Politicians Remain Unchanged and Clueless

Eagan sounds like Howie Carr two years ago. Liberals learn a bit slower. Eagan becomes aware of how clueless state public officials are; to a lesser degree than the President, isolated from real humans. They are surrounded by yes men and women. Critics are evil, stupid (because they do not give money and get jobs), and usually mentally ill too. At the state and the US levels these officials see the world through the prism of their legislative protocols. They do each other favors and return favors for those who give them money. Laws are created that way. Right and wrong have nothing to do with it. "You vote for my bill and I'll vote for yours." Whatever it takes to get the votes. With corrupt journalists taxpayers seldom have any idea of the effect of laws. In the case of the US Health Care law none of the US officials read that bill. DeLeo and Murray reveal how out of it they are, openly admitting what they do, believing it is moral.
