Police Tolerate Impaired Drivers for Vulnerable Persons

Man with a spotty driving record was allowed by the state of MA to transport special needs adults. Would the public officials who steal and waste taxpayer funds allow such a person to drive them? Here's evidence of the lack of concern for vulnerable people. It is all about funding human services corporations not providing for the needs of people. The abuses of taxpayers may be less in MA than at the US level but the pattern is the same. Corporations get money to provide services no matter how shoddy and abusive they are. Government officials hire cooperative employees who will see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil, who will go along to get along. More evidence that the government is run by organized crime. No police agency was watching this impaired driver before, during or after he drove vulnerable persons until his accident. The same government criminals keep me under 24/7 surveillance, and harass me daily to deny my enjoyment of basic rights and privileges of US Citizens. Here's evidence that misguided officials who run police departments and the criminal enterprise called the FBI, are thoroughly polluted.
