The United States has begun the seventh year of leadership under the most liberal of Democrat Presidents the Oval Office has ever known. Further, this president had control of one or both Houses of Congress for all of his first six years in office. Thus it’s entirely accurate to state that the policy results in America today are thoroughly the result of Democratic Party rule. Has all this implementation of Democrat ideology and policy initiative benefited the poor, made fewer poor, and been detrimental to the wealthy similarly making fewer of them as well? An objective analysis of the data leads to but one inarguable conclusion – not so much.
Under the first six years of the Obama administration the rich have gotten very rich, the poor have gotten very poor.

And Atlanta, after all, is in the South, where the Second Amendment is especially popular. Such incidents are far less likely to occur in places like New York and Chicago, with draconian gun control laws, so television stations in those cities won’t have as many opportunities to run stories about crimes being foiled by gun owners.

SMYRNA, GA (WXIA) -- An attempted carjacking was thwarted by a bystander Friday afternoon at a car wash at the corner of South Cobb Drive at Highlands Parkway.
Police said it happened at about 3:30 p.m. at the Fast Track Car Wash. Smyrna Police Officer C.D. Graeff says a man in his 50s approached a woman washing her car at the car wash, pulling a gun and attempted to take her car.
Graeff says that a witness, seeing what was happening, pulled out his own gun and shot the suspect in the shoulder.
A red minivan pulled up, Graeff said, and drove off with the suspect. The minivan was last seen headed onto Interstate 285, which is about three blocks away from the car wash.
Graeff said at this point, there is not an active search for the suspect, and that investigators hope the suspect shows up at a local hospital.
No other injuries were reported.

Administrators at a Catholic university in Florida agreed to help an honors student start a campus club that would send money and supplies to the ISIS terror army.
Hidden camera footage released Monday morning shows officials and faculty at Barry University advising a senior – identified only as 'Laura' – about the best way to secure funding for a club she called 'Sympathetic Students in Support of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.'
'I want to start fundraising efforts on campus, and what I want to do is raise funds to send overseas,' she told Derek Bley, the school's Coordinator for Leadership Development and Student Organizations.


When an honors student at Barry University in Florida asked campus administrators about getting college funds for a club supporting the ISIS terror army, her idea was met with approval.

Bley offered to help her create the organization and agreed with her request to 'pass out Islamic State flags and educate people' at an annual student 'Festival of Nations' fair.
The video is from Project Veritas, a conservative 'guerilla film-making group' that last week captured a Cornell University dean agreeing that ISIS and Hamas would be welcome at the Ivy League school.

Lawyer Makes Distinction Between Homosexual Pizza Bias Cases, Some Discrimination Is Legal

This matter became a national media issue because of one journalist who asked a young woman who worked in a small pizza shop in a small town in Indiana if her store would cater a same sex wedding. Never heard of any wedding being catered with pizza, but that is besides the point. It was a question, which the young woman answered honestly. It was not a denial of service due to homosexual preferences. But the question became a national issue with spineless politicians in Arkansas and Indiana and their legislatures hurrying to repeal or to pass laws that would not anger the homosexual lobbyists.

This while the nation is under attack by Muslim terrorists, as their apologists in local, state and national government run interference for them. While Communists conduct a relentless propaganda campaign to undermine the nation. Nine days after I revealed on this blog

that the FBI, (currently the Genovese crime family associates in the FBI), local police, Harvard University campus police, building superintendents, contractors, graduate students in psychology at Harvard University Medical School relentlessly told everyone I know, knew and met, "He's a homosexual." and "He's a racist." and "He's crazy." and "He's homeless. " and "He's a retired drug dealer." and many more elements of character assassination for 45 years, I encountered more of the same. On April 1, 2015 I called to the District Attorney for Middlesex (a Massachusetts county government dissolved due to corruption), to complain about FBI employees stirring up animosity saying "He's a racist." and "He's a homosexual." The standard response of the DA (elderly and disability abuse attorney) is to ask me, "Don't you have any relatives?" Huh? When I complained to the taxpayer funded elder abuse services unit, they demanded of me, "Can you prove you are not mentally ill." Wha?

For 45 years, up to nine (currently five), crime families, their police and government associates took turns harassing me, disturbing my sleep, conducting 24/7 surveillance, and character assassination. They keep me surrounded by hateful and hostile homosexuals, police employees, FBI employees,  psychologists, crime family associates, man-hating feminists, lesbians, and black racists.  Every day for 45 years in mostly three states. 

But this is not an issue for the $2 billion a year taxpayer funded human services industry. Their mission is allegedly to assist vulnerable persons. But they join in with the police and crime families harassing me. It is all about control.

Because of numerous additions of malware to my home computer by police and FBI employees, I use public computer facilities at libraries to post on my blog. My home computer barely functions. It is one part of daily harassment, tampering with my telephone, USPS mail, cable TV and computer communications. Most of these intrusions are felonies. But that is not an issue for the law enforcement apparatus in the USA. A question about catering a homosexual same sex wedding is the highest priority among journalists, politicians, and law enforcement. 

Nine days after my post I went to an area library to add to my blog. I met a homosexual police employee who works for the Kennedy cult. That is the criminal organization that adopted me in 1968 when I was an undergraduate at Columbia University. They promoted me as a political candidate, specifically a homosexual candidate. They were at war with the California Syndicate, who attacked me for 47 years because of the war with the Kennedy cult. I was clueless. They still attack me in 2015. 

I sat at one of about 20 computer terminals trying to work. The homosexual got up from opposite me and glared at me. Within two minutes a young man sat next to me. Two others quickly joined him. They proceeded to conduct a tutoring session speaking loudly as if they were in their home or outside. It was not the first time that homosexuals and Communists harassed me at libraries as I tried to work. I ignored them. It continued for an hour. Just as I was getting ready to leave the young man bumped into my chair and said "Oh I'm sorry." I did not understand what he wanted from me. He said "Did I break something?" 

I recognized it was a homosexual police employee trying to provoke me as they did for 45 years. This was on behalf of the homosexual in the Kennedy Cult and the Genovese family who relentlessly targeted me for 45 years saying, "He's a homosexual." It is boring now. I am 70 years old, and there is no hope of undoing 45 years of character assassination. Communists say, "He's not real." "He's dead." They call me "everything," refer to me as "it." But the homosexuals continue to attack an elderly, disabled white male. On the bus on the way home there were nine (I counted them), homosexual police employees making sure I did not speak with any heterosexual women. One man, I suspect a member of the Genovese family, smirked at me, as if to say, "You don't like us? How do you like the Kennedy cult and the Communists?"  More evidence of the hateful and hostile, creepy, homosexual, police, and FBI employees who surround me every day.

When I arrived home the lesbian psychologist employed by the Harvard University campus police threatened me with "They want to hurt you." Oh? Is that correct? And the District Attorney wants to know if I have relatives. The Nazis used to ask Jewish people, "Do you have any relatives in Germany?" And the White House leads the nation on its suicidal mission.

This is not an unique event. When police determine a person is an EDP (emotionally disturbed person) they do not believe what the person says. It is worse when a patient in a psychiatric hospital. David Rosenhan conducted an experiment with graduate students. They were required to get themselves committed to a hospital and then get released. While inside the only ones who knew they were faking it were the other patients. The entire staff treated them as if they were insane.

As the New York Daily News reports, Kam Brock’s ordeal began when police seized her BMW on September 12 of last year. They claimed she was high on marijuana, but found no evidence to prove it. When she went to retrieve her car at NYPD’s Public Service Area 6 stationhouse in Harlem the next day, she was met with resistance.
Brock, an employee of Astoria Bank, admits she was “emotional” when she spoke with police–as a normal person might be when attempting to retrieve property police stole without justification. Police claim she was acting “emotionally disturbed.” As such, she claims they cuffed her, put her in an ambulance, and took her to the Harlem Hospital psych ward where doctors determined she was delusional and suffered from bi-polar disorder. She said,
Next thing you know, the police held onto me, the doctor stuck me with a needle and I was knocked out…I woke up to them taking off my underwear and then went out again. I woke up the next day in a hospital robe.

EdX, an online learning platform that Harvard co-founded with MIT in 2012, entered into a settlement agreement with the Department of Justice on Thursday and will address alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. That settlement could come to bear on a separate but similar lawsuit against Harvard that revolves around issues of accessibility online.
Namely, the edX settlement will require the platform to become accessible for people with disabilities—including those who are deaf or visually impaired.
In particular, edX is required to “provide accurate captioning for the deaf, oral navigation signals for the blind, and programming changes so those with dexterity disabilities can navigate content without struggling with a hand-operated mouse,” among other stipulations, according to a Department of Justice press release. The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that public accommodations not deny disabled people its services.

Many cases were traced to people who had recently traveled to the Dominican Republic, India or other countries. Outbreaks of the shigella bacteria are not unusual, but this strain is resistant to the antibiotic most commonly prescribed for adults.
“This is the first time we’ve documented this large an outbreak of antibiotic-resistant (shigella) linked to international travel,” said Dr. Anna Bowen of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Since last May, the imported superbug has sickened at least 243 people, with large recent outbreaks in
Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and California.

For most people, it’s an unpleasant but temporary illness that ends within a week and can be helped with over-the-counter medicines like Pepto-Bismol or Imodium. Sometimes antibiotics are used: usually azithromycin for children and ciprofloxacin, sold as Cipro, for adults.
The past few years, health officials have been detecting shigella bugs resistant to azithromycin. The Cipro-resistant superbug has sickened people in 32 states and Puerto Rico.

An intestinal illness carried by international travelers is spreading across the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The culprit bacteria have proven to be resistant to the antibiotic Cipro, most commonly prescribed to treat the infection.
Called Shigella, the bug turned up in 243 cases in 32 states and Puerto Rico between May and February, the CDC said in a statement today. The biggest clusters were reported in California, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

"These outbreaks show a troubling trend in Shigella infections in the United States," CDC Director Tom Frieden said in the statement. "Drug-resistant infections are harder to treat and because Shigella spreads so easily between people, the potential for more—and larger—outbreaks is a real concern."

Infections with Shigella are not normally fatal, according to the CDC. About a quarter of the cases in the most recent outbreaks were hospitalized, and no deaths were reported. Annually, Shigella causes about 500,000 illnesses, 5,500 hospitalizations, and 40 deaths in the U.S., according to the White House's National Strategy For Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria. While these strains are predominantly resistant to Cipro, most are still susceptible to at least one other oral antibiotic, the CDC said.
Shigella infections often clear on their own, though doctors frequently prescribe antibiotics for even mild illnesses, the CDC said.

The named areas are all relatively poor neighborhoods. Why are they chosen? Do the police and the human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term), Cambridge division, believe that poor persons are dumb? That they do not know how to find the police? Does this have anything to do with illegal aliens who cannot speak English to explain that the police are their friends? Or that psychiatrists bring love to help them with anxieties and false happiness? Is this over extended and extremely proactive seeking out residents in need of police or human (psychiatric?) services? If the police do not have enough to keep them busy perhaps the City Manger should reduce the budget and size of the department. One personal idea is for the idle officers to address the multi-year criminal abuse of an elder citizen (I know, illegal aliens have priority for Cambridge government services), on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. For the past 45 years crime families and their associates in police and FBI offices conducted and continue to conduct a brutal campaign of harassment, sleep disturbances, surveillance, telephone and computer tampering. Police might try learning how to stop high tech harassment of civilians by criminal police employees, and federal agents, who use secret technology. But alas police enjoy preying on harmless civilians, knowing to avoid dangerous, violent criminals.

On his Thursday April 2, 2015 show Rush Limbaugh reported that after the report of the hypothetical refusals, not a real refusal, to cater a same sex wedding, hundreds if not thousands, of mean spirited, hate filled tweets were posted making threats to the business owners. Most of them were generated by ten to fifteen people, using robot programs pretending to be sent by real people. Limbaugh added that an online fund raising effort got $140,000 for the pizza shop owners who were forced to close due to the threats. He also noted that Apple has more stores in Tehran than in all of Indiana. But while the CEO of Apple Computers condemns Indiana, he remains silent about Iranian practices of stoning women, killing homosexuals, while they focus on "dangerous" Indiana. By Friday April 3, 2015 the amount raised online was almost $500,000. As of 11 PM Friday April 3, 2015 over $800,000 was raised when the account was closed.

Marie Jeanty, 59, who lives in the neighborhood, told the woman at the West Lawrence Care Center on Aug. 15, 2014, to move so she could change her clothing and bedding – but then allegedly pushed her, punched her in the arm and shoulder and slammed her face into the railing, authorities said.
The woman was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital with a black eye and significant bruising and swelling to her arm and head.
Jeanty, who no longer works at the facility at 1410 Seagirt Boulevard, was charged with felony second-degree assault; second-degree endangering the welfare of a vulnerable elderly person, or an incompetent or physically disabled person; and willful violation of health laws, a misdemeanor.

Two Hundred Massachusetts Heroin Overdose Deaths Reported

Massachusetts state police are reporting more than 200 suspected heroin overdose deaths during the first three months of this, a figure that doesn't even include the state's three largest cities.
According to the statistics provided by the state police, there were 72 suspected heroin overdose deaths in March. The totals for the first two months of the year were similar: 72 deaths in February and 73 in January.
Among the March deaths, 54 were men and 18 women. The average age of those who died was 36.
The 217 fatalities were recorded in every region of Massachusetts, but state police noted they don't keep the records of suspected heroin deaths in Boston, Worcester and Springfield, so the statewide total was almost certainly higher.

Mr. Vainer made money from the scheme in several ways: He owns medical clinics where the patients were sent; he supplies devices for foot and leg problems; and he had financial arrangements with doctors to whom he sent the recruited homeless patients, prosecutors said.
Mr. Vainer also made money by supplying cheap equipment and billing it to Medicaid as a custom medical device — for instance, supplying a drugstore shoe insert and billing it to Medicaid as a custom orthotic, for which he received about $330.

Some of the doctors involved are affiliated with well-known institutions. Dr. Joseph Grossman, 82, a cardiologist, was a clinical assistant professor of medicine at New York Medical College. The vein surgeon Dr. David Glass, 65, a former assistant chief of surgery at New York Methodist, is an assistant clinical professor at Cornell, according to his website. Dr. Grossman and Dr. Glass pleaded not guilty.

The lawyer, Takisha Brown, reportedly had bragged that she would never be punished because her boss would protect her, but an IRS spokesman said Wednesday that she was no longer an employee at the agency.
“Our records indicate that this employee no longer works for the IRS,” spokesman Matthew Leas said, though he wouldn’t comment further on the case, which became another black eye for the embattled tax agency when The Washington Times first reported on it last year.
Ms. Brown had her licenses suspended and then was disbarred after misusing money she won for a client in an automobile accident case. Under terms of the deal, Ms. Brown was to use part of the settlement to pay the victim’s medical bills, but the lawyer withdrew the money herself and ignored repeated requests from the client’s physicians to make good on the bills, the appeals court said.
Ms. Brown also misled a disbarment hearing panel when it began looking into the matter, the court said.

Note that, in every single case, a federal prosecutor had the discretion to bring a lower charge or seek a lesser penalty, but did not. In every case, escape valves from imposing a mandatory minimum sentence existed, since a federal judge can “depart downward” in sentencing if circumstances warrant -- that is, if under the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 a convicted drug trafficker cooperates with the government or meets “specific criteria relating to criminal history, violence, lack of injury to others, and leadership.” Apparently, no such circumstances were presented in these 22 cases. So what was the compelling reason for freeing these specific, major drug traffickers? By all indications, there were none.

Indeed, drug trafficking has been proliferating under this president at a rate unseen before his tenure.
[. . .]
In addition to sending the absurd signal that drug abuse, broadly construed, is actually “recreation” of some kind, this president has literally begun opening the prison doors to those who have helped kill American kids in large numbers -- through high level drug trafficking.

Which only returns us to the opening question, what message is this president sending? The answer is: a message of profound indifference to rule of law, antipathy to America’s families and communities and the values that they most dearly revere, including protection of their children and preservation of public safety.

Refugees from Africa and the Middle East were the heaviest users of cash assistance at 61.9 percent and 68.3 percent respectively. Latin American refugees only used cash assistance at a rate of 8.1 percent and South Asia used about 42.7 percent. Data for Europe and the former Soviet Union was not available.
The use of food stamps — or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) — also varied with 88.9 percent of refugees from Africa, 91.4 percent of Middle Eastern refugees, the Middle East, 72.9 percent of South Asia, and 36.7 percent of Latin American refugees using the benefit.
Overall, according to the report just 50 percent of refugee households in the five year window were self-sufficient.

They ruled out several potential causes before stumbling on a reason for the 56-year-old man's kidney problems. He said he drank about 16 8-ounce cups of iced tea every day. Black tea has a chemical known to cause kidney stones or even kidney failure in excessive amounts.

Doctors determined his kidneys were badly clogged and inflamed by the food chemical called oxalate. The man is on dialysis, perhaps for the rest of his life, Ghaffar said.
Besides black tea, oxalate is found in spinach, rhubarb, nuts, wheat bran and chocolate. In rare cases, too much oxalate can lead to kidney trouble, but often there's also a contributing intestinal problem.

Transplant recipient Anthony Stokes, 17, died Tuesday when he crashed a stolen car he was driving while fleeing from cops — two years after receiving national attention over the circumstances surrounding his lifesaving surgery.
Doctors at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Hospital originally rejected Stokes’ bid for a transplant due to his history of bad ­behavior and “noncompliance.”
Suffering from heart disease in 2013 at age 15, Stokes had been given six to nine months to live.
But officials denied him a place on a transplant list due to his history of run-ins with the law and their view that he was not a “productive citizen,” according to family spokesman Mark Bell.

At the time, Stokes explained that the operation would help straighten out his life.
His second chance was cut short Tuesday when he crashed while fleeing police who had tried to pull him over in Roswell, Ga.
Driving a Honda that he had allegedly carjacked from a shopping mall, the teen had kicked in an elderly woman’s front door and fired a gun at her as she watched television, authorities said.
The bullet missed — and she managed to flee and call police, an Atlanta TV station reported.
After neighbors gave officers a description of the car Stokes was driving, they spotted him a few minutes later and tried to pull him over.
He then led cops on a chase and struck a pedestrian as he tried to elude the law,

“It can be taught, but it’s hard for people to accept the fact that there’s a visual way of knowing,” Stilgoe says.

Stilgoe admits that such fascinations place him squarely outside the mainstream of most humanities scholarship at Harvard. He wasn’t asked to help out with the humanities framework course “The Art of Looking,” which he believes is because he doesn’t want to focus on objects in Harvard’s collections.

“By 1985, it was very clear to me that fewer and fewer students were coming into college having had any kind of formal education in just going for a walk,” Stilgoe says. “And then, of course, came all of the digital devices. I’m stunned by how much time you all spend looking at screens. It’s time you’re not looking at something else.”
Stilgoe attributes this decline in visual acuity in part to increased emphasis on standardized testing; he wonders why there’s no visual component on the SAT.

“In an emergency situation, it’s nice to know which doors you go through without having to pull them against you, or which doors can be barricaded against a threat,” Stilgoe explains. “I do this all the time. It can be taught.”

In Stilgoe’s view, VES has completed its transformation into a studio arts and film department. Though he’s optimistic about the department’s future and praises the current faculty, he’s acutely aware of how unique his position is, as are his colleagues.

In February, several swastikas were painted on the walls inside a GWU dorm which houses a group of sororities and fraternities.
A few weeks later, another swastika ended up on a bulletin board belonging to a Jewish fraternity. That incident, though, proved to be a hoax.
Regardless, the incidents surprised and dismayed many, prompting the Student Association Senate to act.
“Moving forward, this resolution would encourage the university to take a more active approach not only to prevent instances, but also make sure we can increase the safety of our students that live in residence halls,” Sen. Thomas Falcigno, CCAS-U, said.
After the first incident, the school added a security camera in the lobby of International House, but the Student Senate wants more.

The practice bears a striking similarity to a practice already established by both the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas who set up roadblocks around Mexican border cities to keep their enemies out or to rob unsuspecting motorists.
Cartel roadblocks are so common in the border state of Tamaulipas, as Breitbart Texaspreviously reported, that Mexican Federal Police officers actually set up convoys to escort tourists from southern cities in that state to the border cities of Matamoros and Reynosa.

Autopsies revealed no unusual trauma on a couple and their 10-year-old granddaughter who died in a house fire hours before a man suspected of raping the girl was to go on trial, a forensic pathologist said Tuesday.
All three died quickly of smoke inhalation, and there was no sign of trauma other than burns and soot from the Monday blaze in Youngstown, said Dr. Joseph Ohr of the Mahoning County coroner’s office.
Ohr said he won’t rule on their manner of death, such as whether the deaths were accidental, until he receives reports from arson investigators and homicide detectives.

The department had requested all official ­emails be preserved, but accepted her claim that she deleted 30,000 personal ones before turning over printed versions of about 30,000 others. She and her lawyer say everybody will have to take her word for what was in those that were deleted.

This video is going viral and it SHOULD. It’s bad enough that parents are frustrated by the Common Core aligned curriculum that is destroying any chance at their child’s future in a math field. But now we have a New Hampshire State Representative bothered by parents who contact him and exercise their voice in this democratic process.

There was overwhelming support by parents in favor of SB101 which would prohibit the state from requiring implementation of common core standards. Why? Because parents are fed up with these new academic standards in math and English.
This petition already has almost 1500 signatures calling for the end to Common Core in NH.

Former United Food and Commercial Workers executive vice president Bill McDonough was paid $544,137 last year despite leaving the union in October.
Working as the collective bargaining director at UFCW headquarters in Washington, D.C., McDonough received a gross salary of $378,606 plus $3,000 in “allowances,” $88,851 for official business and $73,680 in other disbursements, based on the union’s 2014 report to the U.S. Department of Labor.
UFCW classified 80 percent of McDonough’s time as representational activity, which means his pay came both from member dues and mandatory “agency fees” UFCW takes from nonmembers in states without right-to-work laws.

Mandatory union fees taken from nonmembers cannot legally be spent on political activity, but UFCW agency fee payers were forced to subsidize activist groups the union paid for “representational” activities.

Meanwhile, Catalist — a data consulting firm accused of illegal campaign coordination with hundreds of Democratic campaigns — received $706,600 in UFCW political expenditures.
According to The Center for Responsive Politics, UFCW spent over $10 million on political campaign contributions and independent campaign expenditures during the 2014 election cycle.
“We have long known that Big Labor is one of the largest political actors out there, so there is no real surprise in seeing where the money goes or how much is in the system,” Greg Lawson, a policy analyst for Ohio’s free-market Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions, told Watchdog via email.
“It is unfortunate that all too much political rhetoric seems to point the finger only at ‘Big Business’ while ignoring Big Labor,” Lawson added.
