Harvard Law School Students Increase Demands For More Pizza Money

When will the oppressed students denounce white privilege enjoyed by evil white folks living on the streets of Harvard Square. Should they be allowed to continue their presence near Harvard Law School? Some of them actually walk past Wasserstein refuge without leaving money for pizza. They exhibit racially insensitive panache, and anti diverse attitudes. You feel me?

Privileged Harvard Law School Students Demand More Pizza Money

This report explains the pervasive anger among the oppressed law school students. Only $2,000 per semester (or for a year) for Justice for Palestine? These students learned well from Yassar Arafat. And only $8,000 for human rights? No wonder these privileged students are so angry. How many people without homes could be housed with that pizza money? Is this where the Spending Other People's Money Society teaches its newest members how to spend?

Justice for Palestine members were initially allocated $500 from the DOS Grant Fund, and after petitioning for more, they received an additional $2,000. Leora A. Smith, one of the organizer’s of Harvard Human Rights Journal’s annual symposium, said they received $1,000 of the $7,000 Milbank gave them in past years.

Advocates for Human Rights applied for $8,000 from Milbank for the spring semester,

Robin Ficker, who said he completed a two-hour consultation with Wint, 34, on Saturday at the D.C. Central Detention Center, sliced into official accounts of the alleged quadruple homicide in an interview with the News.
“He doesn’t like pizza, he doesn’t order pizza,” Ficker said. “If you don’t like pizza and you’re holding people hostage in a house, aren’t you going to look in the refrigerator for something else?”
[. . .]
But Ficker, who has represented Wint in past cases on the ex-con’s long rap sheet of assault, domestic violence and theft, maintains he’s not capable of killing someone and called the reputed Domino’s
analysis.” The popular pies aren’t “a big thing” in Wint’s native Guyana, Ficker noted, saying he plans to speak with forensic experts on Wint’s alleged link to the food.
[. . .]
“When you eat a pizza, you’re not getting the inside of your mouth on the pizza,” he said. “You’re trying to convince us that a touch of someone’s lips on a pizza crust means that a murder was committed hours later by the pizza biter? This pizza stuff is a stretch.”

He’d been staying in his gal pal’s Canarsie apartment since Sunday — but wasn’t concerned about getting caught until he was named as a suspect Wednesday night, a law enforcement source said.
Wint was “shocked” by the warrant for his arrest, the source added. He called his parents in Maryland, then hopped in a livery cab, forking over hundreds of dollars to get back to DC, the source said.

Police believe the man suspected of brutally murdering a family and their housekeeper in Washington, DC, last week is in Brooklyn — because his Big Apple girlfriend told authorities he’d been staying with her, The Post has learned.
Daron Dylon Wint’s Brooklyn girlfriend claimed that he was with her but heading back to Washington, DC, to turn himself in, a law enforcement source told The Post.
The source added that her claims that he’s prepared to turn himself over to the police could be nothing more than a diversion. Police took her in for questioning at the 69th precinct Thursday, sources said.
[. . .]
“We had information to believe he may be here, and right now in the South Brooklyn area,” Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said at aThursday afternoon press conference.
“He has some relatives here and some friends here. We’re investigating that with them right now,” he added.
Wint was spotted as recently as Wednesday night in Brooklyn, authorities told the Associated Press.
Police believe he may have stayed with his girlfriend Wednesday night, then left early in the morning, law enforcement sources said.
[. . .]
Wint was at one time employed by American Iron Works, a construction materials supplier based in Hyattsville, Maryland, where Savvas served as CEO, Lanier said at a press conference in DC.
“We do believe that there is a connection between the suspect in this case through the business,” she said. “It does not appear that this is a random crime.”
He “possibly” traveled from Maryland to New York on a bus, and police haven’t connected him with a car at this point, Lanier said.
[. . .]
Wint was last seen in blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt and white tennis shoes.

Updated: No Pizza At Same Sex Marriages; Over $800,000 Raised To Support Pizzeria

Posted April 1, 2015 6:31 PM ET; Last updated April 3, 2015 5:26 PM ET

On his Thursday April 2, 2015 show Rush Limbaugh reported that after the report of the hypothetical refusals, not a real refusal, to cater a same sex wedding, hundreds if not thousands, of mean spirited, hate filled tweets were posted making threats to the business owners. Most of them were generated by ten to fifteen people, using robot programs pretending to be sent by real people. Limbaugh added that an online fund raising effort got $140,000 for the pizza shop owners who were forced to close due to the threats. He also noted that Apple has more stores in Tehran than in all of Indiana. But while the CEO of Apple Computers condemns Indiana, he remains silent about Iranian practices of stoning women, killing homosexuals, while they focus on "dangerous" Indiana. By Friday April 3, 2015 the amount raised online was almost $500,000. As of 11 PM Friday April 3, 2015 over $800,000 was raised when the account was closed.

[From article]
On Tuesday, the co-owner of Memories Pizza told a local Indiana television station that the restaurant would not cater pizzas to a gay wedding.
On Wednesday, talk radio host Dana Loesch spoke with Crystal O’Connor, the co-owner of Memories Pizza.
Crystal told Dana the family is in hiding and were unable to open the store Wednesday after receiving several threats.
[. . .]
Nearly $800,000 has been raised so far for the Christian business owners on a Go-Fund Me website.

An Indiana pizza shop may be the first to publicly say it will not serve gay weddings.
The O’Connor family owns Memories Pizza in Walkerton, southwest of South Bend.
“If a gay couple came in and wanted us to provide pizzas for their wedding, we would have to say no,” Crystal O’Connor tells WBND-TV, adding, “We are a Christian establishment.”
Family members say they agree with Gov. Mike Pence that the bill does not encourage discrimination against gays and lesbians.
“We’re not discriminating against anyone, that’s just our belief and anyone has the right to believe in anything,” O’Connor told WBND.
[. . .]
espite their opposition to gay marriages, the O’Connor family promises that if a gay couple or a couple belonging to another religion come in to the restaurant to eat, they would not be turned away.

Queens, New York, Pizzeria Allegedly Sold Coke

[From article]
Wiretaps of a landline at their Corona restaurant, Cucino Amodo Mio, revealed that Gregorio Gigliotti allegedly had dispatched his wife to personally deliver a suitcase filled with $400,000 in cash to a drug dealer in Costa Rica last August, court papers state.
Using their produce company as a front, the family also shipped cargo containers filled with cocaine that were labeled “fresh cassava” to Delaware before trucking the product to their Bronx warehouse, papers state.
“Probable cause for the arrest of the defendants is based … on the seizure of 55 kilograms of cocaine and other evidence,” according to a criminal complaint.
[. . .]
He later used the same line to call his wife to instruct her to count out $400,000 in cash that was to be handed over to his drug contact, according to the complaint.
Like most moms, Ele o nora was considered the most skillful suitcase packer of the family and she was generally tasked with stuffing the cash in the luggage before drug deals, the feds allege.
When discussing drug transactions, Gregorio and his foreign contacts referred to cocaine as cassava and pineapples, papers state.
[. . .]
As part of their sting, the feds removed the cocaine from the shipment and left 1,200 cartons of yucca onboard before allowing its delivery to the warehouse.
“Things are bad,” Giggliotti told his Costa R ican contact about the missing blow on yet another incriminating wiretap, court papers state. “There is nothing of that,” he said, referring to the cocaine.
Undeterred, he continued to arrange for an additional shipment a week later before eventually being arrested along with his wife and son.

Beaten Over A Piece of Pizza

Mark Sinclair was picking up the pizza after having a drink with a friend, when he was attacked.

[From article]
A man has posted pictures of his battered and bruised face following an attack by a stranger who beat him up over a slice of pizza.
Mark Sinclair, 29, said he was walking home from a pub in Stenhousemuir, Scotland, last Wednesday night after having a drink with a friend when he stopped to buy a pizza.
At around 11:10 pm he said he was attacked by a man just 100 yards from his house.
Sinclair told The Daily Record: “He said, ‘Gimme a bit of your pizza’, then started laying into me.” He was kicked in the face and neck multiple times.

Muslims Civil Rights Organization Protests U.S. Citizens Sending Pizzas to Israeli Troops

[From article]
“Slices for Soldiers” is an initiative begun by Nusach Hari B’nai Zion in Olivette. Initially, more than $2,200 was raised to send 160 pizzas to Israeli Defense Forces soldiers and families confined to bomb shelters in Sderot, Ashkelon and Ashdod, three war-torn regions in southern Israel. In the past few days, another $1,000 has been collected, which will go to sending another wave of pizzas; the hope is to keep raising money and sending pizzas for as long as the war continues.
