Withering Economic, Political and Social Freedoms

John Locke, who wrote that the purpose of the law was “not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. . . . Where there is no law, there is no freedom.”

If John Locke is correct, I am not free and have not been free for about 42 years. Without any lawful authority police employees, working for crime families, for Communists and for the FBI have not only kept me under surveillance for 42 years since I was an undergraduate student at Columbia University in New York, but also up to nine crime families and Communists from six or more states took turns harassing me, broadcasting character assassination, making threats and trying to provoke me. Currently there are about six states which take turns employing criminal officials to do all of the above every day. Looking back over the 42 years it is clear that it was done to destroy my career, my reputation and to deny me the pursuit of happiness. Just yesterday (July 14, 2012) a brilliant police psychologist came up to me and said, "You're literate. I saw your letter in the Boston Phoenix. " Is this guy a intellectual wise man or what?

The Communists took control of the harassment about one month ago after six crime families did for about 20 years, what the Communists now do. They all say that I am a homosexual which did wonders for my social life over the last 42 years. If homosexuals make up 15 percent of the population I must have met all of the homosexuals living in America. The Communists say I am in organized crime to justify their harassment and attacks. The crime families say I am a homosexual Communist. They use whatever they can to stir up animosity. They tell black racists I am a white racist. They tell white racists I am a black, Jewish homosexual.

It is really ludicrous but who cares. It is not their life. Delightful allegations have made it impossible to have any kind of life that could be considered normal in any sense. When I used to complain to local, state and US officials about these abuses they ignored me and mostly laughed due to their charming attitude toward persons that they consider mentally ill. It is clear that psychiatry is now used in the US as it was used in the USSR and in Nazi Germany -- to deny civilians their liberty. But in America after 75 years of relentless public relations campaigns the citizens and self serving government officials are satisfied that psychiatry is good and persons accused by psychiatrists are evil.

Some of the believers in psychiatry willingly accept the lies that "you're not important enough to be targeted by criminals," in or out of government. That is called plausible deniability. Psychiatrists even make up illnesses to cover what the criminals do to citizens. What these useful idiots fail to recognize is that vulnerable persons are the preferred target of these sadists and sociopaths. They fear attacking people who can fight back. They choose people who cannot retaliate. One US Rep. from a prominent political dynasty told me that when I sought his help. The former lawyer for the city of Cambridge, MA explained he advised the City Manager based upon the ability of and likelihood of a person to bring a lawsuit for any violation of law. Unsurprisingly he resigned after the City was assessed $8 million damages for retaliation.

Albert Einstein said, "The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it." So it really doesn't matter much where the criminals are from that actually conduct the criminal abuse for so many years. It doesn't matter which crime family is conducting the abuse. It doesn't matter which state criminal officials are leading the harassment. The officials who allow it to continue and the criminals who stand by and allow it to continue are as liable as the actual criminals who do the dirty deeds. It was the same in every jurisdiction I lived in since 1968 when this began. I would never have believed that there are so many spineless officials, apathetic citizens and corrupt police if anyone told me before this all began.

Some say it is too late to do anything about the pervasive corruption especially in the current US and MA administrations where laws are optional. Young people who run for office do so "to get in on the action." Prominent universities celebrate criminal behavior by public officials and give them awards. Voters elect them to office. Churches are run for the benefit of government officials and political causes. Illegal aliens are favored over citizens by police, politicians and religious and academic institutions. It is a sad time for US citizens. But a happy time for criminals in and out of government.

[The day after posting this essay, one of the charming police criminals threatened "You're going to jail." Isn't that special? They conduct criminal abuse, and when you write about it they threaten you with jail. One more felony for today committed by police criminals. Intimidating a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right is a felony in MA. It is why I no longer complain to local law enforcement. In 1990 when I complained the police arrested me. This is what runs this state and this country.]
