AFDI Needs Support To Protect Freedom Of Expression

Despite the overwhelming pushback and danger, we continue to fight on fiercely. The war is in the homeland, and it's only just begun.
One year after the first ISIS attack on our free speech event, jihad in America has spiked -- Chattanooga, San Bernardino, Orlando -- accompanied by more sharia enforcement prohibition on discussing the ideology and motive behind the slaughter. Which is why we are kicking off new ad campaigns.
AFDI ads of Muhammad's quotes are going up on 100 London taxis on the 27th.
London buses refused our ads, despite running Islamic prayers on their bus-sides. So we are putting our ads on 100 London taxis .... they go up this week, but it's bloody expensive.

That's not all.....
Our film crew is Europe as we speak, filming interviews with Geert Wilders, Bat Ye'or, Douglas Murray, Lars Vilks (a Danish Muhammad cartoonist) and English ex-Muslim journalist Raheem Kassam. The film title, Can't We Talk About This? is taken from Theo Van Gogh's last words before a Muslim beheaded him in broad daylight on a street in Amsterdam.
The film will be the first-ever documentary treatment of the decades-long Islamic war against free speech, detailing the full shocking story of how the West is readily capitulating and self-censoring in order to avoid offending Muslims -- in effect, adopting Sharia restrictions on speech. We are working on Netflix distribution and a release in small theaters across the country.
We will be creating a New York City bus campaign for the anti-jihad film.
We need your help. Would you consider a contribution to the taxi and bus campaign? Your support is crucial.
The war is in the information battlespace, and the leftist/Islamic machine is working to shut down all
opposition to its sinister authoritarian agenda.

Facebook tried to censor me, but the blowback was so fierce, we were reinstated.
"Facebook and Reddit accused of censorship after pages discussing Orlando carnage are deleted in wake of terrorist attack," Daily Mail
Facebook shuts down 'Stop the Islamization of America'Arutz Sheva, Israel National News
Banned & blocked: Facebook & Reddit censor users after Orlando massacre Russia Today
Facebook is a key tool for people to exchange information that is not available from the mainstream media, and to circumvent media disinformation and censorship. Now that Mark Zuckerberg, under pressure from Angela Merkel and others, has adopted a policyof censoring news that portrays Muslim migrants in an unfavorable light and reveals the jihadi motivations of the Orlando killer, a primary avenue for disseminating politically incorrect information is being closed. Zuckerberg is unwittingly serving the sharia imperative of prohibiting criticism of Islam, and striking a tremendous blow against the freedom of speech, the cornerstone of any free society.
Our pages on Facebook and Twitter reach over close to half a million people a day. That's huge.

Help us
UPDATE: Boston Beheading Plot
It is critical to educate as many freedom-loving Americans as we can, as quicling as we can. The Obama administration is removing all references to Islam from jihad terror. The Orlando 911 transcripts were redacted of ISIS references. Omar Mateen was a walking time bomb and the Feds did nothing.
The Feds knew about the Boston jihad plot to behead me for months and did nothing.
"Rovinski and Wright were under investigation for months on suspicion they were plotting to kill anti-Islam activist Pamela Geller. They were arrested, however, only after Usaamah Abdullah Rahim — Wright’s uncle — was shot by police officers last June when he allegedly attacked one of them with a knife. Rovinski and Wright were later indicted and are awaiting trial on charges that they tried to establish a local terror cell."
So unless a jihadi attempts to kill police officers on their way to behead an author and activist who works in defense of freedom, or shoots up a gay nightclub in Orlando or a Christmas party in San Bernardino, then we are all on our own, no matter how many red flags were raised -- as evidenced in Orlando, San Bernardino and Chattanooga.
This must end. We must declare war on the jihad doctrine. The key is education -- and growing the movement.

PLEASE DONATE GENEROUSLY.

Conservative Political Committee Blocks Free Speech, Anti Terror Activist

[From article]
For years, I have wrestled and wrangled with and cajoled the CPAC organizers to allow me the same privilege they routinely extend to other conservative groups: the right to host events at the largest gathering of conservatives in the country. Every year I faced roadblocks, delays, and lame excuses -- all stemming from the crippling cowardice of the CPAC leadership and its adamant refusal to grapple honestly with the jihad threat. This year, with jihadis threatening the whole world, it hasn’t gotten better -- it has gotten worse.
[. . .]
the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), wanted to be a full-fledged sponsor of CPAC, so that I could host an event, “How Liberal Ideology Is Crippling National Security Capability.” Being a CPAC sponsor is not some honor that CPAC organizers confer; any conservative group can buy sponsor status.
[. . .]

we invited the internationally renowned Dutch freedom fighter Geert Wilders, who just won the “Politician of the Year” award in The Netherlands. We also invited British politician Paul Weston of LibertyGB, who was arrested for quoting Winston Churchill’s words about Islam; Swiss freedom fighter Oskar Freysinger; Israeli political analyst Caroline Glick; and DHS whistleblower Philip Haney.
[. . .]
They were concerned about security because of the death threats I have received since my free speech conference in Garland, Texas last May was attacked by Jihadis. I assured them that my entire security apparatus, a seasoned team of the top professionals in their field, would be in place (at our expense, not CPAC’s), and that several of my speakers who are European politicians would also be coming with their own secret service protection.
[. . .]
At CPAC 2008, I introduced Mark Steyn. I also once introduced David Horowitz. But once I started to criticize CPAC, the ACU’s David Keene, along with members of the ACU board such as Grover Norquist and Suhail Khan, those invitations quickly stopped coming.
[. . .]
we succeeded in bringing much-needed coverage of the jihad threat that CPAC was resolutely ignoring. Apparently because they were determined to continue ignoring it, I’ve had problems with the ACU leadership for years, as they have steadfastly refused to address the jihad threat and related issues adequately, and have continuously marginalized the most courageous voices.
[. . .]
after I fought fiercely for months trying to get Wilders on the official CPAC roster. They should have been clamoring to have him. He represents the fight for the idea of American freedom, our unalienable rights as endowed by our creator. After much conversation, David Keene was planning to give the Courage Under Fire Award to Wilders at CPAC for his fight for free speech (the very bedrock of conservative principles).
Yet within 24 hours of the decision to give Wilders the Charlton Heston Courage Under Fire award, it was withdrawn. Keene canceled the decision to honor Wilders because of an article in Newsweek in which David Horowitz and my AFDI colleague Robert Spencer criticized CPAC for its Norquist-mandated refusal to deal with the jihad or Islamic supremacism in any meaningful or effective way.
[. . .]
I hosted a panel on Islamic Law in America, featuring Justice Department whistleblower J. Christian Adams, Robert Muise of the American Freedom Law Center, and others. By this time, David Horowitz was no longer a sponsor of CPAC: the Norquist/Khan cabal was deeply problematic to many others besides me. We partnered with the Tea Party. Despite our being under the official umbrella of the Tea Party, CPAC put that event in a tiny, windowless, sweltering room
[. . .]
I appeared on Breitbart’s “Uninvited” panel -- after being banned by the ACU.
[. . .]
I had to promise that if I came to CPAC, there would be “no cartoons.” So I had to surrender on the point where free speech is most challenged in order to speak out there for free speech. They also told me I could not publicize my event beforehand. My past events at CPAC were always SRO, but if I couldn’t publicize it, how would people know to come? Nevertheless, I agreed to every request.
[. . .]
Schneider told me Tuesday that they were not allowing AFDI to be a sponsor – not because of security concerns, but because I have criticized them in the past for not paying adequate attention to the jihad threat.
When Schneider told me that I was being denied because of the “negative press coverage” I had previously given them, after months of saying that they were hesitating because of something else, I responded that I had reported on what happened. I reported what was true and accurate. Back on our first phone call, Schneider had even admitted that I had been right about CPAC: that in previous years the conference had gone to great lengths to avoid the subject of jihad and sharia. And yet now that was why they were denying me an opportunity to host an event there. It looks as if Schneider’s new and improved CPAC is the same as the old, broken CPAC.
[. . .]
It is apparently official CPAC policy at this point to avoid and ignore the greatest national security threat to our country -- or at best to feature speakers whose analysis is hamstrung by political correctness and ignorance of the subject. Year in, year out, the ACU has managed to keep jihad and sharia off the CPAC schedule.
[. . .]
The Middle East is on fire. ISIS has vowed to commit a jihad attack larger than 9/11 and called on Muslims to murder American civilians. The country is deeply concerned about the jihad issue, and yet it is hardly anywhere on the CPAC schedule, and they’re not allowing me space because I criticized their weakness and flabbiness on this very issue in the past.
[. . .]
CPAC doesn’t deserve the name “Conservative.” It should be called the “Cowards Political Action Conference.”

American Freedom Defense Initiative Producing Film About Muslim Attack On Free Expression In Texas

AFDI'S MUHAMMAD MOVIE

We’re setting the record straight about our Garland free speech event – and telling the truth about the war on free speech.

It was a day that changed America. And now we’re making a movie to tell the truth about what happened on that day, and why. Hollywood will never tell this story. The media will never tell this story. Our public schools and universities will never teach our children what happened. The truth must be told.

One of the plotters of the attack on our free speech event in Garland, Texas last May is on trial now – and a great deal that wasn’t previously known about the attack is coming out.

The media is still not telling the American people the whole story. They’re still reporting that it was our fault that devout Muslims “with Islamic flags and semi-automatic weapons” tried to slaughter hundreds of people standing up for the First Amendment in Texas at our free speech event. By doing this, the media has given its approval to the death penalty for blasphemy under Islamic law.

The fact is — at Garland, in defense of freedom, we saved lives.
— This jihad cell was planning a Super Bowl bomb plot two years ago.
— This jihad cell had been going to remote areas in the city for target practice early in 2014.
— They began conspiring with ISIS in June 2014 (the Garland attack took place in May 2015).
— One of the members of the trio exchanged more than 100 messages through social media with an overseas terrorist in the days leading up to the attack in Garland, according to FBI Director James Comey.
— “I believe the shooters were motivated by what they thought was the Islamic State, but I’m not sure they were directed by the Islamic State.” What’s the difference? The were conspiring with ISIS regularly days before the attack.
— Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem accessed an Islamic State database of U.S. military service members’ home addresses.

The bottom line is that these devout savages meant to carry out an unspeakable act of jihad.

We are determined to stand for free speech and show that at least some Americans were not ever going to give in to the violent threats Islamic jihadists have issued against those who draw cartoons of Muhammad. Giving in to a bully only encourages more bullying. I made a stand for free speech, and the jihadis failed to stop me.

What was truly shocking, however, was what happened next. Even as I received a death fatwa from ISIS, instead of standing with me for the freedom of speech, the mainstream media and even many towering figures on the right lined up to denounce me. It was no surprise that the likes of Alisyn Camerota of CNN would spar with me in a contentious interview over the propriety of not kowtowing to Sharia blasphemy laws, as she would have me do. It was more surprising that Bill O’Reilly would denounce my event, and even more so that Laura Ingraham would do so. Most surprisingly of all, Donald Trump crudely and rudely censured me for daring to draw Muhammad. All these and other supposed stalwarts of the right showed that they had no idea how seriously free speech is imperiled, and how crucial it is that we stand and defend it now.

My event was smeared as “needlessly provocative,” and I was accused of grandstanding and even inviting the jihad attack. It was the jihadis, not I, who made the cartoons a flash point. If we surrender on that point and stop drawing Muhammad, we’ve established a precedent of surrendering to violent Sharia enforcement, and once established, we will be made to reinforce it again and again.

It’s time to set the record straight: I’ve begun preparing a new documentary on the Garland attacks – a follow-up to my acclaimed 2011 documentary, The Ground Zero Mosque: The Second Wave of the 9/11 Attacks.

This much-needed new documentary won’t just give you the inside story of what happened in Garland and why. It will lay out the full and appalling details of the all-out assault on the freedom of speech that is taking place today – and why this may be the most crucial battleground today in the war for the survival of the United States of America as a free republic.

This documentary will feature new and exclusive interviews with me, Dutch freedom fighter Geert Wilders, who was the keynote speaker at the Garland event, and Muhammad cartoon contest winner Bosch Fawstin. These will reveal events at Garland and its aftermath that have never before been revealed to the public.

The movie will also be packed with seldom-seen news footage and revealing details not only of the Garland event and the jihad killers who wanted to wage jihad there, but also of the many other battlegrounds in the war for free speech that led up to the Garland attack, including the death fatwa issued in 1989 by the Islamic Republic of Iran against Salman Rushdie for his supposed blasphemy inThe Satanic Verses; the assassination of Theo Van Gogh by a Muslim on an Amsterdam street in November 2004 for his alleged blasphemy; the Dutch newspaper Jyllands Posten’s cartoons of Muhammad, published in September 2005, which touched off international riots and killings by Muslims – and most disturbing of all, calls in the West for restrictions on the freedom of speech; the Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s years-long struggle at the UN to compel the West to criminalize “incitement to religious hatred” (a euphemism for criticism of Islam); and the U.S. under Obama signing on to UNCHR Resolution 16/18, which calls on member states to work to restrict incitement to religious hatred.

We’ll cover lesser-known skirmishes in the war against free speech as well, such as Seattle cartoonist Molly Norris’ “Everybody Draw Muhammad Day” in 2010, after which Norris was forced to go into hiding and change her identity after threats. And we’ll trace out what immediately led up to my Garland event – most notably, the January 2015 massacre of Muhammad cartoonists at the offices of the Charlie Hebdo satirical magazine in Paris and the subsequent “Stand with the Prophet” event in Garland, at which Muslim groups gathered in the wake of that massacre not to defend free speech, but to complain about “Islamophobia,” while I led AFDI members and supporters in a protest outside.

It was at that AFDI protest in Garland that I conceived the idea of holding the Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in the same venue: to show that there were some people who would not submit to (and thereby encourage) violent intimidation and voluntarily accept Sharia blasphemy laws. This film will set all that out, and will also include footage from the event itself, including remarks from me, Wilders, and Fawstin.

Above all, We’ll set out the media firestorm that followed, as well as the attempts to kill me, and explain why the event’s detractors were all missing the point: the freedom of speech doesn’t apply only if you like the message; it applies to everyone. And if it is gone, so is a free society.

A documentary of this scope isn’t easy to make. Will you help us?

The implications of my Garland event are far larger than the event itself. The reaction to our event indicates how advanced the Islamic war on free speech is, and how close the leftist and Islamic supremacist authoritarians are to final victory and the death of free speech.

This film is an attempt to stop them before they achieve final victory. What will America choose? Freedom or submission? The choice is before her now. Please help us make this film. Your donation to the American Freedom Defense Initiative is tax-deductible, and may be the most important donation you will make this year. The darkness is setting in. We’re shining a light. And we need your help.

Please contribute to this crucial project here, NOW.

Michigan Muslim Prisoners Sue Pamela Geller For Wearing A Swimsuit

Pamela Geller

[From article]
Pamela Geller has been sued by at least one, and perhaps two, Muslim prisoners in Michigan. And while Geller is no stranger to lawsuits (frequently challenging her First Amendment rights), this one’s a real doozie. Here’s the gist, as reported at Breitbart:
Muslim prisoners in Michigan filed a lawsuit against Pamela Geller for “wearing a Poke a Dot Bikini In Front of our eyes. We are offended.” They demanded their freedom claiming their civil rights were violated….

Strong Support For Trump's Call For End To Muslim Immigration

[From article]
Looking at the big picture of relocating populations, the first thing that comes to mind is that it should benefit and not hurt either the Muslim nations that are sending the immigrants out or Western nations that are absorbing the immigrants in.
If by absorbing large numbers of moderate Muslims from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan etc., are we really helping these nations to reform? The answer is no, and this is why.
Western governments are reassuring their alarmed citizens that they are vetting the Muslim immigrants and bringing in only the good and peace-loving Muslims, which is questionable, to say the least. Judging from past history, Western governments have failed in their vetting of Muslim immigrants and have allowed in many shady characters, jihadists, radicals, haters, Islamic groups and mosque leaders that are loyal to the jihadist agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood and other terror groups. It is good to remember the efficiency of our vetting process when ICE, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, sent an extension to the visa of one of the 9/11 terrorists about 6 months after 9/11/2001.
[. . .]

It is also good to ask, before we allow them in, if large numbers of Muslims immigrant will benefit the West?
That should not be difficult to answer, since we have 1400 years of history of Islamic conquest and immigration around the world. The one thing we must learn is that Muslims do not assimilate and are forbidden from doing that by Sharia. The political and social structure and culture of every country that absorbs large number of Muslims was challenged and changed. Muslims aim at changing the government of host countries rather than adjusting. If you do not believe that, please read the demands of any Muslim minority in a non-Muslim countries.
I have no doubt that many immigrants to the US from the Middle East, of whom I am one, both Muslim and Christian, have assimilated and positively contributed to America.
But unfortunately, it is a fact that a good portion of Muslim immigrants to the West have jihadist goals closely tied to the best interest of Jihadist Islam. Even if the original parents who moved to America were vetted as moderate, there are no guarantees that their children will not radicalize. All they need to do to get radicalized is read the Quran and follow the requirements of Sharia.
[. . .]

Pamela Geller

Political Islam is in control of the Muslim world today and is expanding. There are about 49 to 50 majority Muslim countries around the world taking about 1/3 of the habitable land on Earth. Most Western nations that are absorbing a large number of Muslims are not reproducing; they have a low birth rate. Muslims are aware of this population imbalance in the West, and are taking full advantage of it as part of their jihad.
Western leadership and media are sympathetic to rescuing Muslims, but are obviously ignoring the fears of their own citizens — fears of losing Western values, freedoms and democracy to Islamic jihad, which is at war with and despises Western freedoms.
[. . .]
It is important to mention that modernity, change and novelty are rejected by name in Sharia. According to Islamic law, the number one duty of a Muslim head of state is to rule by Sharia, which rejects any novelty (meaning reform).
[. . .]
[US Government] should stop immigration from Muslim countries for at least until the West is able to figure what is in its best interests and also while Islamic jihadists are waging war on Western civilization.
Some journalists in the West have been criticizing Donald Trump for wanting to do just (sic), and for saying what the gut feeling of most Americans is telling them. Prominent journalists are telling Trump that if we stop immigration from Muslim-majority countries, we will upset moderate governments and turn the moderates against us.
I believe that what will happen is just the opposite. This is one of the most important bargaining chips the West has, if not the number one, after US petrodollars. If we stop immigration from Muslim countries, both radical and moderate Muslim governments will learn to respect America more and will be ready for concessions, especially in regards to the hate and hostile education towards the West in all Muslim countries.

Book Predicted Misguided White House Anti American Policies

[From letter]
Published in 2010, most everything you said would happen is happening today. Obama is more concerned in being an “internationalist” than the leader of our country. Is more concerned about apologizing for the Islamist than protecting Americans. Is more concerned about denigrating America than an enemy. More concerned about protecting Hamas than Israel; and of course, he sold out the free world by ramming through the Iran agreement harmful to the free world.

Muslim Extremists Continue Death Threats Against Pamela Geller

The death threats just keep on coming. And this vicious and brutal ideology is sanctioned by the Obama administration, academia, media and cultural elites.

Security is a huge expense for us, and clearly we cannot rely on law enforcement. Please contribute here to the security fund here.

Every American is a target. Every American has been betrayed by our elected officials, education administrators and the fourth estate.

The website Public Intelligence reported that “an intelligence bulletin issued by the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division in late May warns that so-called ‘militia extremists’ are likely to begin targeting Muslim institutions, including mosques and other religious facilities.”

The FBI named me, among others, among those who incite these violent “militia extremists.” Meanwhile, as the FBI libels me as someone who inspires violence, I am getting death threats every day. Every day now.

The FBI’s report on these right-wing militias is focusing upon an entirely trumped-up problem in service of a frankly sinister agenda. There is no significant right-wing militia threat, and neither I nor any of the others mentioned are telling anyone to commit any acts of violence. This is just the latest attempt to demonize and marginalize those who dare to speak the truth about jihad violence, and to further the administration’s dangerous fantasies about Islam being a religion of peace that is lied about by hatemongers, rather than a religion of violence that is inciting violence and hatred worldwide.

I have never supported, called for or advocated for violence — ever. None of my readers, members of my organizations, or supporters has ever hurt anyone. We work to stop the violence and carnage, and now the FBI is targeting those who oppose jihad terror?

Ever since the Islamic State (ISIS) issued its fatwa calling for me to be murdered, I have to live under constant guard — and instead of issuing a report talking about that and strategizing about how to protect me and other Americans who have dared to stand up to the jihadis and defend our freedoms, this is what the FBI is doing in the wake of the Garland, Texas jihad attack on our free speech event? They tried to kill us and now I am the threat? They are slaughtering Americans and the FBI is coming after… the Americans they want to slaughter?

Please contribute here to the security fund here.

We have professors advocating for slaughter in accordance with Islamic law, and the FBI is targeting ...... the victims. The FBI should be targeting professors like Siddique, but the FBI fears its handlers at Hamas-CAIR.

[The Professor's] comment that Geller "did the worst, other than killing us" in organizing the Garland contest could encourage an ISIS sympathizer to kill her, said Ahmed Subhy Mansour, a Muslim scholar opposed to jihadism.

"... what he says about her may endanger her life."

State Senator Anthony H. Williams, 419 Church Lane, Yeadon, PA 19050,(610) 284-7335. Tell him you support what he is doing. And while you are at it, contact Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf here and Senator Pat Toomey.

And politely contact the President of Lincoln University., Dr. Richard Green, phone number (484) 365-8000.

Enough is enough. ISIS and its advocates must not teach our children and expose them to the sanction of such unimaginable savagery.

Pa. Lawmaker Demands Punishment For Professor Who Defended Killing Blasphemers

by John Rossomando, IPT News, August 24, 2015

To Geller, already the subject of death threats from the Islamic State (ISIS) and others, Siddique's comments that she had done "the worst, other than killing us" had a clear meaning.

"This is certainly incitement," Geller told the IPT in an email. "Kaukab Siddique must know that [the ISIS threat] exists. And he is telling Muslims that what I have done in standing for free speech is tantamount to genocide. He is in effect pleading with jihadis to kill me. And this is just fine with the American academic establishment today."

In Facebook comments on May 4, Siddique described the Muhammad cartoon contest as an "act of war on Islam" and a form of "blasphemy."

"Saying that insulting the prophet, pbuh (peace be upon him), is freedom of speech is kufr (blasphemous)," Siddique wrote. "Try insulting the Jews."

A 2006 Canadian intelligence report found that perception that Islam is under attack from the West is the single most important factor in radicalizing Muslims.

To Siddique, the notion of a western war on Islam is not a point of view, but a fact. Cartoons depicting the prophet are weapons in that war, which is why al-Qaida and others urge jihadists to attack. "This is what the West needs to understand," he wrote in January. "The Muslim world will NEVER accept abuse of the Prophet, pbuh, in the name of freedom of expression."

Taken collectively, Siddique's seeming endorsement of attacks on people who caricature Muhammad, in the eyes of an ISIS sympathizer, reinforces the terror group's narrative that Islam is under attack and its repeated calls to kill any enemy of Islam.ISIS laid out a penal code in its manual for lone jihadis called "How to Survive In the West."

"Allah is asking us; why don't you fight a people who broke their covenant of peace (with the Muslims) first, then reviled our religion (by promoting insulting pictures of Prophet Muhammad) and started (Arabic: bada'*) the attack against you first?" a passage in the manual said.

Siddique likely would deny having violent intent against Geller; he has said that Muslims should be "non-violent" when denouncing Muhammad cartoons. But he never condemned the failed May 3 terror attack in Garland, Texas.

But his comment that Geller "did the worst, other than killing us" in organizing the Garland contest could encourage an ISIS sympathizer to kill her, said Ahmed Subhy Mansour, a Muslim scholar opposed to jihadism.

"I think what she said has nothing to do with the Muslim life here in the entire West," Mansour said. "But what he says about her may endanger her life."

Siddique seemed to endorse the attempted Garland attack, writing: "Very cleverly, the corporate media are trying to present the Texas situation as ISIS vs. Geller. The Prophet Muhammmad, pbuh, is the, (sic) leader of the ENTIRE UMMAH (community), not just of ISIS. Two of ISIS gave their lives for the honor of the Prophet, pbuh."

When Siddique writes about ISIS, he expresses doubts about the horrors it has committed, even when ISIS has boasted about those very acts.

In a May 9 post, he denied that ISIS had killed children. He also attacked Fox News while dredging up the anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that Jews control the American news media. "Fox wasn't satisfied and brought on a nutty book author who claimed that ISIS has been killing children. Zionist control of the media is so strong that FOX can say ANYTHING against the mujahideen and no one will challenge it."

Mujahideen are Muslim fighters engaged in jihad, but rivals reject the Islamic State's use of the term. For example, Al-Qaida cleric Abu Qatada says ISIS fighters are more akin to members of a "mafia" than to mujahideen.

Siddique's defense of the Islamic State sets him apart from other American Islamists who insist that the terror group has nothing to do with Islam.

"Notice how he doesn't condemn ISIS," Geller said. "He says that ISIS is part of the umma, in arguing that the entire umma should be trying to kill me, not just ISIS. Siddique is, like ISIS, trying to enforce sharia blasphemy laws by force, trying to intimidate the West into silence in the face of the jihad threat."

Siddique's apologism for those responsible for the Charlie Hebdo attack and the terrorists who hoped to kill Geller and others in Garland is part of a pattern. Back in 2004, he saidthat Muslims could not wage violent jihad in non-Muslim majority countries. However, that did not keep him from defending Major Nidal Hasan after the Fort Hood massacre five years later, saying: "If it turns out that he was fighting for Islam and striking back at military forces bent on occupying Muslim lands, he should be considered a mujahid (Islamic holy warrior), and if he dies, a shaheed (martyr)."

Siddique Cheerleads For ISIS

Other recent writings suggest Siddique sympathizes with ISIS.

As editor-in-chief of NewTrendMag.org, the online publication of his organization Jamaat al-Muslimeen, Siddique often writes about news of the day.

While the organization's size is unclear, Jamaat al-Muslimeen "contributes to a permissive environment for violent radicalization by validating core assumptions shared by nearly all homegrown Islamist terrorists," a 2011 report by West Point's Combating Terrorism Center (CTC) said. Although it explicitly disavows engaging in violent jihad in the U.S., the CTC report notes that Jamaat Al-Muslimeen has no problem defending terrorist acts abroad and describes American Muslims convicted of terrorism as victims of government persecution.

"In America, Muslims have the duty of peacefully giving the message of Islam. The jihad with the sword is not applicable to a Muslim minority living in a non-Muslim country. Jihad with weapons is appropriate where Muslims are being physically attacked," Siddique wrote in NewTrend in April 2004.

Siddique frequently refers to the Islamic State as "the Caliphate,"in contrast to major American Muslim organizations whocondemned ISIS as the "Anti-Islamic" State.

Accusations of ISIS human-rights violations were part of a smear campaign, Siddique claimed in a February editorial. In an October sermon, he called evidence against the Islamic State was a "bunch of lies. There is no evidence against ISIS. Anyone who tries to set up an Islamic caliphate will be treated the same way."

When Saudi Arabia's grand mufti called ISIS "the enemy number one of Islam," Siddique fired back, calling it "a shame ... to attack the Islamic State [IS] in particular and all those whom America sees as enemies."

Furthermore, Siddique praised the ISIS caliphate last September because it "abolished the imperialist borders between Syria and Iraq."

In a sermon published a week later, Siddique dismissed Western reports about ISIS atrocities.

"Muslims should note the daily attacks on the Caliphate (ISIS) in [t]he media. Do not be fooled. These are attacks on Islam," Siddique said. "Do not be fooled by the media hype against IS. Whenever Muslims set up the Caliphate, it will be attacked by the Western powers." Siddique expressed skepticism that ISIS raped Yazidi women in a July 25 rebuttal to a Daily Beast articleabout his extremist rhetoric, calling the accusation baseless: "The mainstream media tell us that ISIS is enslaving women for sex, in particular Yazeedi women. I told [the Daily] Beast that women are rushing to JOIN ISIS, not to leave it, and many of these are 'liberated' women from western countries. If ISIS is enslaving women, why are western women rushing to join ISIS, even defying laws against joining it?"

Siddique also sympathizes with Hamas, writing in July 2014: "Dear sisters and brothers, today Hamas fought very well against the zionist monster. Israel admitted that 13 of its best troops were killed today. One military Jew was captured. Civilian casualties of palestinians were extremely heavy because the rabid dogs of the Jews were doing their worst."

In 2005, Siddique condemned major American Islamist groups, calling them "Government Lackeys" for issuing a fatwa against terrorism because he argued that American Muslims had done nothing related to terrorism.

Siddique's History of Anti-Semitism

In Siddique's view, "bigots and fabricators" in the media are the problem, not his anti-Semitism or terrorist apologia. He repeated his attack against those he called "Zionist Jews," pointing to Geller and to Spencer, an Eastern Catholic deacon. Siddique also accused IPT Executive Director Steven Emerson of falsely accusing him of being a Holocaust denier.

His Facebook page frequently uses anti-Semitic terms to describe prominent Jews. He referred to Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz as a "Zionist Jewish dog" in July and CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer as a "dirty Zionist Jew" in May.

Siddique's anti-Semitic and anti-Israel sentiments landed him in hot water in 2010 after he called for Israel's destruction.

"The time has come that we must stir up our 'religious leaders' in this country to speak the truth about Israel," Siddique said at a September 2010 rally in Washington. "They must put their hands on the Quran and say that they do not recognize Israel as a legitimate entity. If they cannot do that, they must be branded as kaffirs (infidels). It's as simple as that. Because the Quran says – drive them out from where they drove you out."

This incident brought Siddique's prior work under scrutiny – particularly his statements about the Holocaust. He claimed in a 2009 article which carried the headline, "What's Wrong with the Jewish Auschwitz and Holocaust Story?"

"The Jews claimed that they had suffered more than anyone else and their suffering was the product of a mindset to be called anti-semitism. To make this horror come alive, the story of the GASSING of the JEWS in Auschwitz and other concentration camps was invented. This story is so horrible that once it's accepted, it puts the Jews as victims above ALL OTHERS for EVER."

Lincoln University is correct in asserting that academic freedom is a treasured value in higher education. His anti-Semitism and praise for Hamas may be distasteful, yet are within the bounds of academic freedom.

But incitement to violence, whether blatant or subtle, should be considered anathema to those same values. Recent history shows that it doesn't take much for a radical Islamist to seek vengeance in Mohammad's name against those who dared draw a caricature of his image.

Williams' concern, therefore, is well founded. What will Lincoln University do about it?

A Pennsylvania state senator wants Lincoln University to discipline a tenured English professor who defended killing those who blaspheme the Muslim Prophet Muhammad.

The professor, Kaukab Siddique, also made numerous statements in an online newsletter and on Facebook rationalizing the actions of the Islamic State, Hamas and al-Qaida.

Sen. Anthony Williams wrote a letter Aug. 17 to Lincoln University's president after seeing comments by Siddique in the Aug. 10 Philadelphia Inquirer and in other national publications.

Siddique has a long record of statements rationalizing and defending terrorist actions and has written repeatedly about the Islamic prohibition against insulting the faith, including images of Islam's prophet Muhammad.

"Almost all Islamic scholars agree that one who insults, abuses or ridicules the Prophet, pbuh (peace be upon him), should be killed," Siddique wrote after January's massacre at the offices of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo killed 12 people.

He also claimed that "Abuse of the Prophet, pbuh, is a form of cultural genocide" and described making cartoons of Muhammad as "acts of war against Islam." Siddique further stated that "[a]cts of war are always countered by those Muslims who have the ability and will do it."

The Muslim world would never "accept the abuse of the Prophet, pbuh, in the name of freedom of expression," Siddique wrote.

Lincoln University has disassociated itself from Siddique's inflammatory rhetoric – he also has questioned the Holocaust and made anti-gay statements – but says the "bedrock principle" of academic freedom limits further action against the tenured English professor.

"Bedrock principle" of academic freedom -- what a coward. If that were the case, my colleagues and I would be invited to speak on college campuses. This almost never happens.

In his letter, Williams challenged the university's position.

"Academic freedom is certainly important, but so is academic integrity," Williams wrote. "Allowing a member of your faculty to continue spreading hateful, vile lies in the public arena is irresponsible; to protect him from any form of discipline for such actions is unconscionable."

In an interview, Williams told the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) that Siddique's defense of terrorists violates the requirements for him to keep his tenure and warned they threaten Lincoln University's integrity and that of its students.

"Free speech does mean that you can walk into a crowded theater and cry fire," Williams said. "Dr. Siddique has crossed that line several times."

The most recent example involved Siddique's claim to The Philadelphia Inquirer that free-speech advocate Pamela Geller's "Draw Muhammad" contest was tantamount to killing Muslims. Geller told the IPT that she felt Siddique's comment equaled incitement for Muslims to kill her.

Williams previously expressed concern over Siddique's anti-Semitic rhetoric and Holocaust denial. In 2010, he and State Sen. Daylin Leach wrote to then-Lincoln University President Ivory Nelson, inquiring whether Siddique's sentiments were reflected in his classroom teaching. Leach described Siddique's comments as "blatant hate speech." Lincoln kept Siddique on its payroll despite that controversy citing academic freedom.

A university spokesman declined to comment when contacted by the IPT, but pointed to a statement on its website.

"At Lincoln University, we acknowledge Dr. Siddique's right to free speech," the statement said. "Academic freedom is a bedrock principle for institutions of higher education. However, the university does recognize why many have reacted negatively to his comments. Lincoln University does not condone bigotry in any form and does not hold the opinions of Dr. Siddique. We are committed to providing a learning environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all."

Williams is scheduled to meet with Lincoln University President Richard Green later this week.

Siddique told the Inquirer he had no regrets for directing a prior anti-Semitic diatribe at Geller, calling her and others who share her beliefs "dirty Jewish Zionist White Supremacists thugs" in a May 30 Facebook post.

Siddique Accuses Pamela Geller of All But Killing Muslims.

Siddique's views about the Charlie Hebdo attack raise questions about what he meant in his Philadelphia Inquirerinterview. He claimed that Geller's "Draw Muhammad" contest in May amounted to "cultural genocide" and that that it was tantamount to killing Muslims.

"She did the worst, other than killing us," Siddique told theInquirer.

Two gunmen agreed and tried to storm the cartoon contest and kill Geller and as many people inside as possible. They were shot dead by law enforcement officers before they were able to get inside the building.

Mindless Journalists Continue to Blame The Victim Of Muslim Terror

[From article]
Anti-jihadist activist and blogger Pamela Geller said Friday that “of course” she is afraid for her life, but she’s more afraid of not speaking out against radicalism.”I am more afraid of doing nothing and allowing the infringement of our freedom,” Geller told Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” program. “This has to stop. I call on all of us Americans to stand up.”
[. . .]
Boston Police Commissioner William Evans told the “Today” show on NBC this week that Rahim had talked about beheading Geller, but dismissed that idea as “wishful thinking,” reports The Boston Globe. On Friday, Geller told Fox that she only learned of the threat on Tuesday, when CNN called to get her response to the news. But CNN’s Erin Burnett infuriated Geller on Thursday night by asking if she relishes being threatened by jihadists.”Relish being the target?” she told Fox on Friday. “Who self-promotes to get killed?”Geller is taking the threat seriously, not only because of Boston but also “in light of the ISIS fatwa calling for my death,” she told Fox.”I am under 24-hour guard with a literal army of security,” she said, as the Islamic State (ISIS) inspired the incident in Boston, as well as an attempted attack on an event she sponsored in Garland, Texas, that included a Prophet Muhammad cartoon-drawing contest.
[. . .]
This is a mosque that needs to be investigated. But yet everyone is talking about me.” But the matter is “not about me,” Geller said.
[. . .]
I am not a Muslim,” Geller said. “People need to learn about the jihad doctrine, not shut people up talking about it … The Koran says ‘slay the non-believers wherever you find them.’ By shutting them up and disarming the American people at what is now the greatest threat to national security is a recipe for disaster.”
But blaming her for such events is like “blaming the rape victim for her too-short skirt,” said Geller in response to her critics.
“Why doesn’t the left expect Muslims to behave just the ways Catholics, Jews, and Christians do when their religion is mocked?” she said. “They give a special class or status to Muslims, expecting them to act like savages. I don’t. Who self-promotes to get themselves killed?”

Pamela Geller Responds To Threats

Pamela Geller

[From article]
Pamela Geller, the anti-Islamist activist targeted for beheading by ISIS-inspired terrorist Usaamah Rahim, blamed the mosque where the Boston man once worked for his radicalization — charging it also had ties to the Boston Marathon bombers and a top American al Qaeda operative.
[. . .]
“The mosque that the jihadist belonged to, [where] he was actually a security guard, the Islamic Society of Boston, has known terror connections with the Boston bombers,” Geller told CNN.
Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev attended the mosque beginning in 2012, the year before their deadly attack at the storied marathon.
And the imam there, Suhaib Webb, appeared with US-born al Qaeda propagandist Anwar Al-Awlaki at a fundraiser for convicted cop killer H. Rap Brown — aka Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin — two days before 9/11 , she said.
Al-Awlaki was killed in a CIA drone strike in Yemen in September 2011.
“That mosque should be monitored and surveilled,” said Geller, who was targeted after she organized a cartoon contest about the Prophet Muhammad in Texas.
[. . .]
Rahim worked as a part-time security guard at the Islamic Society of Boston for about a month in 2013, said the center’s executive director, Yusufi Vali.

Brigitte Gabriel Speaks To UN About Muslim Slave Trade, White House Has No Comment

Brigitte Gabriel

[From article]
Ms. Gabriel is a Lebanese Christian describing the systematic persecution, murder, rape, and slave-taking against Christians in the Middle East -- Christians who have lived there since the time of Jesus.
If we ever manage to make Americans face the reality of Jihad, it will be due to men and women like Brigitte Gabriel. Like Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer and Geert de Wilder[s], they are risking their lives to save civilized society, constantly opposed by the malicious liberal media and death threats from Muslim fascists.

Geert de Wilder

As always, the Left’s silence about Islamofascist massacres means consent. The Left is utterly cold-hearted.
[. . .]
I don’t know if Obama is a secret Muslim, but it doesn’t really matter -- because his silence means consent. Whatever he believes, he stands convicted by his silence.
Every week ISIS uploads videos celebrating sadistic murders of innocents. But Obama says nothing.
This collusive silence of the Left is nothing new. The Left was just as silent about Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot and all the other Marxist murderers, including North Korea’s Kim dynasty.[. . .]
The genocide against Christians and native cultures in the Sudan has been public knowledge for two decades. But Americans still do not know where their president stands on the African slave trade. His silence gives the answer.
[. . .]

Pamela Geller

Today, black children and women are sold on slaves markets in Africa and the Middle East, just like the public markets used to sell the ancestors of today’s African-Americans. But Muslim slave raiders have no color prejudice. In the Middle East they kill and kidnap Christians of Arab descent, Yazidis, and any “apostate Muslims,” like the civilians of Ramadi who were just murdered on the public streets.
In centuries past Muslim slave raiders in Africa brought their victims to coastal ports for the Atlantic trade.
[. . .]
African-Americans are whipped up to rage against living white folks for the Muslim slave trade. That is either woefully ignorant, or it is a political lie, meant to squeeze the race racket for money and power, like Mr. Obama’s good friend [and FBI informant] Al Sharpton.
The genocide against Christians and native cultures in the Sudan has been public knowledge for two decades. But Americans still do not know where their president stands on the African slave trade. His silence gives the answer.

FBI Avoids Pamela Geller, Who Shows Juan Williams What Reason Looks Like

FBI Has Yet To Contact Pam Geller & Juan Williams Insults Pam - Hannity

Watch VIDEO: Pamela Geller Takes Down Juan Williams on Sean Hannity

Tonight Juan Williams soiled himself trying to take me down on Sean Hannity’s show. What’s outrageous is his seemingly pious air. He did, after all, say, “the truth is that I worry when I am getting on an airplane and see people dressed in garb that identifies them first and foremost as Muslims.” I have never said anything so disgusting and prejudiced. He was fired for his islamophobic remarks and whined, “I was fired for telling the truth.” Ha! The fact is that I am telling the truth, which nearly made his head explode.

Two Videos: Fox News Host Clueless, and Cartoon Award Ceremony at Garland, Texas, with Special Guest From Europe

In this interview on Fox News the host appears to be clueless that there is a right to speak but that violence is a crime, an act, which differs from speech. It reminds me of the gentle flowers who work at Harvard Univesity. When I call to complain about negligence they say, "Stop yelling at me." To these people saying anything besides praise is violence. Geller shows how dumbed down the nation is. Not just young people but educated journalists, who compound the ignorance by reinforcing it.

[Pamela Geller] did an interview with Martha MacCallum this morning concerning the jihad attack on our free speech conference in Garland, Texas. It was adversarial and disappointing. If we subscribe to MacCallum’s way of conquered thinking, Christians in the Middle East should convert to Islam, because to do otherwise is offensive to devout Muslims — which is why they are getting slaughtered. Apparently fighting against oppression and subjugation is “crass.”

Moerdler’s rant was not about the jihad ads. No. In a vicious and disgusting tirade, Moerdler attacked our BDS ads (below) that expose his pals, wealthy Jewish donors who support Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) initiatives against Israel.
Moerdler railed against our ads exposing wealthy donors’ support of the New Israel Fund, which supports BDS organizations, shrieking about lashon hara. Actually, truth is not lashon hara, but calling me an egomaniac and a zealot is. Calling our ads “filth,” Moerdler fails to acknowledge the damage and destruction of BDS to the Jewish state. Even an Israeli court ruled that funding BDS was terrorism. Mr. Moerdler and his country club buddies are OK with that, but a “zealot” calling them out about it is “filthy.”
This is part II of Moerdler’s meltdown. After several board members stood in defense of free speech, Moerdler berated us again with his “filthy” mouth.
Moerdler uses the Holocaust and Mein Kampf as examples of why free speech should be banned, but it was because free speech was banned that totalitarianism was able to spread in Germany. If the Nazis had allowed free speech, they would never have remained in power as long as they did. His flaunting of being a Holocaust survivor was simply evil.

the decision to change MTA policy on advertising was prompted by safety concerns.
"We drew the line when we thought our customers, our employees and the public were in danger," he said. "The judge gave short shrift to those concerns."
"Under the First Amendment, the fear of such spontaneous attacks, without more, cannot override individuals' rights to freedom of expression," U.S. District Court Judge John Koeltl said of the ruling.

“Killing Jews is Worship that draws us close to Allah,” reads one such ad next to the image of a young man in a checkered headscarf. “That’s His Jihad. What’s yours?”
The poster is at the center of heated legal debate over public safety and free speech. On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge John Koeltl ruled that New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) cannot stop the controversial ad from running on scores of subway cars and buses.
The MTA has argued that the ad could incite violence against Jews, but Koeltl rejected that idea.
MTA officials “underestimate the tolerant quality of New Yorkers and overestimate the potential impact of these fleeting advertisements,” he ruled. “Moreover, there is no evidence that seeing one of these advertisements on the back of a bus would be sufficient to trigger a violent reaction. Therefore, these ads — offensive as they may be — are still entitled to First Amendment protection.”
Making the case all the stranger is that the posters are not the work of an Islamist group, but rather a pro-Israel organization.
[. . .]
Hamas, the group cited on the ads, has not said whether it approves of the message.

Texas Rally In Support Of Muslim Jihadists

[From article]
David Whitley at Eagle Rising reports (italics are mine):
While the world is filled with the news of Islamic terror other Islamists are at work to silence the critics by holding informational conferences and conducting public outreach.
[. . .]
One such case is happening in Texas at the Curtis Culwell Center (Garland Independent School District property) which is hosting an Islamic conference titled “Stand with the Prophet in Honor and Respect” that proclaims the need to be “Ready to defeat Islamophobia?” according to the Sound Vision Foundation, “a not for profit organization serving Muslims.” The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 17, at 5:00 pm.
[. . .]

Brigitte Gabriel

The Sound Vision Foundation's web site states in part: Ready to defeat Islamophobia? This is not an event. It is the beginning of a movement. A movement to defend Prophet Muhammad, his person, and his message. This benefit will raise funds to establish a Strategic Communication Center for the Muslim community, which will develop effective responses to anti-Islamic attacks, as well as to train young Muslims in media.

Has preached: “Islam is better than democracy.” “If only Muslims were clever politically, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with a caliphate.” “America is the most wicked government on the face of the planet Earth” and that the U.S. is a “garbage can” that he prays “crumbles.” (To read more of what this vile man has preached, see here.)

Has said: “Qital [killing] is an essential element of Islam.
[. . .]
Whitley has expressed outrage that the Garland Independent School District would host this kind of an event, wondering if they would host a Nazi conference, a KKK conference, or an Aryan Nation or skinhead conference. [. . .] He is urging people to contact the Curtis Culwell Center in Texas and the Garland Independent School District to urge them to cancel the event.

[. . .]

But back to Saturday and what we need to do.
Pamela Geller, a fierce warrior in the battle against Islam and a tireless champion of free speech, has organized a counter-protest to be held at the site of the conference. Please see below for information:
Saturday, January 17, 2015 3pm (CST)

Geller is asking people to RSVP (linking to her organization’s Facebook page to do so). Please see below for additional information. (For more details, see here.)
AFDI President Pamela Geller said in a statement:
[. . .]
They say they want to defend Muhammad – which means to silence those who notice that defenders of Muhammad just murdered sixteen people in Paris, and tens of thousands worldwide since 9/11.”
“Our AFDI rally,” Geller added, “will stand for the freedom of speech against all attempts, violent and stealthy, to impose Islamic blasphemy laws on Americans and stifle criticism of Muhammad and Islam. As Muhammad’s followers kill more and more people, we need critics of him more than ever – and free people need to stand up against these underhanded attempts to stifle all criticism of Islam, including honest investigations of how jihadists use Islamic texts and teachings to justify Jew-hatred, violence, supremacism and oppression.”

Pro Israeli Writer Banned From Entering UK

Pamela Geller, banned from entering the UK

[From article]
Choudary is free to preach hatred of British soldiers and jihad in Britain. Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll of the English Defence League, on the other hand, stopped on their charity walk for a desperately ill girl on Saturday (after which Spencer and I had planned to meet them to lay a wreath at a memorial for Lee Rigby, the British soldier whom a jihadist beheaded on a Woolwich street). Robinson and Carroll were arrested for attempting to walk through a “Muslim area.”
Now just walking down the street gets you arrested in the U.K. if it might upset Muslims. Robinson said: “They’re (police) saying it (Tower Hamlets) is a Muslim area, but to me there is no Muslim area. There are just areas of my capital city that if I have to walk from A to B then you have to walk through.”
Our banning is like a patient on life support refusing medical treatment. A soldier was just beheaded on the street, and they say I’m a terrorist threat.

Pam Geller's Speech at Hyatt in TX Shut Down By Threats

We need to watch Texas as Pam Geller (Atlas Shrugs) just got shut down from one venue because of threats.CRITICISM OF RADICAL ISLAM IS NOT ALLOWED IN A HYATT HOTEL IN TEXAS.

A Hyatt hotel in Sugar Land, Texas, has abruptly canceled a previously scheduled tea-party event at which author and Atlas Shrugs founder Pamela Geller was scheduled to speak on the dangers of Islam.
Geller said the decision came about because the hotel was "intimidated" into censoring her planned speech by "CAIR thugs," referring to the controversial Islamic advocacy group Council on American-Islamic Relations.
She accused the Hyatt Place of enforcing Islamic law, or Shariah, under which no criticism of Islam is allowed. In Muslim nations, it can be a death penalty offense, Geller noted.
Read Geller's newest column about Shariah.
She said pressure from Islamic interests ultimately pressed the hotel to cancel her address to tea party members who had set up the event.
Tea-party backers, then, were forced to find another location, the Sugar Land Community Center, on virtually no notice, Geller said.
"Free speech, the cornerstone of our constitutional republic, is in serious jeopardy," Geller reported today after being informed of the sudden change. "Under the Shariah, criticism of Islam is blasphemy (punishable by death in Muslim countries). This is the death of free speech in the continuing Islamization of America."

A Hyatt employee in Sugar Land, who identified himself only as Brandon, told WND the abrupt change was a "business" decision. But when asked about the links between CAIR and terror, he slammed the phone down
