A Georgia psychiatrist dubbed Dr Death has been charged with murder in the overdose deaths of three patients.
Thirty-six of Dr Narendra Nagareddy's patients died while he was prescribing them painkillers, court documents allege.
Twelve of them died of prescription drug overdoses, post-mortem examinations confirmed.
The doctor could face further charges for at least 30 other deaths, the Henry Herald reports.
Nagareddy - who was arrested in January - allegedly ran a pill mill out of his office in an Atlanta suburb.
In one 11-month period ending in July 2015, he prescribed nearly 500 times the amount of oxycodone prescribed by any other colleague at the Southern Regional Medical Center.
District Attorney Tracy Graham-Lawson said at least 11 of the counts Nagareddy faces include negligence to sign or date prescriptions.
He faces 59 other charges of unauthorised distribution of a controlled substance.

"He just overwrote prescriptions for my daughter that weren't necessary," Ms Carr told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
"It's the medicine that he gave her that led to her death."
A probation officer raised the alarm after noticing that three people in her caseload who had died were patients of Nagareddy.
The Georgia Composite Medical Board suspended his licence after his arrest.
Prescription drug abuse has reached epidemic levels in the US.
Overdose deaths from opioids, including prescription drugs, have nearly quadrupled since 1999, with over-prescribing blamed as a key cause of addiction.

They were followed by a charming thoughtful black homosexuals employed by the FBI, who took time from his busy schedule to conduct a similar harassment campaign disturbing my sleep and a milder form of the same effort to try to make mr into a homosexual. On Monday, May 16, 2016 an even more charming homosexual psychologist indicated his personal depravity by using a toddler as bait. They are determined to have me jailed or hospitalized for their own depraved fantasies. Is it any wonder why so many people are disgusted with the current crop of mindless lawless politicians who allow these depraved homosexuals to continue harassing law abiding civilians? Greedy, mendacious officials remain clueless why Trump is so popular, and will be the next President.

After Mother's Day 2016, the weather got warmer as if it was really spring. Along with the warmer weather came more harassment, and one day two attempts to kill me. Three crime families continue their criminal abuses. Mostly it is the Kennedy Cult, the California crime Syndicate and the Midwestern Outfit.

The Midwestern outfit using black racist lesbians, employed by the Harvard University campus police, resumed behavior conditioning trying to make me into a homosexual. They join the California crime Syndicate prohibiting me from having any interaction with heterosexual women. It is now 40 years with no social life due to the Communists and the crime families. Criminal abuses by psychologists and a concurrent character assassination campaign began in or about 1973 and never stopped. It accompanied me through many states.

On Wednesday May 11, 2016 black lesbian Midwestern Communists employed extreme measures to try to provoke violence. It was severe enough to consider it an attempt to cause a heart attack or a stroke. After about four hours of harassment by the lesbian, a black Kennedy Cult, homosexual took over, and continued conditioning to try to make me into a homosexual. It was a second attempt to cause life ending harm to me within one day, where I live.

At a library a Boston Red Sox fan who was developmentally disabled asked, "Are you a professor?" I told him no. That is one of many false light campaigns by the Kennedy cult. When others find out the truth they take it out on me. Each day new insults and continued abuses, non stop. For the past 45 years police, FBI informants, Communists, police employees, crime family associates took turns attacking me for allegations made by the FBI and other federal officials. Not one day was free from such harassment.



International Migratory Bird Day arrived. Two black racist lesbians continued their intense harassment trying to cause me to have a heart attack or a stroke. They are reportedly employed by the Midwestern Outfit. Their harassment was interrupted for about three days by a gentleman from Somerville, MA who repeated the menu of events that local police use as a guide to harm me. First they try to recreate the police frame up from 1990, using intense relentless harassment, disturbing my sleep, tampering with telephones, computer, and cable television. All of the above are felonies. But in Cambridge, Massachusetts, laws are optional, with additional protection for selected persons by the Obama-Holder doctrine, "Inconvenient laws may be ignored." When harassment fails to provoke violence, they use young women as bait, and then young men as bait. It never fails to amaze me how obedient these police criminals are to what they are told. These police criminals are unaware of the prohibition by the California crime Syndicate and the Communists from New York who issued a joint decree which makes it a capital offense for me to speak with heterosexual women. It is all part of the 45 year behavior conditioning campaign to try to make me into a homosexual.

After the Somerville, MA police criminal completed his program and left the area, the two black lesbians resumed their criminal abuses, which included all of the above and more. They increased the frequency of sleep disturbances to less than every one hour. They increased the effort to try to cause me to have a heart attack or a stroke, and the behavior conditioning campaign.

These are employees of police psychologists maybe FBI criminals who conduct experimental psychological behavior conditioning, and treatment without consent. They use a law abiding American citizen who they treat as a human subject for experimental conditioning and for treatment without consent. But this is Cambridge, MA where Harvard University criminals run the local and state government. They often add threats, among which are "They will kill you." "I have to hit you." "You got hit here."

What makes this all so embarrassing if it was revealed is that while so much man power is devoted to abusing a 70-year-old white man, there are criminals with a long list of serious violent crimes walking freely. No one is watching them, no less harassing them. Government officials lament "the opioid crisis." Hundreds of deaths from overdoses of heroin and prescription drugs across the nation. The southern border remains wide open for the drug cartels, to transport drugs, employees, terrorists, into the country to feed the weak citizens, and to kill the strong. But the response of the mindless politicians is to appropriate taxpayer money to treat addiction not to stop the flow of drugs. It is like the savings and loan crisis. The same lawyers, accountants and crime families who created the scandal were paid with taxpayer funds to solve the problem. It really is all about stealing taxpayer money. That is why the various criminal organizations compete in elections.

Journalists divert attention of other journalists and concerned citizens from the egregious lawless scandals of the White House and other governments by promoting extreme measures, e.g., prioritizing same sex bath rooms, and eliminating bias against persons with mercurial genders. High ranking White House officials openly ridicule American taxpayers and voters boasting of how they fooled the people, and how stupid the people are, and how smart the government criminals are. How charming.

In other words, the huge leap is often made from "This person has a psychiatric label" to "This person is therefore dangerous to themselves and others," even in the absence of any history or current indication of such dangerousness, and that leap is then used to lock people up and/or otherwise "treat" them against their will.

Now the United Nations human rights treaty called the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities includes the absolute prohibition of forced commitment and forced treatment, [. . .] 162 nations have ratified the CRPD, but the U.S. has not.[. . .]
If no harm came from being classified as mentally ill, there would be less cause for alarm. But it is easy, even likely, for laypeople, therapists and other healthcare professionals, and judges to assume wrongly that having a disability (even a perceived disability) means that one's judgment is impaired and that one should not be allowed to make choices about their lives, their bodies, and the treatments to which they will be subjected.

A fourth crucial myth is that forced commitment and forced treatment are beneficial (and, by implication, not harmful). That this is a myth is reflected in the high rates of suicide that follow inpatient treatment and the increased rates of suicide caused by many psychiatric drugs, as well as the plummeting rates of recovery and increased rates of longterm disability that have followed the introduction of various psychiatric drugs into the market and the use of electroshock.

Thousands of Indonesians with a mental illness are currently shackled, according to a Human Rights Watch (HRW) report released on Monday.
The 74-page report, 'Living in Hell: Abuses against People with Psychosocial Disabilities in Indonesia' examines how people with mental health conditions often end up chained or locked up in overcrowded and unsanitary institutions.
Chaining up the mentally ill has been illegal in Indonesia for nearly 40 years but remains rife across the country, especially in rural areas where health services are limited and belief in evil spirits prevail, according to HRW.

'Nobody should have to be shackled in Indonesia in 2016 - people told us again and again that it's like living in hell,' Kriti Sharma, disability rights researcher at the group and author of the report, told AFP.
As well as shackling, the report listed a litany of other abuses the mentally ill face in Indonesia - sexual violence, electroshock therapy, and restraint and seclusion in often overcrowded, unsanitary institutions.
There are just 48 mental hospitals in Indonesia, a country of 250 million, most of them in urban areas.
Treatment options are scarce for the millions living in remote regions, leaving desperate families to turn to faith healers in the Muslim-majority nation, some of whom chain up patients.[. . .]
HRW - who interviewed around 150 people for their report, from the mentally ill to health professionals - said there are currently almost 19,000 people in Indonesia who are either shackled or locked up in a confined space, a practice known locally as 'pasung'.
At least 14 million people in Indonesia aged 15 and over are thought to be suffering from some form of mental illness, according to health ministry data.
Shackling of mentally ill people happens across Asia but is particularly common in Indonesia, with studies showing that it is due to poor mental health services in rural areas and a lack of knowledge about suitable treatments.
Families that choose not to send mentally ill relatives to faith healers sometimes take matters into their own hands.

Propaganda for Taxpayer Funded Psychiatry

This essay is propaganda promoting more taxpayer funded psychiatric treatment. It is misguided to rely on Treatment Advocacy Center, a lobbyist for the psychiatric industry run by E. Fuller Torrey who promotes treatment not rights of persons with disabilities. Suggesting police should treat violent criminals differently based on a psychiatric diagnosis is irrational. There is no evidence that the diagnosis causes violence and crime. 

When confronted by a violent person who threatens the safety of an officer, or another person, are the police supposed to stop, take cover and wait for a psychiatrist to talk to the suspect while the officer watches and protects the psychiatrist? Are police supposed to force drugs on the suspect? This essay promotes treatment over public safety. It is similar to the arguments of CAIR and extremist liberals who argue that Middle Eastern Muslim immigrants should not be suspected of terrorism, because it is profiling. Rational bias is ignored endangering public safety. Persons with disabilities who commit a crime should be treated the same as persons without disabilities. The initial error is calling police and expecting them to treat children as patients. That is not what police are for. The argument that psychiatric diagnoses are no different than physical illnesses is another element of psychiatric propaganda. 

Psychiatric illnesses have no pathology. They are made up by consensus, not science. Psychiatric illnesses are protected speech and behavior, which psychiatrists do not like or do not understand. Psychiatric industry lobbyists, e.g., NAMI and Treatment Advocacy Center promote false narratives, e.g., that mental illness is a chemical imbalance of the brain. When challenged the American Psychiatric Association was unable to provide evidence of any imbalance or even for a chemical balance of the brain. They promote multi color images of the brain claiming that is mental illness. Soon they will demand compulsory MRIs to force treatment on all people with colorful brain images. 



Psychiatric diagnoses are personal opinion masquerading as science. Psychiatry is a means of social control with no due process protections. This essay promotes using psychiatric diagnoses instead of the constitution and laws for taking freedom and using the legitimate state police power to control human behavior based on psychiatric diagnoses, not law. Curious that after gun violence or police shootings of civilians, liberals blame guns, and demand more gun laws; while conservatives blame psychiatric diagnoses and demand more taxpayer funded treatment. Quintonio LeGrier’s father called police after locking himself in a bedroom when his son menaced him with a baseball bat. When the police arrived, LaGrier, a 19-year-old with emotional problems, allegedly charged them with the bat. An officer shot him dead, and accidentally killed a neighbor as well.
The heart-rending case is, tragically, almost routine. Consider two other recent cases. On Dec. 29, Siolosega Velega-Nuufolau of Santa Nella, California, a 50-year-old woman with mental problems, was shot dead when allegedly charging a sheriff’s deputy with a kitchen knife. On Dec. 19, police killed Ruben Jose Herrera, a 26-year-old Los Angeles-area man suffering from bipolar disorder, when he allegedly lunged for an officer’s gun in the hospital.

For all the attention devoted to police-involved shootings and race, mental illness is the more salient issue. A joint report by the Treatment Advocacy Center and National Sheriffs’ Association in 2013 examined cases between 1980 and 2008, and estimated that roughly half involved people with mental illness. A Washington Post analysis of 1,000 fatal police shootings in 2015 puts it at about a quarter.
These shootings are another tragic symptom of our contemptible outsourcing of the severely mental ill to law enforcement. The police are our de facto front-line mental-health workers — “armed social workers” in the pungent phrase of one observer — and jails are our de facto psychiatric hospital system.

It’s a poignant lament, but why do the families of the severely mentally ill need to rely on the police for medical assistance? When someone has a heart attack or gets cancer, we don’t call the police.

A more rational and humane policy would give families robust treatment options before it gets to the point of calling the cops. This would mean more psychiatric hospital beds and more options for mandated care. Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) has a bill to push the mental-health system in this direction.
The alternative is to continue to default to police to cope with out-of-control people, often brandishing weapons, and hope for the best — and brace for the worst.

After the charming Chinese Communists ended their few days of extreme criminal abuses in October 2015, they were immediately replaced by associates of the gambling rings operating in Cambridge, Boston, Medford  and Somerville, MA. For the following weeks these gambling ring associates and employees conducted a brutal campaign of intense relentless criminal harassment. Local and state police, and US authorities do not spend resources on gambling rings. They all participate in them, part of the families.



On Tuesday, October 27, 2015 the charming gambling ring associates in the Kennedy cult brought out teams of alcoholics to surround me as if I was one of them. It is one of the many methods they use to insult, to ridicule, to humiliate and to discredit me. First the California crime Syndicate, now the Kennedy cult surround me with hateful and hostile persons. Surround me with man-hating feminists and  lesbians. Surround me with white-hating black and brown persons. It is how to create healthy, happy, well adjusted persons. Just ask the psychiatrists and psychologists employed by these criminal organizations who direct the ongoing criminal abuses. These health care professionals promote an image as healers, love and avoiding hurting feelings. But they unleash the brutal power of police and government on an individual to destroy his spirit and his humanity. They stir up animosity among special interest groups who take turns harassing me.



The previous night (Monday October 26, 2015) at a school committee candidate forum they continued 45 years of character assassination scaring ordinary civilians away broadcasting elements of the slander campaign. It shows that with all of their wealth and political power in this nation, the same depraved spineless bullies still fear me. After 45 years of being slandered they still fear having their lies and their predatory criminal abuses of power exposed. That indicates what they think of me, trying to discredit me further. Recall that in 1968 this same organization adopted me when I was a student at Columbia University, to groom me to be a political leader as they do with others now in public office.



But in 1973 and for the next 42 years it was inconvenient for them to continue their support. They had no use for me as a human being. They abandoned me, and joined with the California crime Syndicate and Communists attacking me.  Thus began a relentless campaign to discredit me. One element was to tell everyone "He's a retired drug dealer." They employed two mercenaries, a woman I dated for three months when I was in law school, and an FBI informant to pretend to be my friends for 35 years. That was after government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens contrary to law. They thought I was a spy. It was also after the FBI scared me and used me in an impaired state for 15 years to fight organized crime, and did not pay me one cent. 

The government promoted three cover stories for what they did. "He had a nervous breakdown." "He is a drug addict." "Teenagers put PCP in his marijuana." But even if one believes any of the three cover stories the FBI still used me in an impaired state to fight crime families and left me to live in the streets for 18 months. It shows how disgusting the FBI and the Kennedy cult can be. It shows how depraved this organization is while they promote high minded morally superior issues, as they destroy individuals. 

In 2015 they employ gambling rings for the same criminal abuses which the California crime Syndicate performed against me for the previous 35 years. Public officials in local, state and US agencies, and their $2 billion taxpayer funded human services industry stand by and watch. The criminals do what they want on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the most prestigious and wealthiest ($37 billion) university in the nation.



Over the past 45 years one constant element of a double bind is police and Communists saying about me, "He's a criminal." The FBI said, "He's a retired drug dealer." for 35 years. They had other elements which changed over the years. First "He's a black, homosexual, Communist, Jew from New York." which morphed into "He's a racist, Italian, homosexual from Boston." At the same time crime families say, "He's a Communist." They each use their propaganda to justify harassing me. During the 20 years of my tenancy at Harvard University their superintendents began with "He's a homosexual racist." then reverted to "He's a Communist employed by the Kennedy cult." They tamper with electronic communications devices. Harvard University employs all the same technology to criminally abuse, and to control their tenants, as the government criminals use against terror suspects. Unlike government criminals, Harvard University hooligans do not obtain court warrants for their abuses.



In October 2015 Harvard employees resumed their effort to have me evicted. The latest gambling ring psychologist pretender joined the graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School urging me to commit suicide. That is the kind of depraved people employed by Harvard University toward a tenant that they say is crazy. You have to admire their depravity, and the kind of politicians they produce to run the city, the state and the nation. Prey on the weak, and pretend to be a victim.

Next came the returning FBI homosexual squad who led the surveillance and harassment since 1973, ensuring that the Communist campaign trying to make me into a homosexual was actually effective. They made it appear that I was a homosexual keeping me surrounded by lesbians and homosexuals. In case I thought about talking with a heterosexual woman, they ensured the women I met were man-hating feminists, rape victims, police employees, psychologists, or psychiatrists. It is always thus. They added a new round of "He's not real." and "He's dead." I thought only Saddam Hussein had doppelgangers.

On Sunday, October 25, 2015 I was treated to a relentless day of harassment and provocations from a charming gentleman who is reportedly employed by the Kennedy cult gambling rings from above named cities and towns, protected by police agencies. Some report the gamblers are from San Francisco too. See how important I am? Numerous gambling aficionados work at Harvard University. The lead gambler-harasser of the day, is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 210 pounds. Has reddish brown curly hair, some facial hair and was wearing a green Oxford University sweatshirt when I saw him in the basement.



The on call superintendent for the weekend was in the basement attending a substantial water leak from a large pipe going from the first floor into the basement. The Oxford shirt, may be a wannabe psychologist, having worked in a mental hospital as a guard. They often think they are psychiatrists. I suspect he uses police or government files, which are notoriously inaccurate. Not just mine. I asked local police for any files, and the FBI twice. They denied having any files about me. They either lied or the files were destroyed contrary to law. That has happened in other jurisdictions. So it is not surprising to me. The lead psychologist-gambler of the day likely works for the gambling rings mentioned above with a Harvard University connection.

On Sunday, October 25, 2015, with a superintendent present,  I saw him wandering the halls with no supervision as if he lived in the building. He occupied the apartment above mine as all of the criminals do who harass me, disturbing my sleep, keeping me awake through evening hours, sabotaging my computer and keeping me under surveillance. That apartment is now vacant as previous ones were. Harvard employees provide access to criminals for the vacant units for harassment. The pattern that these creepy people use and repeat each time there is a new one is: first to harass, trying to provoke violence. They are told, "He's crazy." And the prevailing belief, obediently reported by journalists everywhere, is that if a person is crazy, they are easily provoked and are violent.



 
Failing to provoke, they next use young women as bait. When that fails to lead to an arrest, they use older women, often married. And when that also fails they use young men as bait. All of which occurred on Sunday, October 25, 2015. It suggests there is a limitless supply of mercenary morons willing to earn money interfering with my life. He is only the latest vulgarian to do so. One of the unlimited parade of hateful and hostile beings that I am surrounded by each day, every day. It indicates the priorities of police, crime families and Communists. But also for the FBI that allows this long term abuse, 45 years so far. Journalists report many murders, and attacks on police officers. How many people with long arrest records and histories of violent crimes are walking around with no one watching them? But for 45 years the same kind of creepy people have kept me under surveillance, harassment and character assassination. Consider how extremely misguided they are.

They think I do not know they are watching, harassing and using young women as bait. They are disgusting perverts, and reveal what they think of me. Do they think I will get violent and allow them to have me arrested? In 1990 the California crime syndicate hired Cambridge and Somerville police to harass me, and paid for a complete frame-up with seven attorneys, five judges, two clerks, and about a dozen police employees from the two cities. That was after I wrote letters to the chiefs of those police departments complaining about police harassment. No more complaints to police.  

The usual Harvard University superintendent suspects provided access to my building, to the Oxford hooligan. Harvard employees explain they are only following orders. It is not clear who is ordering the harassment. Is it from high up in the Harvard administration food chain? The President? The Provost? The General Counsel? Or one of the puppet Vice Presidents? The gambling ring psychologist wannabe continued the campaign trying to make me into a homosexual, then tried to provoke violence. The gamblers operate under the ancient profile of me being "a black, homosexual, Communist." They employed white-hating black people for harassment as I shopped for groceries. I suspect they also stirred up racial animosity, telling them, "He's a racist." It is what these thoughtful gentlemen do. But that element comes from the FBI which suggests they work as informants for the FBI. Watch for the history of Boston area gambling rings in my life 1971-1979, as soon as I am able to edit it into presentable form.



The Middlesex District Attorney (and the Attorney General of Massachusetts) ignores my complaints saying "He has no evidence." When is it the responsibility of crime victims to provide evidence? That is what the police (and the FBI) are for. When I went to the US Attorney to complain. They told me that they only act after the FBI provides evidence of a crime. Oh! That explains why the FBI in Boston is rife with corrupt agents. The FBI does not report themselves. Police (and the FBI) say "He's mentally ill." and ignore complaints in violation of the discrimination laws. Those laws remain unenforced due to the intentional ignorance of taxpayer funded agencies. Taxpayer funded agencies remain focused on white-only racism, homophobia, Islamophobia, and sexism. Disability? Not on their radar. Even at the Cambridge Handicap Commission they are not concerned. In October 2015 I went to their office, explaining what happened the previous week. The staff told me, "That was a long time ago." Huh?

The mostly gambling ring criminals repeat events from 1971-1979 in 2015. When I complain the government tells me "That was a long time ago." I see. The gambling rings harass me and repeat events from long ago. But when I complain to the government they say it is the present, that was long ago. It is the same with character assassination, "He's crazy." They scare people away to keep me isolated. But when I seek help from taxpayer funded agencies who are paid to help persons who are crazy, the staff and the mental patients say, "Don't come here. There's nothing wrong with you." We do not want non mental patients observing us. Oh. So the crazy part is only for non crazy people, just to scare them. In the real world of crazy it is non existent. That is just perfect as one of the crime families often says. At a candidate forum on Monday October 26, 2015 there were at least two psychologists present conducting evaluations. That is in addition to the police employees watching for violence. Amazing waste of taxpayer resources.

Police power is focused on harmless individuals. The police and their employees fear targeting dangerous violent criminals. They might get hurt. Thus they harass harmless persons in order to provoke them and make their arrests without endangering themselves. The TSA and the DHS do the same at the federal level targeting older women and children at airports for thorough searches, while terror candidates wear police and pilot uniforms carrying weapons onto the planes. It is pathetic how the government wastes taxpayer money, and does not keep people safe.

Halloween Homosexual Harassers October 31, 2015

In the days leading up to Halloween 2015 a team of homosexual police employees (may also be FBI informants), resumed their position as primary harassers of a 70-year-old white man on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. These men are part of the group which began the egregious criminal abuses in 1973 after the same man was drugged by government psychiatrists. The FBI scared him and used him as bait to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay him one cent. Indeed they broadcast character assassination, left him impaired, and without a home for about 18 months. Over the next 30 years one element of relentless character assassination was "He's homeless, and mentally ill." Thus PR flacks took control of the nation.

For about 15 years this man was surrounded by police and FBI informants. Not all of them were protection. Some were attacking him on behalf of crime families to which they owed allegiance. Nonetheless I survived 45 years of intense and severe attacks. In 2015 homosexuals who were the protection became the attackers. They began with the usual pattern, intense harassment disturbing my sleep trying to provoke violence. As usual when that failed they used women as bait. This round the women were more troubled than attractive. Unlikely that would succeed. But it does indicate what these bullies think of me.

Next they deployed psychiatrists and psychologists for evaluations and testing, contrary to state and US law. Because of severe sabotage (illegally installed malware) of my home computer I am forced to use public facilities. These charming, thoughtful and loving psychiatrists and psychologists follow me to the facilities and again use young women as bait. As if I go to the libraries to pick up women. Something I never did, but I learned there is a substantial number of college students who do just that.



When that failed one psychologist made an appearance preparing to sit near me, then sent a giant mental patient (over six feet tall) employed by the police to try to provoke an incident. I went to different section of the library. They are so arrogant and filled with hatred and hostility. They say they act in the name of love and healing. No wonder so many of these psychiatric professionals take their own lives. And they urge me to do so with them? I have no conflicts between what I say and what I do. They are the ones with such conflicts.

Within three days two of the homosexuals threatened me saying, "I've got to kill you." A third said, "You can be hit." In addition to the Kennedy Cult, the Midwestern Outfit re-joined the harassment campaign before Halloween making criminal accusations against me, which brought more police and psychologist scrutiny.




The thoughtful homosexual police made illegal entries to my premises and placed psychiatric drugs in my foods, which made me ill. Two days in a row so far, (October 28, 29, 2015). They have a misguided belief that they are the first to make use of  flexible Harvard University campus superintendents to obtain access to my living space. It is a way for them to conduct surveillance, to place illegal substances (poison) in my foods, perhaps place more malware on my computer and who knows what else. On one occasion these charming thugs intentionally broke items I use daily forcing me to have them replaced. Then they had money deposited into my bank account to compensate me. When I notified the bank they said "Think of it as Santa Clause. " Oh! Tampering with my account? If they can add money what prevents them from taking money?




The timing of these changes (new harassers) is curious. The homosexual police and FBI Halloween harassers appeared shortly after I published brief accounts of criminal abuses on my blog. Laughably Harvard University lawyers tell me repeatedly "No one reads your blog." If that is so no one is harassing me either. Which is what they say. It is all in your mind is how they cover it up using criminal psychiatrists who have high tech creative explanations, of made up illnesses to explain my reports. During one period there was a standing offer of $50,000 for anyone who could drive me crazy. During other periods government psychiatrists conducted behavior conditioning and testing of devices using me as a human subject without consent. They use the same psychiatric mumbo jumbo to cover that up too.



And so another holiday brings more of the same. The criminal thugs may change but my life stays the same as I grow older. The allegedly good people of society and those who are highly paid by taxpayers to prevent abuses of vulnerable persons remain bystanders as the thugs have their way. On Friday October 30, 2015 at about 6:00 PM the two homosexual police criminals left the campaign. They were immediately replaced by a lesbian police employee, who began with the usual behavior conditioning trying to make me into a homosexual. One more misguided moron who did not get the memo. The FBI, Communists, and some crime families have been trying to do that since 1970. They have yet to succeed. Who was it that said, "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result?" And they say I'm crazy. Hahaha. With omniscient police criminals there is no need to read memos or anything. They know all there is to know and then some. No talking to them. They know how to beat up old white men, because they can get away with it. It is all about priorities.  

In the film Scent of A Woman, starring Al Pacino, as a retired blind US Army Colonel, he speaks at a private school. A scholarship student stands accused of wrongdoing with some other students who have wealthy parents. Pacino comes to the hearing to defend the poor student. He says, "There is no prosthesis for a broken spirit."

Blaming Psychiatric Diagnoses For Crime Is Like the Inquisition's Witch Mongers

Modern society is unable to recognize that evil exists and that humans commit evil acts. They need to have something to blame violence and crime on, other than humans. Thus liberals blame guns. Conservatives blame mental illness. There is no causal connection between a psychiatric diagnosis and crime or violence. But that does not prevent police, politicians, lawyers, journalists from relentless repetition of their fantastic belief. It makes them feel good. They are fighting to stop crime and violence. But using their misguided standard will never end crime or violence. They all refuse to look under the rock where evil hides. So thousands of innocent harmless people continue to be targeted, demonized and abused due to paranoid rage of police, courts, journalists because of their worship of the pharmaceutical and the psychiatric industries and "the human services industrial complex" (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term.) How is this any different from the witch mongers during the Inquisition? Not very much.

Metro Nashville Police spokesman Don Aaron said police had not uncovered a motive, but he said Montano had been committed for psychiatric treatment at least four times, twice in 2004 and twice in 2007.

Police released an image of Vincente David Montano, 29, who was holding an Airsoft replica pistol when he attacked a mostly empty screening at the Carmike Hickory 8 theater around 1pm Wednesday.
Officers say he let off huge amounts of red-tinted tear gas and slashed a man with his axe.
Montano, who was wearing a surgical mask in the attack, was shot dead when he tried to leave via a back entrance.
Terrified moviegoers thought Montano's gun was real, and called in police, one of whom reportedly had a brief firefight with him.
Moments later he is said to have tried to escape the theater, where he was gunned down by a SWAT team just outside an emergency exit.
Officers said Montao was wearing two backpacks during the attack, one of which had a replica bomb inside - which disposal experts destroyed.
Police later revealed that Montano had a history of mental illness, including paranoid schizophrenia, and had been committed four times.
A spokesman for the Nashville Metro Police Department said he suffered 'significant psychiatric or psychological issues' and had been arrested in 2004 for assault and resisting arrest.
Police said that Montano's mother, Denise Pruit, filed a missing persons report with Texas rangers two days ago. She hadn't seen Montano in person since 2013.

Officers then walked into the theater to search the scene and were forced to wear gas masks because the air was so thick with pepper spray.
In a second briefing on Wednesday evening, Antioch police chief Steve Anderson said that there were only eight people in the screening of Mad Max when the man began his attack.
Anderson said three officers went to the theater and were preparing to engage the man when the SWAT team arrived and took over.

For the past 27 years I lived in the late state of Massachusetts. First came to Massachusetts in 1970, 45 years ago to attend law school. But for much of the time police, crime families, Communists and FBI informants from New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Florida, Maryland, California, and other states controlled my life. At present I live under the oppression of criminals in and out of government from Rhode Island.

 

These same groups this week threaten me, "You're going to New Hampshire." Or "They have you in New Hampshire. " How can that be? Am I living in a dream world thinking I live in Massachusetts? Has Cambridge and Harvard University moved to New Hampshire? It is how these criminals kept me isolated for over 45 years. They bring in new people who do not know me and begin with police and psychiatrists for testing of the police and the FBI's long list of allegations in their false police files. I used to wonder how they were able to keep me surrounded by people who do not know me and who treat me as if I was a violent criminal, a dangerous mental patient, terror suspect or whatever. Now I understand how they did it for so many years.



It explains why FBI agents and police recently treated me as if I was all of the above within one week. I've been going to the Lesley University campus for over 25 years. Art gallery receptions, lectures, dance performances. I knew their PR flacks, Presidents, Vice presidents and some of the other bureaucrats. I met almost all of the reference librarians and circulation desk employees. But on Monday, August 17, 2015 when I went to the library I encountered a uniformed campus police officer, a black woman I never saw before.



She asked me "Are you a staff member or an alumni of Lesley?" She told me I needed to show her a picture ID to use the library. It is a hate crime to require a picture ID to vote. But to use a library it is a requirement. Aha, priorities. Are terrorists targeting libraries now? I know ISIS is destroying historical buildings in Syria. But in the United States? She added, "You must sign your name and explain why you want to use the library." Hello police state. This is what Harvard University has been doing for decades. People think the information at Harvard University is better than at other libraries. I never understood why people wanted to use Harvard libraries. They are filled with the same arrogant elitists who prey on lesser humans. Who needs that?



Nonetheless I got looks as if I was all of the above feared categories at the same time. One policeman actually said to me, "How you doing." as If I was his pal. When I went to a branch library of the Cambridge public library system there were two men who I never saw before. Both were observing me pretending not to notice me. When I went to a public library in a nearby town, I was surrounded by dozens of police employees. Where were they from? They were members of a new group of police and psychiatrists testing me to "see what he does." That is what the recent entries to my apartment were about. They put psychiatric drugs in my food. Broke a medical device I use daily. Broke one of my video tape machines and more. Who keeps track to know what was damaged or stolen when you leave your apartment? But this is what the police do to me every day when a new group, team, takes over the harassment and surveillance.



They test by provoking me. They drug me. They slander me again and again and again. For 45 years and it is still going on. It is called misguided government priorities. Keep in mind that for 15 years the FBI used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me one cent. That was after government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens. They thought I was a spy. In my impaired state the FBI scared me and then used me as bait for crime families. Charming government agency created by statute.

 

The FBI is not mentioned in the constitution but usurped inalienable rights which are guaranteed by the US Constitution. Politicians cower in fear of losing their jobs. I know why Cambridge City Councilors hire consultants to make decisions for them. They are focused only on getting re-elected. Actually making decisions takes time. Don't want to offend any potential contributors.

I learned that the latest group of police and FBI associates of the California crime Syndicate do not believe what I report about my life of 45 years of government abuses. It is possible that they know what I say is true but deny they believe it, as part of character assassination saying "He's crazy." In any case it is what they do, because they say they do not believe what I say. They "know" better than I do, because, well because that is what criminals, police and the FBI tells them is true. They believe what the FBI and criminals say, but do not believe what I say. At least that is what they say. So in order to show me what they believe, they harass me, they attack me and try to cause me to have a heart attack or stroke. They punish me because they do not believe what I say. Huh? And what if what they say is true, and what I say is not. Under what system of morality, law, regulations, crime family association rules, do you punish a person for what they believe? Are these omniscient persons now punishing thought crimes? Think about what these people did to me on Friday August 21, 2015. I am 70 years old, after 45 years of extreme criminal abuses. Or as they believe, "He's crazy." crazy for 45 years and they come to punish me for what I believe. If I were crazy what difference does it make what I believe? Is that how medieval priests used to beat people who refused to admit the "truth?" That is how the Inquisition acted. They beat people because they refused to admit they were witches, until they admitted their sins and even if they died these inquisitors said they saved their souls. Is that what these modern day inquisitors do to me, did to me last week?

Surrounded by hateful and hostile people, who do not know me. They act as if I just arrived on earth from Alpha Centauri, with horns, fangs and breathing fire. That is bad enough for civilians to react to someone like that. But add to it paranoid police, and control freaks who are motivated by fear and the desire to control others. Conformists, who tolerate no non conformity. And worse they lack wisdom and knowledge especially of human nature. If they were aware of their lack of knowledge and wisdom it would not be so bad. But they think they are the smartest guy in the room and omniscient. That is what the underlying problem is, making it especially egregious.

Psychopaths Everywhere, All You Need To Do Is Look

It is remarkably certain that the gentle thoughtful lesbian graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School, who harassed me and disturbed my sleep every one or two hours every day for the past three years meets the criteria. Not that she is unique in the list of previous 45 years of primary harassers. They all share at least one characteristic of having no moral conscience. Police employees, crime families, FBI informants, Communists, Harvard University campus police, lawyers, and building superintendents. They all do the same thing. It is truly amazing how they all conform when attacking me. As Einstein and others observed, “The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.”

Psychopaths are quite rational, and rationally fabricate a false and attractive personality to provide cover for their conscienceless frauds and misdemeanors. Intelligent and manipulative psychopaths can be among the most dangerous creatures on the planet.

There were allegations that Corzine used clients' money in an attempt to shore up MF Global, and there were losses in client's accounts.

The rarest psychopathic type is the intellectual psychopath, with Karl Marx as the leading example. Saul Alinsky, Richard Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven, and Obama's buddy and terrorist Bill Ayers seem to fall into this category.

Most known psychopathic dictators fall into one of two categories that may be identified as either having had an abusive childhood or having had a privileged childhood. Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Saddam Hussein were abused as children, but Napoleon, Lenin, and the Kim family in North Korea led lives of privilege. Obama lived a life of privilege with many disruptions, which is probably a factor in his psychopathy.

Lisa Brown says there is finally justice for her late son Joshua Messier who was only 23 years old when he died while being restrained by guards at Bridgewater State Hospital six years ago.
Now three of those guards have been indicted, charged with manslaughter and civil rights violations.
“I’m thankful to God that finally, finally when it seemed like there wasn’t going to be any justice that there’s a first step,” said Lisa Brown.
Josh Messier suffered from schizophrenia. He was sent to Bridgewater State Hospital after staffers at a private hospital filed assault and battery charges.
A month later, the incident at Bridgewater was captured on video. Following his restraint, Messier died of heart failure.
“They piled on top of him. They pushed into his back. Apparently they folded him in half so he couldn’t breath,” Brown said.
Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz declined to press charges after what he called an exhaustive investigation.
But last year, Attorney General Martha Coakley reopened the case appointing a special prosecutor who decided to seek charges. Attorney Roderick MacLeish represented Joshua’s mother.

US Government Study Reveals Extensive Abuses Prescribing Psychiatric Drugs To Vulnerable Persons

The release in late March of an alarming new report by federal investigators has confirmed in shocking new detail what has been known for years: Poor and foster care kids covered by Medicaid are being prescribed too many dangerous antipsychotic drugs at young ages for far too long -- mostly without any medical justification at all. The report by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Inspector General examined in depth nearly 700 claims filed in 2011 in five of the biggest prescribing states -- California, Florida, Illinois, Texas and New York -- and discovered that two thirds of all the prescribing with these popular and costly "second generation antipsychotics" (SGAs) raised high-risk "quality of care" concerns.
The new report noted several disturbing examples, just a few months after an overmedicated teen in foster care, Steven Unangst, died in Antioch, California. The report cited a 10-old-year with ADHD given an antipsychotic -- without any medical documentation -- mixed in with other psych drugs; a 4-year-old on four psychotropic drugs, including two antipsychotics; and a 16-year-old with bipolar disorder on six psychiatric medications, including variously three antipsychotics. Among the side effects of this polypharmacy assault: "This child experienced paranoia, hostility, unstable mood, hallucinations, and suicidal thoughts. This child also experienced significant side effects potentially resulting from the prescribed drugs, including a 22-pound weight gain, insomnia, and edema (swelling) of hands and feet."
Perhaps even more damning, the report found, 92 percent of all kids on Medicaid receiving antipsychotics don't have any of the limited "medically accepted pediatric conditions" supposedly justifying their use. These "accepted conditions" include the authority to use antipsychotics even for autistic children as young as 5 for such dubious FDA-approved conditions as "irritability."

Medicaid spends about $3.5 billion a year on antipsychotics for all ages, largely for unaccepted uses, with nearly 2 million kids prescribed them.

But Medicaid programs are generally all too glad to look the other way at such antipsychotic spending run amok. Why? "They're not willing to go up against the doctors or the pharmaceutical industry," says Jim Gottstein, a crusading Alaska-based attorney with the Psychrights.org advocacy group; although he hasn't won a whistleblower fraud lawsuit yet, he has been pursuing legal strategies -- with the recent go-ahead of a federal appeals court -- to force state and federal Medicaid programs to follow federal law and to stop paying for fraudulent, unproven uses of the antipsychotics.

"The federal government has done absolutely nothing of significance to rein in overprescribing,"

One sign of federal indifference, I have found, is that in 2012 the federal government touted to state agencies a Texas prescription monitoring program then so lax that Texas foster care children were 52 more times likely to be prescribed five or more psychiatric drugs at the same time than non-foster children, according to the GAO and a stinging ABC News report in 2011, based on the latest available data. But the Texas drugging "parameters," which helped turn too many kids into drooling, tremor-ridden "zombies," were lauded by ACF in 2012

the guidelines panel originally praised by HHS was stacked with two drug company-subsidized academics cited in court records for helping defraud Medicaid -- and an accused child-molester psychiatrist who was fired from a state hospital and is now facing sexual assault charges involving five minors in his care.

Jo Angel Rodriguez, a troubled 11-year-old girl who bounced around the foster care system until her death in 2009 that prompted a wrongful death lawsuit; it was quietly settled in 2013 with Pfizer, the maker of the antipsychotic Geodon. As reported by the San Antonio Current, she was taken to the Laurel Ridge treatment center and was first given the antipsychotic Abilify, which caused vomiting and diarrhea, then spurred withdrawn and later aggressive behavior. Solution? More drugs:

A key component of creating the impression of scientific evidence for both TMAP and the foster care "parameters" was a series of rigged, skewed and ghost-written studies funded by Johnson and Johnson's Janssen division. Their goal: to tout the effectiveness of Risperdal while downplaying side effects, including weight gain, diabetes and male breast growth due to elevated prolactin levels.
Indeed, just two months ago, a Philadelphia jury found that Janssen hid the breast-growth dangers of the drug Risperdal and owed $2.5 million to a 20-year-old autistic man who developed size 46 DD breasts as a teenager.

In yet another egregious example of ghostwriting outlined by Rothman, Excepta Medica drafted a study purportedly showing that Risperdal was the established treatment in children and adolescents with severe behavioral disorders and then went looking for some key opinion leaders (KOLs) to attach their names to the article. They finally found Dr. Peter Jensen, a pediatric psychiatrist (who was paid more than $80,000 by J&J in consulting and speaking fees between 2002 and 2004) to attach his name to the study, which was published in The European Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2007, again with no acknowledgement of the ghostwriter's role. Rothman cites example after example of overlap between the ghostwriter's draft and the published piece and concludes that "the authors improperly put their name on it and failed to credit EM's work."

NYPD Puts Woman In Psychiatric Ward Because They Were Skeptical About Her Claims

This is not an unique event. When police determine a person is an EDP (emotionally disturbed person) they do not believe what the person says. It is worse when a patient in a psychiatric hospital. David Rosenhan conducted an experiment with graduate students. They were required to get themselves committed to a hospital and then get released. While inside the only ones who knew they were faking it were the other patients. The entire staff treated them as if they were insane.

As the New York Daily News reports, Kam Brock’s ordeal began when police seized her BMW on September 12 of last year. They claimed she was high on marijuana, but found no evidence to prove it. When she went to retrieve her car at NYPD’s Public Service Area 6 stationhouse in Harlem the next day, she was met with resistance.
Brock, an employee of Astoria Bank, admits she was “emotional” when she spoke with police–as a normal person might be when attempting to retrieve property police stole without justification. Police claim she was acting “emotionally disturbed.” As such, she claims they cuffed her, put her in an ambulance, and took her to the Harlem Hospital psych ward where doctors determined she was delusional and suffered from bi-polar disorder. She said,
Next thing you know, the police held onto me, the doctor stuck me with a needle and I was knocked out…I woke up to them taking off my underwear and then went out again. I woke up the next day in a hospital robe.

Study Shows Psychiatric Drugs Destroy Human Will

Disturbingly, researchers found participants often exhibited 'a culture of hopelessness' where acceptance was dominant, which they warn can destroy an individual's will to recover.

Interviews with community members who are taking antipsychotic medication for mental health problems have added to growing concerns about how the drugs are administered, their effectiveness against placebo and the severity of their side-effects.

The recent research also touches on how stigma can lead individuals to 'just put up with the drugs' despite not believing they help.
While their sample size is limited, Murdoch University and the University of Queensland researchers say insight into lived experience is invaluable.
"People using antipsychotic medications experience adverse side-effects that reach into their physical, social and emotional lives, and cause a level of fear and suffering that is difficult for anyone else to fully comprehend," Murdoch Professor Paul Morrison says.

Government Control Freaks Take Freedom From Advocate for Persons With Disabilities, They Discredit Her and Diminish Her Spirit

Contrary to its image of love and compassion, psychiatry is a means of social control with no due process protections. Among the misguided standards is if a person denies the entire concept of mental illness that too is a mental illness. Human emotions, ordinary protected speech and behavior are classified as illnesses. Using arbitrary standards psychiatrists take a person's freedom for speech and behavior which they do not like or do not understand.

Hymes was no ordinary patient. Before landing at Western, she spent years urging others with mental illness and their families not to let doctors, judges and social workers make decisions for them. She was part of a state task force charged with reforming civil commitment laws at the time of the 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, serving alongside doctors, academics, and law enforcement officials.
The daughter of a prominent University of Virginia linguist, Hymes argued vehemently — and unsuccessfully — against loosening the state’s commitment criteria.

Anyone who knew Hymes from her days on the state’s commitment task force would not have recognized the timid woman in the hospital waiting room.
She had been a fixture at public meetings on mental health issues for years, with a reputation for challenging anyone, no matter how important.

Author Pete Earley, who served with Hymes on the state panel, described her as the loudest, fiercest voice against involuntary hospitalization and forced medication. “She wouldn’t give an inch and celebrated being an outsider,” he said. “She was relentless if you disagreed with her.”

Years of taking lithium had ruined Hymes’s kidneys. She was on a transplant waiting list as she served on the task force, spending much of her free time going to dialysis.

More significant for Hymes, the state adopted the approach to involuntary hospitalization recommended by the task force. It no longer required that people pose an “imminent danger” to themselves or others before they could be committed, but it also allowed involuntary hospitalization of those who showed a “substantial likelihood” of harm because of an inability to protect themselves from harm or to provide for their basic human needs.

When asked whether she was mentally ill, she replied, “I don’t really believe in mental disability.”
To clinicians, her answer was a sign of her illness, and they sent her to Western for what became a one-year stay. To her friends in what’s called “the psychiatric survivors movement,” her statement was a sign of sanity. She shared their view of involuntary hospitalization, forced medication and the use of restraints as traumatizing and a violation of civil rights. To them, she was not a patient but a political prisoner.

When outside pressure against her hospital commitment did not work, Hymes grew dejected. A doctor described her as “feeling hopeless and helpless” and saying, “ ‘I give up.’ ”
