Harvard Is Diverse But Intolerant of Conflicting Opinions
Dean Hammonds "lauded King’s message of establishing a 'beloved community' based on brotherhood, love, and justice." One problem with disagreements is the definition of words. What is meant by "justice" for example? Does it mean giving rewards to individuals who did not earn them? Does it mean punishing individuals who did no wrong? Why is MLK Jr.'s dream of judging people on the basis of their character not their skin color, ignored by black politicians and academics? Greedy Cambridge politicians demand that 30 percent of public school employees should be black. Hammonds had no comment. "Hammonds added that Harvard is one of the most diverse communities in the world." At the same time Harvard is the most intolerant of diverse opinions. Is Harvard more diverse than New York City? Last month the Harvard Faculty voted to delete courses of a professor whose opinions they disliked, calling it hate speech. Hammonds had no comment. "Hammonds said it is the College’s responsibility to teach students 'how to respectfully disagree.'" In that the College has failed miserably. Try suggesting on campus that Affirmative Action is a government abomination discriminating based on race. How tolerant are Harvard affiliates to Republicans or to critics of Obama and Holder? How long does it take for Harvard students to call those with whom they disagree, racists without defining the term?

Mayor of NO Will Address High Murder Rate With Psychiatry. Huh?
Typically the Mayor of New Orleans is unaware that psychiatric drugs are the cause of violence. The relentless propaganda campaign by the drug industry remains effective 70 years after it began. Brainwashed elected officials and journalists refuse to recognize the source of many problems in this country.
The main issue of this article is releasing arrest records of crime victims. Not mentioned in the story is the fact that many police officers refer to suspects as "dirt bags," and "scum bags" dehumanizing them. Cities have policies against hate speech which is not applied to police. By dehumanizing suspects police suggest that they are lesser citizens and do not deserve the protections of the laws and the Constitution. Perhaps that is why they do that to justify their inablitiy to protect civilians who try to do good.
Another aspect of this is the fact that just because people break some laws does not mean they will break all laws. The case of Karen Silkwood who was a happy go lucky young woman is appropriate. She discovered that her employer utility in Oklahoma was exposing workers to radiation and killing them. She was murdered when she went to speak to a reporter from the New York Times. Do her minor law violations make her any less a victim, or deserving of corporate crime?

Two Sentenced to Death Were Not Under Surveillance By Police

DMH Does Not Protect Vulnerable, Lobbies for Drug Corporations
This event is one example of the pervasive pattern of agency policy, contrary to the rights of persons with disabilities. The DMH is effectively a lobbyist for the drug industry and the psychiatric industry. Human services professionals speak for their clients. Seldom do courts allow the person with a disability to speak for him or herself. This can be seen every two years when the MA legislature has budget hearings. The human services industry brings persons with disabilities to the state house to lament any proposed cuts to their budgets. But the rest of the 23 months human services professionals remain silent about abuses of their clients. What is the rationale for the DMH? If it is to protect vulnerable persons they obviously fail to do that. It is more likely to promote drug treatment, as the lobbyists they are.

A store that sells new husbands has opened in Manchester, just off
Deansgate, where a woman may go to choose a husband.
Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:
You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value
of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper
may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to
the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building!
So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the first
floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - ''These men Have Jobs''
She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign
reads:
Floor 2 - ''These men Have Jobs and Love Kids''
'That's nice,' she thinks, 'but I want more.'
So she continues upward.
The third floor sign reads:
Floor 3 - ''These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking''
'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.
She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:

A Little History Reminder!
Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer. Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented.
Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.
They had waved goodbye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture. Nothing was handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.
Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan. None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from. They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan. They were defending the United States of America as one people.
When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French American, the German American or the Irish American. The people of France saw only Americans. And we carried one flag that represented one country. Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here. These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.
And here we are with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country. I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about. I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life. I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.
And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill. I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.

However, Commissioner Ray Kelly is another story. Here we have all the facts - Commissioner Kelly accepted free membership and free meals from the Harvard Club. If a rank and file officer would have done that he (or she) would have been bounced from the NYPD and criminally prosecuted. But that is not the biggest crime that Commissioner Kelly committed. Who remembers his first stint as the Commish? When he left in 1993, he put in for a full disability pension which was certified by his own and the NYPD medical unit. But shortly thereafter Mr. Kelly was appointed as Director of U.S. Customs and magically his "full disability" was gone. Then when Bed-Bug Bloomberg appoints him the Commish for as second go-around, magically no "full disability" that "forced" him to retire the first time. Does anyone know the term PENSION FRAUD? That is a Federal Offense. Why hasn't the Justice Department and the U.S. Attorney's Office looked into this? Its time to give former Commissioner Kehrig a new cell mate - one with a similar work background.

Sheriffs and Taxi Dispatchers
Do campaign finance laws provide an exemption from complying if the treasurer is not professional, or if the calculations are done at "a kitchen table?" If she loved her brother why did she violate laws on his behalf? Ah yes the impersonal "mistakes were made." How better to avoid accountability for humans, than if mistakes made themselves? Are these same principles of law permitted to criminal defendants who are not politicians? Your honor, "Mistakes were made."
When I was unable to pay rent after my last first-year law school exam, I drove a taxi in Cambridge, a prominent part of the former Middlesex County. One of the charming practices was for drivers to pay a fee to the dispatchers so that the dispatchers would favor them when a good job was received by the office. I discussed this issue with one of my teachers at law school. He explained that if you do pay them there is nothing to stop someone else from paying them more than you do, and getting better treatment than you even if you do pay. I did not pay.
One day another driver who did pay was given a job at a stand at a hotel where I was parked. I was discouraged and worked little that day. The next day when I went to get the cab for work the owner called me into the office. He asked me why I did so little work the previous day. I said I went home early. Then he asked why the meter cable was disconnected. I said I did not do that. One of the other drivers who was stealing from the owner by disconnecting the cable insisted on teaching me how to do it. The other drivers with many years of experience kept telling me to steal. I was embarrassing them by turning in all of the money I earned. I was a new driver. There was an indication of something very wrong.
The owner asked me who the dispatchers were feeding good jobs. The only one I knew was the guy from the previous night. I told him.
Soon that man disappeared. I learned years later he was sent to state prison for theft. I thought little of it. But the same man turned up ten years later as part of a team of FBI informants from Boston who were harassing me in another state. One of their favorite patterns was to have me thrown out of wherever I lived. They continued this for 22 years in three states.
When a supervising official is corrupt there are unintended consequences. Corrupt underlings go along with the corruption. Honest employees get harmed because they refuse to participate in the crimes. That FBI informant continued his abuses of power for 25 years. I have much to be grateful for. Unlike his colleague FBI informant in Boston, this cab driving thug did not kill me as James Bulger (now on trial in US court in Boston for 19 homicides) allegedly did to 19 civilians while he worked for the FBI. This is a ongoing problem with government in Massachusetts. There is little over sight of public officials. Why did so many of the deputies sheriffs go along with DiPaola? The cab driving FBI informant did help with a police frame up in 1990 after I complained to the chiefs of police in Cambridge and Somerville. But that is another story.

Convicted Sexual Predator Admits Murder While On Probation
If taking pictures of women from behind without their knowledge is causally connected to violence against women thousands of professional photographers whose photos can be seen online are dangerous and should be in custody. A related matter is that this gentleman son of a MTA Deputy Police Inspector was a convicted sexual predator who missed obligations with probation officials. Yet no one was watching him. Local police employees conduct 24/7 surveillance; harassment; provocations; and slander directed at me for personal and political purposes. Fifth time this man was arrested for driving drunk. Not known how many other times he drove while intoxicated but was not caught. No one was watching this gentleman. Disability Agency Works Against Disabled Persons

There are two notices from the National Alliance On Mental Illness, (NAMI). NAMI gets two to three million dollars each year to promote drug treatment to persons accused of mental illness. NAMI does not protect the rights or interests of persons with disabilities. Taxpayer funded agencies like the Cambridge Commission for Persons With Disabilities work for drug companies and their lobbyists to promote the business interests of the companies. Those interests are often in conflict with the rights of persons with disabilities.
This is clear from the description in the notice which is repeated by other organizations (e.g., M-POWER) which work with and for NAMI. The phrase is "The group is free and open to all who self-identify as having a mental illness." The Americans With Disabilites Act, The Rehabilitation Act, state and US laws that protect the rights of persons with disabilities has a directly opposite standard. The standard which creates discrimination based on disability is that the person is perceived as having a disability. It does not matter to the law what the person thinks of himself. What matters is what others think of him or her. The standard promoted by NAMI is the psychiatric standard for treatment. A person cannot be cured of mental illness if he does not recognize that he is mentally ill. It is a religious standard. Psychiatric illnesses can only be seen by psychiatrists.
If the illnesses were real it would not matter what the afflicted person thought. Compare if a person does not recognize that he has a rash. But the rash can be cured regardless.
Here is an example of a taxpayer funded city agency ignoring laws and promoting the standards created by the lobbyist for drug companies. It is one of several current standards among the alleged advocates for the rights of persons with disabilities that prevents them from enjoying their rights. Taxpayer funded agencies work against their interests. Shocking isn't it? Are journalists and elected officials clueless or what?

Government Lies on Inflation
The figures for ice cream are incomplete. The size of the containers were reduced to 48 ounces from 64 ounces (25 percent), with the raised prices remaining the same. Canned tuna fish is now 5 ounces down from 6 (16 percent) with the same prices. Coffee prices have doubled and tripled in some cases in the past two months with the reduced can sizes of 10.5 to 11.5 ounces down from 16 ounces. Containers of butter products are now 14 to 15 ounces down from 16 ounces. Many products sizes were reduced with the prices remaining the same. That was not included in the deceptive government figures on inflation. Yet with all of these price increases after two years of no increase the SSA gave an increase of 3.6 percent. Hello is anyone paying attention or do they ignore their lying eyes for what Obama says?

Boston Herald Continues to Insult Disabled Persons
Pervasive denial of humanity of persons with disabilities by journalists and professional Court employees is an abomination. There is no discussion of the fact that this woman is perceived to have a disability, whether she has one or not. Journalists freely publish her medical records when they would not dare do that about any other group of humans. There is no provision in the US or the MA Constitutions which allows denying a person with a disability the same rights and privileges enjoyed by the rest of the population. Yet here again the Boston Herald treats it as normal, that it should be done. Explain why the courts do not deny to Black Americans these rights? Why do the Courts not deny to homosexuals these rights? More importantly why do these members of the Victimhood Coalition remain silent when this one group is abused openly by the courts and encouraged by journalists?

Though I am not a drug expert or a scientist I suspect there are at least two errors of fact in this report. Granted methamphetamine use is dangerous. But the details do not make sense.

If the focus is on brain function, going without sleep for a long period of time creates irrational thoughts in humans. Drugs are not the primary cause of non logical thinking. Here's an example of a doctor who treats drug addicted humans who misleads journalists, who in turn mislead the public.

Here again the blame is put on the drugs as a cause of mental illness when it is lack of sleep. The same misguided experts say that mental illness causes homelessness, when it is the exact opposite.

Just no shaking that negative bias from mindless Boston journalists. Again Mr. Stout uses the insulting phrase "a history of mental" issues (replacing illness). That is what demonizes, and encourages police to harass all persons ever accused of mental illness. It is like saying all homosexuals are pedpohiles. Well, aren't they? It shows that Mr. Stout and Herald editors believe mental illness causes crime. That is an irrational belief with no evidence in facts. Man Dies After Pushing Victim, Is Arraigned and Charged
Before it is corrected, here's a screen shot of an unusual story reported in the Boston Herald on January 20, 2012.
Cops: Worcester man killed by shove
A Worcester man is facing manslaughter charges after cops say he “violently” shoved another man to the sidewalk, leaving him to die from a head injury.
Albert Wheaton, 35, is due in Worcester District Court today to face charges he pushed 48-year-old Joseph Gubish to the ground around early Monday in front of 700 Main St., where officers found him lying unconscious from “extensive” head and neck injuries, police said.
Wheaton, also of Worcester, was rushed to UMass Medical Center, where he died two days later after he was removed from life support, police said.
Police said they were initially unsure if Gubish had a medical emergency before falling or if he was pushed to the ground. But officers identified Wheaton through witnesses and video, and arrested him yesterday on charges of manslaughter and aggravated assault and battery, police said.
Police said the two men “encountered” each other on the street around 12:30 a.m., and at one point, Wheaton shoved the victim to the ground, where Gubish hit his head.
Police did not say if the men knew each other or what may have prompted the attack. A Worcester police spokesman didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment.
Wheaton lives two blocks from where Gubish fell.

Elitist Eugenics In The Courts, and DMH
Journalists exacerbate this incident by emphasizing negative bias against persons with disabilities. They refer to the woman as a "[illness] woman." She is a human being, an American citizen with rights, who has a legal disability. Journalists show more compassion for illegal aliens who are repeatedly convicted of felonies. The courts deny persons with disabilities basic rights contrary to law. The Department of Mental Health advocated for the abuse using taxpayer money to deny rights to vulnerable citizens. The DMH is a taxpayer funded lobbyist for the drug industry and the psychiatric industry. They do not protect the rights of their vulnerable clients. Their human rights officer (a full time position) refers people to other taxpayer funded agencies which do little to prevent or to stop abuses.

Why are citizens denied the right to consent? Dissembling officials say the same people can consent to treatment and to be used as human subjects for experiments. But when it comes to procedures like abortion they say they not able to do so. What sane legal principle denies people the right to speak for themselves? Tiger Woods & Stevie Wonder are in a bar...
Tiger turns to Stevie and says, "How's the singing career going?"
Stevie replies, "Not too bad. How's the golf?"
Woods replies, "Not too bad, I've had some problems with my swing, but I think I've got that right, now.."
Stevie says, "I always find that when my swing goes wrong, I need to stop playing for a while and not think about it. Then, the next time I play, it seems to be all right."
Incredulous, Tiger says, "You play GOLF?"
Stevie says, "Yes, I've been playing for years."
Tiger says, "But -- you're blind! How can you play golf if you can't see?"
Stevie Wonder replies, "Well, I get my caddy to stand in the middle of the fairway and call to me. I listen for the sound of his voice and play the ball towards him. Then, when I get to where the ball lands, the caddy moves to the green or farther down the fairway and again I play the ball towards his voice."
But, "how do you putt" asks Tiger.
"Well", says Stevie, "I get my caddy to lean down in front of the hole and call to me with his head on the ground and I just play the ball toward his voice."
Tiger asks, "What's your handicap?"

Promoting Credentials Over Skills
Obama worships credentials, i.e., having degrees. He is less focused on skills and abilities. That is apparent from the lack of successes he has other than staffing the bureaucracy with more people like himself with no marketable skills. Obama's stirring up animosity toward others with skills and wealth can have disastrous results.

MA Court Ordered Catholic Woman To Have Abortion, Overturned
This problem is worse than just abuses of state court Judges. Today and for many years doctors urge pregnant women whose child has a disability to abort the pregnancy. The doctors tell the parents they will be unhappy and that the child will only ruin the lives of the parents. Politicians, doctors and journalists have no shame. In the name of good, e.g., happiness, eliminating racism, multiculturalism, eliminating hate speech, even the Harvard University faculty destroys lives.

They would never think about forcing a woman to have an abortion because she was black or a lesbian. Based on fake illnesses the government runs amok. The same thinking allows police, medical professionals, and the superior beings at Harvard University to deny without shame, basic rights and privileges to persons with disabilities. One man from Pakistan told me that it is acceptable to discriminate based on disability but not race. He said, "At least we are whole persons." Once a person is accused of mental illness, police, courts, lawyers, politicians openly deny First Amendment Rights, Due Process Rights, Equal Protection of the Laws, and other rights, based solely on a nonsensical diagnosis, with no basis in science. Gottstein says he does not question the diagnoses. My question is why not question the illness? If as Paula Caplan states the DSM illnesses are not defined scientifically what makes them real? If only psychiatrists can see mental illnesses what does that say about the viewers or the objects they view? What role does advertisements (public relations, propaganda), campaign contributions to politicians play in creating the market for taxpayer funded psychiatry? David Rosenhan revealed that psychiatry cannot distinguish between sane and insane (see YouTube videos). What makes psychiatry anything more than personal opinion masquerading as science? When an "expert" makes a diagnosis in court why not challenge the "illness" then. Make them provide scientific evidence. They cannot do that.

If the method of naming illnesses in the DSM are not scientific why are they treated as if they are real? What is the pathology for mental illness? Psychiatrists declare speech and behavior that they do not like or do not understand as mental illness. What psychiatrists say and do is offensive to others. Gottstein says he does not question the diagnoses. My question is why not question the illness? If as Paula Caplan states the DSM illnesses are not defined scientifically what makes them real? If only psychiatrists can see mental illnesses what does that say about the viewers or the objects they view? What role does advertisements (public relations, propaganda), campaign contributions to politicians play in creating the market for taxpayer funded psychiatry? David Rosenhan revealed that psychiatry cannot distinguish between sane and insane (see YouTube videos). What makes psychiatry anything more than personal opinion masquerading as science? When an "expert" makes a diagnosis in court why not challenge the "illness" then. Make them provide scientific evidence. They cannot do that.

Psychiatrists declare speech and behavior that they do not like or do not understand as mental illness. What psychiatrists say and do is offensive to others. Bulger Free Speech Expert Misinformed
The Massachusetts court system consistently rules in favor of connected criminals. Bulger is classically "connected," and will get a pass in any moral or legal issue. The expert cited may not be familiar with the revised "Son of Sam" law in New York State. The first one did not pass constitutional scrutiny. The revised one withstands court scrutiny. An officer who stole drugs from police evidence rooms, may be a user. But he more than likely enjoys financial or other profits from stealing the drugs. Requiring police audits every six months would ensure that they are not making more money than they earn legally, or getting other consideration. Drug testing will not reveal selling drug evidence.

Man Admits Killing Ten People
This charming gentleman admitted killing four people in two days. While awaiting placement in state prison, he admitted killing six more. Police did not keep him under surveillance. Police did not harass him. Police and the FBI did not broadcast character assassination. FBI informants did not say he was their friend and tell others he was a retired drug dealer. After the FBI used me to fight organized crime without compensation for 15 years, the police still watch me 24/7, harass me 24/7 and still broadcast character assassination -- after 25 years. Does that explain why people are reluctant to help police; why they do not trust the government? Elected bozos and candidates ignore these egregious abuses and conduct business as usual. Police enjoy harassing people like me. They try to provoke violence, as lawyers stir up controversies to generate business. They use psychiatry to explain many years of abuses of power. It is called bullying.

Mike Barnicle laments the dumbing down of "the press corps." Isn't that a result of the dumbing down of schools? Recently the Harvard University faculty voted to remove course listings of a professor they accused of hate speech. Academic freedom died there and no one noticed? The tally of those who are so disabled by mental disorders that they qualify for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) increased nearly two and a half times between 1987 and 2007—from one in 184 Americans to one in seventy-six. For children, the rise is even more startling—a thirty-five-fold increase in the same two decades. Mental illness is now the leading cause of disability in children, well ahead of physical disabilities like cerebral palsy or Down syndrome, for which the federal programs were created.
