Here's one more case of misguided priorities. In Cleveland OH this man who drove a bus for a school system was not under surveillance. He was able to kidnap three young women and keep them in custody for about 10 years. No one was watching him or harassing him. No one was insulting, defaming and provoking him. No one was humiliating him and ridiculing him. He was free to commit heinous crimes for ten years. Meanwhile in the World Class City of Cambridge MA local police, Harvard University campus police, the Attorney General, the District Attorney, the FBI and US Attorney all remain accepting of 24/7/365 surveillance, harassment, insults, ridicule, provocations, sleep disturbances, of a 70-year-old white law abiding male who survived 42 years of similar abuses by crime families, Communists, FBI informants, and local police taking turns, conducting a brutal, relentless character assassination campaign. Aside from the misguided priorities of the US Congress and White House are local police any less misguided?
Found: Amanda Berry (above) and Gina DeJesus (below) were found alive in Cleveland on Monday following a decade-long search.
Arrested: The prime suspect has been identified as 52-year-old Ariel Castro

Cleveland Police Did Not Believe Reports Of Naked Women Kidnapped, Held For 10 Years
This is a repeating pattern of egregious heinous criminal abuses which police and the FBI do not believe. The problem arose with the Miami kidnapping of Marc Schiller, when two murders resulted from disbelief of Miami police, see e.g.,

One barrier is emergency dispatchers who are often not trained police officers. They bring their personal prejudices with them to work, and are unable to overcome their personal flaws to address constitutional rights protecting civilians. This is a serious problem even in the "World Class City" of Cambridge MA host city of Harvard University and MIT.
