Hamas uses its atrocious tactics to make retaliatory attacks difficult and to exploit for propaganda purposes the carnage that inevitably results from its willful deployment of children and other non-combatants as human shields.

Article Seven of the Hamas charter instructs that the end times will be marked by a final battle in which rocks and trees will help Muslims kill all remaining Jews. The story, like tales of Allah turning Jews into apes and pigs, comes straight from Islamic scripture and is a leitmotif of Palestinian media.

Israel is not required to refrain from protecting its own citizens in order to spare Palestinian children. Under the laws of war, the Israeli attack is justifiable; it is Hamas’s use of children as human shields that is condemnable.

In Gaza, however, terrorists are revered as heroic figures. That is because Palestinians overwhelmingly deny Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state. Even among Palestinians who purport to favor a “two-state solution,” most see it as a mere transition phase en route to the one-state solution: Palestine, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.
There is war because the Palestinian conception of peace is the elimination of Israel. That is why Palestinians chose Hamas and its jihad. To emphasize this incontestable fact is not to rationalize civilian deaths — deaths that are caused by Hamas. It is to illustrate that there can be no lasting peace unless Israel is permitted to quell the jihad.

Hanson seems to believe that Obama is incompetent and trying to avoid confrontation because he weak. He says the White House made a mess. But he does not consider that the mess was made intentionally. In that case Obama is not incompetent but quite successful. If it was his intention to weaken the United States image, and to create strength in American enemies and to weaken its allies,  and the economy by bringing more and more illegal aliens to drain taxpayer funds, he is wildly successful. Hanson assumes Obama acts in good faith. There is no evidence for that.

He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others. Perhaps because, as a child, he grew up around family members and mentors who instilled him with an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. That bitterness seems not to have left him.
It is not the color of his skin that is a problem – for anyone in America. Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride and love for this country.

Journalists Show Bias Regarding Substance of Scandals

The Bridgegate affair in New Jersey was a seedy political scandal, in which some staffers and allies of Gov. Chris Christie used their influence with a bi-state agency to tie up traffic around the George Washington Bridge to punish a political opponent. The emerging Moreland Commission outrage in New York State, as set out in a recent New York Times storyabout the efforts of Cuomo administration members to hobble an investigation into political corruption, is potentially far worse. At best, it represents a cynical effort by Cuomo, who ran for election four years ago promising to clean up Albany, to protect friends and campaign donors when investigators began asking them uncomfortable questions. At worst, as U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara suggested last week, it might involve criminal tampering with an investigation probing links between campaign contributions and political favors, like tax credits.
The national media’s response to these scandals has been disproportionate, though not in the way you might imagine. Bridgegate quickly became a media feeding frenzy generating immense coverage nationally. Moreland-gate, by contrast, has produced yawns from much of the national media so far. The Moreland story is still relatively new, but even by this time in the Bridgegate news cycle, the national media had produced perhaps 10 times as much coverage of Christie’s woes.

Two Students Murdered By Gang of Four Teens in Newark NJ

Tevlin was reportedly shot dead June 25 in his SUV after being robbed of several items. He graduated from a local prep school with straight-A's and was attending Richmond University. His sophomore year was due to start later this month, according to NJ.com.
Williams reportedly stayed behind the wheel of a getaway car while Villagran and Brown had a conversation with Tevlin before firing eight bullets into him, authorities said.
'He was, at this time, a simple victim of an intent to rob,' Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray said at a Monday press conference.
Brown is also wanted in the double murder of two gay men in Seattle, according to police. The registered sex offender was arrested July 18, and a gun found in the makeshift tent where he lived was linked to all three murders, said Murray.

Bond was gunned down June 29 by Fields after two other men demanded her iPhone, according to the site. She graduated from Malcolm X Shabazz High School in Newark only days before her death.
She was shot in the head, a friend of hers was also shot but survived, according to police. A second suspect is still at large, but Fields was linked to the murder.
She planned to study nursing at Union County Community College, family told NJ.com. Her classes would have started next month.
The arrests came just over one month after about 1,000 people attended Tevlin's funeral.

Decorated NYPD Officer Charged With Breaking Into Woman's Apartment, Beating Her

The 27-year-old was even pictured shaking Mayor Bill De Blasio's hand at the ceremony held at One Police Plaza.
Following the event, Donnelly went out drinking to celebrate and decided to sleep over at a friend's house in Woodlawn.
It the early hours of June 11, Donnelly was so drunk he wandered out of his friend's apartment wearing only his underwear. He then reentered the building and broke down the door of another apartment, thinking it was his friend's, the New York Daily News reported.
The unidentified 30-year-old woman woke up from the noise, and claims he proceeded to punch her more than 20 times and she tried to flee.
Donnelly eventually left and sources told the Daily News that he took a swig of milk from the woman's refrigerator before stepping out.
He was later captured on surveillance footage, and police used the images for wanted pictures before realizing the suspect was one of their own.

Jose Milthon Freddy Azurdia-Montenegro, 55, of Guatemala, has now been charged with one count of misleading a police investigation.
The man who was found by the roadside outside a home in Duxbury, Massachusettes, was Estuardo Leonel Melgar Perez, 34, also of Guatemala and he was smuggling drugs that were those of a so-called drug mule.

Amtrak Acela Leaves Passengers Behind At NYC Penn Station

More than 650,000 passengers pass through Penn Station every day, making it by far the busiest in the U.S.
So when one Amtrak train bound for Washington pulled away from the station on Saturday at 3pm, it was somewhat of a surprise that it managed to forget all of its passengers.
The Acela Express 2253 departed as passengers were waiting at a completely different platform after being given the wrong information. The driver apparently left without getting permission from the station.

He added that when the passengers returned to the main level of the station, they were met by an Amtrak manager who explained the situation and then handed out bags of Doritos. They were also fed pizza.
Eventually, the majority of passengers jumped on to a train more than two hours later.

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin hammered Jesse Ventura for winning a $2 million defamation lawsuit this week against Chris Kyle's widow.
After Kyle's death, Ventura continued with the lawsuit that stemmed from a passage from Kyle's book in which Kyle claimed he knocked out an unnamed Navy SEAL for trashing the troops. During his book tour, Kyle said that was Ventura. But after Kyle was tragically killed in 2013, many felt that Ventura, who has done a lot to damage his own reputation over the years, should have dropped the lawsuit.
"Hey tough guy, Jesse Ventura, your feelings were hurt because you perceived your reputation was besmirched by words in a book?" Palin said on her SarahPalinChannel. "So you turn around and sue, expecting $2 million from a military widow and her fatherless children? Yeah, like that is going to help your reputation, jackass."

A Democrat on the U.S. Civil Rights Commission has urged campus restrictions on First Amendment-protected speech because, he believes, the still-developing brains of college students cannot properly process certain dangerous ideas.
The civil rights commissioner is Michael Yaki, a former senior adviser to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
The Washington Post’s Eugene Volokh was present at a commission briefing on sexual harassment law in education last week when Yaki made his bizarro comments.
The civil rights commissioner said he favors outlawing speech that would be grossly unpopular, such as “a slave auction at a fraternity engagement” or a celebration of Latino culture that involves “making everyone dress as janitors and mop floors.”

Yaki, who spent many of his formative years in highly authoritarian countries, then distinguished himself from fellow garden-variety progressives who seek to criminalize ideas they don’t like by, hilariously, suggesting that his repressive views are backed by scientists (and citing a Supreme Court case concerning the death penalty).
“It has to do with science,” Yaki confidently explained. “More and more, the vast majority, in fact — I think — overall in bodies of science is that young people, not just K through 12 but also between the ages of 16 to 20, 21 is where the brain is still in a stage of development.”

FBI Hires Private PR Surveillance Firm To Search For Negative Stories About The Bureau

The FBI is hiring a contractor to grade news stories about the agency as “positive” “neutral” or “negative,” but the agency won’t say why officials need the information or what they plan to do with it.
FBI officials wouldn’t even reveal how they will go about assigning the grades, which were laid out in a recent contract solicitation. The contract tells potential bidders to “use their judgment” in scoring news coverage as part of a new “daily news briefing” service the agency is seeking as part of a contract that could last up to five years.

The driver of a construction excavator, identified by police as an east Jerusalem Palestinian, was shot dead by an officer after he rammed his vehicle into a bus, overturning it. As he charged toward the bus, the assailant ran over a man in the street, killing him, while the bus driver and five pedestrians were hurt when the vehicle was flipped on its side, police spokeswoman Luba Samri said.
An hour later, a man was shot in the stomach near the city’s Hebrew University campus on Mount Scopus by an assailant on a motorbike, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said. Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat told Israel Radio the man who was shot was a soldier. Roadblocks were set up in the area.

This is nonsense. It is possible they were experimenting on the poor African villagers and the disease got out of control. Now, they are bringing in highly infectious patients into this nation that is Ebola-free. In doing so, they are violating the primary rule of contagion: isolation. They are now using this: “We must fight our fears or remain compassionate.” This story is unraveling.
Now let’s follow the money. A recent USA Today article had this headline: “NIH to launch early Ebola vaccine trial in September.” What does that mean? Well, what it means is this: Until the current outbreak of Ebola, many in the industry said there was not a great need for an Ebola vaccine, because the virus only caused 10-100 infections per year. But that’s all changed.

Why have they brought an infected doctor and another patient from the area of contagion to Emory University in the U.S. when these individuals could treated just as well in Africa? Perhaps they are using these two patients as guinea pigs in a trial for a new vaccine from which billions are to be made if successful.

In his refusal to enforce the immigration laws, contrary to the Constitution which requires him to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed,” he has acted like a tinpot dictator, asserting the right to change or ignore the law by fiat. Largest UK Grocery Retailer Stops Selling Israeli Products

Tesco, the UK’s largest food retailer, has strongly rejected claims that the Gaza crisis is forcing it to stop selling Israeli produce and products, saying that in the case of Israeli dates packaged under its own label it had decided to stop selling them in September “for commercial reasons.”
According to the grocery chain, the dates are grown in Israel but packaged in the West Bank.
“It is clearly marked as “West Bank (Israeli settlement produce)” so customers are fully aware of what they are buying,” a spokesman told The Jerusalem Post. “As part of our regular review of our range, we will not be selling this product for much longer.”
The spokesman said that in line with the recent request from the British government on “origin of food” labeling, the dates have to be marked and sold as such, and as Tesco customers have been asking for such information, the company has to supply it.

Hamas has been disseminating to its followers in the Gaza Strip a detailed terrorism training manual that teaches would-be bombers how to make explosives and conceal them in household items such as televisions, according to documents seized by the Israeli military during recent raids.
Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers discovered the handbook on the ground in the Gaza Strip as they conducted raids of homes and other facilities used by Hamas to plan its terror activities.
Hamas’ terrorism manuals instruct readers on how to build homemade explosive devices and how to set them to explode in unlikely places.

Terrorists in Gaza regularly use ball-bearings to maximize the lethality of locally-made, short-range Qassam rockets. Unlike other, more powerful long-range rockets and military-grade mortar shells smuggled into Gaza from state-sponsors such as Iran, Qassam rockets have a relatively small warhead. But while the explosion itself may be relatively "small", the rockets are also packed with shrapnel - including nails, razors and, most commonly, ball-bearings - which are scattered throughout a relatively wide radius upon impact, maiming or killing anyone in the vicinity.



The co-opting of hundreds of tons of concrete supplies by Hamas to build its underground tunnel network, used to store and transport weapons as well as carry out attacks inside Israel, has also been well-documented.

Illegal Alien Mexican Fugitive In Custody, Charged With Rape, Homicide

Wanda Barton was allegedly raped and murdered in front of her then four-year-old son in 2008 by Jose Manuel Garcia Guevara, who was living illegally in the U.S. when he murdered Mrs Barton. He was placed on the FBI's Most Wanted List in 2013.

A fugitive on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List for allegedly raping and fatally stabbing a woman in front of her four-year-old son has been extradited back to the U.S. after surrendering in Mexico last year.
Jose Manuel Garcia Guevara, 26, was brought back to Lake Charles, Louisiana on Wednesday, where the heinous crime took place.
The FBI reported on its website that Guevara, a Mexican national, handed himself in to authorities after six years on the run.

Thanks to a Freedom of Information Act Lawsuit pursued against the Department of Justice by government watchdog Judicial Watch, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has ruled documents being withheld from Congress under President Obama's claim of executive privilege must be turned over. Obama made the claim on the same day Attorney General Eric Holder was voted in criminal and civil contempt of Congress in June 2012.
