Task Force Ignores Safety, Supports Improved Business

Current state policy treats persons accused of mental illness as criminals, contrary to common sense. Treating persons convicted of crime as criminals and persons accused of mental illness as if they have a disability is offensive to this task force. The recommendations benefits psychiatric business interests. Allowing criminals to enjoy protections of vulnerable persons, turns the laws upside down and permits predators to prey on vulnerable persons.
