in taxpayer funds. He would debit his customers’ EBT cards for $200, then pay the undocumented Democrats $100 cash, which they could then use to buy more crack, stolen handguns, tattoos or money orders for their equally shiftless relatives back home.
Attorney General Maura Healey’s office signed off on this miscarriage of justice. The reason: So that Julio would not be deported back to the Third World hellhole from which he came.
His lawyer said, “We want to keep him in the U.S.”
Why? So he can conspire to steal more money from Americans? The judge said she accepted the wet-kiss deal “reluctantly … reluctantly.”
As part of his wrist slap from the DraftKings-obsessed AG, Julio agreed not to accept EBT cards, and to make restitution at the rate of $500 a month. What happens next is a word that starts with “W” — waiver.
By May, I predict Julio asks for a waiver from the restitution, because he’ll say he has no business left, because none of his customers have any cash on account of the fact that none of them work. Which leads to the next waiver he’ll ask for — the prohibition against accepting EBT cards.
Hasn’t he suffered enough? It came out at the sentencing that Julio’s wife died and her funeral cost him $7,500. I guess that’s why he had to steal $38,000, to pay for the $7,500 funeral.
This all happened in the North End of Springfield. Yesterday, in the South End, the cops made another EBT-fraud raid, hitting a store that advertises “Spanish & American Products.”
Same alleged deals as Julio’s — $100 welfare transaction charged to the taxpayer, and the welfare recipient got $50. The “products” in the store included crack pipes and syringes. The police arrested a “New Haven man” named Diaz. I predict he’ll be looking for the full Julio — public defender, court translator, suspended sentence.
Repeat after me: If I ever get in a jam, I ask for no special favors. Just treat me like an
illegal alien.

Another Major Drug Bust in Massachusetts

[From article]
Drug-dealing, gun-toting gangs that have terrorized a South End neighborhood — turning a local park into an open-air narcotics and weapons mart — have been targeted again by federal agents and police, who arrested 22 men yesterday in the third sweep in five years of the Lenox Street Housing
Development.
Many of the suspects rounded up during a series of pre-dawn raids yesterday are members of the Lenox Street Cardinals and other gangs menacing the Lenox Street Housing Development and nearby Ramsay Park, including the Villa Victoria Pirates and the Mass. Ave. Hornets, authorities say. All told, 19 suspects face federal gun and drug charges, 14 of whom were arrested yesterday. Eight other suspects, facing state drug charges, also were arrested.
[. . .]
The gangs are accused of selling heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine and guns.
“Through their sale of weapons and drugs, these defendants bring violence, fear and intimidation to a community in the heart of this city,” U.S. Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz said in a statement. “Lenox Street’s residents, surrounded by illegal activity and the violence that accompanies it, are made to feel like prisoners in their own homes.”
The majority of the 27 who were charged in the investigation — with street names such as “Buns,” “Bleed,” “9-Ball,” and “Blaze” — have long rap sheets. Eleven of them have already been shot or stabbed, “many more than once,” court documents show.
Police Commissioner William B. Evans said the arrests “send a strong message that illegal drugs and guns have no place on the streets of Boston.”
The Lenox Street development — which sits across the street from the long crime-ridden Ramsay Park — was considered by police to be one of the city’s top 10 hot spots for violence last year, with 30 shootings and more than 75 reports of shots fired in the area from March 2012 to June 2015.
Lawmen arrested 21 people there in 2011, then they returned a year later to round up more members of the Lenox Street, Villa Victoria and Annunciation Road gangs.

Updated: Case Dismissed Against Four Illegal Aliens, Two Previously Deported, Charged With Rape of Framingham, MA Woman, Beating Her Boyfriend

Posted March 23, 2016 8:26 PM ET: Last updated March 24, 2016 9:30 PM ET

They got better legal representation and treatment from prosecutors than I did.

[From article]
After the victim of an alleged gang rape and her boyfriend said they would not testify, a Framingham District Court judge at the prosecutor's urging dismissed rape and kidnapping charges against four men.
Without the testimony of the woman and her boyfriend, prosecutor Joseph Gentile said he could not go forward with the case against Ariel Diaz, 24, Adan Diaz, 32, and Elmer Diaz, 19, as well as Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27.
“The commonwealth has insufficient evidence upon which to proceed ... (and) moves to dismiss all charges," Gentile said.
[. . .]
However, before the hearing started, the woman and her boyfriend were assigned lawyers to determine if their testimony might prompt any problems with their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination Gentile said both lawyers said the pair would have Fifth Amendment issues. Even after explaining to them that the case could not proceed without their testimony, both said they would invoke their constitutional rights and would not testify, Gentile said.
After the dismissal, Adan Diaz’s lawyer, John Daly Jr., said the case appeared to have problems.
“The prosecution saw a problem with the witnesses’ stories, and brought it to our attention, as is their duty and we all agreed there was a problem with the evidence,” said Daly. “There may be a reason that the version of events by the alleged victims was not true or problems with it.”
[. . .]
Although all charges related to alleged attack were dismissed, the men will not be released. Daly said the four men - Guatemalan nationals - are being held by the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement for being in the country illegally.
“They all have immigration issues,” said Daly. “What’s going to happen, I’m not sure. They’ll be held and ICE will decide what to do with them.”

Charges dropped for four Framingham men accused in sex assault

From article]
So now we find out the four “Framingham men” charged with grabbing an American woman off the street and then raping her in front of her boyfriend last weekend are in fact illegal aliens from Guatemala.
At least two of these young fellas, as Deval Patrick used to call them, have been deported at least once, but then sneaked back into the country. And did I mention that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirms that the four have multiple OUI arrests among them?
Try not to let this destroy your faith in the open borders, unlimited handouts and endless coddling of illegal aliens that Obama and his ilk are promoting to affect the “fundamental transformation” of the U.S. into a flophouse for the dregs of the Third World.
The dreamers are only here to do the crimes, I mean jobs, that Americans won’t do. They’re living “in the shadows.” Their felonies are “acts of love.”
This latest atrocity by the “undocumented” almost slipped through the cracks. But we got a tip, and I want to thank the person who gave me the heads-up, as well as the ICE agents who made sure that detainers were placed on all four of these valedictorians, as Jeb Bush so charmingly called them.
[. . .]
But, of course, Americans aren’t supposed to even notice that our society is coming apart at the seams. To raise the subject gets you branded as xenophobic … nativist. You want the immigration laws enforced? You must be a racist.

[From article]
Federal immigration officials are requesting detainers on four illegal aliens accused of a heinous attack on a Framingham couple in which the woman was raped and her boyfriend was beaten and threatened with death, the Herald has learned.
Two of the illegals had previously been deported to Guatemala, said Immigration and
Customs Enforcement spokesman Shawn Neudauer.
Elmer Diaz, 19, is charged with rape, assault with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping and threatening to commit a crime. His brother, Ariel Diaz, 24, was charged with unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery, kidnapping and witness intimidation.
He was deported to Guatemala in May 2014 after convictions for drunken driving and disorderly conduct, said Neudauer.
Another brother, Adan Diaz, 32, and Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27, are both charged with indecent assault and battery and kidnapping. All four suspects are from Guatemala. Jarquin-Felipe was deported back to his homeland in April 2014, according to Neudauer.
Neudauer told the Herald yesterday the agency is “closely monitoring the cases and has placed detainers on all four” illegal immigrants. He added that Ariel Diaz was also arrested this winter on a drunken driving charge. ICE was not notified of that case, he added.
In the Framingham case, the victim’s boyfriend was beaten while his girlfriend was held down on a bed and raped Sunday evening, authorities say.
The still-shaken boyfriend told the Herald yesterday that he and his girlfriend have not yet come to terms with the horrific assault.
“I thought we were going to die. I really did. And I didn’t care if I died as long as I could save her and get her out of there, that’s all I cared about,” said the
boyfriend, whose name the Herald is withholding.
“I’ve lived (in Framingham) my whole life and I never imagined anything like this could happen just walking down the street,” he said. “The worst part was I felt like I couldn’t do anything.”
According to authorities, he and his girlfriend were out walking and enjoying an unseasonably warm evening when they were approached by a man carrying beer, police said. The man appeared friendly and offered them a drink, then three more men emerged, police said.
One produced a condom and indicated he wanted the man’s girlfriend. One grabbed his girlfriend by the hood of her sweatshirt, dragging her away, while the biggest of the group kept her boyfriend back, police said.
“They brought her into the building on the corner into the apartment,” police said. “They pulled a dresser or table across the door of the room so she could not leave … (They) were trying to climb on her while the others were groping her.”
Her boyfriend managed to force his way into the apartment and was calling 911 when two of the men broke away to handle him,
police said.
Police said Ariel Diaz head-butted the man several times and then grabbed a large chef’s knife and tried slashing him, but Jarquin-Felipe pushed the knife-wielder back, stopping him from stabbing the man.

Teen Suspected Using Synthetic Marijuana Attacks Police in Concord, MA

Jacob Andrew Randle, 19, of Concord

Policeman Stabbed in South Hadley, MA, Shoots Suspect Three Times

[From article]
A South Hadley police officer was stabbed in the neck last night at a Dunkin’ Donuts and the officer then shot the man who stabbed him, the town’s police chief told the Herald.
Chief David J. LaBrie said both the officer and alleged assailant were rushed to Bay State Medical Center in Springfield.
[. . .]
The officer responded to a 7:12 p.m. call about a domestic disturbance at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Newton Street, which is also Route 116.
The unnamed cop was the first on the scene and he was confronted by an armed man, according to the office of Northwestern District Attorney David E. Sullivan.
As he approached the suspect who was arguing with another person, the man stabbed him in the neck, LaBrie said. The officer then shot the suspect three times, hitting him twice, the DA said.
LaBrie said the suspect was “alive at the scene” when he was sent to the hospital.
