Under some system of collective reasoning, it could be argued that if the United States could incarcerate Japanese descendants living in the United States during World War II, then Japan is 
justified watching Muslims during the undeclared World War III. I mean, you know, like, you know, the government in Japan is just watching them. They are not doing anything to them. Unlike in Cambridge, MA where police, crime families, Harvard University campus police and building superintendents not only watch a 70-year-old white man, they also harass him every day. They disturb his sleep, provoking, insulting, ridiculing, humiliating him while they see what he will do. Unlike the Japanese government and Muslims the US government uses psychologists for intense behavior conditioning, evaluations and testing all contrary to law. The US government has its priorities. Watch and attack weak, vulnerable persons. Leave dangerous violent repeat criminals alone. Vulnerable persons will not harm police or crime family associates or the men and women sent to do the daily dirty work.

Japan's Supreme Court has upheld the government's blanket surveillance of the country's Muslim community.
The court struck down the second appeal by Japanese Muslim plaintiffs against what they perceive as an unconstitutional invasion of their privacy and freedom of religion.
A 2010 leak of 114 police files revealed nationwide surveillance of Japanese Muslims. The files revealed that Muslim places of worship, halal restaurants and Islam-related organisations across the capital, Tokyo, were being monitored.
Within a few weeks of the leak, the data had been downloaded 10,000 times in 20 different countries from a file-sharing website.
A group of 17 Japanese Muslims, mostly from Middle Eastern and North African countries, decided to sue the Japanese government for infringing on their constitutional rights.
Mohamed Fujita, a native of Japan who converted to Islam over 20 years ago, is one of the 17 plaintiffs fighting the surveillance.
He told Al Jazeera: "They made us terrorist suspects, we never did anything wrong - on the contrary."
The Supreme Court finally dismissed the case after two appeals on 31 May.
The plaintiffs were awarded ¥90 million ($880,000) as compensation due to violation of their privacy by the leak.
However, the presiding judges did not make a judgment on police profiling and surveillance tactics which a lower court had upheld as "necessary and inevitable" to guard against international terrorism.

Hartford, CT Police Use Video Surveillance That Respects Privacy Of Civilians

Michelle Plante scoured a surveillance video for clues, trying to identify the man seen shooting at someone in a Hartford playground recently in broad daylight. Luckily, no children were there, and the man fled into a nearby house after missing his target.
Plante, who works in the new Real-Time Crime and Data Intelligence Center for Hartford police, determined the address of the house and who lived there. She ran names through databases, hoping to determine the name of the shooter.
They can enter names into criminal and private company databases and relay virtual dossiers on people to police. They also tap into surveillance cameras at schools and businesses - after getting permission in a process agreed upon beforehand - to help police respond to active shooters and other crimes. Much of the information, including video feeds, can be sent to officers' cellphones.[. . .]
New York City opened its Real Time Crime Center - the first of its kind - in 2005, and other large cities followed suit.



Smaller cities are now opening their own centers after acquiring surveillance cameras, gunshot detectors and other technology. Civil liberties advocates, meanwhile, have privacy concerns and are calling for better regulation of police surveillance operations.
Such facilities have opened in the past year in Hartford; Wilmington, Delaware; and Springfield, Massachusetts. Others are in the works in Bridgeport, Connecticut; Modesto, California; and Wilmington, North Carolina.
"It's such a great asset having everybody under one roof," said Sgt. Johnmichael O'Hare, who's in charge of Hartford's center, which officials unveiled in February. "It's all about transfer of information."

The centers reflect law enforcement's growing reliance on technology. Many cities are using federal grants and drug forfeiture money to help pay for the centers, which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to set up.
The American Civil Liberties Union says there is a lack of general rules to limit privacy invasions and abuse of surveillance technology by police. The ACLU also is concerned about how long police departments retain camera footage and other surveillance data.
"The public really needs to be consulted, and there needs to be a debate," said David McGuire, legislative and policy director of the ACLU of Connecticut, which is keeping an eye on real-time crime centers in the state.
In December, the ACLU of Northern California criticized Fresno police for using social media surveillance software without the public's consent. One software program, the ACLU said, suggested identifying potential threats to public safety by tracking hashtags related to the Black Lives Matter movement. Another program assigned "threat levels" to residents, the ACLU said.

Civil liberties advocates also have concerns about airports and many police departments now using facial recognition software to track and identify people, saying such software is known for mistakes.
The Hartford center doesn't use facial recognition, but officials say that could come in the future.
Hartford Police Chief James Rovella said city officials are well aware of privacy concerns.
"We have to respect people's civil rights at all times," he said.

One day after a terror attack in Belgium, where 34 died, and hundreds were injured, the same day as there were three persons shot in Boston, MA, two shot in Cambridge, MA, one dead, the other seriously wounded, there was a change in personnel in the 45-year campaign of harassment in my life. The geniuses who determine the primary occupants of a vacant apartment provided by my landlord to facilitate surveillance and harassment, was changed again. The Harvard University campus police employee was replaced for a few hours by a black homosexual who continued the behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual. He was replaced by a police employee from Somerville, MA apparently  another woman. She began with the usual list of events trying to repeat them. Beginning with the police frame-up in 1990, she tried to cause me to experience a heart attack or a stroke, keeping me awake for 4 hours with intense non stop harassment. (Nice people.) Next will be, using young women as bait, followed by young men as bait, when I do not go for the women. The building superintendents employed by Harvard University enthusiastically assist the campaign keeping me under 24/7 surveillance. It is called liberal elitist priorities. When there is violence, focus on a 70-year-old white man who survived 45 years of government criminal abuses. Blame and attack the victim is how they interpret the golden rule. The $2 billion taxpayer funded human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's phrase) stands by and watches this "ungrateful" elder who dares to criticize the noble, caring, well intentioned professional human service providers, receive his punishment. Sunday and Monday March 20-21, 2016 the California crime Syndicate resumed the role as lead harassment group. They resumed their behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual and maintaining prohibiting me from speaking with heterosexual women. They repeated propaganda "He's a high school drop out." They deny I have a BA degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. They strictly prohibit access to legal assistance to obtain relief from their criminal campaign and abuse of police powers. It is their continuing corruption of the police and courts in three states. They insist I embrace their character assassination and enjoy their daily criminal harassment, disturbing my sleep and keeping me under 24/7 surveillance. They are depraved at best. But what about all the other groups and uncorrupted law enforcement and taxpayer funded human services agencies, paid to protect vulnerable persons, who stand by and watch? Are they less depraved?

Friday, March 18, 2016, while doing errands, suddenly there was a parade of attractive young women everywhere I looked. Immediately I suspected Communists from New York and the California crime Syndicate were trying to have me arrested for talking to heterosexual women. Both organizations have enforced for 40 years, a ban on me doing that. The alternative punishment was depriving me of sleep for three days. It is one reason why there was a steady stream of young women as bait. There was always the threat of attempted talking to heterosexual women.

In addition to relentless character assassination, also called saturation slander, it was part of a continuing behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual. That was due to one element of character assassination (for me), also called false light, saying "He's a homosexual Communist." The FBI assisted the Communists enforcing that profile. It is why, in 2016, after 45 years of this campaign, there are still so many people, some of them who were not born when the campaign began, who believe "He's a homosexual." Some homosexuals who knew me 40 years ago, told me, "We know you are not a homosexual." But that does not explain why so many others who were not born when this began still think of me as a homosexual. Some people told me, "It doesn't matter what you do." That explains why they ignore what I say about the basic attribute of sexual preference, no less the many other facts of my life, which are and have been distorted by character assassination for so many years in several states.


One homosexual employed by the Kennedy cult said to me, "Why do you care what other people think about you?" It was the founder of the Kennedy cult, Joseph P. Kennedy, who taught his sons, "It doesn't matter what you are. It matters what people think you are." But that is only for the elite. Ordinary citizens can be slandered and should be happy with it?

On late Friday, March 18, 2016 and Saturday, March 19, 2016, one more Harvard University homosexual player explained to me, he (or she) knows the black homosexual employed by Harvard University campus police, who harassed me, for about ten years. I was prepared for more abuse from this new player who studies to be an architect. Instead of young women as bait, this new player brought young men as bait. It is a repeating pattern from the hateful and hostile people who surround me, who think they are "the smartest man in the room" and do not know me at all.

They rely on police records, which are freely passed around, though they remain unavailable to me. I do not know what they say. I am only able to guess from what these creepy depraved people do to me each day, over and over, again and again. When a new team of psychologist, lawyer, police employee and crime family associate begin their harassment campaign, they perform the same repeating pattern. It must come from some file or record kept by someone somewhere.

This raises the issue of police and government files in general. If television criminal justice features have any factual basis, police and federal law enforcement rely heavily on their computer files. But how accurate are they? To the government it does not matter. If the record says a person did something it is believed. An arrest becomes a conviction. One study found the national crime information center files are about 40 percent inaccurate. It has little effect on the police and those who rely on the files. But for a civilian who has a file it can be the end of a normal existence. That is one reason for the FOIA to allow civilians to see what the government says about them. But my several requests were ignored and denied, as if there were no files.

Some people told me that the government destroyed some of the files. I do not know which ones and which remain on the system. One record which I know about I described in a previous post, i.e., the police frame-up in Cambridge, MA in 1990. See the brief account at this link

This is one element of the ongoing repeating character assassination which takes up my life every day. One day it is someone who purchased a copy of the personal journals which the FBI stole from me in 1973. They sold copies to local police and crime families who used them to ridicule and to humiliate me. That continues in 2016. The next day the FBI propaganda, "He's a retired drug dealer." appears again. Those who believe what the FBI says, accepts that as fact, and treats me as if I was what the FBI says. Police abuse me expecting me to fear them because of the false criminal background. Frequently persons who are caught up in these lies say of me, "He's a ex-con." People with convictions who were in prison seek me out as if I was their compadre. But it is not true.

Worse is that actual drug dealers think of me as their ally, their colleague. They freely associate with me. Without my awareness, the FBI begins surveillance of these people who were misled. When they are arrested the FBI points to me as a way to get the criminals to do what the FBI wants to do but is unable to do, i.e., to eliminate me. They are clever and cute. So far they are unsuccessful. The criminals learn quickly they were fooled.

This shows a serious malfunction of government seldom discussed by journalists and politicians. Not only do police and government agencies not protect vulnerable persons from criminal abuses, they participate in the abuse. It is not just the FBI and police who harass vulnerable persons. One FBI agent explained, "We are not a protection agency." Another said of me, "He'll come around." Huh? Around to what? Pleading with the FBI to protect me from criminals who were misled by the FBI to attack me? Another agent asked me, "What have you done for us lately." as if I were going to help them do what they are unable to do. 

From 1973 when government psychiatrists drugged me, until about 1988 the FBI used me as bait for fighting organized crime in three states. They scared me and left me dangling in an impaired state of mind due to the criminal abuses of the psychiatrists. That is a despicable abuse by the FBI. They expect me to help them abuse me more? What do they expect? Should I pretend to be the retired drug dealer to attract drug dealers so they can arrest them? How does that repeating pattern of abuse help me regain a semblance of a life? All it does is to keep me from enjoying the ordinary rights of being an American citizen. Local and state agencies act in a similar fashion. Complaints to taxpayer funded protection agencies, are ignored. They refuse to investigate, and instead send out their investigators to investigate and to harass me. It happened again and again. I no longer seek help from taxpayer funded agencies who are paid to protect vulnerable persons. 

Ever since government psychiatrists drugged me, the official government designation was "He's mentally ill." Keep in mind  that mental illnesses are incurable. Psychiatry treats their made up illnesses, they do not cure them. It is a profitable business model. Ordinary civilians believe, encouraged by the psychiatric industry and the humans services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term), once mentally ill, forever mentally ill. It is one reason why police and the FBI love psychiatry. No due process protections. 

An impaired state did not prevent police, crime families, Communists and the FBI from conducting brutal harassment campaigns causing me to move 55 times over 22 years in three states. One American criminal prevented me from visiting Canada, telling border agents some element of slander. I was stopped and questioned. The agent said to me, "It is better if you told me than if I found out myself. " I did not understand what he was talking about. Subsequently I suspected he thought I was wanted for a crime in the United States and was trying to leave the country to escape prosecution. It is a pattern I read about occasionally. It was disappointing but indicated how thorough the surveillance by police, crime families and whoever else was participating, was.

After fifteen years of being used by the FBI to fight organized crime, without being compensated, I was punished instead. It taught me that the FBI cannot be trusted. Who knew the FBI actively abused and harassed vulnerable persons? That was before the scandal in the Boston field office when it was exposed that FBI agents framed four white men for murder. They were sentenced to death. Two died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. Taxpayers paid their families $101 million for the criminal abuses of the FBI. No FBI agents were punished and they suffered no penalties.

The same FBI office was exposed as protecting the boss of the Boston crime family who admitted killing eleven people. He was a fugitive for sixteen years after his handler alerted him he was about to be indicted. Sixty deaths are attributed to his gang over twenty years some of them Boston agents allegedly assisted. One agent was convicted of homicide in a Florida state court. Dozens of FBI agents appeared in court to support him. One agent died in prison awaiting trial for homicide. No others were punished. That was after a "thorough" investigation by John Durham of the Justice Department.

The two above-mentioned scandals were reported by journalists. There were several books written, and at least one film. But journalists and politicians remain silent about serious abuses of vulnerable persons like myself. I do not think they invented their techniques and psychological abuses just for me. Journalists promote propaganda by criminals, politicians and police. They do not expose it. They help cover up criminal abuses by government officials. If they can cover that up who cares about a 70-year-old white male after 45 years of character assassination and criminal abuse by crime families, protected by the government?

Just because journalists do not report the abuse it does not change the fact it happened. Too many dumbed down journalists and politicians believe that reality is what journalists report. If it was not on television it did not happen. If the New York Times did not report it, it did not happen. But also if the New York Times reported it, it was true. Ahem!

It becomes about credibility. Crazy people are not to be believed. So it is important to discredit anyone who may have damaging information. Discrediting is now the method of covering up government abuses. They no longer kill people which gives credibility to what they were saying. That is one more reason why psychiatrists have a leading role in major media. They claim they know more than others and they never lie. Ahem!!!! They will provide scientific studies which prove that the genes of psychiatrists have been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. Teehee.

The seven appointed defense lawyers, in the 1990 police frame-up in 1990 in Cambridge, MA, were black police, pretending to be lawyers. Like this fact, there are many more omitted from this extremely brief account of this event and others. Some events have been entirely omitted. One is that the FBI had me under surveillance when I was a student in law school. In fact the CIA and the FBI had me under surveillance when I was a student at Columbia University in 1968-70. There is a book which remains unwritten due to relentless harassment and character assassination, which keeps me isolated from ordinary civilians, no less publishers, literary agents and editors. One CIA agent said of me, "He lived to talk about it." Yet the only people with who I interact and have conversations more than greetings, are people with no formal education, and those who have no knowledge of how abusive governments can be. One long time former friend said to me when I began telling a part of the story, "We live a quiet life." She meant, "I don't want to hear about it."

In 1973 government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens contrary to law. I was not under the care of any psychiatrist. There was no court order permitting forced drugging. I never volunteered as a human subject for any medical research experiment. The FBI stole my personal journals. They sold copies to local police and to crime families, who in turn used them to ridicule and to humiliate me for many years. It continues today. After many years they usually find more suckers to purchase copies. These dumbed down police and criminals use them to try to recreate events I described in the journals. That is happening again in 2016 with some clueless Communists from Washington state who for 40 years told everyone I knew, know and met, "He's homeless and mentally ill." Now they have more to use for their unique form of manipulation.

Saturday March 11, 2016 a woman police employee became the latest primary criminal harasser. I suspect she is from Somerville, MA employed by the Somerville police. She may be a psychologist, or under direction of one. As usual there is in addition to a police employee and a psychologist, always a lawyer and an associate of the local crime family as members of each new team when it begins harassing me. As explained to me many years ago "women are more vicious than men." She began with the usual protocol, a non stop period of sleep deprivation, this one lasted four and one half hours, keeping me awake. It was the initial attempt to provoke violence, trying to repeat the police frame-up of 1990. That was followed by shorter periods of sleep disturbances. It appears that there is a list of events that each team of criminal harassers brings to the program when they join the now 45 year campaign to torment me by intentional infliction of psychological and emotional stress. During one period in New Jersey there was a standing offer of $50,000 to anyone who could drive me crazy. I was never able to understand the need for that. Relentless character assassination always includes "He's crazy." Considering the effectiveness of the saturation slander, why offer extra money? It was one more element of overkill as one observer noted many years later.

After expressing my concerns about crime families taking over the harassment and surveillance, the crime families were removed and replaced by Communist police employees (Harvard University campus police associates?), from Washington State. The harassment remained intense forcing me to continue reverse sleep patterning. That is a tactic usually reserved for prisoners of war and enemy combatants. It was reportedly used on prisoners in the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. More recent reports about prison guards in Mexico disturbing the sleep of Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, the famous Sinaloan, Mexico drug cartel leader who escaped from prison twice. It raises the question that perhaps these are military technicians conducting the harassment on behalf of agencies of the US government. Psychologists direct the abuse, train and choose specific manners of abuse each day.

That is the long term pattern of 45 years of criminal abuses. It is as if there is a circle of psychopathic criminals, with me in the center. They take turns attacking me. One, then the next, then the next. Until the circle has been completed. Then it begins all over again. Sometimes the individuals change but the circle remains full and continually attacks me. One thing all the circle members share is a hatred or hostility of me. Most if not all of them are unknown to me. But that does not mitigate the hatred or hostility. They are taught a long list of character assassination broadcast over the past 45 years. Usually one or two items are sufficient to inspire hatred. Included are "He's a racist." "He's a retired drug dealer." "He's homeless. " "He's mentally ill." There are many others, which are never revealed to me. I'm only able to guess at the general subjects.

The teams usually consist of man-hating feminists and lesbians, rape victims, psychologists, psychiatric students, police employees, FBI informants, white hating black men and women. The California crime Syndicate and their government associates led the harassment for 47 years beginning at Columbia University in New York in 1968. They are joined by the Kennedy cult which adopted me in 1968, and the midwestern outfit which was paid to protect me for a few years. They did not protect me well. They robbed me, and abused me as much as the Communists and the police did from 1973 to 1979. Communists from seven states join in the rotation, including New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington state, Massachusetts New Hampshire, Connecticut.

FBI Abuse For Veteran's Day November 11-13, 2015

In the days leading up to and after Veteran's Day, November 11, 2015 the following threats were made to me by various persons. "They're going to kill you." "They're going to kill these people." "They will kill you." "That guy can kill you." "They're investigating you." At no time did any of these threat makers identify who "they" or who "that guy" is. The latest threat by a student at Harvard University brought in to cover the tracks of the criminals who use the Harvard University owned building to conduct their abuses of my body, my phone, and my computer, "You can't stay in this building." It is not known what the affiliation of this student is with any of the various police and criminal organizations who participate taking turns harassing me. I suspect he works for the Harvard University campus police and the California crime Syndicate. He apparently lives in the building or the adjacent one. When a person needs to be punished, they always choose me. Never the perpetrators or the criminals. Always the victim of criminal abuse over the past 45 years. No need to investigate or to gather evidence. The scapegoat must pay.

The California crime Syndicate recruited psychopaths from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington State and California to come to Cambridge to harass, to humiliate, to ridicule, to insult, to provoke, and to slander me. They must have run out of criminals from those jurisdictions. The California crime Syndicate now brings thoughtful gentlemen from New York City to harass me and to humiliate me some more.



On Friday, November 13, 2015 eight terrorists opened fire on several Paris venues killing over 125 people, injuring hundreds more. French intelligence and their allies in the CIA and the FBI were unaware of these Muslim gentlemen from the Middle East, and ignored a report from Iraq on Thursday, November 12, 2015 of the plan. Instead the United States government and its allies in the California crime Syndicate remain focused on destroying my life more than they destroyed it over the past 45 years. They remain focused on humiliating, ridiculing, provoking, insulting and keeping me under 24/7 surveillance, contrary to state and US laws, common sense and human decency.

For the past 45 years (1970-2015), the enormous influence and raw power of the United States government and organized crime families was unleashed on me for personal and for political purposes. Over the years government agencies and crime families broadcast and published, propaganda and cover stories to justify what they did to me. They broadcast relentless character assassination over 45 years and it continues today. The harassment is non stop as I do my lawful errands, as I try to sleep and as I write about my years as an abused citizen. It is not easy countering 45 years of character assassination using only my blog which Harvard University lawyers constantly remind me, "No one reads your blog."

Having survived, indicates my good fortune, or not. But the abuses continue today. It began when I was a student at Columbia University in 1968 when radical leftist upper class students successfully provoked the university administration. Three issues drove disruption of the university community. Free speech, racism, and academic military research.



The remaining classes in the spring semester of May 1968 were canceled. Final exams were held or not depending on individual professors. The administrations of the 21 schools permitted pass fail grading system for that semester.

I was not involved with campus politics. After fulfilling my US Navy service 1965, I worked as a computer programmer in New York City. I thrived enjoying the work and the company of my colleagues, making life pretty good. When computer projects became less interesting I returned to school to get my degree. That is what I was doing at Columbia University in 1968. I wanted to go to school. I was not on campus to destroy the university or to start a revolution. I was paying my own expenses using savings from employment in the computer industry. I was clueless that some students had parents who paid their college costs.

I asked the Associate Dean of my school what I could do to help resolve the difficulties so that classes could resume. He suggested I become a representative of the school to meet with the university trustees. Maybe he shared my motivation, an end to the protests and a return to teaching and learning. My school, one of 21 at Columbia, was entitled to three representatives based on the number of students. I was one of them.

At the meetings with a committee of the trustees, students were asked for workable proposals. Some of the students were long time campus politicos. They repeated propaganda promoted by radicals who boycotted the election of these students. Mostly conservative they supported due process and respected the structure of the university. There was one leftist elected student, who resigned after one meeting. He said the committee of students was too conservative. One conservative student resigned saying the committee was too radical. I only wanted to get classes going again.



In May 1968 some of the elected students met with trustees individually. They reported the trustees asked them who they represented. The students said they represented their school. The trustees responded, "You do not represent all of the students. Why should I listen to you?" When I heard that three times I realized we needed to organize into a committee and to elect a chairman who would speak for all students. Hahaha. Then the trustees could not ignore us. They created us.

My time spent with that committee after the students elected me chairman was overwhelming. I became prominent on campus, met celebrities on and off campus. People think if you know a prominent person you are also a celebrity. Not so. It is like fame. It comes and goes faster than it comes.

Nonetheless there was a large downside. NYPD, the FBI and the CIA were all over campus and me. I read a book years later which explained that the FBI does not care what your politics are. If you are prominent they watch you. Just watch you. But if you perform actions which they do not like (legal or not) they harass you. I was clueless at the time and did not know they continued to watch me when I went to Massachusetts for law school. Biggest mistake of my life.

In 1973 I was living in Cambridge, MA no longer attending law school. It was the height of the Watergate scandal. I grew angry learning about the alleged abuses of the President. Nothing like the open lawlessness of the White House in 2015, which is accepted by journalists and law professors today. Then it was the early days of media abuses manipulating the population. Today media propaganda is how government operates, through useful idiot PR flacks and journalists. It was the beginning of media bias favoring liberals and attacking conservatives.

In response to my speculation about the Watergate scandal, speaking to friends by telephone, which was bugged by the FBI, government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens. They thought I was a spy. "How did he know that?" was their question. It appears my speculation was accurate.

That began two years of being unable to function. I lived about 18 months without a home. Staying with friends and relatives for short times. But they did not enjoy being harassed because I was living with them. I traveled to Miami, FL, Austin, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WN, and Juneau, AK. And back to New York City and to Cambridge, MA. Intense relentless harssment never ceased.

It continues today even after I was forced either to live on Social Security, or without a home for 45 years. After numerous audits by the SSA to make sure I did not have substantial finances making me ineligible for benefits, I complained to the manager of the local SSA office. He told me he put a note into my file that no more audits be made. The local Cambridge, MA gambling ring harassed me relentlessly from 1979, when I refused to work for them, to the present. One of their many tactics was SSA audits.

In November 2015 a second audit was ordered, after the alleged note in my file. This one was different. It was to be done on the telephone. Never in 30 years was that ever done. I was suspicious. But did not complain because they threaten to stop benefits if you do not cooperate. It is how government works. Bureaucrats threaten and abuse their power. Read about recent abuses by the IRS, ATF, Justice Department, state and US courts, and so on. Instead of protecting citizens, government is used by criminals to steal taxpayer funds. Journalists provide propaganda to hide what politicians and criminals do. They let you vote to choose which criminals will steal your money.



There are honest policemen, FBI agents, politicians, and judges. But there are too few and they too are targets of the criminal majority. See, e.g., Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's book, The Secret Life of Bill Clinton. While terrorists, domestic and foreign, attack the nation, people and institutions of the United States, the power of government and organized crime remains focused on making my life miserable, and threatening to kill me. How misguided can priorities be? Recall that for 15 years the FBI used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me. That was while I was impaired after being drugged by government psychiatrists.

The techniques and technology of surveillance and harassment improved exponentially since 1970s. It is now possible for the FBI to know every keystroke you make on your computer, your smart phone or your tablet. But crime families and students can know too.

What difference does it make who is harassing you, or who is keeping you under surveillance? Did it make any difference to Louis Zamperini which Japanese guard was beating him? Would it have made any difference if it was a different sex offender who was abusing 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard? Did the millions of Jews killed in Europe during the Holocaust care which German killed them? Do Christians and Jews in Muslim dominant countries care which Muslim terrorist kills them?

Abuse, torment, torture is the same for the person who is being abused. It doesn't matter if it is the gambling ring, students at Harvard University, the FBI or some other psychopath who is directing the abuse using the SSA letterhead to harass me. It is all the same. On more than one occasion it was the CalIfornia crime Syndicate, who led the harassment non stop since 1968, who tried to have police arrest me. They know once the police make an arrest the entire law enforcement bureaucracy supports keeping you under their control. It is cheaper for the crime families than beating you up. It saves them money, and making money is what the criminals are all about.



Received the two-page letter dated October 28, 2015 on or about November 1, 2015. It is post marked October 30, 2015. It raised suspicions immediately. It is the first time I was ever asked to respond to a telephone interview by the Social Security Administration (SSA). A second suspicious item was the time period for the scheduled call, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, four hours. Not even the cable companies make you schedule four hours for their arrival. Only Harvard University establishes up to 16 hours for a non emergency check of apartments.

A third suspicious item is that the time period is blacked out in the letter using a felt marker. The time is written in ink by hand near the blacked out letters. This statement is included: "We must see the original document(s) or a certified copy of these item(s)." How was this possible by telephone? Did the SSA have a magic phone that could see the documents? I did not want to call and challenge this request because government thugs often abuse their power contrary to law to harm me. I go along until unable to do so.

On Friday, November 13, 2015 I waited for the phone call. The criminals who harass me where I live kept me awake over night. I waited for the call with no sleep making me less prepared to answer the questions. Here is how the conversation with the audit lady from the SSA went on Friday, November 13, 2015.

At 11:05 AM the phone rang. A woman asked for me. I identified myself. I explained that I had difficulty hearing her and asked her to speak slower. She spelled her name as Miss Killeen. I asked her first name. She refused to tell me. Suspicion number 4. She said, "I go by Miss Killeen." I asked where she was calling from. She said, "The Cambridge office."

I asked "Fawcett Street?"

She said "Yes."

She began asking questions. "Where were you born?" I replied.
Suspicion number 5. SSA knows that. Never been asked during an audit.

She asked "What is your birth date?" I answered.
Suspicion number 6. SSA knows that also. Never asked that during an audit.
She asked where I live. I told her.
Suspicion number 7. SSA knows that.

She asked "With who do you live?" I answered.
Suspicion number 8.

She asked, "Have you left the US since September 1, 2013?"

I answered, and added, "I hardly ever leave Cambridge."
Suspicion number 9.
I again told her I had impaired hearing and asked her three times to speak slower and to repeat what she said. I told her she was speaking too fast.



She asked me "Have you ever been on parole?" I answered, wondering what this had to do with my finances.
Suspicion number 10.

She gave me a notice about perjury. I was unable to hear her exact words.
Suspicion number 11.

She asked for permission to contact my financial institution. I gave it.
I asked if she was recording the conversation. She said, "No." Then added "it is done automatically. We'll send you a summary." I realized she did not give me notice or get my consent.
Suspicion number 12.

I explained my skepticism about who she is and where she is calling from. I explained that I've been on Social Security for 30 years and never was interviewed by telephone.
I told her I want to write down the questions and my answers since she warned me about perjury. She then volunteered to make an appointment for me to come into the office. I said OK, thanked her and we ended the conversation.



Next I called to the Cambridge police non emergency phone. I explained to the dispatcher I wanted to know if the law in Massachusetts required notice to both parties when a phone conversation is recorded. I asked the dispatcher if she did not know the answer to transfer me to a police officer. She transferred me to the desk officer. He told me the statute number, and transferred me to another to make a complaint. This officer put me on hold, then a woman officer came on the line saying "Communications." I began explaining the problem to her and she interrupted me asking if I wanted to file a complaint. She said she would send a patrol car and asked my name and address. She said it would be a while because "we are busy." I said I'd wait till Monday because it might be less busy then.

On my way to the bank to ask them not to give out any information until I told them it was OK, I saw a group of about 25 black Harvard University students with two or three token white students marching and chanting along the sidewalk on Mass Avenue near the Harvard University dorms, near Widener gate. They were showing solidarity with the upper class black students and privileged football players at University of Missouri who scared the President and the Provost of that university into resigning because of their unacceptable thought crimes. The Harvard University students are the same upper class black students. It is difficult for liberals who lack the ability to think critically to realize that there are wealthy and powerful black families with privileged children who are students at prominent universities. It is even difficult for the students to recognize their privileged lifestyles. To them they are oppressed by white people, the man, who keeps them down from being accepted to Harvard University. Oh wait. They are accepted.



Upper class black students protest with a taxpayer funded police escort of about a dozen uniformed city officers. Where are the Harvard University campus police who like to exercise their unlawful power when they lack jurisdiction? At the same time, other underprivileged oppressed Harvard University students conduct criminal harassment and surveillance of a 70-year-old white male who they say is crazy. Is that what the Ivy League is all about? Misguided cognitive dissonance which is twisted and turned to fit a narrative for the clueless dumbed down population to feel sympathy for wealthy students of upper class black parents? And to stir up animosity and hatred toward a 70-year-old white man? Amazing what journalists can do with words.

Leftist extremist students protest across the country on their campuses showing "solidarity" with the students at the University of Missouri. What did the students at Missouri suffer? Their feelings were hurt. One white person expressed hatred using a racial epithet. Another person used human waste to make a swastika in a bathroom. Because of that the students whose feelings were hurt demand that administrators who they do not like must resign. in Missouri, at Yale, at Columbia and at Claremont McKenna College in California.

While oppressed privileged students at elitist universities protest abuses by white racists, black FBI informants, black FBI agents and black police employees abuse their power harassing a 70-year-old white man they say is crazy. More cognitive dissonance from dumbed down government officials. It is no longer limited to young people who have now taken jobs as government officials. They bring their misguided sense of history to law enforcement to their jobs abusing others as they believe they are being abused.

After hundreds if not thousands of complaints about 45 years of criminal abuses by black homosexual FBI informants, black police and crime families, taxpayer funded local, state and federal agencies ignore my complaints. These are the priorities of the United States government in 2015. Standing by, allowing and encouraging criminal abuse of a white 70-year-old man. The White House denies that Muslim extremist terrorists are killing Christians and Jews. Overpaid weak university administrators coddle fragile student snowflakes.

The confused students are being manipulated by Communists, socialists, progressive extremists who want to destroy the United States. It is understandable why the students are so easily misled. They enjoy the greatest privilege a society can provide to young people, an education. It opens all the doors to a quality life. But the students have been taught that victim hood brings rewards and privileges. They search for a way to see themselves as victims not members of a special privileged class.



So they adopt all the suffering of black people everywhere and throughout history. They have a curious myopic view of history only seeing where and when black people suffered in the United States. They appear to believe that only black people suffered. All white people throughout history were upper class, wealthy, powerful, rulers who abused every black person they could find. All white people abused, exploited and killed black people whenever they got the chance. It is what makes it possible for these fragile snowflake students to feel good about themselves. And pity the poor administrator or journalist who exposed their misguided beliefs.

Consider how absurd this conduct is. If it was local police keeping me under surveillance and harassing me, it would be a waste of taxpayer resources. But this is most certainly an abuse of power of a federal agency, FBI or Homeland Security.

Who asks a recipient of SSA benefits if they left the country during the last 24 months? Are they investigating a Colombian drug dealer or a Syrian terror sympathizer? Was this just more stirring up animosity and character assassination?

Then there was the question of parole. Parole? That requires a prosecution in a US Court, a conviction under a US statute, and a sentence in a US court. Never been arrested, charged or convicted in a US court. Shows how limited this impersonation was, how unprepared, and how flawed this fraud was. Nonetheless it takes up my time, more penalty of process just to defend myself against inane allegations, in response to false allegations. How ridiculous can it get? This is what the federal bureaucracy spends its resources on as terrorists and drug cartels move freely into the United States with the assistance of the White House.

One thoughtful young watcher, as they are called in the UK, explained, "They're investigating you." Huh? Since 1968 all of the following investigated me: CIA, FBI, state police in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and other states; local police in New York City, several New Jersey cities and towns, Cambridge, Somerville, and other cities and towns in Massachusetts. If all of them were unable to find any reason to arrest me there is none. Nor is there any reason for 24/7 surveillance, and relentless harassment, yet up to nine different organized crime families have done so since 1968.

And you should see the looks these people give to me. You would think I was a heinous homicidal maniac. I do not know what they are told. But the California crime Syndicate appears to be the instigator bringing in new people from new jurisdictions. They stir up animosity from clueless police employees, federal agents and informants who proceed to provoke me and try to have me arrested, based upon 45 years of character assassination. It is an hilarious script for a Marx Brothers feature film.

As I understand the latest period of criminal abuse, there are four stages. In 1974 due to relentless criminal harassment, people I knew shunned me, for good reason. I journeyed to Alaska and back. While I was traveling, someone impersonated me in New York City selling controlled substances. Upon my return to New York City, the FBI began their element of character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." That continued for 40 years. I did not learn what they were saying for about five years. It is what Mark Twain observed, "The lies get halfway around the world before the truth gets its boots on." Again people shunned me for a different reason, while police kept me under surveillance.



After 40 years of this one element of slander, federal agents and informants who believed the character assassination, began harassing me including but not limited to doing an audit of my finances, looking for those contraband marketing profits. It is not the first time that happened. On one occasion it was the IRS. Now it's the SSA. And when the "investigation" of my finances involved criminal conduct, illegal wiretapping and impersonation contrary to law, the original perpetrators come along and join the criminal abuse saying, "That never happened."

Both organizations continue behavior conditioning employing criminal psychologists and psychiatrists to discredit me and to try to make me into a homosexual. There is four periods of criminal abuse, punishing me for crimes I had no part in, and during which I was being harassed by others traveling across the United States and back. The scapegoat is punished again, again. again and again.

Propaganda, character assassination broadcast by one faction of the FBI is being used by another faction of the FBI or DHS to justify investigating me, harassing me, disturbing and depriving me of sleep so that when questioned I do not think rationally. They record the telephone conversation without giving a legally required warming and threaten me with perjury without swearing me in. It shows an amateur attempt to use the powers of the US government for personal and/or political purposes. And the new Director of the FBI assured the nation that his agents are not political at all.

After some people recognized my exposing this criminal abuse at the SSA (I am under 24/7 surveillance, my telephone and computer are monitored), on Monday November 16, 2015, a team of one black homosexual police (Harvard University campus police?) or FBI employee, and a Communist homosexual (from Harvard or New York?) took control of the harassment at my residence. They disturbed my sleep for many hours once again forcing me to sleep during daylight hours and to stay awake at night. They continue the 45-year behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual.



On Wednesday November 18, 2015 another letter from the SSA arrived. This one dated November 16, 2015. Included were these lines. "On October 28, 2015 we sent you a letter telling you that you had an appointment with us on or before November 13, 2015. You did not keep that appointment."

This is how government criminals operate. They abuse their power then make it appear as if you are not cooperating. That is how the Nazis operated when Hitler ran the German government. These are the tactics used in 1990 by police, prosecutors, judges and defense attorneys all employed by the California crime syndicate for a complete police frame up using the state courts. So now they are using the SSA. It shows there is no longer a government but factions of government used by the various crime families operating freely in the US. One more period of criminal abuse by the same thugs who have been harassing me for 45 years. How much damage will they do to my fragile life this time?

The top cop was asked Tuesday about the counter-terror vehicles, called Z Backscatter Vans, in light of the NYCLU’s request to file an amicus brief arguing that the NYPD should have to release records about the X-ray vans.
“They’re not used to scan people for weapons,” Bratton insisted. “The devices we have, the vehicles if you will, are all used lawfully and if the ACLU and others don’t think that’s the case, we’ll see them in court — where they’ll lose! FBI Merges Civil And Criminal Data Bases For Control of Population

For years the FBI maintained it had no interest in scanning fingerprints collected by employers — teachers, lawyers, state and federal workers, even bike messengers now routinely submit fingerprints for employment — but that has now changed.



“For the first time, fingerprints and biographical information sent to the FBI for a background check will be stored and searched right along with fingerprints taken for criminal purposes,” reports the Electronic Frontier Foundation, an organization dedicated to protecting rights online.



The change, which the FBI revealed quietly in a February 2015 Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), means that if you ever have your fingerprints taken for licensing or for a background check, they will most likely end up living indefinitely in the FBI’s NGI database. They’ll be searched thousands of times a day by law enforcement agencies across the country—even if your prints didn’t match any criminal records when they were first submitted to the system.
The EFF believes the change is “part of an ever-growing movement toward cataloguing information on everyone in America—and a movement that won’t end with fingerprints.”
Now that the FBI has added a face recognition component to its database, employers and state and local governments will be urged to submit photographs along with fingerprints.
A database of photos will make it easier for the agency and the government to track people as they move about, the EFF explains.

Facial recognition software, which American military and intelligence agencies used for years in Iraq and Afghanistan to identify potential terrorists, is being eagerly adopted by dozens of police departments around the country to pursue drug dealers, prostitutes and other conventional criminal suspects. But because it is being used with few guidelines and with little oversight or public disclosure, it is raising questions of privacy and concerns about potential misuse.
Law enforcement officers say the technology is much faster than fingerprinting at identifying suspects, although it is unclear how much it is helping the police make arrests.
When Aaron Harvey was stopped by the police here in 2013 while driving near his grandmother’s house, an officer not only searched his car, he said, but also took his photograph and ran it through the software to try to confirm his identity and determine whether he had a criminal record.
Eric Hanson, a retired firefighter, had a similar experience last summer. Stopped by the police after a dispute with a man he said was a prowler, he was ordered to sit on a curb, he said, while officers took his photo with an iPad and ran it through the same facial recognition software. The officers also used a cotton swab to collect a DNA sample from the inside of his cheek.

County documents show that over 33 days in January and February, 26 San Diego law enforcement agencies used the software to try to identify people on more than 20,600 occasions — although officers found a match to criminal records only about 25 percent of the time.
Lieutenant Wahl said the department was not aware of any complaints about the software or about the policy of collecting DNA samples that Mr. Hanson and others have described.

“It is not as if there is the identification of a specific crime problem; they are simply collecting a lot of information that could impact a lot of completely innocent people,” said Michael German, a fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice and a former F.B.I. agent. “There is very little oversight on the local level, and little concern from the federal agencies providing the grants.”
Facial recognition technology was first developed in the 1960s, but only recently became accurate enough for widespread use. It is among an array of technologies, including StingRay tracking devices and surveillance aircraft with specialized cameras, that were used in overseas wars but have found their way into local law enforcement.

But people who are not criminal suspects are included in the database, and the error rate for the software is as high as 20 percent — meaning the authorities could misidentify millions of people.
Among the cities that use facial recognition technology are New York and Chicago, which has linked it to 25,000 surveillance cameras in an effort to fight street crime.

Mr. Harvey, 27, remains upset about what happened to him. He said that when he refused to consent to having his picture taken, the officer boasted that he could do so anyway.
“He said, ‘We’re going to do this either legally or illegally,’ and pulled me out of the car,” Mr. Harvey said.
Mr. Harvey, who is African-American, said the San Diego Police had stopped him as a suspected gang member more than 50 times because his neighborhood, Lincoln Park, is among the city’s most violent.
He said he had been told he was in a gang database, even though he has never been a gang member. He recently spent nearly a year in jail on gang conspiracy charges that were dismissed in March. “I don’t know how good a gang member I could have been, not having a criminal record,” he said.

The elevated “SkyWatch” booth was taken away at 6 a.m. Tuesday. It had been erected July 21 after a Post exposé about the hordes of homeless people who had invaded the park and Mayor Bill de Blasio’s subsequent attempt to chat up the vagrants living there.

On Dec. 22, the FBI forwarded its report to the Kennedy administration. It referenced an incident in which McGovern had "reportedly" fathered what the bureau termed an "illegitimate child." But a separate memo, one that stayed within the FBI, was more definitive about McGovern's paternity.
It was information that, more than a decade later, would eventually find its way into the hands of McGovern's political enemies.

The new privacy policy for Samsung’s smart TVs allows the company and its partners to listen in on everything their users say. The policy has drawn the ire of internet users, who compared it with George Orwell’s dystopian fiction 1984. While voice recognition software almost always transmits data on what users are saying — so that the job of decoding it can be done by quicker computers elsewhere — the combination of sending the data to third-parties and the comparison with Orwell has meant that the Samsung policy has drawn particular attention.

On Tuesday, the DHS quietly released online a “privacy impact assessment” that provides the legal justification for an ongoing experiment it is calling “Data Collection for the Centralized Hostile Intent Project.”
The 14-page document, reviewed in full by WND, reveals the DHS’s Science and Technology Directorate will conduct an exercise at the Providence airport at an undisclosed date.
The DHS is planning to collect video images at designated areas throughout the airport, including at TSA security checkpoints, ticket counters, baggage claim and the airport entrance. No audio will be recorded at any time, states the document.

The experiment, the paper makes clear, is focused on video collection of trained actors at designated airport areas. However, it concedes that the agency “may incidentally collect Personally Identifiable Information from members of the traveling public and airport personnel who may be near them.”
Besides testing to see if DHS agents can detect “hostile intent” from video images as opposed to in-person observation, the videos will also used to see if computers can successfully be integrated for automated hostile intent detection and tracking. DHS is developing algorithms for what it calls “person and object detection and tracking.”[. . .]
The DHS contends it has the legal right to record passengers, citing existing U.S. law dictating the mission of the TSA is to protect U.S. transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.

In February 2013, the Sydney Morning Herald reported the Massachusetts-based multinational corporation Raytheon – the world’s fifth largest defense contractor – had developed a “Google for Spies” operation that can predict future behavior.
Herald reporter Ryan Gallagher wrote that Raytheon had “secretly developed software capable of tracking people’s movements and predicting future behavior by mining data from social networking websites” like Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare.

Raytheon told the Herald it has not sold RIOT to any clients but admitted that in 2010 it had shared the program’s software technology with the U.S. government as part of a “joint research and development effort … to help build a national security system capable of analyzing “trillions of entities” from cyberspace.

Boston MA Police and FBI Agent Shoot Suspect Dead, Who Was Under Surveillance

Members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force reportedly shot a suspect who displayed a large, military style knife in the parking lot of CVS parking lot on 4600 Washington St. near the West Roxbury Parkway this morning.
According to online alerts, the suspect was under surveillance at the time of the shooting. He passed away after being taken to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Boston Police, the FBI, and Mayor Marty Walsh are at the scene and will be holding a press conference soon about the incident, according to reports.

Imam Ibrahim Rahim noted in the post that his younger brother, Usaama Rahim, was shot this morning while waiting for a bus to get to work. He later died at the hospital.
“He was confronted by three Boston Police officers and subsequently shot in the back three times,” according to the post. “He was on his cell phone with my dear father during the confrontation needing a witness. His last words to my father who heard the shots were: “I can’t breathe!’”

WCVB-TV (Boston MA ABC affiliate) reported at 6:00 PM June 2, 2015, Boston Police Commissioner Evans said they have video showing the attack by suspect on police. Evans said it will be released on Wednesday. Showed image of knife on site of confrontation. Rhondella Richardson in Everett where police took a man into custody at 208 Linden Street. Police entered with battering ram, and SWAT team at 8:00 AM Tuesday. Third site in Warwick, R.I. part of investigation. Police searched suspect's apartment, who police say they only wanted to talk with him.

Karen Anderson reported Joint Terrorism Task Force needed to act on Tuesday because of suspected attack on police. Department of Homeland Security suggested extra caution to police.

FBI Operating Secret Low Altitude Flights Over U.S. Cities For Surveillance

Is this part of the business model for the FBI? First the U.S. government relaxed border enforcement allowing millions of illegal aliens to enter the US for whatever reasons. Then the police and the FBI began watching them to see what they do. Maybe some of them are, Gasp! terrorists, or criminals. Gasp! Gasp! That is like the Savings and Loan scandal (see, e.g., The Daisy Chain, by James O'Shea) Congress repealed laws protecting small banks from fraud and theft of funds. Criminal lawyers and accountants take advantage of the re-opened loop holes and steal millions bankrupting small banks. The FDIC covers the losses and Congress hires the same lawyers and accountants to restore the banks to their former healthy status. Or the feds allowing illegal drugs to flow over borders from South America and Europe. Then they use taxpayer funds fighting the drug wars which they created and sustained.

The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.
The planes' surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge's approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found.

U.S. law enforcement officials confirmed for the first time the wide-scale use of the aircraft, which the AP traced to at least 13 fake companies, such as FVX Research, KQM Aviation, NBR Aviation and PXW Services. Even basic aspects of the program are withheld from the public in censored versions of official reports from the Justice Department's inspector general.
"The FBI's aviation program is not secret," spokesman Christopher Allen said in a statement.

The AP traced at least 50 aircraft back to the FBI, and identified more than 100 flights since late April orbiting both major cities and rural areas.
One of the planes, photographed in flight last week by the AP in northern Virginia, bristled with unusual antennas under its fuselage and a camera on its left side.

The surveillance flights comply with agency rules, an FBI spokesman said.

During the past few weeks, the AP tracked planes from the FBI's fleet on more than 100 flights over at least 11 states plus the District of Columbia, most with Cessna 182T Skylane aircraft. These included parts of Houston, Phoenix, Seattle, Chicago, Boston, Minneapolis and Southern California.

Officials say cellphone surveillance is rare, although the AP found in recent weeks FBI flights orbiting large, enclosed buildings for extended periods where aerial photography would be less effective than electronic signals collection. Those included above Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.

After The Washington Post revealed flights by two planes circling over Baltimore in early May, the AP began analyzing detailed flight data and aircraft-ownership registrations that shared similar addresses and flight patterns. That review found some FBI missions circled above at least 40,000 residents during a single flight over Anaheim, California, in late May, according to Census data and records provided by the website FlightRadar24.com.

The FBI asked the AP not to disclose the names of the fake companies it uncovered, saying that would saddle taxpayers with the expense of creating new cover companies to shield the government's involvement, and could endanger the planes and integrity of the surveillance missions. The AP declined the FBI's request because the companies' names — as well as common addresses linked to the Justice Department — are listed on public documents and in government databases.
At least 13 front companies that AP identified being actively used by the FBI are registered to post office boxes in Bristow, Virginia, which is near a regional airport used for private and charter flights. Only one of them appears in state business records.

Included on most aircraft registrations is a mysterious name, Robert Lindley. He is listed as chief executive and has at least three distinct signatures among the companies. Two documents include a signature for Robert Taylor, which is strikingly similar to one of Lindley's three handwriting patterns.

The FBI does not generally obtain warrants to record video from its planes of people moving outside in the open, but it also said that under a new policy it has recently begun obtaining court orders to use cell-site simulators. The Obama administration had until recently been directing local authorities through secret agreements not to reveal their own use of the devices, even encouraging prosecutors to drop cases rather than disclose the technology's use in open court.
