Privileged Harvard Law School Students End Civil Rights Action, Resume Pursuit of Corporate Positions

How many of these dedicated, altruistic, morally superior civil rights activists will reject those high paying corporate associate positions, when they leave Belinda Hall and the racist, oppressive, sexist, homophobic and Islamophobic law school community behind?

After posting the above comment on the Harvard Crimson site, one of the many thoughtful young people who harass me warned, "You better stop doing that. They want to kill you." Really? A group of privileged black students at Harvard Law School whine non stop about white oppression. They demand punishing white people who did them no harm, and demand special privileges, more money and more power as payment for harms they did not suffer. They want to kill a citizen for exercising a constitutionally guaranteed right, i.e. criticizing  misguided young lawyers. Does this indicate how flawed the current higher education system is? Do they really believe that all white people are wealthy and powerful? Do they really believe that all black people are poor and weak? Do they really believe they are the only group chosen to express their demands for better living? Do they believe they are granted special privileges to silence any differing opinions, by disrupting law abiding professors at their own law school who want to speak? Like the Republican Party, they probably do not understand why Donald Trump is so popular and will be the next President.

Illegal Aliens Get Better Treatment, Respect in Courts Than Citizens

This principle certainly applies to my experiences in Massachusetts courts.

[From article]
How many times have I told you — if you ever get jammed up in court, the best way not to do time for your crime is to be an illegal alien or, at the very least, not a U.S. citizen.
Maybe you didn’t believe me. But in Springfield this week, Superior Court Judge Tina Page let the cat out of the bag.
Sentencing a Dominican EBT fraudster, the judge said, “Had the defendant been a citizen of the United States, he would, in all likelihood, be receiving a substantial sentence.”
So much for equal protection under the law.
[. . .]
The Dominican was running a bodega — a convenience store — convenient, that is, if you want to commit welfare fraud. Julio Rodriguez, who astonishingly was a legal alien, pleaded guilty to stealing over $38,000 in taxpayer funds. He would debit his customers’ EBT cards for $200, then pay the undocumented Democrats $100 cash, which they could then use to buy more crack, stolen handguns, tattoos or money orders for their equally shiftless relatives back home.
Attorney General Maura Healey’s office signed off on this miscarriage of justice. The reason: So that Julio would not be deported back to the Third World hellhole from which he came.
His lawyer said, “We want to keep him in the U.S.”
Why? So he can conspire to steal more money from Americans? The judge said she accepted the wet-kiss deal “reluctantly … reluctantly.”
As part of his wrist slap from the DraftKings-obsessed AG, Julio agreed not to accept EBT cards, and to make restitution at the rate of $500 a month. What happens next is a word that starts with “W” — waiver.
By May, I predict Julio asks for a waiver from the restitution, because he’ll say he has no business left, because none of his customers have any cash on account of the fact that none of them work. Which leads to the next waiver he’ll ask for — the prohibition against accepting EBT cards.
Hasn’t he suffered enough? It came out at the sentencing that Julio’s wife died and her funeral cost him $7,500. I guess that’s why he had to steal $38,000, to pay for the $7,500 funeral.
This all happened in the North End of Springfield. Yesterday, in the South End, the cops made another EBT-fraud raid, hitting a store that advertises “Spanish & American Products.”
Same alleged deals as Julio’s — $100 welfare transaction charged to the taxpayer, and the welfare recipient got $50. The “products” in the store included crack pipes and syringes. The police arrested a “New Haven man” named Diaz. I predict he’ll be looking for the full Julio — public defender, court translator, suspended sentence.
Repeat after me: If I ever get in a jam, I ask for no special favors. Just treat me like an
illegal alien.

Special Interest Group Leaders Represent Themselves

Taxpayer money is showered on illegal immigrants. Diverting that to elders would be remarkable. Excess of money, bureaucrats take from working men and women is appropriated based on effectiveness of lobbyists. Harvard University, e.g., has three full time lobbyists in Washington, D.C. Leadership of older American organizations e.g., AARP are run by elitists who work for themselves, as teachers union leaders and politicians do. Plenty of older Americans. But they are disorganized. Three wealthy and powerful victim groups focus on the interests of their leadership too, i.e., black racism lobby, homosexual lobby, and women. This column mentions the BLGTP faction of elders, and the ADA. Unlike the BLGTP lobby, persons with disabilities remain forgotten except during campaigns and budget deliberations. Politicians know they can fool enough people to get elected employing useful idiot journalists. Elder persons and disabled persons refuse to recognize the role of misguided journalists, who act more and more like politicians every day. Instead of whining get out there and embarrass those with taxpayer money and access to media. You can't change the world. But you can embarrass the guilty.

Identity Politics Eliminates Learning History, Literature, Science

[From article]
This proliferation of in-your-face sexual identities is all posturing, just part of the dance between students desperate to find one last means of being transgressive and college bureaucrats eager to show their sensitivity and to justify their six-figure salaries. Students who should be studying European history and the roots of the novel—would that such subjects were still taught—are instead combing the farthest reaches of the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic Manual for ways to distinguish themselves. By posing what they hope will be rejected demands on their administrations, they seek only to prove that they are living a life of oppression.
[. . .]
With so many marginalized groups on campus, one wonders who is left to do the discriminating and oppressing.

No Spokesmen For Disability Rights

Homosexuals have the Human Rights Campaign. Women have NOW. Black Americans have the NAACP, WGBH, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Chris Matthews, Eric Holder, Tavis Smiley, Barack Obama, et al. Persons with disability have bupkis. They need to file a lawsuit. Harvard University can ignore inconvenient laws (Obama-Holder Doctrine), unless they are unable to control the courts and end the lawsuit.

Harry Reid's Legacy

[From article]
For most of the last four years, Democrat Harry Reid manipulated what was once the world’s greatest deliberative body for political purposes, not for the hard task of governing.
The House passed more than 300 bills but they mostly died from neglect in the Senate. What little legislation that made it to the floor crashed as Reid manipulated Senate rules to ban amendments and debate. When Republicans refused to bow to his tin-pot dictatorial rule, he accused them of obstructionism.
[. . .]
Reid also protected special interests. He did the bidding of trial lawyers and blocked passage of a patent reform bill with bipartisan support in Congress and backing from Obama and 500 high-tech companies.
[. . .]
One thing McConnell won’t be able to do is reverse the worst of Reid’s legacy — his undermining the independence and integrity of federal courts. A year ago he invoked the “nuclear option” to blow up the way the Senate confirms nominations to courts, with the exception — for now — of the Supreme Court.
Complaining that Republicans were blocking Obama’s judicial appointees, Reid twisted the Senate rules to end the filibuster, or requirement of at least 60 votes, to confirm nominations to life-time judgeships.
[. . .]
Reid’s legacy is nothing but wreckage: a dysfunctional Senate, hyper partisanship and long-term a threat to the integrity of the courts.

NYC Mayor Grants Free Membership to Illegal Aliens for Cultural Institutions

[From article]
Standing with cultural leaders and elected officials, de Blasio announced the perks at the Bronx Zoo Thursday, one of the 33 cultural institutions that will offer the free membership to card holders.
“We are not a city that wants to see great art and music and dance available only to a few,” said de Blasio. “We’re a city that believes everyone benefits from deepening their connection to arts and culture.

Black University Students Demand Police Stop Identifying Crime Suspects Using Race

[From article]
The organizations wrote that while campus safety is crucial, the profiling can be devastating for black male students.
[. . .]
Ian Taylor Jr., president of the Black Men’s Forum, said members of his organization feel threatened when the use of a racial description is given in the crime alerts.

Who knew there was black guilt? And what about news reports by radio, TV, print and online reports of suspects who have "a history of mental illness." Police, prosecutors and judges openly report these allegations in open court. Do prosecutors and judges state "This black defendant?" How does that make anyone who ever spoke with a psychiatrist feel? Why do such people lose their second amendment rights because of such associations? For public safety reasons allowing civilians to be on alert for suspects is why they are identified by race. When police and journalists refuse to use whatever facts are available to identify suspects it makes the public less safe. This argument by black men's associations shows they believe that all members of a group are guilty if one is guilty, indicating their argument makes no sense. This argument led the Danvers, MA police to issue an official report stating that the 14-year-old suspect, a child of a racially mixed marriage, who was charged with rape and homicide of his teacher was "white with dark complexion." Here again are wishes of a special interest group denying reality. It only leads to more confusion and abuses of power by the mentally challenged politicians.

OK For Black People To Use Hate Speech, White People Should Mind Their Own Business

[From article]
Charles Barkley admitted Thursday to using racial slurs with his friends.
Commenting on Los Angeles Clippers’ Matt Barnes using the “N” word on Twitter and the Miami Dolphins bullying investigation on TNT’s “Inside the NBA,” Barkley stated he will continue to use the racial slur around his friends and that white people should not dictate how he talks.
“I’m a black man. I use the ‘N’ word,” Barkley said. “I’m going to continue to use the ‘N’ word with my black friends, with my white friends. They are my friends.”
[. . .]
Barkley also said he’s tired of “regular people” trying to make sports politically correct.

Winn Management Official Convicted

Arthur Winn executive of Winn Management is a prominent Cambridge developer too. Cambridge taxpayers and voters are fortunate that there are no corrupt politicians or city officials who may be enticed to grant special privileges to wealthy and powerful developers in return for campaign contributions. How many other cities are run by officials with no ulterior motives than to help others, especially those with the cash.

Human Services Corporations Speak for Disabled

Headline says the disabled fight for funds. The article says advocates and families. That would mean human services corporations and professionals who live off of persons with disabilities. They speak for persons with disabilities. They tell persons with disabilities what they need and take the money. This is one more special interest exploiting their clients and the taxpayer.

Homosexuals are a Special Interest Group

Adam Reilly curiously refers to "the federal government's long-standing deference to states on the question of who can and can't get hitched" arguing against the US Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). But he remains silent on the violation of the MA state Constitution by the MA Supreme Judicial Court. The MA Constitution declares that "matters regarding marriage should be left to the Governor and the legislature." That means that making same sex marriage "legal" through the courts was unconstitutional. But no homosexual lobbyist or any of their journalist acolytes support that constitutional provision. MA is the only state which allows same sex marriage though the legislature prevented a lawful citizen initiative to go to the voters. In every state where the voters were allowed to vote they voted against legalizing same sex marriage. That is evidence of the lawlessness of the MA government which played the useful idiot for the homosexual lobby. This group supports laws when it suits their purpose but opposes law when it does not. Homosexuals do not support the law or constitutions. They support their special interests the same as the defense industry, the drug companies, the banks and insurance companies.
