Cambridge MA, Misguided Law Enforcement Priorities?

No one was watching this guy even after he was charged with murder, and carrying controlled substances. Yet the delightful public spirited Harvard University campus police maintain 24/7 surveillance, threats, provocations, character assassination, and harassment of a 69-year-old white male who they say has a disability. You say the problem is misguided priorities? What are the priorities of the law enforcement apparatus in Cambridge, where a city council candidate was arrested in August 2012, for selling heroin. Anyone watching him?
