Psychiatry is a Court Business

Psychiatric industry promotes the fantasy that what they do is science. If it is science why can two psychiatrists have two contrasting opinions of a human's mental health? Moreover if what they testify in court is true why does it matter who pays for the psychiatrist as in this case. It looks a bit, just a bit as if one can purchase testimony of psychiatrists in court for consideration, i.e. money. Hello? Is anybody home in the courts?

[From article]
Judge Kenneth Castel ordered Heller examined by two shrinks, with the feds paying for one and Heller -- who allegedly evaded more than $2 million in income taxes on his Swiss account between 2006 and 2008 -- paying for the other.
Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo, who asked for the hearing, cited Heller's "strongly held and apparently sincere belief that both his telephonic and in-person communications . . . are being monitored and tape recorded by other individuals."
