Sex For Disabled Persons? Not in This Country

This may be true for disabled people in other countries. But in the United States disabled people are not human, and are not entitled to rights under the UN or under the US Constitution. Get used to it. This is not covered by Obamacare, which provides taxpayer funded abortions. Abortions are more important than having sex. It would cost too much money and might lead to more abortions. Wasn't this issue settled in the USA under the eugenics laws in Massachusetts? Flawed persons with disabilities must not procreate for the good of society. "Life is not fair," John Fitzgerald Kennedy, US President, for whom Harvard University named their School of Government.

[From article]
"Disabled people are human and have needs like anyone else," the association's general secretary Brett Holmes said.
[. . .]
Mr Holmes said it was often difficult for disabled people to engage in sexual or normal physical relationships.
This, especially, was the case while they were patients in state government facilities."
