Court Shows It Is Misguided

Is this any way to run a government? Here is the protocol revealed by Justices of the MA Supreme Judicial Court. They wait for someone to get hurt to make policy. Isn't that what the legislature was created for? Law making is for representatives elected by voters. The MA court indicates its misguided belief in what its role is.
