Crime Families Are Here To Stay

This discussion ignores one positive role of crime families. They employ psychopaths and keep them under control. Crime families hold their members and associates accountable for their errors and negligence unlike government agencies and institutions. Has the author considered the implications of easy access of union leaders, e.g., SEIU to the White House?
