British Airways Crew Restrains Woman On Flight To Boston, MA

A female passenger on a Boston-bound British Airways flight was restrained after she tried to enter the cockpit, 5 Investigates Karen Anderson reported.
Flight 213 had departed Heathrow Airport in London Tuesday morning.
The woman was described as abusive and unruly by British Airways.
"Our customers and crew deserve to have a safe and enjoyable flight and we do not tolerate abusive behavior," the airline said in a statement.
The plane landed at Logan Airport at 1:29 p.m., where it was expected to be met by Massachusetts State Police, the Joint Terrorism Task Force and Homeland Security agents.
