Romney Fought Corruption in Massachusetts

While Gov of MA Romney demanded that the former state Senate President, Wm. Bulger then President of the U of MA, resign. Wm. Bulger's brother is now on trial for 19 homicides while an FBI informant. At Congressional hearings Wm. Bulger said he did not know where his brother James was, a fugitive for 16 years living in Santa Monica. State Gov't in MA and US agencies are thoroughly corrupt. Romney threatened to apppoint a radio talk show host Howie Carr to the Board of Trustees of the University to get rid of Wm. Bulger, who said to Romney "You wouldn't dare." Bulger resigned and gets a $200,000/year state pension. That was a large event in this one party state. Romney vetoed 300 bills one year. The legislature over rode 299 of them. It is awful here. That he got elected once is a miracle.
