White House Provides Taxpayer Funds For Jobs For Migrant Youth

[From article]
The Obama administration wants to make sure Utica, New York’s young refugees aren’t without a job, so he’s spending millions to make sure it doesn’t happen.
“Access to a job in the summer and beyond can make all the difference to a young person – especially those who don’t have access to many resources and opportunities,” President Obama said of his new Summer Opportunity Project.
The project spends a total of $21 million on a variety of programs in 11 communities nationwide with the focus of helping young people find summer work, and permanent part-time jobs, the White House and U.S. Department of Labor announced Monday.
At least $2 million of the total will be set aside to help 400 refugee students in Utica, New York get to work through the New Americans Career Pathways Project, the Utica Observer-Dispatch reports.
“The New Americans Career Pathways project will provide in-school youth with summer jobs and academic support for 400 students in the refugee populations of Utica, NY,” according to a White House Fact Sheet. “The students will receive summer job work experience and academic tutoring in English and Math, and support in finding part-time jobs.”
[. . .]
Nearly everyone who discussed the Utica program in the Syracuse.com comments was appalled that the president seems to be prioritizing illegal immigrants over U.S. citizens for summer jobs in their region.
“Most divisive president ever adds to the legacy,” Dawn Of A New Day posted.
“This is absurd!” greats wrote. “Yes people, vote for Hillary. She wants this too. To heck with American youth. Let’s employ refugees who can’t even speak English! Go Trump! Stand up for America!”
“So legal Americans are not worthy of summer jobs?” RockwellSprings questioned. “Can’t wait for November.”
“What about OUR kids?” bastracker wrote. “I am thoroughly disgusted.”

Americans Lack Problem Solving Skills, War On Poverty Continues

[From article]
The Wall Street Journal has an article titled “Americans Rank Last in Problem-Solving With Technology,” with very bad news for the economy.
The results build off a global survey conducted in 2012 by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. To better compare the skills of younger and older adults and the unemployed, researchers did additional surveys in 2014. The countries that scored the highest on the problem-solving with technology criteria were Japan, Finland, Sweden and Norway. Poland scored second to last, just above the U.S.
One stark revelation is that about four-fifths of unemployed Americans cannot figure out a rudimentary problem in which they have to spot an error when data is transferred from a two-column spreadsheet to a bar graph. And Americans are far less adept at dealing with numbers than the average of their global peers.
“This is the only country in the world where it’s okay to say ‘I’m not good at math,’ ” said Mr. Provasnik. “That’s just not acceptable in a place like Japan.”
Perhaps a key cause of the problem is the kind of free-spending, vote-buying Democrats who do not want to have to deal with the fiscal realities and therefore encourage innumeracy in our public schools. The kind of politicians who might say, “What difference, at this point, does it make?” or who promise “free” college tuition to everyone. What good is a free college education if the “graduates” can’t do simple math and therefore can’t get a paying job?
[. . .]
Nobel laureate for physics (1965), Richard Feynman had something to say that now seems prophetic
There are 10^11 stars in the galaxy. That used to be a huge number. But it's only a hundred billion. It's less than the national deficit! We used to call them astronomical numbers. Now we should call them economical numbers.
[. . .]
It seems the War on Poverty has greatly exceeded the cost of the Vietnam War and the combined cost of all other wars in American history! Is it time to declare defeat and give those dollars back to the American taxpayers, who earned them in the first place?

American Au Pair Found Dead In Austria

Lauren Mann in an undated photo from Facebook.

[From article]
A half-naked American au pair was found dead Tuesday in Vienna, Austria, in what authorities were investigating as a murder, according to reports.
The body of Lauren Mann, 25, was discovered lying face down on a mattress near a “considerable amount of blood” inside her apartment,
[. . .]
Her boss reportedly became alarmed after she did not show up at work and called police.
Firefighters knocked down the door to her studio apartment Tuesday night and found the Colorado native, who had been studying and working in Vienna over the last three years, reports say.
Mann’s corpse was found in total darkness because all of the lights in her apartment had burned out, according to reports.
“We are still awaiting the final autopsy report, but are presently treating this as a homicide case,” Vienna police spokesman Thomas Keiblinger told NBC.
Keiblinger added that the blood near her skull might be the result of internal injuries.
Mann had majored in French at the University of Colorado before settling in Vienna to take up German.

Updated: American Woman Artist Found Dead in Florence, Italy

[From article]
The Senegalese immigrant who was charged Thursday with murdering an American artist in Florence is the brother of the city’s top club promoter, The Post has learned.
DNA that matched Cheik Tidiane Diaw, who came to Italy illegally a few months ago, was found on a condom and cigarette inside Ashley Olsen’s Florence apartment, Italian prosecutors said at a press conference.
They believe the two met at a shady, members-only drug den called Montecarla last Thursday night and later went back to her pad to have sex.
“Then he probably slammed her head against something, twice fracturing her skull, and then strangled her,” Florence Prosecutor Giuseppe Creazza said Thursday.
An American living in Florence for the past decade told The Post that he’s met Diaw several times through his brother, Abraham, who works as the main club promoter in the city.
[. . .]
He’s not sure how the accused murderer wound up at Montecarla, which he described as the “after-, after-, afterparty” place where scantily dressed women serve coke on platters to patrons.
“His brother, who took care of him, would not allow his brother to do those type of things,” he said.

Italian police have surveillance video that shows Diaw leaving 35-year-old Olsen’s apartment and he allegedly confessed to the grisly murder while in police custody, saying that it was an accident, according to NBC News.

[From article]
The American artist murdered in Florence took part in a 'consensual, erotic sex game' before she was strangled to death, police said today.
Ashley Olsen, 35, died when she was strangled with a USB wire or cord, an autopsy has found.
The development came as police also identified a potential suspect seen with her on CCTV from outside her apartment.
The man, who is thought to be a drug dealer and may be of African origin, was apparently already known to the victim.
She was found by her boyfriend on Saturday after failing to be in touch with him. He tried desperately to revive her but she was already dead.

Citizen Action More Effective At State And Local Levels Fighting Dumbing Down Policies And Propaganda

[From article]
We need a revolution if we are to survive as a people and as a nation. While the changes in federal policy needed to undo the damage of leftism are high-profile presidential election issues, the real revolution needs to come at a different level of government and with a different purpose.
What we are fighting, really, is fifty years of leftist indoctrination from education, information, and entertainment. Until we fight back and win the battles at this level, we will continue with the drearily familiar mind control of the left over our lives.
[. . .]
We can win that battle, and we can begin the fight today – right now, if we want – through state governments. Republican muscle in state governments is overwhelming. Only eight states have Democrats controlling state government completely, while Republicans control a whopping twenty-three with 47% of the American population. These governments control education, run public television and radio, and fund research projects through university systems.
[. . .]
What if research studies from several respected colleges (or research centers created by states to study global warming) determined that man-made global warming is not "settled science," that there is a pernicious groupthink in academia about global warming, that data has been altered, and that there may be global cooling or global warming uncaused by man? The impact would be felt around the world.
Here is another example. David Horowitz has been waging for years a lonely battle to have state legislatures enact an Academic Bill of Rights, which would have the effect of granting harried and persecuted conservative students protections against thuggish and bullying leftist professors. Why hasn't every state run by Republicans passed this law?
[. . .]
The impact of winning – heck, the impact of just fighting – on a hundred different areas left today by default to the left could change American society and begin to open the eyes of those Orwellian slaves of leftist indoctrination who, today, have simply never been exposed to anything but the dull, predictable glop of leftism.
This is the peaceful, orderly, necessary revolution that is the linchpin of every other political reform. It is the key to unraveling the madness that controls many Americans, especially the young raised on the bitter milk of state education. If this is the battle to be won, why are we waiting? Begin the revolution now.

Besides Trump Other Candidates Make No Sense On Protecting Americans

[From article]
Trump is a runaway hit with Americans for the simple reason that he’s the only candidate saying anything Americans care about.
After the San Bernardino terrorist attack, committed by Muslim immigrants — which followed the 1993 World Trade Center terrorist attack committed by Muslim immigrants; the 9/11 terrorist attacks committed by Muslim immigrants; the Fort Hood terrorist attack committed by a Muslim immigrant; the Boston Marathon terrorist attack committed by Muslim immigrants, and on and on — Trump suggested a temporary pause on Muslim immigration.
[. . .]
Why are Republicans talking about starting a war in Syria to stop Muslim immigrants from killing Americans in America? Is it our job to straighten out Syria? Can’t our government just stop bringing the terrorists here? If Rubio thinks he knows how to govern Syria, he’s free to run for president there. (Except he’d have to stop talking about his dad the bartender because Muslims don’t drink.)
[. . .]

As we know from Jim Comey, the director of the FBI: Syed Farouk and Tashfeen Malik were planning a terrorist attack against Americans before ISIS existed.
[. . .]
Good grief! This GOP machismo on ISIS has resulted in Obama actually making sense.
Here’s an idea: We let backward, poverty-stricken, misogynistic, clitorectomy-performing Third Worlders scratch out a living in theirmedieval hellholes, and just keep them out of our country. Also known as: the Trump Plan.
[. . .]
Only Trump seems to care. Asked about dictators running the Middle East, Trump said:
“In my opinion, we’ve spent $4 trillion trying to topple various people that frankly, if they were there and if we could’ve spent that $4 trillion in the United States to fix our roads, our bridges, and all of the other problems; our airports and all of the other problems we’ve had, we would’ve been a lot better off. I can tell you that right now …”

Misguided Priority, Encouraging Immigration

[From article]
But the reality is, the U.S. cannot take care of its own citizens, much less take care of everyone who wants to come here, whether legally or illegally.
We don’t have enough jobs for the citizens of this country, much less jobs for new arrivals. We have over 94 million working-age adults not working, most because they cannot find jobs.
[. . .]
Our welfare and Medicaid rolls are already overflowing with citizens and immigrants. The U.S. government is broke and paying for this welfare with borrowed dollars, all funded on the backs of taxpayers.
[. . .]
Many Americans are maxed out when it comes to debt and disposable income. Yes, gas prices are lower, but healthcare costs, thanks to ObamaCare, have more than eaten up any savings at the pump.
[. . .]
At some point the federal government and blithely unaware citizens are going to have to face the facts. The federal government is currently borrowing almost a million dollars a minute, making debt slaves and tax slaves of us, our children, and grandchildren to subsidize a bloated nanny state and irresponsible government spending. Social Security and Medicare are both edging closer to insolvency.
[. . .]
we have over $211 trillion in present and future unfunded government liabilities on top of the much publicized $18.5 trillion debt. To date, few politicians, except Republicans Chris Christie and Ben Carson, have even mentioned this gigantic economic problem or how we will address it.

Fear Of Saying Something

[From article]
But the truth is, Wednesday’s attacks were another example of how disjointed and unserious the state, local, and federal officials’ efforts have been at preempting domestic terrorism—not for lack of resources, but for lack of a clear understanding of the enemies we face. It’s a credit to San Bernardino’s police force, which has seen which drastic reductions in personnel as a result of the city’s insolvency, that the crisis was brought to an end so quickly with the help of the FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Authorities had Syed Farook’s name and description shortly after noon on Wednesday.
[. . .]
A former neighbor in Riverside, where Farook graduated from La Sierra High School in 2003, described him as “quiet but always polite.” “Maybe two years ago he became more religious,” Maria Gutierrez told the New York Daily News. “He grew a beard and started to wear religious clothing. The long shirt that’s like a dress and the cap on his head.” Farook’s father, also named Syed, told the Daily News that his son was “very religious. He would go to work, come back, go to pray, come back. He’s Muslim.” Farook’s co-workers said he was respected and well-liked. He had traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned with a new wife he met through an online religious dating site. On his profile page, Farook described himself as an “Allah fearing, calm thought full (sic) and simple man.”
[. . .]
The Homeland Security mantra of “if you see something, say something” conflicts with admonitions from elected officials and other doyens of the political class that “not all Muslims are terrorists” (obviously) and “religious and racial profiling is wrong” (not so obvious).
Faced with the choice of either “saying something” to the authorities about suspicious behavior that may or may not be a bona fide threat and remaining mum for fear of being tarred as a bigot people increasingly opt for the latter.

United States Is Under Attack From Within and Without Citizen Defenders Needed

[From article]
I think it makes sense to pick one thing -- just one -- and focus on it like a laser. Educate yourself on the subject matter. Join organizations that are devoted to your issue. Educate others. Be on a mission. Make your area of budding expertise a centerpiece of interactions. Once you start weaving your issue into daily conversations, it becomes easier and easier to do.

I’ve been surprised at how after sharing one carefully selected fact with uninformed individuals, they are intrigued. When I tell people that one in four women in Sweden are raped and that the vast majority of the rapists are Muslims, people tell me they’ve never heard that before and they appear genuinely disturbed. So I follow up. I share a little bit more and give them an article to read. (Reading material is also useful for people who don’t believe what I’ve told them.) It plants a seed. Perhaps nothing will come of it, but for some, perhaps it will be the beginning of a journey.
[. . .]

If you’re interested in how our schools are peddling propaganda, whitewashing Islam and teaching our kids that white people are racist, run for a seat on the School Board. If you want to make sure your town stays safe and maintains its character, run for City Council.
We must build a critical mass of activists (or “courageous conservatives” as Ted Cruz says), knowing what we are up against, knowing this is going to be a long battle -- one we may not see the results of in our lifetime. And one we may not win.
But we must take it on.

Fox News Reporting Wrong About Fourteenth Amendment

John A. Bingham, author of Fourteenth Amendment

[From article]
Based on the hysterical flailing at Donald Trump — He’s a buffoon! He’s a clown! He calls people names! He’s too conservative! He’s not conservative enough! He won’t give details! His details won’t work! — I gather certain Republicans are determined to drive him from the race.
These same Republicans never object to other candidates who lack traditional presidential resumes — Carly Fiorina, Ben Carson, Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain, to name a few. I’m beginning to suspect it’s all about Trump’s opposition to mass immigration from the Third World.
[. . .]
Amid the hysteria, Trump is the only one speaking clearly and logically, while his detractors keep making utter asses of themselves.
By my count — so far — Fiorina, Chris Christie, Rick Perry and the entire Fox News commentariat are unfamiliar with a period of the nation’s history known as “the Civil War.” They seem to believe that the post-Civil War amendments were designed to ensure that the children of illegal aliens would be citizens, “anchor babies,” who can then bring in the whole family.(You wouldn’t want to break up families, would you?)
[. . .]
American Indians were not made citizens until 1924. Lo those 56 years after the ratification of the 14th Amendment, Indians were not American citizens, despite the considered opinion of Judge Napolitano.
Of course it’s easy for legal experts to miss the welter of rulings on Indian citizenship inasmuch as they obtained citizenship in a law perplexingly titled: “THE INDIAN CITIZENSHIP ACT OF 1924.”
Yeah, Trump’s the idiot. Or as Bream said to Napolitano after his completely insane analysis, “I feel smarter just having been in your presence.”
[. . .]
The anchor baby scam was invented 30 years ago by a liberal zealot, Justice William Brennan, who slipped a footnote into a 1982 Supreme Court opinion announcing that the kids born to illegals on U.S. soil are citizens. Fox News is treating Brennan’s crayon scratchings on the Constitution as part of our precious national inheritance.
Judge Richard Posner of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals is America’s most-cited federal judge — and, by the way, no friend to conservatives. In 2003, he wrote a concurrence simply in order to demand that Congress pass a law to stop “awarding citizenship to everyone born in the United States.”
[. . .]
Our history and our Constitution are being perverted for the sole purpose of dumping immigrants on the country to take American jobs. So far, only Donald Trump is defending black history on the issue of the 14th Amendment. Fox News is using black people as a false flag to keep cheap Third World labor flowing.

Middle East Muslim Terrorists Reportedly Repeatedly Rape, Murder American Woman Hostage, 27

[From article]
American hostage Kayla Mueller was repeatedly forced to have sex with Abu Bakr Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State group, U.S. intelligence officials told her family in June.
"They told us that he married her, and we all understand what that means," Carl Mueller, Kayla's father, told The Associated Press on Friday, which would have been his daughter's 27th birthday. Her death was reported in February.
Her mother, Marsha Mueller, added, "Kayla did not marry this man. He took her to his room and he abused her and she came back crying."
The news is but the latest in a litany of horrors perpetrated by the Islamic State group, which has beheaded, burned and crucified male captives while passing around women as sex slaves.
Mueller was held for a time by Islamic State financier Abu Sayyaf and his wife, known as Umm Sayyaf. Al-Baghdadi took Mueller as a "wife," repeatedly raping her when he visited, according to a Yazidi teenager who was held with Mueller and escaped in October 2014.
The 14-year-old made her way to Iraqi Kurdistan, where she talked to U.S. commandos in November 2014. Intelligence agencies corroborated her account and American officials passed it on to her parents in June.
[. . .]
Mueller was held with three other women, all Yazidis, the Muellers were told. All were sexually abused. When al-Baghdadi visited, he would take Mueller to his room, the witness told American officials. She would tell her fellow captives — sometimes tearfully — what had happened.
"Kayla tried to protect these young girls," her mother said. "She was like a mother figure to them."
When the teenaged Yazidi girl escaped with her sister, she asked Mueller to accompany her, the parents were told, but Kayla refused, worrying that her obvious Western appearance would lead to their capture.
By the time the Yadizi escapee reported the situation to Delta Force commandos in Iraq, Kayla had been moved, her parents were told.
[. . .]
Mueller, from Prescott, Arizona, was taken hostage with her boyfriend, Omar Alkhani, in August 2013 after leaving a Doctors Without Borders hospital in Aleppo, Syria, where he had been hired to fix the Internet service for the hospital.
Mueller had begged him to let her tag along because she wanted to do relief work in the war-ravaged country.

White Appreciation Day In Colorado Brings Eager Customers

Appreciating white people is as dangerous as questioning Sharia law. This is only a day, not a month as other groups get. So it is still unequal appreciation.

[From article]
“We’re all the same,” he said. “It’s only in more recent years that we’ve got everybody separated. So if this is bringing everybody together, it’s a good thing.”
[. . .]
“What I’ve learned is that a lot more people understand what we’re trying to do,” Mr. Antillon said. “There’s still a lot racial tension, but people understand that we’re all Americans, we all need to live together and just work together as Americans, and love and respect each other.”
[. . .]

Edgar Antillion, Entrepeneur

The mood at the restaurant was upbeat — Mr. Antillon promised a 10 percent discount to all customers in celebration of White Appreciation Day — but there was also tension, given that the owners had received anonymous bomb and death threats leading up to the event.
A police bomb-sniffing dog swept the area and the restaurant before it opened, and Milliken police officers, augmented by several from the Colorado Mounted Rangers, patrolled the area on foot.[. . .]
Mr. Antillon has been accused mainly on social media of being racist, but he said the idea behind White Appreciation Day was to create an event for whites similar to Black Appreciation Month and Hispanic Heritage Month.
He said the idea started as a joke. He and Mr. Jiminez were sitting at the restaurant talking about how there’s no White History Month, and decided to do something about it.

US Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) Wants Benefits to Americans In Trade Agreements

[From article]
“It is time to begin a vigorous analysis of our conduct of trade,” Sessions said. “Do our policies and TPP concede too much to our mercantilist competitor allies?”
According to the Alabama lawmaker, there has not been enough consideration of the impact of trade agreements on the American worker and American incomes — so long as consumer prices decline with the deals.
“At bottom, we must ask whether or not our aggressive trading partners, using a mercantilist philosophy, may be gaining unfair advantage. These countries—good nations, good allies—are not religious about free trade,” Sessions said. “In general, while they assert their desire is for expanded free trade, their actual policies seek fewer U.S. exports to them using non-tariff as well as tariff barriers. Our trade competitors use currency manipulation, subsidies, and other actions to expand their exports to us. Their goal is, naturally, to seek full employment in their countries while exporting their unemployment to the United States.”
[. . .]
“This refusal by many to acknowledge the mercantilist policies of our trading competitors has gone, it seems to me, from promoting healthy trading relationships to an ideology, even to the nature of a religion,” he said.
Sessions pointed out that while he too is in favor of less expensive products and has voted for trade agreements in the past, the trade deal before Congress is unsettling to him.
[. . .]
Overall, Sessions concluded trade agreements should benefit the American people.

Naturalized Citizen, Granted Asylum From Oppression, Convicted of 30 Felonies, Bombing of Boston Marathon, Four Homicides, Expresses His Gratitude

Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in his jail cell.

[From article]
An unrepentant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev defiantly flipped the bird at a jailhouse surveillance camera in what prosecutors called a “message” to America just three months after he and his brother launched a deadly terror attack at the 2013 Boston Marathon.
Jurors who will decide whether the convicted terrorist will be put to death or rot in prison saw the disgusting video clip on Wednesday – and prosecutors said it clearly showed the self-proclaimed jihadi had zero remorse for the April 15, 2013 bombing that killed three and wounded more than 260 others.
“He’s simply callous and indifferent to human life. It’s his character that makes the death penalty appropriate and just,” prosecutor Madine Pellegrini told the jury.
Jurors saw a still image of the shocking photo on Tuesday, and the never-before-seen video was made public a day later, along with another clip showing him primping and fussing with his hair just hours before his first appearance in federal court on July 10, 2013.

Survey Finds Ordinary Americans Support Deporting Illegal Aliens

[From article]
Despite President Obama's efforts to cool the nation's views on illegal immigrants storming over the U.S.-Mexico border, Americans have reached a new level of anger over the issue, with most demanding a more aggressive deportation policy — and reversal of a law that grants citizenship to kids of illegals born in the U.S.
A new Rasmussen Reports survey released Monday also finds Americans questioning spending tax dollars on government aid provided to illegal immigrants. A huge 83 percent said that anybody should be required to prove that they are "legally allowed" to be in the country before receiving local, state or federal government services.
[. . .]
For example, 62 percent told the pollster that the U.S. is "not aggressive enough" in deporting those illegally in the United States. Just 15 percent believed the administration's current policy was "about right" and 16 percent said it was "too aggressive."
That 62 percent number is a jump from a year ago when it was 52 percent.

Americans Distrust Federal Government, Ready For Revolution?

[From article]
Americans view the federal government as dreadful.
Americans are more dissatisfied with federal government services than at any time since this survey began. The survey also found that in three of the four aspects of service – “process,” “information,” and “customer services” – satisfaction with the federal government was at the lowest level ever.[. . .]
There are two levels of “government” service tested, “federal government” and “local and federal government,” and “federal” is viewed as worse than “state and local” government services. Even when the federal government is broken down by agency – Defense, Agriculture, Treasury, etc. – not a single federal agency is as high as the aggregate average for private and public institutions.
[. . .]
Gallup showed that trust in the executive branch was not at the lowest level ever (that nadir was reached when Nixon resigned forty years ago), but this confidence was still near its lowest. Trust in the legislative branch is at the lowest level ever as well, as is trust in the judicial branch.
This is a problem of trust not in government generally, but in the federal government specifically.[. . .]
People correctly see the federal government, which lives in the Never-Never Land of Washington, as about as close to America generally as London was to the colonies in 1775.
There are seeds of a peaceful and constitutional revolution.

Celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday In Massachusetts

Celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday, police employees associated with the California Syndicate sabotaged a large file destroying about three weeks worth of research and work. That was in addition to the daily sleep disturbances, computer tampering, surveillance and character assassination. One recurring favorite was added, "He's homeless." to the regular list of character assassination to scare people away and to discredit me. That's after 44 years of the same scaring and discrediting.

Four crime families each broadcast their own profiles which includes lies for their benefit. Then the sickos join in. Oh, there's a man who is under attack by four crime families. What fun can I have while this continues? It is a real life example of the Stanford Prison experiment by Stanley Milgram. Ordinary graduate students became sadistic when given roles as guards over other students who were pretend prisoners. Humans enjoy and cannot control themselves abusing others over who they have power. Often medical researchers and military researchers see an opportunity to use an abused human as a subject for lucrative experiments without consent. What do they have to fear? Nothing.

I am grateful that the police and the FBI who have been intensely harassing me for the past month, while Muslim terrorists killed 17 in Paris and a group of "pampered pukes" as Howie Carr calls them stopped traffic on a major interstate highway in and out of Boston. This is how Americans celebrate MLK Jr.'s birthday. How disgusting can these police employees be tormenting a 70-year-old white man who survived 44 years of previous abuses by police, crime families, FBI informants, Communists, Harvard University campus police, and building superintendents, and graduate students at their Medical School? They openly conduct medical research for the military on involuntary human subjects. That is what the Nazi doctors did. How cool are these misguided bullies at Harvard?

Dr. Phil McGraw claims he is an expert. He admits he is an entertainer. He remarked one day about bystanders who witness abuses of vulnerable humans. By not acting they are as guilty as the bullies and the abusers, he said. In Massachusetts for more than 25 years professional bystanders who are paid by taxpayers to prevent, to stop criminal abuses, stood by and watched as the above mentioned groups targeted me conducting their sadistic criminal abuses which continue in January 2015. In one case a taxpayer funded social service agency actually joined in the abuses and withheld their services. After 44 years I'm still surrounded by hateful and hostile, sadistic predators. These are the priorities of academic run Massachusetts, especially Cambridge, MA host city of Harvard University, MIT, and Lesley University.

In Need of Consideration By Americans

[From article]
Prime Minister Manuel Vals lists four. “There is a fundamental difference between the freedom to be impertinent and anti-Semitism, racism, glorification of terrorist acts, and Holocaust denial, all of which are crimes, that justice should punish with the most severity.”
Vals’ list brings to mind another quote of Voltaire’s, “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.”
Why did Vals not include slanders against Catholicism and Islam, the world’s largest religions, both of which have been repeatedly insulted by Charlie Hebdo? In the banlieues north of Paris, they wish to know.
Pope Francis himself said yesterday, “You cannot provoke. You cannot insult the faith of others. … If my good friend Dr. Gasparri says a curse word against my mother, he can expect a punch.”
[. . .]
Who decides what is “anti-Semitism” and what is “racism”? In America, these terms are tossed around with abandon.
As for the “glorification of terrorist acts,” Israel’s Menachem Begin, the ANC’s Nelson Mandela, and the PLO’s Yasser Arafat were all credibly charged with acts of terrorism in their liberation struggles.
And all three won the Nobel Prize for Peace.
[. . .]
Who decides which historical events are off-limits for debate?
[. . .]
Across the Middle East, majorities favor the adoption of sharia law. Many support beheadings, stonings, the lash and amputations of limbs for lesser offenses.
What does these polls tell us?
First, if we insist that freedom of the press means standing behind the blasphemies of Charlie Hebdo, we should anticipate the hatred and hostility of majorities in the Islamic world to whom faith and family are everything — and our First Amendment is nothing.
Second, the idea that, by sending armies of Americans into that part of the world for a decade or two, we could convert these peoples, steeped in a 1,500-year-old faith, to share our embrace of religious, cultural and moral pluralism and secularism was utopian madness.
Third, as Islamic peoples grow in number and militancy, while the peoples of Europe age and pass on, and the migrants continue to come from the Maghreb and Middle East, Europe will have to adapt to Muslim demands or face endless civil and cultural conflict on the Old Continent.
[. . .]
President Hollande said, “You can murder men and women, but you can never kill their ideas.”
True. And anti-Islamism is an idea. As is the “radical Islam” against which France has declared war.
And which of the two ideas appears today to have more adherents willing not only to march for it on Sundays, but to die for it?
[Same as scene in  Godfather when Corleone and Hyman were stopped at a battle between police and Castro's revolutionaries. Hyman pointed out that Castro's men were willing to die for their cause. How many Americans are willing to die for anything? Many are unwilling to even talk about the issues.]

Congress Passes Law Allowing Gov't Access to All Citizen's Communications

[From article]
According to Congressman Justin Amash, Congress just passed a bill which grants the government and law enforcement “unlimited access to the communications of every American”.
When the Michigan lawmaker discovered that the Intelligence Authorization Act for FY 2015 had been amended with a provision that authorizes “the acquisition, retention, and dissemination” of all communications data from U.S. citizens, he desperately attempted to organize a roll call vote on the bill.
However, the legislation was passed yesterday 325-100 via a voice vote, a green light for what Amash describes as “one of the most egregious sections of law I’ve encountered during my time as a representative”.
The bill allows the private communications of Americans to be scooped up without a court order and then transferred to law enforcement for criminal investigations.
The legislation effectively codifies and legalizes mass warrantless NSA surveillance on the American people, with barely a whimper of debate.
