Superficial Discrimination Rates

The disability category is not included in all scoring. States and cities exclude disability based discrimination from their focus. The MA state discrimination agency MCAD refuses to hear complaints based on disability. US EEOC has few disability complaints heard, as well as the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. Elders are discouraged from enjoying legal protections. Scrutiny of the discrimination cartel shows that three large wealthy and politically connected groups dominate the field: Black Americans, homosexuals and women. Many taxpayer funded agencies are staffed by these three groups. In one case the US Department of HUD Fair Housing Agency in Boston did not know the legal definition of disability in 2003. The IG and Secretary of HUD did not respond to complaints. So this report is very superficial and does not address problems with the denial of access to government services, and public accommodations. As Mark Twain said, "There are lies, damn lies, and then there are statistics.
