Without second guessing police, this man was still innocent until proven guilty. Were the police trying to save his life as they shot him? One aspect that fits a national pattern is that he was evicted by the woman he allegedly shot and killed. This is the fifth one among recent homicides where the suspect was evicted, and went on to kill others, or another person. Should legislatures take a rational look at evictions as a cause of homicides?
But also this man had a history of violence with a conviction and having served a year in prison according to other reports. Was anyone watching this guy? Like e.g., police, crime families, Communists, FBI informants? Anyone? Not so much. But in more advanced politically correct, Progressive Cambridge MA where the City Councilors always speak for the "most vulnerable," there are different public safety priorities. City police, Harvard University campus cops, Communists, FBI informants, and crime families take turns for 40 years not only keeping a white 70-year-old-man under surveillance, but also relentless harassment, sleep disturbances every day, ridicule, humiliation, provocations, threats, and young women as bait. Clearly there are strange public safety priorities in this host city of MIT, Harvard University and Lesley University. Different priorities than Trenton NJ. Police killed a suspect, who was permitted to kidnap and to allegedly murder two people with his long rap sheet. The 70-year-old man is targeted for sociopathic reasons--"because we can." Harvard University graduate student psychologists, homosexuals, lesbians, white-hating black men, and man-hating feminists are employed to torment this law abiding citizen. Wonder why there are such egregious violent incidents? Here's one reason.

Murphy [the suspect killed] had a long criminal history including convictions for aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy, Bocchini said. He had previously been arrested for robbery and weapons offenses and child endangerment. He also had an arrest warrant in Pennsylvania for failing to register as a sex offender.
